Chapter 5: Anything Yukon Do, I Can Do Better
Now, to answer last week's reviews:
PeregrineBinghamtonstein: Sierra, alongside one other character that I won't mention, is the character that I've had to go back and forth with what I want with her which is why she may seem inconsistent as of that last chapter. I'll try to make sure that she is more consistent as I continue this writing as of chapter 7 and beyond, but great catch, and glad you enjoyed it. I agree with the fact that it feels like those four should be in World Tour, and that Sadie over Katie instead of what you mentioned. The shock of Izzy leaving first is something I'm glad to hear you and many others mention.

1: Glad to hear you like the new additions and that it all makes sense. I'll say as of right now, I have no plans for Gwody, and Gwent isn't on my mind right now.

"Germany. Here, our competitors encountered the glorious Alps, as fun to go up as they are to come down. They also learned why Germany is world-renowned for the care they put into their sausages. From this day on, however, Germany will only be known for one thing; its traditional dance. Specifically, it's a slap heard from around the world! A slap sent Leshawna falling out of the plane with Duncan and Heather allying with one goal. There are eighteen left, but not for long, on Total… Drama… World Tour!"

"Two episodes and no eliminations! If we were a steak, we'd be a 32-oz T-Bone! We rock!" Owen boasted as Team Victory's remaining 5 members glared.
"You do remember that we lost the last challenge, right?" Justin reminded.
"Well, with Al as our leader, nothing is impossible! Heck, I'm not even afraid of flying anymore! Check this out!" Owen said as he removed his seatbelt and started ballet dancing around the plane, making it shake.
Everyone was worried but as it turns out, it was only the turbulence that had everyone knocked all over the place, leading to the boards they used to patch up the hole coming undone as well. Bridgette was holding onto DJ while Sadie was holding on with one hand. Justin crashed into Tyler. Owen got dragged over to the hole and was hanging on for dear life, "Help! Someone! Pretty please! Al, give me and Ale-hand-bro!" Alejandro glared at Owen as he held on.

"Ugh, how dare he pervert the of Alejandro Burromuerto!"

DJ, Lindsay, Bridgette, and Sadie rushed over to pull Owen back into the plane, which eventually worked. Eva shoved a box into the hole to block it with Owen sitting in a position holding his legs afterward in fear. Everyone dropped from the air onto the ground.
A bird that was in the plane flew in as DJ petted it, showing that the animal curse was gone.
Alejandro walks over to Team Victory, "That was an excellent team effort!" Bridgette, Sadie, and Lindsay all giggled.
Meanwhile, on the contrary, Team Amazon was in the winner's class "Winning sure has its privileges." Courtney gloats as she and Gwen eat a bonbon. Duncan was taking a nap and Trent chatting along with Gwen.
"Man, I miss being on a winning streak!" Trent chimed, remembering his times with the Screaming Gophers back in Season 1, "It's been too long since I've won on a Team."
"Last season was a disaster, but things are looking good!" Gwen cheered.
During this time, Heather and Sierra were on the couch. "…and that's how I became the president of my fifteenth Total Drama fan club!" she finished telling her story to Heather. The queen bee had a gap in her tooth and a bruised eye.
"Great!" said Heather, trying to hide her boredom. "So! You must have some idea of who's going next!"
"Yup!" said Sierra. She proceeds to pull down a chart. "According to my stats, no team avoids elimination four times without getting OCTBIS!"
"What?"
"Over-Confident-Then-Blowing-It-Syndrome!" Sierra clarified, as though it were the most obvious thing in the world.
"So what you're saying is… Team Chris is the next team on the chopping block?"
"Duh! IMHO, for a TV reg, you're a mega-noob!" Sierra responds with a backhanded compliment.
"Uh… thanks," she said, feeling insulted without understanding what was just said.
Confessional: Sierra
"I am already prepping souvenirs for my post-season online charity auction! Like, every time Heather thinks she's using me, I make a little notch in my belt, see?" She takes off her belt to show the notches which causes her belt to fall.
Confessional Ends
"Hey, Cody! Can I show you a foot massage?" she leaves the couch with Heather to join him. Trent comes in to sit with the queen bee.
"You think the challenge will be hot or cold today? We've had some extreme weather lately," Trent asks.
Heather shrugs, "Well, with Chris, you never know what you will get with him."
Before the geek could respond, she had already taken off his shoe.
"Sierra, what are you doing!?"
"Everyone loves a foot massage!" she replied.
"Yeah, normally! But I don't like having my feet touched!"
"Did you know there's a pressure point between the tarsal bones that can temporarily paralyze the body?" Sierra rhetorically asked.
"Uh… cool. But you can stop now!" Sierra ignores him and points her thumb into Cody's sole, causing him to seize up and yelp in shock. Duncan, who had woken up laughed at the sight of Cody in despair.

"Where did she learn to do all that?!"

Chris and Chef decide to mess with everyone in the economy by flying the plane haywire and making a bumpy landing to go along with it.
The plane had an incredibly bumpy landing. DJ opened the door and screamed as he almost fell. Unfortunately for him, Leshawna bumped into him causing them both to fall. This was followed by Bridgette, Lindsay, Tyler, Sadie, and the rest of the contestants. Eventually, they all fell out, with Owen laughing along with happiness that he survived the flight as he jumped off the plane and landed on top of everyone.
"Welcome to the Yukon!" Chris announced to the cast with laughs from everyone falling out.
The next shot cuts over to everyone in front of the starting line, but shivering. Everyone, except for Chris and Chef who were wearing jackets. Oh, and also Eva who seemed used to it, and Sierra who had a feeling that this would happen.
"How are you not freezing?" Noah asked.
"I've been here every winter so I've gotten used to it," Eva replied.
"Um, hello!? Where are our jackets!?" Heather demanded.
"This is unbearable," Sadie whines.
"Relax, I ordered coats for everyone. They won't be ready for weeks, but as soon as they arrive, I'll be sure to hand them out." Chris told the cast as they groaned in frustration.
"Maybe we should h-h-huddle for warmth?!" Courtney shivered as she spoke.
Courtney ran over to Duncan. Cody shot finger guns at Gwen and attempted to make a move on her. She responds by pushing him into Sierra who gives him a hug for warmth. Lindsay ran over to Alejandro for warmth as he was the closest person next to her (no complaints from her, however) and Sadie squeezed Trent into a hug. Ezekiel tries to run for Bridgette but Noah beats him there first and hugs her, but she pushes him away.
"I have a boyfriend," Bridgette responds, shivering.
"You can huddle me, buddy!" Owen said as he crushed Noah with a hug, making Tyler next to him wince.
"A little chilly without mittens, eh?" Chris teased.
"Coco?" Chef offered a mug of hot chocolate to the host.
"Don't mind if I do!"
As Chris slurped his drink, Alejandro looked over to Bridgette and gave a warm smile, with the surfer girl smiling back in return. Duncan, whilst he was holding Courtney into his chest, leered at the Hispanic.
Confessional: Duncan
"Alejandro and Bridgette?! Not gonna happen on my watch. Nobody messes with my boy Geoff." the delinquent glares at the camera.

"Aw! Much better!" Chris exclaimed.
"Are you gonna finish that?" Owen snorts as he appears behind the host.
"Of course he is! It's Chris's favorite drink!" Sierra says matter-of-factly.
"Wrong!" said Chris. "It's actually-"
"Second only to tomato juice!" Sierra added.
"That's… not on the fansite! "How did you…?" Chris chattered nervously before being interrupted.
"I went to your high school and interviewed all your old teachers for the biography I'm writing!"
"...Okay! Sorry, I asked! Moving on!" Chris covers Sierra's mouth before she can continue. "Crossing the river in Canada's icy tundra used to be easy! Back when the river was frozen solid! But thanks to global warming-" A fart was heard by everyone.
"-And Owen, Earth is becoming a lot more interesting! By which I mean, deadly!"
"Wow eh!" Ezekiel yelled out in shock.
"Today's challenge is called Total Drama: The Icicle! Teams must make their way across this watery chasm by jumping from ice floe to ice floe! First team member across must make their way to the dog sleds on the shore and become the dog! Pulling a sled to the finish line, as you grab the rest of your team along the way at marked meeting points! The sleds are first come, first serve! So move fast! Don't worry, if you fall into the water, we are legally required to save you so we have two divers downstream legally required to pull you out! (The "divers" were frozen in ice)." Everyone looked nervous other than Duncan and Eva.
"That doesn't look good man," DJ proclaimed.
A fancy, sleek orange sled, a homemade sled, and one that just looked like a toboggan with crates and barrels tied to it were the three dogsleds. Over the hills were iron poles with red flags dotting the way to the finish line, which sat at the edge of a cliff.
"You guys ready for some mad ice floe jumping? Cuz this guy is kicking it into high gear! Woo!" Tyler cheered.
"Whatever, jock!" Eva replied with Alejandro and Noah rolling their eyes.
Duncan whispered over to Heather, "I think Alejandro has his eyes on Bridgette next." Heather nods silently in agreement.
Confessional: Bridgette
"We are on a losing streak. I have to step it up or else at this rate, I'll be going back to the surf shack!"
Confessional Ends
"Whoever doesn't land near the sled head straight to the finish line, that way we won't lose time stopping at every meeting point," Bridgette commands with her team agreeing with the plan. Sadie gives a thumbs up.
"Wicked!" Ezekiel responds.
"Leading your team just like Geoff did back in Season 1," Sierra proudly states.
"We should stick together!" Courtney barks.
"Why, we just all have to get to the other side and run to the poles," Duncan argues back.
"And how do you propose we do that, Duncan? By following your reckless lead and charging ahead without a plan?"
"Hey, I may not always have a perfect plan, but at least I'm not afraid to take risks. Unlike some people, I know." the delinquent snaps back. The two growled at each other.
"Any tips for this challenge," Noah inquired to Eva.
"Stay warm, don't freeze, win. Pretty simple if you ask me," Eva tells her team.
"Ah, the classic "don't freeze to death" strategy. Can't argue with that logic." Noah snarked.
"What is the reward for this challenge," Heather demands.
Chris chuckles, "Did I say reward?"
"We have already gone through three eliminations, we're overdue."
Trent chimes in, "No way it's not a reward challenge."
"It's gotta be a reward, there aren't enough people for Chris to cut every episode." Noah chimes in with everyone groaning in frustration at the host.
"Yeah, first class as always to the winning team. Now… on your mark, get set, and… GO!" Chris yelled as Chef blew a horn, making a moose perk up in interest.
The contestants all charged over to the ice, with Tyler being the first one to jump. He lost his stance however and slipped into the water.
Hi, Noah!" Lindsay called to the jock as she passed him.
"T-T-Tyler!" the jock corrected his flame.
"No, I'm Lindsay!" she giggles.
Confessional: Tyler
"I don't get it. I'm the least-talked-about contestant on all the fan blogs. Even Zeke gets more play, and he always has the least screen time! Worst of all, Lindsay called me Noah. Noah! Have to make her see me!"

Eva, who was jumping along, saw Tyler in the water and ran back over to him to help him out.
"You saved me, Eva! Thanks!" Tyler chittered.
"Don't mention it," said Eva, grumpily.
Confessional: Eva
"What, as if I am actually going to let these losers die out here in the Yukon? I'm not that heartless."
End Confessional
Ezekiel slipped onto the ice and groaned in pain. Eva was hopping through the ice with ease, Noah and Owen both looked at each other in amazement.
"If Wonder Woman can do it, so can we!" Noah said with motivation, "Come on!" he motioned to Owen.
Noah jumped onto a floe, slipped, and landed on his face. Owen gasped.
"Noah, hang on!" he cried. He hopped onto the ice, only for him to launch the know-it-all into the air and back onto the bank.
"So, uh… I'll just go on ahead, okay? Okay, cool!"
Heather was jumping through and nearly fell into the water but DJ grabbed her just in time.
Sadie jumped into a block but she crashed into Courtney and they both fell into the water. Courtney groans in frustration. Many of the contestants, such as Alejandro, Duncan, DJ, Eva, Sierra, and Trent, were able to hop through the blocks easily. Justin almost fell but regained his composure.
Gwen landed on an ice floe, "Wow, so far so-" only for it to crack and start drifting apart under her as she screamed in terror.
"Hang on, Gwen!" Cody said as he tried to run back to her, only to bump headfirst into Owen.
Just then, a polar bear came out of the water and began tilting the ice, causing them to scream as they went to the other end, with Cody hanging on to Owen for dear life.
Trent tries running back to save Gwen but Duncan beats him there first, leaving an angry Courtney since he left her side. As Duncan lifts Gwen to the other side and carries her on his back, Trent could only look in sadness at the duo.
"Close call pasty," Duncan remarked, with Gwen calling him a jerk and pounding him on his back playfully. He sets her down on the other side and hops back to help Heather. "Run to the sled, Courtney!" he chants out to his girlfriend as he's hopping back.
Back over to Cody and Owen screaming in terror. "Bad polar bear! I am not about to post an obituary on my Cody blog, got it!? Or my Owen blog!" Sierra yelled as she tossed another block of ice. Both Owen and Cody fell into the water, so Sierra grabbed a fish and began to use it to paddle towards them.
Meanwhile, Bridgette was in a little trouble herself. She almost slipped off an ice floe, only for Alejandro to catch her. "Woah! Thanks! You know we're on different teams, right?" she reminded.
"My mother raised a gentleman. Teams are irrelevant." Alejandro responded charmingly and made the surfer girl nervous. Ezekiel was going through the floes in the background and caught a glimpse of the two.

"I thought Geoff and Bridgette were cool together eh, guess not."

"When Geoff's around, I'm never tempted by other guys. But now that it's just me…"

Alejandro jumped to the edge of a floe and extended a hand to Bridgette, who was nervous about the space between the floes, and said, "It's too far!"
"You can do it! Just jump! Quick!" Alejandro encouraged. She did, and although he caught her, they fell over, with Bridgette landing on top of him.
"Uh, t-thank you for catching me!" Bridgette chattered as she quickly stood up from him.
"Thank you for landing on top of me," Alejandro responded charmingly, causing her to look away shyly.
In the same frame, DJ was jogging through the floes with ease, as the teddy bear had a background in ballet and ribbon dancing. "Not too far from the sleds! Sweet!" he cheered as he reached the other side first. Trent and Justin were both helping each other get through as Owen lifted Noah before slipping into the water again, which led to Eva having to come back and help her friends out of the water. Ezekiel and Lindsay were having a good time as well going through.
"Arms… f-freezing…." Cody shivered as he began to sink, but luckily for him, Sierra paddled to him just in time with the trout and pulled him out before things could get any worse.
"Oh, dear Cody! Please be okay!" she said as she held him in his arms.
Confessional Cody:
"Never… again…," the geek shivered.
Confessional Ends
Sadie made it to the other side by just standing on one floe, "You just gotta go with the flow!" she said to Chris as she hopped off.
"Nice!"
In the meantime, Heather and Duncan just finished jumping through the floes.
"Listen, we have to make sure that we succeed this time for Geoff's sake, the poor guy will be crushed! Make sure you do your part queenie."
"Don't worry you don't have to tell me twice, you skeeze!" the queen bee scoffs back.
Back over to Alejandro, he and Bridgette were making good time jumping through, as Courtney jumped to the other side and ran past. Alejandro picked Bridgette up and carried her to the other side of the river. As Alejandro puts Bridgette down, she gasps.
"Wait, are you trying to make a secret alliance with me?"
"Alliance? Oh, Bridgette, for me, this is so much bigger than a game," he said looking into her eyes.
"Oh!" the surfer swoons, enchanted by his words.
At this time, their moment is interrupted by a raven head in the water, "UGH! I can't swim, Alejandro help!"
A concerned Bridgette turns around quickly, "Heather! Oh my gosh, she needs help!" Alejandro on the other hand immediately left Bridgette alone without a second thought and went over to help Heather out of the ice-cold water.
"Bridgette, you stay there!" he says as he runs over to Heather, not knowing that someone else is coming along.
The delinquent walks over to Bridgette and reassures, "Come on. Let's give them some space. They'll be fine." Emotions were high as Bridgette looked back and forth between the two. Eventually, she decides to follow Duncan and move on. As Alejandro helps Heather out of the ice-cold water, he catches Bridgette and Duncan dashing out of sight.
Duncan continues, "You almost made the biggest mistake of your life back there you know that."
"Huh?!" the surfer girl ponders at the punk.
"Think about it, you almost cheated on Geoff by getting a little too close to Alejandro. You almost messed up."
Bridgette's eyes go wide as she realizes in horror what happened. Duncan looks over at her and responds, "It all could've been a whole lot worse."
"I almost cheated on international TV," the blondie says before turning her attention to Duncan, "Courtney was right, you are actually pretty nice," a grateful Bridgette replies.
"Don't mention it," the delinquent says as the two arrive at one of the poles. "Look, I gotta go find my team at another pole so be careful and use this to keep yourself warm," he tosses a lighter over and begins to run off, "Later."
"Hey Duncan," Bridgette asks before he turns around, "Thank you!" Duncan smiles a little before running off, causing the surfer to chuckle.
Confessional: Alejandro
"Well, it seems my adversaries are more resourceful than I anticipated. Heather and Duncan certainly know how to spoil a perfectly crafted plan. Oh yes, they will pay," Alejandro smirks at the camera.

Courtney and Gwen both got to the homemade sled.
"Courtney! First Amazon to arrive! Grab a sled and start pulling!" the host congratulated.
"Gwen and I got here at the same time!" Courtney pointed out, as Gwen looked relieved. "We should both pull the sled!"
Chris chuckles, "Yeah… No. In the event of a tie, we go alphabetically."
"Gwen, help me out here!"
"We both know that you should push the sled!" Gwen snapped back.
Tyler arrived, being the first member of Team Chris to arrive. This meant she had to pull the worst sled of the trio, which was radioactive.
"What?! No way!" Tyler groaned.
"Afraid so!" Chris responds. "Better start sledding now as DJ is way ahead of you guys!"
Eva arrives at the sled shortly after, "Seriously?! Can we switch at least?"
"No way, we have to see how Noah does here!" Chris mocked.
"It's TYLER!" the jock corrects but all in vain.
"You better not mess this up today or else." Eva threatens making the boy in the red tracksuit wince. "Is this box, radioactive?!"
"Eh, what isn't radioactive these days?" Chris replies.
Tyler had finished putting on the harness very quickly and started his run with the sled. Courtney, on the other hand, was still struggling with the harness just as Heather arrived at the sled.
"Wait, how does this harness work!?" Courtney asked.
Tyler tried to look back but Eva told him to shut up and keep going.
"Nice sportsmanship," Heather remarks. "Try not to lose, Noah," which made the jock glare at her in frustration.
"IT'S oh never mind." Tyler gives up and continues along the path.
"Just keep moving," Eva responds.
"Will anyone survive the coldest challenge in Total Drama History?" he narrated. "Place your bets and cross your fingers! The results after this!"
After the commercial break, Trent and Duncan were casting a few annoyed glances at each other as they didn't want to be near each other right now. Since the duo were at a pole and were waiting for their ride, they couldn't just ditch each other. Eventually, one of them spoke up.
"This bites man," Trent starts.
Duncan sighs, "Bigtime!"
"Where's a snowmobile when we need one?" Trent remarks.
"Still remember the first snowmobile ride that I stole," Duncan reminisces, "That time I stole it from the shop right after midnight and went flying off a ramp." The punk and the musician laughed at this.
"Man, this brings me back to the time that my dad let me ride his Snow Owl snowmobile," Trent says, "Best day of my life!"
"I'm itching for a ride on a Glacierbile right now, but Chris cheaped out and made us ride these weak sleds," Duncan groans.
"I'm sure Chris has one that you can steal," Trent replies.
"Knowing McLean, he probably cheaped out on those too," Duncan said.
Trent chuckles before saying, "He definitely wouldn't be so cheap when it comes to himself. We both know that when it is us, Chris'll go as cheap as possible." The delinquent smiled at the musician.

"I put too much blame on Duncan last season, he isn't so bad honestly."

Back over to Sierra and a freezing Cody. "So, Cody, what are you gonna do if we win!"
"I need to find a way to impress Gwen today," the geek responds which makes the superfan sigh in frustration.
Lindsay and Ezekiel were at a pole already, with the latter speaking up, "I wasn't around in Season 1 much, but what color do you remember him wearing."
"I think… RED!" Lindsay screamed.
Cody and Sierra arrived at their pole. Ezekiel looked worried about Cody's condition as Lindsay and Sierra struck up a conversation.
Meanwhile, Tyler and Eva were staying in the race. "If you see anyone, call out!"
"Move slowly," Eva tells Tyler as Noah quickly runs onto the sled. "About time you don't run like a girl," she joked.
"Hush! Also, why do you come here every summer?"
"Helps with my endurance through tough situations."
"Makes sense."
DJ was mushing along as he saw Bridgette and Sadie, with the former using a lighter. "Hey, guys!" the teddy bear cheered.
"DJ! Over here!" Bridgette directs over.
"So, you and Alejandro," Sadie chuckles.
"Ha ha very funny," Bridgette sarcastically replies.
"Alejandro is so hot," Sadie gushes, and Bridgette rolls her eyes with a smile. The two girls hopped on.
"Everybody settled?" DJ asks, with the two girls nodding, "We have some hats in the back!"
Confessional: Sadie
"OHH, if only Katie was here so she could see all of the hot guys. Justin, Trent, and Alejandro!"

"So Lindsay, I heard you threw an epic sweet sixteen birthday party! All together, it cost more than my house!"
Lindsay gushes, "Oh yeah, Daddy made sure that it was the best party ever!"
"Hey isn't that a," Ezekiel points out to a sled before being cut off.
"Hush homeschool, the girls are talking!" Sierra hissed, "Now where were we, oh yes, you also have to teach me some of your gymnastics moves." Cody was to the side talking to Ezekiel about random things.
Confessional: Lindsay
"My sweet 16 was so crazy that the cops had to come to try to shut it down. Paula convinced them to join the party! Also, back at home, I'm the MVP of my gymnastics squads. Most Flexible Player, wait that doesn't sound right." she laughs.

Meanwhile Team Victory, "Keep it up DJ, we are at the home stretch! Lindsay and Ezekiel shouldn't be that hard to find and we are finally gonna win one!" Bridgette cheers.
Back over to Team Amazon.
"Whoa, Courtney! Whoa!" Heather cried, yanking the reins. Courtney stopped long enough for Trent and Duncan to board.
"This will be a rough ride," Duncan gushed, "Gonna enjoy every second of it!" Trent laughs as they get settled in the back.
"Don't even think about it you Neanderthal," Courtney snaps at her boyfriend.
As soon as they boarded, Heather whipped Courtney in the back. "OW! What was that for?!" Courtney yelps out in pain from the shock of the whip.
"Mush!" Heather commands as she whips her again to keep going.
Ezekiel cheers when he sees DJ and his sled come by. Lindsay holds out a thumb as if she was in Manhattan waiting for a taxi cab. As she walked to the sled, she tripped inside.
"Bye Sierra, bye Cody!" Lindsay said as she put on a hat given to her by Sadie. She and Bridgette were rocking the fur hats.
"This will look so pretty on you," Sadie compliments.
All of them high-fived and cheered in the back as DJ picked up a baby seal and cuddled it. The three girls thought it was so cute and DJ passes it to Lindsay as they continue along the trail.
"AWW this seal is so adorable!" Lindsay swoons.
"Can I hold it," Sadie asks. Lindsay nods and turns around to give the seal to her, but as she does, her hair catches Ezekiel in the mouth as he is trying to talk to Bridgette.
Back over to Team Chris, who was still going along, the camera cuts to Alejandro and Justin who are together at a pole
"Hola amigo," Alejandro greets his hot friend.
"Sup," Justin replies, "Good thing us guys don't freeze too much to this cold." Alejandro nods before Justin turns to him, "Also, I see the way that every girl has been swooning over you, how do you keep your looks intact?" he asks.
"Well honestly…" Alejandro starts before being cut off.
"I know exactly what you're doing with your gentleman act, I've seen it from multiple models I've dated." Justin boasts.
"What are you trying to say?"
"Listen, I'm only trying to help you out here. With the both of us, manipulating everyone will be easy."
"Intriguing yet unexpected. Just the way I like it, you're on amigo!" Alejandro grins as he offers a hand which Justin accepts. Tyler pulls up with the sled and they both hop on, smirking at what is to come.
"Brilliant plan Eva!" Alejandro whispered after he settled on the sled.

"Alejandro thinks I trust him. Perfect. I'm gonna make sure I strike when the right time comes so that I can be the only pretty boy on that plane."

"As if I'm going to be fooled by Justin of all people, I know exactly what he's up to." Alejandro grins.

Courtney was racing through the snow when she saw Sierra and Cody, who was freezing, by a pole.
"Need a lift?!" Gwen rhetorically asks as Sierra carries Cody on.
"What happened to you?" Trent asks but Cody only gives him a look to look at the obvious. "Anyways, what snowmobile do you want to ride Gwen?"
Gwen looked shocked before saying, "Well, I've always loved the Winter Fox and how slick it is. Also…" Just then, Team Victory, with DJ at the helm cheers as they zoom past them.
"Where did they get a seal," Cody asked before Heather whipped Courtney again.
"Ah, stop it!" the CIT cries out.
"I'd love to but that makes you go faster," the queen bee replies. Before she can whip her again…
"Yeah, that'll be enough Heather," Duncan says as he takes the whip away from her, earning a scowl back.
"About time you step in," Courtney barks.

"Whipping? With a whip?! When the time comes she is so gonna get it."

Meanwhile, Team Chris finally found Owen who looked so miserable as Tyler came to a stop and allowed Owen to come on.
"What's the matter, Owen?" Noah asked, concerned.
"I haven't eaten in hours! Oh, I wish we were in Russia right now, they're building the world's largest cake." Owen complained. Tyler was getting a little gassed but continued to not give up.
"Keep it in, big guy," Justin responds sympathetically.
"You know what flavor it is?" Noah asked.
"Who cares? It's cake!" Owen answered back.
"Okay, Tyler, time to get moving!" Alejandro commanded, growing bored of the conversation.
"I am moving!" Tyler responds. He was running but the sled wasn't moving, thanks to Owen's weight."
"No, you're miming." Noah snarked.
"It's freaking me out not gonna lie!" Justin responds.
"OH! It's my court shoes! They're no good on ice! If the contest was pulling the sled across a volleyball court, we would have already won," Tyler says before he slips on the ice. Just then, Team Amazon zoomed by with Victory right on their tails.
Even Chris goes by on a four-wheeler, "Good luck!" he taunts and receives six glares.
Team Victory is going along before a mother seal comes out.
DJ screams in terror and avoiding the seal, he dodges it just in time. This shook everyone off in the sled.
"Wait, is this your mama?" DJ asks for the seal, to which the latter nods. "Here you go," and the two seals reunite. Bridgette high-fives DJ with the latter saying, "Today is a good day and nothing to worry about!"
Later on, Team Chris was on a bridge made of solid ice. Tyler was struggling to move along before some impatience rose.
"Dude, get moving already!" Owen yelled in frustration and started the potty dance. "I need to hit a john or another river fast!" Everyone else had a look of worry on their faces.
"Just stop," Justin cried out.
"QUIET!" Eva tried to yell but it was no use.
With him recklessly rocking the sled, cracks appeared in the ice and the bridge collapsed.
Everyone screamed as they fell with all the radioactive sled things. The team hung together as Tyler held on with his fingers at the edge for dear life, for real this time as they were dangling from a 100-foot cliff. Noah was at the top, holding onto the crates, and hanging from his ankle was Eva, who held onto Alejandro. Alejandro gripped Justin's wrists who held Owen upside-down by his ankle.
"There goes my back," Tyler remarks.

"I've got wicked strong fingers! Docs can't explain it. In my first piano lesson, I broke the piano. Got into sports after that!"

Over to Team Victory.
"Look! Something that isn't snow!" Lindsay cried. The camera cuts to a flag that's checkered at the ledge.
"It's the finish line!" Bridgette cried, "This couldn't have gone any better, straight ahead, DJ!"
"Eh, I don't see any other sleds," Ezekiel looks around.
"We're gonna be first!" Sadie exclaims, which causes Team Victory to cheer in excitement.
"Thank you, Mama," DJ exclaims.
Meanwhile with Team Chris, Tyler and the team were still hanging over the edge.
The other 5 members climbed over him like a ladder to get back onto the ice. After all of them are safe, Tyler climbs himself out, still with the harness of the sled on him. Tyler pulls as hard as he can and yanks the sled out of the ice as it starts to go down the hill.
Everyone cheered for Tyler, as they hopped onto the moving sled Tyler couldn't compose himself in time so the sled went down with him being dragged behind it.

"Gotta say, that took guts and Tyler pulled through."

Things were getting tense as both Team Amazon and Team Victory were inches away from the finish line. Team Chris looked down and they saw their competition going down to the wire.
"Owen, lean forward!" Noah said. He does just that and is propelled at a much faster rate. Tyler was still being bouncily dragged as the sled drove downhill.
It was neck and neck as DJ and Courtney glared at each other for the first class, but Team Chris sled darted through the finish line. Team Victory, who were slightly ahead, narrowly beat Team Amazon.
"Alright! Wahoo!" Team Chris cheered. Tyler stuck his hand out of the snow and put a fist up. Team Victory looked a little dejected.
"Look on the bright side, we won't be sending someone home today," Bridgette attempted to uplift her team and they sighed in relief. DJ and Bridgette high-fived with Lindsay and Sadie giving Ezekiel a hug in excitement as the trio jumped up and down.
Amazon looked disappointed that they came in last.
"Last place!? I can't believe that we lost right now!" Heather said as Courtney snarled. Trent stepped up between the two in case Courtney decided to take an exception to that comment. Sadie glanced towards Alejandro, to which the latter caught it and gave her a wink, making Sadie blush.
"Team Amazon loses! Took y'all long enough." Chris said as they all groaned, "Team Victory gets second with a special reward next time and Team Chris is Really, Really, Really, Crazy Hot takes first!"
All of Team Victory cheered as Noah and Eva high-fived, and Justin and Alejandro high-fived. Tyler cheered from the snow as Eva and Noah helped him out. Owen put his hand up and offered a high-five, only for Alejandro to frown and walk away silently, "Hey Al! Buddy! Don't leave me hangin'! Al? Al! Al! Al! Al!" the former says repeatedly.
"Team Amazon, you guys are facing elimination for the first time this season. But you won't have to go through with it because this is really a reward challenge! SIKE!" the other two teams groaned as Amazon looked very relieved and cheered that they were all safe. At this moment, the ice the host was standing on began to crack.

"Hi, Mama! That curse is long gone. We finally got rid of our losing streak. "

"Heather is so lucky that today was a reward challenge. Nobody whips me and gets away with it. And Duncan, he needs to watch himself with Gwen!"

Just then a bell could be heard.
"Crap! I thought you'd forgotten the music challenge this time!" Heather whined.
"As if! It's my favorite part!" Chris answered as the music started. "After you guys sing, you can do whatever you want back on the plane!" Suddenly, the ice gave way and the host fell into the ice-cold water. Not even his jacket could protect him from the cold.
"We can PARTY," Owen exclaimed as everyone cheered with him.
"Imagine if Geoff was here," DJ mentioned, to which Duncan and Bridgette chuckled.
As Chris gets back onto the ice, he announces, "Change of plans, no song this time! Now let's get back on the plane so I can wash myself off." The cast cheered.
Back on the plane, Bridgette was sitting down on one of the chairs and was thinking about Geoff and how he would have a blast around with this party. She didn't notice someone walking over to where she was seated.
"Need anything?" Alejandro asked.
Bridgette looked up to see who it was and when she realized who, she quickly said, albeit a little coldly, "No I'm fine." Alejandro nods his head and walks off to chat with Tyler. Courtney comes over and sits down next to her.
"That's just great," Courtney snapped in frustration overcoming in last.
"About time you guys finally lost," Bridgette joked.
"Shut up!" Courtney said sarcastically.
The camera cuts to Alejandro and Tyler celebrating with Team Chris coming in first. Meanwhile, Heather and Duncan were having some drinks that Owen happily brought over for everyone.
"Not bad queenie," Duncan said while being impressed, "We make a pretty good team I reckon."
"That was something, but this is far from over that's for sure," Heather scoffed before saying, "Nice work taking off with Bridgette, I've gotta say that was a pretty sweet move back there." The duo brought out their drinks and cheered each other with their drinks.
Bridgette comes over to the two, "Oh, I almost forgot, here's your lighter," she tossed it over to him, "Thanks for letting me use it."
"Don't mention it," Duncan said with Heather chuckling.
"How sweet you still have your soft side," the queen bee mocked with Duncan rolling his eyes.
"So sweet that I gave you and Alejandro a moment," the punk taunted and chuckled. Heather scoffed.
DJ and Trent were dancing along to some music. Ezekiel and Sierra were having a conversation all in German.
"I'm so glad that you can speak German fluently! Niemand sonst kann hier weitermachen." the crazy girl says with excitement. She takes a picture with the homeschooler warmly smiling and posts it to her blog. She moves over to sit next to Gwen, with Cody sleeping and trying to forget the events on the other side.
"Courtney is also with me on this plan, we need to vote off Heather," Gwen told Sierra.
"Well, fine, but on one condition, you have to stop being so nice to Cody," Sierra bargained.
"If it means Heather is finally gone, you've got a deal!" the goth agreed with a satisfying smirk.

"I've never seen that side of Duncan first-hand before, and I didn't expect him to save me from making the biggest mistake in my life. He's not so bad after all. Maybe Alejandro didn't know that I was with Geoff but I must stay away from him no matter what."

"I was going to play with Bridgette's heart and leave her stuck to a pole but no worries! They all are expendable. Some will prove to be more challenging than others, but one… by one, they'll all… go down!"

"Oh, sorry Noah!" the dumb girl cuts in before leaving.

"Oh," the jock sighs in sadness.

"Will Noah ever make Lindsay remember him!"
Tyler gets annoyed and yells, "It's Tyler!"
"Find out next time on Total Drama World Tour!" The host sings as he signs off the episode.

Reaching the end of the first quarter, this was my personal favorite chapter to write. I decided to make this a reward challenge as I didn't have anyone that I wanted to eliminate, and I hated the idea of Bridgette getting eliminated here after the events of Action. The girl had no time to shine all on her own, unfortunately, and if this was going to happen, at least put Beth in here instead. It was so much fun writing the Heather and Duncan alliance to use to stop Bridgette from cheating and create a special partnership between Justin and Alejandro for later. I was originally going to have the song be a cover but decided against it as it goes against the tone of World Tour and the fic. That's why it might feel like I pulled the rug under as I had it ready to go but removed it. Maybe I release that or give Bridgette a solo single. I'd be happy to do either one.
I forgot to put out a note for chapter 4 so here it is:
So that's the end of the road for Leshawna. Honestly, maybe I could have kept her in for a rivalry with Heather but I decided against it. I disliked her this season compared to other ones where she was crazy for Alejandro, which was the other characterization of her character I loved. It all rubbed me the wrong way so I made it so that Leshawna stumbled off the platform instead of jumping off of it and throwing the challenge. I decided to shift the episode order for a few storylines that I set up, and before you ask, this is the only time that it will happen. Yukon is next, followed by Broadway, and so on for the rest of the fan fiction. Forgive me for the song.
To add on, I made sure to have these two have beef from the offseason and for Alejandro to be more of a smooth charmer instead of going over heels for him. Also, the animal curse is gone. I wasn't a fan of Bridgette being the first girl eliminated again so that has changed. Rest assured, it will all make sense in the next chapter.
