Deception
Chapter Five
After resting a little during the night and saying good night to her husband Fox Mulder, and Donovan while their other son is away at camp, it was a hard night for her having to wake up early with the sunset arriving. She had showered and dressed while applying her makeup to her feathers. She wore black and white pants/top set for the day.
She had heard that the weather was going to be in the seventies most of the day. Making sure that she had everything with her for the trip to the newspaper office where the news story was reported on the UFO.
Locking the door to the motel room and including a small sliver of paper between the door. This will tell her on whether anyone was able to enter her motel room. She headed for her SUV rental sitting in the parking lot of the motel with only three cars parked. She had no idea whether these cars were local or not.
After setting things correctly with the rental. She was off and running to head into town to speak with the editor Thomas Morris in charge for the past five years.

Editor Thomas Morris had been sitting in his office waiting for the F.B.I. agent Dana Scully to speak with him on the story of the UFO. He had the next story today to be released to the public on a young woman named Julie age 15 years old disappearing from the forest a few miles away from town. She had been swimming alone in the lake when she was supposed to be with her girlfriends.
The local sheriff's office had been investigating the disappearance with no clues at all. There is a good chance that the local F.B.I. will be called into the case for now.
There was a knock on his office door. When his secretary Joan Winters age 46 years old tells him that Dana Scully from the F.B.I. is here. Looking up from today's early morning newspaper. "Let her come in Joan," he says quietly with his request.
Scully walks past the secretary with orders for her to sit down in front of the newspaper editor. "Mr. Morris, I am here to speak with you about your story on the UFO that was printed in your newspaper. Can you enlighten me regarding the UFO?" She asked pulling out her notepad to write down the notes.
"I must tell you, Miss Scully, that the story is true. Due to the fact, six eyewitnesses were seeing the UFO flying over the town this past week. I will be happy to give the list of names having seen the UFO?" he tells her with heading for the top draw with the list of names.
"Thank you, I will highly appreciate it greatly for the list Mr. Morris." Scully had to say to him with a frown showing up on her face.
"I will be happy to have my secretary my a copy of the list," he remarked with asking his secretary to come into his office. He will ask her to make a copy of the list with the laptop's printer.
"Thanks again, Mr. Morris. But tell me something did you have any bad feedback from the locals and sheriff's office?" he remarked with Joan Winters to be back into his office in a few moments. While he will answer the question.
"yes, there was Miss Scully. Most of the town was upset at the story since many of them don't believe in them due to their religion mostly. He barked out finishing up with the last of the questions "As for the sheriff's office, they had thought it was a fake for the most part and wanted me to not print any type of story on the UFO." he exhaled with a deep breath from his lungs.
"But you decided to print the story nevertheless?" she asked calmly not trying to upset the editor.
"Correct." he needed to bring the pitcher of cold water over to him with his throat dry all of a sudden.
"Are you all right Mr. Morris?" she asked the question knowing something wasn't right with the man.
His right hand was slightly while holding the cold water pitcher before trying to pour the water into the clear water glass on his desk next to his laptop with the cover down since he was going to use it after Dana Scully had gone.
