"Hmm, interesting," came the voice of the man who truly Heartland.

"What is it, Dr. Faker?" Mr. Heartland asked as he looked at his boss, who was looking at various screens.

"It seems that a third Number Hunter has shown himself," Dr. Faker spoke as he brought up a hologram for Mr. Heartland to look at.

"Hmm, something about him looks familiar," Mr. Heartland mused as he looked at the 3D image of the teenager with spiky light blue and green hair.

"This is Kyoji Yagumo; he was one of the top duelists of the region and was poised to win the Japanese Nationals last year, but he was disqualified," Dr. Faker explained.

"What for?" Mr. Heartland asked, curious as to how this promising duelist had been disqualified.

"He apparently saw his opponent's deck before the duel, that opponent being Quattro, aka Thomas Arclight," Faker stated a sour expression on his face.

"Byron's son?" Mr. Heartland asked in shock.

"And so he was banned for life, and Quattro is now the National Champion, but that is not all; he became an orphan after the loss of his parents, and after a few years, he, another pair of orphans went and got an apartment together, but then the boy of the pair got hospitalized." Faker began going over Kyoji's history, and Mr. Heartland could tell he was looking for something to exploit.

"And since they are young, they didn't have proper insurance and so they had been relying on Kyoji winning tournament prize money, but since he got banned, he obviously had to resort to other methods of money?" Mr. Heartland asked, a grin on his face.

"Yes, from what my systems are collecting, he has been running a little gang that challenges people to Antee duels to get their rare cards and then selling them," Dr. Faker stated.

"Many would consider that against the spirit of dueling, but nothing illegal as long as both parties agree," Mr. Heartland said before his face contorted into a massive grin. "But what if it wasn't enough? What if things happened? He needed to get more money for his friend and so had to gain it through less than legal means, then getting caught in the act by our heads of security, but being the kind souls we are, we make a deal. A deal for him to hunt for us instead of himself?" The grin on Mr. Heartland's face had become twisted and distorted as he expulshed his idea to Dr. Faker.

"Yes…" Dr. Fake said as he shared a grin with his loyal minion. "That would be such a tragedy if that were to happen."

"What the hell is this?" Kyoji said as he looked at the piece of paper that had come in the mail this morning.

"I…" Rio simply muttered as she looked over his shoulder, having just gotten done reading it herself. "Why does this keep… happening to us.

"I have no clue, but this is…" Kyoji said as he looked at the letter that was from the hospital. And it was a letter that basically said that due to issues, the price of Ryouga's skin grafting was going to go up tremendously.

Money they didn't have.

"I am going to figure out a solution, Rio," Kyoji said. "Just leave it to me."

"I trust in whatever you decide to do," Rio responded. "I am going to go and get dinner prepared."

"That… would very nice," He responded as he just continued to look at the letter from the hospital, holding in the urge to rip and tear into it and then the people who ran it.

But that would result in him getting in jail, and that wouldn't solve anything.

"So, Kyoji, what is your plan to solve this issue?" E'rah asked as the goddess manifested next to his head.

"…" He was going to respond immediately, but Kyoji kept his mouth and was quiet for a minute before he actually responded as he needed to go through some old thoughts and considerations. "There was a thing that I once considered doing to earn a lot of cash, but I discarded it, as it could potentially cause too many problems in the long term."

"Oh and what is the idea you thought could cause so much damage?" E'rah asked with an excited tone of voice like she was getting off to him, causing chaos and getting in trouble… she probably was getting off on thoughts like that.

"Underground dueling," He answered.

"Underground dueling?" E'rah asked. "How is it that different from regular dueling?"

"Underground dueling tends to have a lot more things going on than a normal Pro Duel, high cash pricing that involves gambling and betting, and also they tend to… involving shock collars to inflict damage when you actually lose life points," Kyoji explained.

"Ooh… are you going to do it?" E'rah excitedly asked with glee.

"Probably… definitely. If I am going to get the money they apparently want now for his stay and healing, though, a big problem is that both my face and Deck is well known, even with the modifications you've made to it." Kyoji said.

"So just wear a disguise and get a new deck," E'rah said. "I can help with the first part easily enough, the second part a little less, still out of juice to make new cards for you. Though such an experienced duelist such as you probably have enough cards to scrounge up a new deck."

"Flattery will get you nowhere, E'rah, but you would think… money is tight for us, and so new cards was a luxury, the…" Kyoji trailed off.

"What is it?" E'rah asked.

"There is another deck in the apartment," Kyoji said as he got up from the chair he was sitting in and moved through the apartment and into the hallway where the bedrooms were located and into one Kyoji hadn't entered in a bit as Rio was the one that cleaned it, but he knew where what he sought laid.

Kyoji opened up the drawer where a D-pad, a D-Gazer, and a Deck box lay alongside the Extra Deck.

"Are you going to be using the deck of your comatose friend?" E'rah asked in shock. "How scandalous."

"Yeah, yeah, I am," Kyoji said. "Though I don't think he would rather see them used than sitting and collecting dust. Though you won't say a word to Rio."

"My mouth will not say a thing… if I get something in return," E'rah said.

"You are acting a little too haughty, goddess; remember, you currently only exist thanks to me," Kyoji said as he left Ryouga's room with the Deck in hand.

"I did not mean it like that; thanks to our pact, you are the only thing in this world that I can physically interact with, and I am a woman with needs, Kyoji," E'rah said as she cupped her hyper-sized tits, making the thick nipples that were covered by her dress be highlighted through the fabric. "And seeing you and Rio going at it like wild animals over the last few days has made me quite pent up."

Kyoji looked at his spirit partner before sighing; well, let's ask Rio about it, and if she says yes, you will not talk about you know what," Rio stated.

E'rah smiled at that. "Well, hopefully for you, she says yes," E'rah teased, as the two of them entered the kitchen where Rio, with her bodacious body, was currently preparing dinner for the two of them.

"Hey, Rio," Kyoji said as he stood beside his girlfriend.

"What is it, Kyoji? You only take that tone with me when you want to ask me permission for something that you are embarrassed about," The busty blunette replied as she set the fish to simmer.

"It's about E'rah," I replied.

"Oh, and what does our Goddess want from us now?" She asked as she turned her to look at E'rah, who was standing behind, probably looking incredibly smug about getting what she wanted.

"While I get energy from Kyoji thanks to our contract, our pact, the transference of energy is quite small, and if I were to get more, I would recover even faster outside of gaining Numbers, so it would prove fruitful if Kyoji and I engaged in sexual relations with each other. As sperm is packed full of energy, and a direct infusion of it into my spiritual body would help in my recovery, as one orgasm would result in me gaining the same amount of spiritual energy as what I would take from Kyoji over an entire day." E'rah explained in a way that extremely logical sense, and it was not like they could call her out on it, as they had little idea as to how it actually worked.

But it sounded similar to things that Kyoji had read about in his previous life.

"I see," Rio said simply before returning to her cooking and she stayed silent for a solid five minutes before she responded. "I shall allow it with the condition that I shall, of course, be allowed to watch and participate if desired."

"Of course," E'rah answered. "I'd love it if you did."
