'Green!'

'Yes she is!'

Virgil smiled in delight as Hulk laid a hand gently on Thunderbird Two's body. The man turned back to him and grinned, causing Virgil's smile to widen.

'Big! Green! Hulk like.'

Hulk gave Virgil what was probably a gentle slap on the back, and only managed to propel him four steps forward.

Gordon, Scott and Tony looked on, amusement clear on their faces as Virgil began to extol the virtues of his 'bird and Hulk made appreciative noises.

Tony looked at Scott and smirked. It was a look the younger man had come to recognise meant that he was up to mischief…Scott raised an eyebrow in invitation. He'd survived Gordon – and more importantly John – so Scott was pretty confident he could manage whatever Tony was about to throw at him.

'Hey, Hulk!'

Hulk and Virgil paused and looked over at Tony.

'Thunderbird One is right there. Isn't she the best?'

Scott's eyes widened as he watched Hulk literally jump from in front of Two over to his own ship, the ground shaking a little with Hulk's landing.

Gordon took one look at the two men he was currently standing with and promptly jogged over to Virgil. He had a bad feeling about this…Hulk's upper lip curled.

'Pfff. One puny. Hulk break like matchstick.'

'NO!'

The cry left Scott's mouth before he'd even realised, and he'd taken a couple of steps forward when his brain supplied the fact that everyone was looking at him.

And smirking.

Even Hulk.

With as much dignity as he could muster Scott stalked over to his ship, patting her strut before calling his chair down. He'd learnt not to murmur reassurances to his baby after John recorded it, but he thought them as his chair retracted. Before the seat was fully back Scott paused it to shout.

'You're just jealous Two isn't as fast.'

He ignored the gales of laughter that erupted from everyone as the hatch closed and One practically leapt into the air.
