Becoming One

Week two of their new romantic relationship.

With Shaun back at work, it had been hard for them to find time to be together. The moments they did get were everything and they made the most of them. Everything was the same between them, just like when they were only friends, but now there was hand holding, stolen kisses, and heavy make out sessions, that both of them wanted to take further, but ironically the only same page they were on, was waiting for the other to make the first move.

Lea knew they needed a date night, just to unwind a little. Spend time just them, outside of work and not in either of their apartments. She took a look at Shaun's schedule that he had sent her and saw that he wasn't on call Friday night and had Saturday off. This was perfect, she thought, so she texted Shaun if he would go out on a date with her Friday evening.

He texted back with, "I can't wait."

Lea wanted it to be simple, and she thought what would be perfect was dinner at one of their favorite restaurants followed by a walk in the park. Nothing to overwhelming for either of them.

The rest of the week, went by faster than they thought. The few moments they had were simple lunches in the cafeteria since Shaun had been working a 36 hour shift since coming back from his leave. Lea told Shaun about he restaurant idea, making sure he was ok with it. Then asked him if he wanted her to pick him up or meet her at the restaurant. Shaun wanted to meet her there because he planned on surprising her with a rose. Friday finally came and Shaun made sure he was at the restaurant early. Lea arrived a few minutes early, due to how excited she was for this time with Shaun. She saw him standing near the door, walked up to him and pulled him in for a soft kiss. Once she pulled back she looked up into his eyes and he pulled his arm from behind his back and presented her with a rose with a shy smile, he wasn't sure if she liked roses, but knew they were romantic. She looked at the rose, then looked up at him with love and surprise. She took it from him and pulled him in for a more passionate kiss and thanked him.

Shaun took her hand and led her to the restaurant door, he opened it and stepped aside to let her enter first. With a huge smile, she led him into the restaurant, wondering why she had deprived herself of his love for so long.

Their dinner was one of the best moments they had spent together in a long time. Both of them were so relaxed and making each other laugh. As they ate, Lea kept rubbing her foot up his leg, which kept making Shaun blush and his blue eyes twinkle. Luckily there was a nice park near by and with their arms linked around each other, with Lea leaning into Shaun, they simply walked and enjoyed the moment.

After their lap around the park, they ended back at her car. Neither of them wanted the night to end. Shaun asked her if he could drive her home, which she said yes by kissing him and handing him her keys. Shaun drove the two of them to her apartment while Lea resting her hand on his thigh while she spent the drive just watching him. They reached her apartment, he parked, and hand in hand, he walked her to her door.

"I hope you had a good time tonight" Shaun asked.

"I did, I had an amazing time with you tonight."

"So did I, I hope that we can do it again soon."

Lea just stood there lovingly glazing at him, when he leaned down and kissed her as sweetly as he could. He wanted so much more, but wanted to end their date properly.

Lea looked up at Shaun and realized he was getting ready to leave after he had properly ended their date, like she had taught hi, what felt like a lifetime ago to her.

As Shaun turned to leave, Lea grabbed ahold of his arm, stopping him. He turned around looked at her.

"Would you like to come in for a drink?' Lea asked shyly.

"Ok"

"Great!" Lea took his hand and with her free hand, she unlocked her door and pulled him into her apartment with her. She stepped away to take her coat off and told Shaun to make himself at home. As he took his coat off, Lea walked into her kitchen and poured the two of them glasses of water. She walked back over to him and handed him a glass. They both just stood there slowly drinking their water, they both kept stealing small glances at each other.

Shaun finished his water and walked over to place it in her sink. Lea took another sip, and then placed her glass down. She stared at his lips and then looked down at her hands. Something snapped inside her and she decided she didn't want to hold back anymore. She caught his eye, and rushed him almost like the night after the earthquake and just started kissing him. Her movements startled him, but with her lips on his and her hands in his haird he relaxed and kissed her back.

She felt him shiver at her movements as he took his shirt off. Then she moved back to his lips, she felt his hands at the hem of her shirt and he broke the kiss, asking her permission with his eyes. She smiled and lifted her arms up and she felt her shirt go up and over her head. They went back to making out, then she pulled his tshirt out of his pants and started pulling it over his head. Once his shirt was off, she pulled back a little bit to take a look at his bare chest, then pulled him back to her lips.

Their breathing got heavier as they made out. Lea reached down and started undoing his belt buckle, then his button and finally his zipper. Then she slowly pushed his pants down as she refused to break their kiss. Shaun opened his mouth to catcha breath as he pushed his shoes off and stepped out of his pants. Lea took advantage of the moment to gently stick her tongue in his mouth to deepen their kiss. This was a first for them, which only made Shaun more around as he let her kiss him like this. As they continued to kiss so deeply, Lea moved her arms over Shaun's back, neck, hair and down his armts, as he went to take her pants off.

Before they even realized it, they were breathing heavily staring at each other in only their underwear. Shaun gently pulled her into a nother kiss and ran his hands up her back. She felt a hand reach for the back of her bra and all of a sudden she got a little self conscious and pulled away.

Shaun worried he had done something wrong quickly said, "I'm sorry"

Lea caught his eye and shook her head as she let her sudden fear go and pulled him back to her. Shaun took this as permission and undid her bra. Lea stepped back just enough to slip her bra off the rest of the way and then she reached down and slid her panties down her legs and off. Shaun slid his own underwear off, and they both stopped to check each other out. Shaun excitedly breathed out, telling her how beautiful she was. Lea just smiled and pulled him back to her. Shaun pulled her as close to him as he could. Lea smiled in the kiss as she felt how aroused he was against her abdomen. He gave her a quick kiss then tried to move away to go get a condom out of his pants, but Lea stopped him telling him she was on the pill and it was ok.

Shaun shyly smiled, this was new to him, Carly always insisted he had to wear protection even though she was on some type of birth control. Shaun slowly lowered himself on top of Lea as they resumed their kissing. Shaun's arousal was starting to throb painfully at the anticipation, but he was determined to take care of her before he went further. She laid her head back down smiling, as she felt Shaun start touching her again. "I love your body" He whispered out loud to himself. Lea giggled, and felt her desire for him build up again. She placed her hand on his neck and said his touch was doing things to her, as she pulled into a new round of passionate making out. Which led into an even better second time.
