Chapter 2: The Next Night is Full of Drama

After several hours the sun starts setting in New York City, the new nightguard and Dr. McPhee come in right this moment, but as you know they're not our focus. So anyhow at the display room, the figurines are coming to life, at the Roman display we find Octavius going to the edge of the display and takes a seat on the ledge, he begins thinking about that beautiful woman that his pal's dating.

"I know she's with Jedediah, but she's all I can think about. I don't ruin either of friendships with them, but I do want to get with her..", he then stands up, decides to take a walk to maybe clear his head. At the wild west display Rebecca and Jedediah have went to each other, Jedediah tells her while leaning his head in, "Ya was on my mind all day, baby." She giggles, puts her hands on his sides, and tells him while leaning her head in too, "And ya were all I thought 'bout." The cowboy quickly closes the gap, he then puts his hands on her cheeks, "I hope Ockie won't make more moves on ya today.", the girl smiles before her man kisses her deeply.

Rebecca then uses her left hand to run through this man's blonde mullet, and Jedediah uses his same hand to run through his dear's hair too. Jedediah also moves on a little and licks his lover's lips, which she seems happy about at least that's what he thinks as she opens her mouth quickly allowing his tongue in. Their tongues roam around the other's mouths from jaw to jaw, soon they're rolling over the other, Jedediah pulls away, smiles, and tells Rebecca with a grin, "Wow! What a kiss! I wasn't sure ya were ready, baby."

Rebecca grabs his hat, and says to him while putting it on her head, "Oh sweetie, I was gonna do the same soon." He chuckles about her wearing his hat, and tells her, "Say I never told ya dis, Gigantor got me and Ockie a car during his second night on the job..well actually it was for Rexy, but we used it to help get the tablet from one of our older nightguards.", he then asks her, "What I'm gettin' at is, wanna go for a ride?", before saying yes Rebecca asks who Rexy is, and Jed tells her, "He's the dino skeleton in the lobby, she nods, then the two use Jed's rope to get to the ground.

Once there they see Octavius below his display, "Octavius? What's up, partner?" asks the cowboy. This gets the man's attention making him turn to face them, "Oh good, you're here. I got something to tell you, Jedediah.", the cowboy asks what's on his mind, while Rebecca has a feeling that he's going to bring up how he kissed her, "I got caught up in your girlfriend's looks..I then kissed her. If we're not friends anymore it's okay." This ticks the cowboy off, he had told the man to not move in on his girl, and thus he tells him, "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU! I TOLD YA NOT TO LIKE AS MORE THAN A FRIEND, OCT!"

Rebecca grabs her man's left arm as he gets ready to lunge at the roman general, "I know, Jedediah. I feel conflicted now. Half of me wants your girlfriend, the other half wants our friendship to remain. I really want to listen to that half." Jedediah sighs and calms down, "I'm just glad you admitted this to me now and kept from finding out later. I'm still disappointed though. You were a very loyal friend through it all."
