Here we are at Chapter 58. A little heads-up: I'll be making a few more chapters for this story before putting it back on a hiatus. I want to focus on my Genshin RWBY story and another story that I've put off for a long while that I want to finish. It's a new story that I haven't uploaded yet, so you won't know it, but I've already got a few chapters written out. Anyway, it's time for more RWBY KEPL Chibi! I do not own RWBY. They belong to roosterteeth. I only own my OCs. Here's chapter 58. Enjoy.

Chapter 58: Deck the Brawls

Skit 1: Ballet

Out in Vale, Weiss and Voshkie'ahk are heading to the dance class that Voshkie'ahk had been participating with in her off time.

"I wasn't aware they had a dance class going on in town. I appreciate you telling me about it, Voshkie'ahk," Weiss says.

Voshkie'ahk giggles, "I thought you might like it. I heard you took classes back in Atlas as part of your upbringing, so I thought you might like this. Especially since your father won't be around to ruin it for you,"

"That just makes it even better. Are you sure you're not a saleswoman, Voshkie'ahk? I'm sure you'd be able to convince people to spend money on you," Weiss asks.

"No, no, I don't think that would work out well for me. If I tried something like that, no doubt Yukari would pull me into her business and turn me into a model for her products. But, she'd probably save the spicier ones for herself just so she can stare at me and take private photos," Voshkie'ahk cringes a bit.

Weiss cringes too and shakes her head, "Fair point. Who knows what she'd try to make you wear. Well, let's focus on our class, shall we?" she says as they reach the building for the class.

Inside, they enter a classroom with a few other local women and take their place after getting changed into proper ballet attire.

"Alright now, we have some beginners here and some with more experience, so we'll start with a few basics. After that, we'll split the two so they can take lessons more suited to their taste. Alright, let's begin," the female instructor states before she gets some music playing. "Now, follow the rhythm and don't accidently bump into the person next to you."

Voshkie'ahk and Weiss begin twirling on their tip toes, showing excellent form and grace. Their experience and innate talent for music separates them from the rest of the class, even from those with at least some experience in the field. It eventually gets to the point where the instructor changes the flow of the music to see if these two young talents can keep up. Heck, even the rest of the class stopped to watch them dance. The change in music doesn't sway Voshkie'ahk and Weiss one bit. Their bodies naturally align with the music as if they've been doing this forever. Though, that's not to far from the truth. They step, twirl, hop, and show off their talent, all with their eyes closed.

"Have I found a pair of dark horses to show off my class?" the instructor mutters.

However, outside the window of the classroom, Yukari glares with her face and hands pressed up against the window.

"How dare that ice cold hussy try to take time with my darling away from me! Just because she can dance better than me; that doesn't give her the right to smooch off of Voshkie'ahk's grace and perfection. Maybe I'll make her a dress with itching powder hidden inside to get under her skin?" Yukari mutters while staring daggers at Weiss.

It only gets worse when the two start dancing together as a duo and when Weiss catches Voshkie'ahk and hoists her up in the air with her arms. Yukari's hands push so hard against the glass that it starts to crack.

"She's gonna pay for this!" Yukari seethes.

Voshkie'ahk and Weiss finish their dance class and had a great time. It's probably best that they didn't notice Yukari outside, and that Weiss has a new target on her back now. Oh well.

Skit 2: The Holidays

It's the most wonderful time of the year. Christmas is close at hand and everyone at Beacon will be going home soon to spend the holiday with their families. However, for some, that holiday is a little bittersweet. Those people being Weiss, who'd rather be anywhere than home for the holidays because of her greedy father, and Team KEPL, who haven't been able to really celebrate Christmas in years. As soon as Ruby found out about this, she knew she couldn't let this stand. So she got her team ,Voshkie'ahk, and Team JNPR together for a little meeting.

"Guys, let's have an early Christmas celebration here for Team KEPL," Ruby announces.

"Huh? Why?" Weiss asks.

"Come on. Khazhak and his friends haven't had a Christmas in a very long time and they deserve to celebrate it just as much as we can. So, I say we throw a little party here at Beacon and give them gifts. I'm sure it'll really brighten their spirit for the holidays," Ruby explains.

"Sounds fun. I'm game," Yang's in.

"Yeah, and we'll help out," Jaune speaks for his team.

"I'd like it if my brother could celebrate Christmas again. I'm in," Voshkie'ahk joins in.

"Then it's decided. Let's get this early Christmas party going!" Ruby cheers.

...

The next few days are a blur as everyone works hard to get the party ready, buy gifts, and most of all, keep Team KEPL from finding out too soon. That's easier said than done with how good Khazhak is at noticing when something's up. And yet, despite all that, they managed to finish preparations without being seen. Only a couple days before everyone leaves for the holiday break, so the time has come to bring out the festivities.

Team KEPL gets a text from Ruby telling them to come to the kitchen and living area at the dorm, and they do. They walk in to find the lights off.

"Why are the lights off-," Lloyd wonders before they suddenly come on.

"Merry Christmas!" Team RWBY and their friends cheer.

The boys of Team KEPL are stunned by the sight before them. A lit Christmas tree. Presents laying under it. An assortment of sugary treats. Lights and decorations cover the room. And just about everyone decked out in Christmas attire.

"Wha-... What is all this?" Khazhak asks, lost for words.

"Well, we thought that since you guys haven't had a chance to celebrate Christmas in a long while that we'd throw you a little party before the holiday break. Everyone should be able to celebrate Christmas in my opinion," Ruby explains, shrugging her shoulders.

"Aw, you guys didn't have to do that," Porphyrius says.

"Nope. But, we wanted to. Now come on, those treats won't eat themselves," Yang says.

Team KEPL join in the festivities. Eating delicious treats, exchanging gifts, and having a merry time with everyone. As everyone has fun, Khazhak speaks with Ruby.

"You never cease to amaze me, little rose," Khazhak notes.

"I'm amazed that we managed to get all this together without you noticing. I amaze even myself sometimes," Ruby says.

Of course, Khazhak couldn't tell Ruby that they weren't as sneaky as they think. He knew something was up early on when he saw Ruby carrying a bunch of Christmas decorations in her arms a few days ago and Weiss and Yang bringing in gifts. He decided not to say anything as that would ruin all their hard work. Besides, it was nice of them to do this for his team. Even Khazhak wanted them to celebrate Christmas too. However, Khazhak frowns when he sees his sister and Yukari, who also joined in on the fun, standing under a mistletoe and leaning closer to one another.

"Looks like I'm ending up on the naughty list this year. Yukari!" Khazhak chases after the fashionista to prevent her from kissing Voshkie'ahk again.

It's one thing to do it when he's not around. It's another thing entirely when he IS nearby. Oh well. Tis the season after all.

Skit 3: Mind over Matter

It's everyone's favorite class today. Sparring class with Professor Goodwitch. All the students attending are excited to show off their training and skills, get some cheers for their friends, prove who's the better fighter, or to just get to hit something.

"Alright class, I know you're excited for today's round of sparring sessions, but keep it civil while you're outside the arena. Now then, let's begin our first session. It'll be Fox from Team CFVY versus... Ruby from Team RWBY. Please, collect your weapons and enter the arena," Goodwitch says.

A few moments later, Ruby and Fox enter the arena with their weapons at the ready. Ruby twirls her scythe around while Fox takes a breath and closes his blind eyes.

"Alright, I'll just zoom in behind him with my semblance and swing my scythe at his feet to trip him up. Then, I'll slash away and win the match, all in quick succession. Piece of cake," Fox focuses on Ruby's thoughts, though Ruby's an open book, so it's not that difficult.

"And... Begin!" Goodwitch swings down her arm.

Ruby shoots over with her semblance, getting right behind Fox. She makes a swing for his legs, but Fox flips over the swing and over Ruby. He lands behind her and throws a double punch with his gauntlets. The contact creates a shockwave that sends Ruby crashing into the arena wall. Little Zwei's run around her head as she groans in pain.

"The winner is Fox from Team CFVY. Onto the next match," Glynda says.

Fox has his next match soon enough, against Jaune this time. Jaune's thoughts are easy to read too. Jaune charges in with his shield at the front. Fox leads him towards the arena wall and side-steps him, making Jaune run into the arena wall. Fox then hits him on the back of the head and knocks him out.

"Fox from Team CFVY wins again," Goodwitch announces.

A few more matches later and Fox has his third match. This time, he's up against Khazhak from Team KEPL.

"Okay, Khazhak might be a tough one. He's a strong warrior with a lot of real-world experience under his belt. But still, as long as I can hear his thoughts, I can still come up with a strategy to take him down. Getting a win over the leader of Team KEPL will be a major morale boost for my team as well," Fox thinks.

"And... begin!" Glynda calls the start of the match.

Fox closes his eyes and listens for Khazhak's thoughts. There's just one problem. He doesn't hear anything from Khazhak. Not a single word. Not a single thought. Fox looks as Khazhak's right on him and narrowly dodges a sword strike. Each time Fox tries to get a read on Khazhak's thoughts, all he gets is nothing in return and gets put on the defensive.

"Why can't I hear anything?" Fox mutters.

"Because I'm giving you nothing to hear. I know how you beat the others. However, in battle, sometimes a warrior must simply act, not think," Khazhak replies.

He charges his swords and swings them, sending out several bolts of lightning that converge on Fox.

"Oh no," Fox mutters before the lightning hits him in a bright explosion.

When the dust settles, Khazhak stands over Fox, triumphant.

"And the winner is Khazhak from Team KEPL," Glynda announces.

And thus, another name gets added onto Khazhak's growing list of victims.

"Who's next?" Khazhak chuckles at the stands, who all tremble in fear.

And that's the chapter. Like I said, a couple more and then back into hibernation for this one for a little while so I can focus on other stuff. Until then, please Read and Review.
