A/N: Welcome back to my evil magical girls arc of Tokyo Mew Mew. Evil magical girls is one of my favorite magical girl tropes. Sailor Moon did it, so why shouldn't Tokyo Mew Mew? Anyways, let's get right to it.

It had been a while since Ringo had worked in a team, and while a team full of the Mews former enemies was certainly not what she was expecting, she had to admit they worked well together. Tart in particular was very precise with his bomb throws. The two of them together made swift work of the chimera anima they were fighting.

Up above, she could see that the evil Mews were giving Pie and Kish a run for their money. The mouse, or Shoga, was able to use her Shottavino in a whip style similar to Zakuro's. But, Ringo noticed that Shoga could also use it to shoot some sort of green energy darts, if she held it up to her mouth and blew into it. Pie continued to dodge her attacks and swing at her with his bow staff.

Meanwhile Kish seemed to be having fun going against the cat, Oribu. With her fighting and attacks being so similar to Ichigo's, it was like he was reminiscing as they went. "I remember when my kitten would fight me like this." He practically cooed as he swung at her.

"Sounds like your kitten isn't paying you enough attention. Maybe it's time to get a new one." Oribu called back before unleashing another attack from her Oribellbell.

Both fights were interrupted when Tart flew up and started throwing his own bombs at the two girls. Ringo did as much as she could from the ground as well, though, with the enemy being able to fly it seemed that the Cyniclons were more suited for this battle.

"Ugh, I just hate interruptions." Oribu lamented as she backed up. "Sis, I think we have enough notes on how the enemy and our own powers work."

Shoga retreated from her battle as well, joining Oribu. "I agree, I think we should take our remaining parapara and get moving."

Before anyone could intervene, the two girls opened up their own portal and disappeared through it.

"What?" Ringo murmured.

"Mashio, did that really just happen?" Keiichiro could be heard asking through the phone.

"They opened up their own portal." Mashio confirmed.

Kish and Tart turned to Pie and the three of them nodded in unison. "That portal has a 95% chance of being Cyniclonian in origin." Pie speculated out loud.

"Cyniclon…mew mews…" Keiichiro mumbled. "Let me see if I can get in contact with Ryou. Either way, you'll be seeing him shortly."

Within the hour Ryou, Ichigo, and Berry met up with Ringo and the others at her house. Keiichiro had stayed back at the cafe with Masaya, Tasuku, and the other girls. The seven of them could manage the cafe on their own for now.

Ichigo immediately ran up to Ringo, giving her a giant hug. "Ohhhh I missed you so much Ringo, and you too Yuki!" She added when the penguin chirped at her. As she pulled away she added, "This is Berry, you've heard of her before."

"Hi Ringo, it's nice to finally meet you in person." Berry smiled. "I'm sorry it's not under happier circumstances." She trailed off.

"So what are you going to do about this?" Mashio demanded of Ryou. Before he could go on a whole rant Ryou held out his hand.

"Pie, you're absolutely sure the portal looked like it belonged to a Cyniclon."

"Positive, the portal was summoned in the same way we summon ours and seemed to function the same way as well." The tallest alien replied.

"Ooooh Ichigo, you should have seen those mews, one of them was a cat just like you! But she will never be as sweet as my honey!" Kish mused, trying to pull Ichigo in for a hug.

"Kish, now is not the time." Ichigo stamped her foot on the ground.

"Oh so there's time later? You can fit me in sometime after that icky Masaya goes away?" He poked and prodded her.

"KISH!" Ichigo shouted

"Kish, why don't you, Pie, and Tart head back to the cafe? I'm sure the others could use some help right about now." Berry offered.

"She has a point Kish, besides our work here is done. You can bug Ichigo later." Tart agreed.

"Ugh fine, we'll go back to work." Kish sighed as Pie opened a portal. "Goodbye my kitten! I'll see you soon!" He sang.

Ichigo huffed as she pulled out her phone to text Masaya. "I should probably warn him that they're on their way back. To think we finally got Kish to stop following us on our dates." She lamented.

Mashio stomped his foot on the ground, looking like he was ready to kill someone. "Will someone please tell me what the plan is?"

Ryou sighed, turning back to Ringo's brother. "We need Ringo to come back with us." Ryou put his hand on Mashio's shoulder when he moved to yell again. "We think your island was targeted not just because of the high concentration of red data animals, but also because Ringo was alone here. Until we fully figure out what this group is planning, we can't risk leaving her out in the open like this."

"But Ryou, the Cyniclons were able to get out here fast enough this time. Can't they just come back and help in the future?" Ringo offered more for her brother's sake than her own. "Besides, with my way of transformation being a mew aqua pendant dependent on Yuki's dna, I'd only be slowing everyone down."

Ryou turned around for a moment and when he turned back to face the other he was holding a small syringe. "We've injected mew dna by hand before…" he said, revealing the mark on his neck. "We can do it again. But we need you to come with us, at least until this situation is…solved."

Ringo thought for a moment, this was all she had ever dreamed of. A summons, to spend more time with her friends, to be a fully fledged member of Tokyo Mew Mew. But it meant leaving her island and her brother behind. Was it really worth it?

"You can't just be the cause of the whole problem, ruin my island again, and then show up to take my sister away! I won't allow it!" Mashio argued back.

"I'll do it." Ringo said, putting her hand on her brother. "Mashio you heard them, there's a chance this island was only attacked today because I was here. We're both going to be safer if I go with them and I'm probably going to be safer if I'm injected for real."

Mashio balled up his fists and glared at Ryou, taking one step closer he grabbed Ryou by the collar. "If anything happens to my sister under your watch, you are dead." He then stepped away and crossed his arms, scowling at the floor. "But if it has to be done, it has to be done."

Ryou nodded, "We will keep Ringo safe. I promise you that." He then turned to Ringo, "where do you want to be injected?"

A short time later Ichigo and Berry were helping Ringo pack up her clothing while Yuki watched. "So originally we were going to have you stay with me, but my mom and dad are working on our extra bedroom." Ichigo said as she folded some clothes for Ringo. "Mint offered her house, but the amount of rooms and maids might just be a bit overwhelming…"

"Then we were going to have you stay with Pudding, but her dad finally came home for a short stay and her siblings have been off the charts with their insanity and we figured it'd be best if you stayed elsewhere." Berry said, grabbing Ringo's pillow and some of her picture frames.

"So where will I be staying?" Ringo asked tentatively.

"With me! It's just me and my dad there, we have a spare room too and he doesn't mind a house guest. We told him your brother wanted to send you to a school for at least the next school year instead of home schooling you. So you'll be going to school with the rest of us!" Berry said excitedly.

"He doesn't mind Yuki coming with?" There was a silence in the room before Ryou stepped in. "Yuki can't come with you Ringo. She'll have to stay here.."

"But Yuki and I have been together since she was a baby! I can't leave her!" Ringo frantically grabbed the penguin and cuddled her to her chest.

"He has a point, Ringo." She looked up to see her brother entering the room. "Penguins aren't exactly a common pet in Tokyo. She'll need to stay here." Mashio said.

Ringo cuddled Yuki for a bit longer before reluctantly surrendering her to her brother. She didn't like it, but it would have to be this way.

The flight back to Tokyo was relatively quick. And once they got there it was a quick drive back to Berry's house afterward.

"So this is your room, my dad is at a bit of a loss when it comes to decorating, so I got to design this myself years ago!" Berry said gesturing around the very red guest bedroom. She began taking out pictures from Ringo's bag and placing them around the room while Ringo investigated her new school uniform on the bed. "It's one of my older ones, but it's still in great condition so I hope you don't mind." Berry added upon noticing where Ringo's attention lay.

"No no it's great, thank you." Ringo said looking up and smiling. "I'm just missing Yuki already is all."

Before Berry could respond the two girls heard a crash in Berry's room. "Berry! …Berry?" Tasuku could be heard from the other room.

Berry sighed before putting down Ringo's last picture. "I love that man. Ringo I'm sorry but I have to go collect my boyfriend. Will you be alright setting up the rest of the room by yourself?"

Ringo nodded in approval before Berry ran off. Once she was alone she closed the bedroom door and opened her larger suitcase. She was surprised when she heard a chirp amongst the clothes. "Yuki?" She practically screamed when her penguin popped out. For better or for worse, her best friend was here with her.

Ringo sighed, looking her pet over to make sure she didn't have any injuries. "Well I can't say the others will be pleased. But maybe Mr. Shirayuki will understand…" Ringo mumbled before hugging Yuki tightly. After the day she had, this was what she needed.

Chapter 2 ended up being largely the same as it was originally, though with some added on interaction at the beginning. I have a feeling this one will be the only one of all of the original chapters with very few changes to it.

When I originally wrote this chapter I hadn't realized that according to the ps1 game, Ringo's father actually works and lives in Tokyo despite leaving his two kids to run an island zoo. I still like the idea of Ringo staying with Berry more than anything so…we'll just be ignoring that little tidbit.
