It's the oldest story in the world. One day you're 17 and planning for someday. And then quietly and without you ever really noticing, someday is today. And then someday is yesterday. And this is your life."
"The author on everyone's lips is Lucas Scott. If you haven't read his latest two novels what are you doing with you're time?" The tv host proclaimed. Looking to the camera.
"Thank you for joining us this morning Lucas. I've read both novels over in prep for this morning. I think its you're most buzzed about work to date for many reasons."
"But i have to ask. What was the inspiration behind these two books?" She questioned.
"What I write are works of fiction. But they are based off real experiences and people I know. I have a final novel to complete. That will be my last book for awhile."
"I'm taking a break once that is released. My inspiration is my family. Friends. Overall for me."
"Its about leaving a legacy behind for my kids. That they could be proud of."
"I have to shout out my wife Brooke Scott."
"She's my partner. My soul mate. She holds it down when i need to go away and write. I close myself off in our beach house or cabin and write."
"She's the love of my life." Lucas matter of fact. Looking to the camera.
Brooke beamed. As she watched from the tv in her clothing store.
Oscar was 17 now. He had A's and B's. He was planning to go to the University of Kentucky for college.
Winston was 7 now. Thriving in all aspects.
Stella was 4. In preschool now. She heard and saw everything.
