"School, you want us ti go to school. What if the kids are mean to us or the teacher doesn't like us. Or the men in suits find me." Kimi and Piper heard Rocke asking worriedly. Kimi had justrevealed to bothyoungsters they were starting school which made Piper excitable but Rocke was anxious about this whole idea. "The sensei is probably nice and Piper will help you, if the other kidsare mean plus I explained to the sensei about the men in suits." Kimi reassured hin seeing Piper nodding.
"I-I guess I can try school, if Piper's there." Rocke told her relieving Kimi and Piper as Kimi knew they'd love school if they gave it a chance especially Rocke so it was good he was voicing his concerns about school so she could calm his worries so would be taking them school shopping in the morning making Piper excited and Rocke curious hoping there were Beatles stuff. "I'm sure they will sweetie. So John will help you feel comfortable on yohr first day." Kimi reassured him.
It was early evening and Piper and Rockke just had their bath and in pyjamas but were playing in their room for a bit seeing him telling John and Yoko he and Piper were starting school making Piper smile at this knowing thiswas a big change for them so was keeping an eye on him seeing him playing with the train saying they were going to Liverpool making Kimi chuckle entering saying bedtime snacks were ready majing them grin running out into the kitchen. "Is Rocke doing okay about the school thing." Piper heard Kimi ask her seeing her nodding. "He seems okay and was telling John and Yoko about it." she replied to her as sheand Rocke were drinking milk.
After this, Kimi was reading to them from their favourite storybook which was soothing not just Piper and Rocke but also Kini herself tucking them in then kissing them goodnight turning on the lava lamp which was their nightlight making Rocke comforted snuggling with John and Yoko innbed hearing Beatles music in his mind's ear which made him drift off into sleep relieving Piper as she fell asleep too.
The next morning, both Rocke and Piper were awoken by the radio in the kitchen so Rocke was tucking John and Yoko into his bed following Piper into the kitchen making Kimi relieved they'd slept the whole night especially Rocke knowing his high anxiety but was making them breakfast while making herself coffee to wake herself up mentally as she'd made them tea as they were too lil to drink coffee until their teenage years which would be a long time hearing Piper and Rocke thanking her making her giggle knowing they were practicing their manners which was good. "You're welcome guys and after you eat and get dressed, then we have to get your school stuff." she tokd them seeing them nodding.
Kimi was very surprised that Rocke wasn't feeling anxious which normally happened when she suggested going outside guessing Piper was helping hin want to be brave and not worry so much about bad things like the men in suits hearibg him hummig a Beatles song which Piper thought adorable seeing him dressed high fivibg him making him giggle putting on rose pink shades which made him look like John Lennon his musical hero as they were leaving the apartment building using the buddy system which Kimi had taught them seeing Piper pressing the elevator button to summon the elevator to go down leaving the building into the bustling city but Kimi and Piper noticed Rocke was quiet guessing he was on high alert softly reassuring him he was safe seeing the tenuki male nodding following Kimi into a department store but getting what they needed plus didn't have meltdowns relieving Kimi as sometimes, Rocke had meltdowns in the toy section so with Piper aroubd, it helped him. At home Rocke and Piper were putting their school stuff away before havibg a snack and taking an nap.
"This morning went well, and good that Piper's here, as she helos Ricke learn. Meaning school might go okay for them." Kimi said to herself as Piper and Rocke were getting ready for their nap.
