I'm pretty sure you all heard the tale of the Human girl name Luz Noceda.
How she was transported into another world filled with witches, demons and magic living on the bones of a once powerful semi-immortal creature known as the Titan, a realm known as the Demon Realm and the home known as the Boiling Isles.
How she was willing to stay and learn to use magic and become a witch herself. How she discover many strange and unusual things around the Boiling Isles, like discovering magic of the Nature of the Titan around her.
How she made friends, reuniting friends and family together, and found love thanks to her positive optimism to help others and see the good in everything and everyone on the Boiling Isles.
And of course how she saved the Boiling Isles from a 400 year old deranged Emperor witch hunter from destroying all witch/demon kind of the isles. And how she sacrificed herself to save a Child of the Stars, and that the Titan even gave her all his magic to become a Titan herself to save the isles from destruction and genocide.
Yeah we all know that story.
Things have changed in the Demon Realm since then. All for the good thanks to Luz and her friends saving the Boiling Isles and all of the Deamon Realm. Of course there were some that liked the changes of the Isles while some, well not so much.
Ever since the death of Emperor Belos, the destruction of what happened on the Day of Unity, and of course during the time with the Collector of his 'playful' chaos, the Boiling Isles had a lot of reconstructing to do to make it their home. But over time with a little help from one another, it felt like home once again. Only this time, there were a few changes, there was no fear of Wild Magic or Wild Witches. No Coven System or sigils longer required, and no ruler to control over the Boiling Isles and their oppression. Everyone and everywhere were free to be themselves and how the Demon Realm should live, in peace.

Now you don't think her story stopped there, did you?
So over the years that have passed, things were looking up for Luz, her friends and her families, both Human and Demon. She continues to study all types of magic, she also had her knack of storytelling and writing. So much so she even wrote and published her first book, which was based on her adventures in the Demon Realm. Granted she tweaked a few things, changed some names, but she managed to sell her book out. And what do you know, her book was the best seller on the Boiling Isles, and was even the best seller back in the Human Realm too. No doubt, she planned more for her book making it into a series and still the top selling fantasy series.
Things were going great for her, including for her Sweet Potato; Amity Blight.
Amity was a researcher/explorer discovering many known and unknown artifacts across the Boiling Isles. Like her father, she also had a knack with Abomination technology, inventing and creating something new and improved to help with the Boiling Isles. Now that Blight Industries doesn't mass produce Abomination weapons anymore.
Never had Amity felt so free and alive to be who she always wanted to be, herself. And she was proud for who and what she's become, as she had Luz to thank for.
The couple had grown stronger together, supporting and loving eachother through all the years together. It was there that the two were ready for the next step of their lives, marriage.
It was a special and nerve racking day for Luz. She was having everything all planned out, but when the moment came, she froze as she was so nervous of how to propose. She was a big wreck when she was trying to tell Amity something. But luckily with the help of some special Light Glyphs, making the area around them luminate and magical, gave her the confidence and finally proposed to Amity.
At first Luz thought she messed up, but was soon wrapped in Amity's arms, giving her an answer; Yes!
It was a marvelous wedding day, everyone came from the Boiling Isles to celebrate the union. Family and friends came to celebrate their special day.
It was by far the best day of Luz's whole life, she remembered she stood there in her white tux, watching as Amity in her elegant white dress came walking up. Both smiled lovingly to eachother, saying their vows and 'I dos' and were finally announced Mrs. and Mrs. Noceda-Blights with a kiss to seal it.
The whole ceremony was a blast! All families and friends were enjoying the fun. Luz recalled her mom Camila having a hard time to dry her tears, so happy and proud of Luz for her special day. The whole day just seemed perfect to the newly wed couple as they shared their first dance as a newly wedded couple, cutting their wedding cake and spending time and sharing dances with their family and friends. They were even given a special wedding surprise star firework show curtsey of the Collector, who joined them on this special day before descending back up to the Stars once more.
Luz and Amity both watched the display, holding eachother in their arms. Seeing that this was the best day of their new lives together. Both couldn't be happier and lucky to have eachother in their lives.
But soon came a thought of what they think would make their lives even more happier when they were ready, to start a family.
Both knew they would be excellent mothers, Amity however still worried she was afraid she would end up like Odalia and wanted to try and control her child's life like Odalia had done, but thanks to Luz's reassuring she knows Amity is nothing like her. Amity was lucky to have Luz as she always knows what to say to cheer her up.
Even at times Luz was worried that what if she failed as a mom, but Amity reminded her that she was there for her as Luz was for her, both of them will try to be good and best parents in their own way.
It was there that Luz made a decision, she wanted to be the one to carry their baby.
This was indeed a big and tough decision, but Luz was willing to go through whatever it takes until the day comes for her and Amity to have their son/daughter in their arms.
However this was a big risk.
Luz was Human and nobody knows about the side effects that would happen to her while carrying a half Human/half Witch baby. Results could be fatal for both the baby and Luz.
This feared Amity each day, what if something would happen to them both, she couldn't bare it. But she continued to be supportive to Luz every step of her pregnancy.
Soon came the big day, the baby was coming!
Amity and Luz rushed to the Healing Ward, where the healers and her sister Emira were waiting for her. Amity wanted to be by Luz's side during the birth, but the healers spoke that she should remain waiting out as their procedure was very crucial and life risking. As both Luz and the baby's life were on the line if something were to go wrong during the birth. Emira spoke she will deliver the news if anything happens. The last thing Luz did was smile at Amity and said "Everything will be okay" before wheeling her away.
Seconds turned into minutes, minutes turned into hours. Hour by hour went by as Amity was a nervous wreck, alternating from pacing to sitting with her foot tapping rapidly. Both the Palismen Ghost and Stringbean watched the Witch, both were extremely worried as well.
"Amity, Luz will be fine" her father Alador said, sitting beside her placing a comfort hand on her shoulder. "How do you know Dad? What if something were to happen to Luz and the baby, this kind of thing is rare and could be fetal for a Human to carry a half witch baby inside her" Amity sat up, beginning to panic more and more "Relax Mittens," her brother Edric said, placing his arm around her to calm her down. "Luz is tough, you know that. And I'm sure Em wouldn't let anything happen to her or the baby. So just continue to be our brave Amity for her when she comes through" he added, which Amity couldn't help but smile "Thanks Ed, I needed that" she responded as Edric gave her a squeezing hug.
"We're not too late are we!?" a voice came booming through the hall.
Amity turned and smiled to see the guests were none other than Gus, Willow and Hunter. Along with them was the Owl Lady herself, Eda, her partner Raine Whispers, Eda's sister Lilith and of course King, whom in height was around the size of a teenager.
"No, you all came at a perfect time" Amity greeted them, seeing as they were all huffing and out of breath from running. "We would've gotten here faster if we flew" Willow said as she held her swollen stomach "No way! I'm not taking any risk if flying is involved with you and our baby" Hunter argued being cautious with his wife. Willow just smiled and leaned up "I know you Hunny, you want to keep us safe" she giggled before delivering a kiss to her husband's cheek in which her actions made him red in the face.
Amity couldn't help but giggle at the Park couple before turning to Gus "And why were you out of breath?" "We literally ran from the University when we got the news, so we booked it as fast as well can!" Gus replied as he was still huffing and out of breath. "Well Lilith and I took the easy way getting here" Eda said as she and Lilith were in their Harpy forms before reverting back to their normal forms. "And you know I couldn't miss this important day! Luz is my surrogate daughter after all" Eda beamed with pride. Amity smiled at the Owl Lady.
"We're here!" a new group of voices rang out. Turing to see Camila, with her was the adopted Basilisk Vee Noceda and her partner Masha, all 3 came running in, they too were out of breath before joining the rest.
"We didn't miss Luz and her baby, did we?" Vee, who was in her Basilisk form, asked "No you came on time, they're still delivering" Amity told them "¡Gracias a dios!" Camila let out a sigh of relief. "How long as it been since she went into labor?" Masha asked as they sat next to Vee on the chairs. "It feels so long, I can't even recall the hours it's been" Amity replied to them.
"This is a most exciting day! The first Half Human/Half Witch baby being born, this should be a remarkable day in history to record in time!" Lilith was beaming with joy "Lily...!" Eda stopped her sister, before shooting a glace at Amity who was looking worried. Lilith gasped "I'm sorry Amity, I didn't realize-" "It's okay Lilith, this is a happy occasion after all" Amity replied giving her a smile before looking back at her hands.
Raine walked over and placed their hand on the Abomination Witch's shoulder "Everything's going to be alright Amity" "Yeah this is Luz we're talking about, I bet she'll pull through this in no time" King interjected with his positivity. "And just wait until the baby gets a load of their Uncle King, the coolest Titan uncle!" he turned around and exclaimed with pride "Oh yeah? Not until I show the baby my illusion powers of their Master Illusionist/Human World Ambassador Uncle Gus!" Gus said as he twirled his finger to make a magic circle. Making words appear above the group that said:
'WELCOME TO THE WORLD BABY NOCEDA-BLIGHT!'
Amity smiled at the gesture they were all giving her, but her worries still didn't fad away.
Camila and Eda both looked at eachother and back at the Witch. "Okay Boots, what's eating ya?" Eda asked her before taking a seat next to Amity "I'm just really worried! What if something bad were to happen to the baby and Luz? There's never been anything about a Human carrying a half witch, and even if there was the outcome of it is fatal death for both!" Amity felt her hands shaking "What if they both don't pull through!? I can't bare to loose Luz and the baby!" Amity added and cried in frustration in her hands.
"Amity, we know you're worried. But don't forget, we're all worried for her life too." Camila calmly comfort her "My daughter means so much to everyone on the Boiling Isles, we all don't know what we do if something were to happen. But Luz will pull through this, I know it" Camila lifted Amity's chin up to look at her. "Camila's right! If I know Luz, she's a fighter, and she fights to what she believes in. Don't forget, we're all here for you as well" Eda added, carefully placing her hook on Amity's shoulder.
Amity looked up, seeing all her friends and family gathered around smiling at her. She shed some tears, wiping them away and gave a smile. Knowing they were right. Luz will make it through this.
All sat together and waited for what felt like more hours. That was until Emira came to greet them with news.
All ssuddenly stood still at attention, waiting for the twin Blight to answer.
Emira stood for a moment before smiling "They're both okay! Mittens, you and Luz have a wonderful, healthy baby girl!" she announced with tears and ran to hug her sister. In which Edric ran to join the two as they shared a sibling hug.
The whole party let out their breaths they held in. All beginning to cheer at the news. Camila shed tears hearing she had a granddaughter, Vee and Masha wrapped her up in a hug. Eda was silent but had a smiled on her face, she turned to Raine as they placed their hand on her shoulder for comfort and both shared a tender smile to eachother.
Amity was silent but continued to hug her siblings, she turned to her father as he too shed some tears "Congratulations Mittens" he said with proudness in his voice. Amity held out her hand to pull Alador to join in the hug, and there the Blight family stayed in this happy moment.
"Well, want to see them?" Emira asked her. Amity just smiled and nodded. "I guess the whole party will want to come along" Emira smiled before leading the group to the room.
All walking down following Emira, passing by some rooms until Emira stopped at one room before opening the door. There everyone stood in shocked for what they saw.
Luz Noceda-Blight laid on the bed looking all tired and exhausted from the labor she endured. In her arms was a small purple blanket all wrapped up. Luz had her attention to what was wrapped in the blanket before her gazed turned to the door "Hey Sweet Potato" she greeted in a low but tired voice "Luz!" Amity ran into the room and joined her wife's side making Luz laugh a bit.
"Hey everyone, come meet our girl" Luz greeted the others to join her. One by one everyone gathered around the bed.
Luz turned to Amity and back to the bundle before showing them all the little baby girl.
The baby was tiny, she had same tan skin as Luz, a fuzz of brown hair on the top of her head, and she had pointy witch ears. The baby squirmed in the blanket before slowly opening her eyes. Amity and Luz gasped and smiled to see their baby had golden eyes, just like Amity's.
Everyone around awed at the sight of the baby "Luz...Amity...she's so beautiful!" Willow awed in tears. "Ay que lindo!" Camila exclaimed, covering her mouth and tears bursting in her eyes. "Congratulations you two" Raine smiled softly "Oh I'm finally an Uncle!" King burst with eyes shining at the sight of the tiny baby.
"She's perfect Luz!" Amity exclaimed, having tears started to swell up in her eyes "I knew she would be" Luz replied with her own smile.
"So...have you two thought of any names for her?" Masha asked the two new parents "Or shouldn't we even asked" Vee smirked with a chuckle. Amity and Luz chuckled before looking at eachother and back at their baby "It's no surprise you know what we will name our daughter" Amity said staring at the tiny babe.
"Everyone, say hello to Azura Mireya Noceda-Blight" Luz carefully held up the baby for everyone to see and announce the arrival of their baby...Azura.
"Yep, should've known!" Vee laughed a bit as the other Hexsquad joined her too.
"Mireya?" Amity asked about the middle name "Yeah, I've been thinking long an hard of her middle name, and for what's been happening I figured her middle name would fit something that's a miracle to this day. Mireya means Miracle, and she's our 'Little Miracle'" Luz explained, looking at Azura closing her eyes and squirming in her blanket.
Hearing her middle name seemed to have a perfect ring. "Mireya...I think it's perfect Batata" Amity told her, both leaned their heads to eachother.
Luz and Amity then noticed Stringbean and Ghost, both hopping onto the bed "Hey Stringbean, Ghost, like to meet our new member of the family?" Luz said, carefully moving Azura so the two Palismen could see. Both Stringbean and Ghost both saw the tiny baby, in which she gave a little yawn to them. At that cute moment both Palismen's eyes shined and they chirped and mewed in happiness, welcoming the baby to the family. "Looks like Ghost and Stringbean are happy to meet you Azura" Amity cooed at her baby daughter.
"You did great there Luz" Masha walked over to the couple "Thanks Masha, think you and Vee are ready for kids?" Luz asked with a smirk and raised brow "Who knows, gotta see how Vee feels first. But we'll be happy to be babysitters whenever you come to the Human Realm for a visit" Masha waved their hands "We'll let you know" Amity replied to them.
Vee looked up shyly to see her sister wanting her to meet her niece. Vee slowly walked over and changed into her Human form "Vee, it's okay she doesn't bite yet" Masha teased her with a chuckle "I know, it's just...I'm not comfortable yet, and what if I scare her as a Basilisk?" Vee began to ramble. Luz laughed a bit "It's okay Vee, I understand. But when she's old enough we'll show her your form, that way she'll know more of her Aunt Vee" Luz told her. Vee smiled and hugged her "Thanks Luz" "Anytime" both sisters smiled to eachother.
"¡Oh mira a mi preciosa nieta!" Camila gushed, walking over to the bed, looking at her granddaughter. Luz happily and gently gave her daughter to her mother to hold. Camila smile grew and tears ran down her eyes, shedding more happy tears. Carefully Camila placed baby Azura back into Luz's arms "Luz, if your father were here, he'd be proud of you...as much as I am proud of you" "Thanks Mama" Luz raised her arm and hugged her mother as both shed their tears.
"I can't believe I'm an abuela now!" Camila exclaimed as she, Vee and Masha walked out of the room.
"She really is beautiful Mittens" Emira said, looking at the baby "I want to thank you Em" "It was nothing, I mean sure it's part of my job, but Luz is our family and so is baby Azura" Emira replied as she and Amity shared a sister hug.
"Just you wait Tiny Mittens, we'll teach you some great tricks" Edric said to his niece and wiggled his finger to her "'Tiny Mittens' really?" Amity heard him, raising a brow and crossed her arms. "Well she probably takes after Luz. But she looks kinda like you, in some ways" Edric said in his defense. "She almost does, but that's a good thing. She knows who her mother is and where she gets her looks from" Alador stated, looking at his youngest daughter. Amity turned and smiled at her father "Thanks Dad" she thanked him as he nodded.
Alador wandered over to have a good look at his granddaughter. Looking down he had the most gentlest and proud smile appearing on his face. Amity and Luz smiled at the man, already know that Alador love and care for his granddaughter at first sight.
The Blights were the next to leave the room, but Emira turned back "Amity, there's somethings I need to tell you and Luz" "Is something wrong Em?" Amity walked over to her sister with a confuse expression. "It's about Azura...but I think that can wait. You two have been through enough for today" Emira told her. Amity nodded, seeing as what her sister wanted to tell her was important to them. But will leave it for now, letting them get rest.
Amity turned back to see Gus and Willow surrounding around Luz. Gus holding the baby as he showed little copies of himself waving to the baby.
Willow holding her next "Vee was right, it's no surprised you two would name her Azura" Willow laughed before delivering Azura back to Luz. "Oh, and have you and Hunter thought of any names, maybe some from Cosmic Frontier like O'Bailey or Avery?" Luz exclaimed and chuckled lightly "Hey those are good names!" Gus spoke in defense. Willow laughed and held her hand up "I already spoke to Hunter, we're both still looking for names" "Well I can't wait to see your bundle on the way" Luz replied, Willow bent over and hugged her friend with Gus joining them.
Luz watched as her two friends exit the room, Amity and Willow greeted eachother, laughed and smiled before hugging one another. Luz smiled to see how far their fixed friendship has come.
She shifted her eyes seeing that she wasn't alone in the room. As she saw Hunter leaning on the wall before making his way over to her and sat on the bed.
"How're you feeling?" Hunter asked her "Good, little tired though." Luz replied to him "You had us all worried for months" Hunter said to her before turned to look at the Human. "Oh, you especially was worried about me huh?" Luz teased him, making the Grimwalker blush a tad bit "I was...you mean a lot to everyone Luz" he told her, both smiled a little.
Hunter turned his gaze to the baby in her arms "She really is beautiful, you should be proud" "Yeah we are. You should be proud too, knowing that you and Willow will welcome your baby soon" Luz said, eyeing him seeing as he turned to look away, seeing as there was something wrong.
"Luz...what if I'm not cut out to be a father?" Hunter told her softly and honestly. "I mean, you know how my upbringing was. I wasn't even born like how you, Amity, Willow, Gus and the others were. I was made and uprooted from the ground! I don't know anything about being a father, even back then I never even had one to teach me or give good advice! And...what if I end up being like 'Him'!" Hunter poured out his thoughts to her.
Luz stared at the Grimwalker in silence for a good short minute before shifted herself and placing a hand on his shoulder. "I get that you're scared. I felt the same way about being a Mom, but I realize I'm not alone in this. It takes two to parenting. I have Amity with me to care and love Azura. Just the same as you have Willow to care and love for your baby." Luz began telling him, Hunter looking at her as she spoke her words of wisdom. "And I also know one thing...you are nothing and never will be anything like Belos!" she added, looking straight into his eyes, telling him the truth.
Hunter stared at Luz before smiling "Thanks Luz, I needed that" "Anytime hermano" both thanked eachother. Until Luz had an idea "Want to hold her?" "What!? No! No!" "And here you go!" Luz carefully placed Azura into Hunter's arms.
Hunter carefully held the baby and stood still, afraid that if he moved he would wake her up and make her cry. However one look at Azura he felt something inside his galderstone heart. He soon began to form tears in his eyes as he held her close, until he eventually returned Azura back to Luz. "See, you got this! Just remember, you have Willow with you and your new baby along side you. I think you'll be a good Dad" Luz said to him. Luz was then surprised as Hunter hugged her "Thank you Luz!"
Luz smiled and watched Hunter leave the room. She brought her daughter up close to her to speak to "That was your Uncle Hunter. He may look a bit intimidating, but he's really a big softy. And with him is your Auntie Willow, the strongest and toughest Witch and Flyer Derby Captain of the greatest team the Emerald Entrails! Both of them I know will make great parents, and I have a feeling their baby will be best friends with you" Luz said to Azura as she watched the couple outside her door.
There she watched Hunter and Willow together, both sharing a deep kiss with Hunter placing his hands on Willow's swollen baby bump, feeling and protecting the baby from inside.
Luz smiled seeing how far Hunter had come. She couldn't believe it all started when they first met, he was no more than Belos righthand man the Golden Guard that threaten to harm King when he was locked in a cage. And now looking at him he's come so far. A family and wife that loves and supports him, and a child along the way.
Luz knew Hunter will be okay. And as she had said to him, she knows he would be a good dad.
Luz looked to see the last of her guests. Her Owl House family.
King walked over to exaimine at the baby closely "Edric said that he sees a tiny Amity, I don't see it. I just see a tiny Luz" he looked carefully at the baby "Well, she is a mix of both of us" Luz told him simply. "I can't wait until your old enough, we will play and have sorts of fun as I'm your Uncle King!" King said softly to the baby "I don't know King, you might get bored of her!" Luz playfully smirked at the Titan "No way! There's no way I would ever be bored with her, I'm gonna teach her everything about Demons and about Titans!" King exclaimed, pounding a hand to his chest. "I think she'll like learning all that from her Uncle King" Luz said, smiling as she watched King carefully wiggling his claw finger at the baby.
"It's such a glorious day for you and Amity, Luz! You are the first Human to give birth to a Half Human/Half Witch baby! Oh I just feel so proud of you!" Lilith gushed "Thanks Lilith, I'm glad to see that this should count for your history record events" Luz smiled. "History record events come and go, but this is special for both worlds!" Lilith exclaimed, lightly waving her hand "That, and you get to be a cool great aunt to Azura" Luz said with a raised brow, Lilith couldn't help it as she moved her hands to her mouth to contain her squeal of joy.
"Oh! I better go tell Mom and Dad the news! And Hootsifer! He'd want to know as well! Can't leave him in the dark!" Lilith began to run out of the room filled with joy.
Eda couldn't help but gave out a laugh and snort "Looks like Lily is happy to be a great aunt" she said to herself before turning back to Luz. "But I'm also proud of you Kid, you did great" "Thanks Eda" Luz and Eda hugged, Eda then stared down at the babe. "And I bet if Azura is anything like you, she will definitely be a handful" Eda replied with a smirk "I'm sure she would have loads of fun that her Grandmama Eda would come and babysit her, along with her Uncle King!" Luz smirked with a raised brow, seeing as King squealed at the thought.
"Whoa whoa! I appreciate that offer Luz. But I'd be too busy, what with running the University as Headmaster, helping Raine and all" Eda waved her hands in defense, until she shot her a familiar Owl Lady smirk "But that doesn't stop me from teaching her my ways of having fun!" "You're ideas and ways of fun is a new meaning of causing trouble" Raine told her as they smirked and giving her a look. "Oh you caught me Rainestorm!" Eda faked being hurt, placing her hand to her chest and both of them shared a smiled
"Once again I'd like to congratulate you and Amity on this day, Luz. I know both of you will be just fine, and be amazing mothers" "Thanks Raine" Luz thanked them, Raine bending down to give her a hug. Luz smiled softly as she watched King, Raine and Eda head out the door.
"Grandmama Eda, I may like the sound of that name! And what do you think, Grandy Rainestorm" Eda chuckled "We'll talk names some other time" Raine joined in laughing.
Luz smiled as she watched all her friends and family leave after all the congratulations they send to her. Luz sighed and looked at baby Azura in her arms.
She closed her eyes for a moment before smiling to see Amity once again sat beside her in the bed. "Hey Sweet Potato, what did Emira want?" "Oh she'll tell us when we're ready, but I know it has something to do with Azura" Amity replied to her. "Maybe by tomorrow, right now I just want me and my awesome wife to enjoy this moment with our perfect and awesome baby" Luz said to her, leaning her head on Amity's shoulder. "I think you're the awesome one, being the one to give birth at the toughest of times" Amity replied to her, tiny hint of worry.
Luz heard her and frowned "I'm sorry to put you through that Amity" "Luz, you mean so much to me, to everyone! If something were to happen to you, I don't know what I would do, or any of us!" Amity told her how she felt from the bottom of her heart. "Same goes for Azura!" she added, looking at their daughter.
Luz smiled again before finally letting Amity hold Azura. Amity held the baby in her arms as both shared a sweet and loving smile.
"I promise I won't make you all worry about me again. I mean I did save the Boiling Isles years back, and I came through from the toughest labor that was impossible in the Demon Realm." Luz began telling her, looking into Amity's beautiful golden eyes "I promise that I'll always be with you, and that our daughter will grow up to be just like the both of us!" she added before she and Amity shared a sweet and loving kiss.
Amity smiled deeply, looking back at Azura before placing her back in Luz's arms "We are going to be great Moms to her, Our Little Miracle" "Yeah, our Little Miracle" both of them sighed as they watched the baby sleep.
Luz shifted her eyes back "Hey sorry if her middle name isn't Hecate" "No, Mireya seems a perfect choice for her" both of them spoke still staring down at their daughter. "Yeah...and hey who knows? Maybe if you think of having another kid, we can name her Hecate?" Luz thought out loud for Amity to hear. Amity laughed a bit before responding "Maybe...but if we're talking about having more kids, I think I should be the one to carry next!" Amity simply said.
