Prologue

Our story beings with Sonic and friends at Emerald Coast for a beach day, with Sonic Chilling on a lounge chair listening to the radio.

"DreamWorks Animation Presents"

Tails trying out a new invention, powered by a Green Chaos Emerald, for the water.

"An association with Sega and Sonic Team"

And Amy and Cream playing in the water.

"An AC4Langstar Crossover"

"Oh Sonic! It's lonely out here, come on in, the water's great."

Amy said trying to get Sonic in the water, but he held up a sign that says "I'd rather jump into a volcano than go near water" leaving Amy to pout with a Vain growing on her forehead.

"Ah, you know how Sonic is with water."

Tails said getting ready to test his invention.

"I know, but I wish he would pay attention to me more."

"By getting him to do the one thing he hates more than anything?"

"Not Helping!"

"Sorry."

Tails said starting up his invention and blasted off splashing Amy and Cream.

"It's ok Amy, I'm sure Sonic will eventually like the water."

"Maybe, perhaps when I'm in danger."

Amy then realized.

"Actually, that's not a bad idea."

She said leaving Cream to sweat drop.

"Umm... sure."

Back on shore, Sonic was still chilling until he felt the ground quake and Knuckles popped up right next to him.

"Sup, Knucks? I didn't think you'd come by for beach day."

"Now's not the time for that Sonic, there somethimg coming."

"Let me guess, another scheme by Eggman just waiting to get scrambled?"

"No, something else, involving the Master Emerald, it's going crazy!"

"What's wrong, Chaos is trying to escape again?!"

"No, it's reacting to something with massive, yet some kind of strange energy."

"Alright, point the direction and all be there stat."

He said getting up stretching.

"hold on."

Knuckles said trying to get a sense of it himself.

"It's actually... coming this way."

"CHAO CHAO CHAO!"

Cheese the Chao was there too and point towards Amy and Cream.

"Oh no."

Sonic said as Tails just came back with a successful run of his invention.

"Tails, we need to get the girls out of the water!"

Knuckles said.

"Huh, why?"

"No time to explain bud, we gotta move."

Sonic said blasting off while Tails started up his invention again and he and Knuckles went for the girls, who then felt quaking around them.

"Amy, do you feel that?"

Cream said holding on to Amy. Then glowing happened around them, Cream then flew up out of water holding on to Amy, just then a line of green light shined upwards.

"What's that?"

Tails asked, Knuckles looked at the Chaos emerald, which was shining so much.

"Look, the Emerald's reacting."

He said as it came out of the invention, circulating the line of light, just then all the Emeralds from all over the place came and circulated the light, going inside.

"The Emeralds!"

Knuckles said as the light stopped shining and created a whirl pool vortex, so strong it could even suck in air, Tails and Knuckles got out of force in time, but the invention didn't.

"Aww, I just successfully tested it."

Tails said, Cream was struggling to get out of the force while Amy couldn't hold on for long and letted go, back on shore, Sonic witnessed her fangirl in distress.

"AMY!"

He dashed off, running on water, he made in time to see Amy falling in the middle, jumped to grab her, but they both couldn't make it.

"Tails!"

He threw Amy towards Tails and caught her as Sonic fell into the vortex, it then vanished.

"SONIC!"

Amy let go of Tails and dove in, underwater, She couldn't see where he was and quickly swam to the surface.

"Did you find him?"

Cream asked.

"No, he just vanished into thin Air!"

Amy said still catching her breath.

"Hmm, it sounds like that wasn't just a whirlpool, but also a vortex due to the Chaos Emeralds and whatever that light was."

Tails hypothesized.

"Then, where did that other light come from, and where did take Sonic?"

Knuckles said as they all looked down to the surface and scene move down into the water and shines to Sonic travels in a water like portal along with the Emeralds, water splashes the scene and bubbles from a new scene.

"SONIC, KRAKEN UNLEASHED"

And then Bubbles fades out the scene.
