Beneath The Waves

Chapter: 18

Presently at the Bunker, Harmony had told Sam that Dean was on board and gave him the thumbs out. Sam was appeased to hear the marvelous update, for he was starting to worry about his older sibling.

Harmony had prepared steak, baked potatoes, salad and rolls. The feast smelled and looked heavenly delicious. The crew seated themselves and began to dig in.

Eileen comprehended what the men did for a living. Incipiently, she didn't believe it till a sole night she had her own experience in the paranormal. She was more than happy to share it with Harmony.

Harmony admitted it was nice to meet another miss who she could address spectral things with. Sometimes men can have a distinctive view on it. Eileen agrees by usage of sign language. Harmony had requested her to teach her that. In dactylology, Eileen responded, "sure." In doing so, they both laughed.

Hours went by, and Eileen realized how late it was getting. She commented on how luscious the food was. Eileen divulged them that she would stay longer, except she had errands to do in the morning.

Consequently, Harmony had cleaned up from the previous meal. Dean and Sam had monitored Dalton, but not at the identical stage. At each visit, they found him reading a liberal art. It was strenuous to surmise he was going on at ten years old. Even though it's actually been four years since his birth. It was obvious that Dalton took some of his mom's traits of growing fast.

The excellent news was the rapid maturation had stopped and he was aging like a standard human child should. His parents and uncle were relieved at this. Dalton was the spinning image of his father. In so many ways, he was just like him, including the attitude when provoked.

Sam and Dean had stepped in the same area as Harmony. The lads were in ventilation when they were interrupted by Sam's cell phone ringing.

"Hello?" Sam queried.

"Is this the Winchesters?" A frightened young fellow's voice put forward.

"Yes. Who is this?"

"You don't know me. It's just- I've heard of you guys and the type of operation that you do. The Supernatural profession. Please! I need your assistance! What's happening in my town is-It's hard to explain! Please, come quick!"

"It's gonna be okay. Just breathe. Where are you located?" Sam inquired.

Next, he motioned to Dean to get a pen and paper, which acquired only seconds. At that point, Sam wrote the information down.

"Alright. Got it. Yeah. We'll be right there!" Sam alleged and terminated the call.

"Who was that? And what did they say?" Dean beseeched.

"Someone that is covetous for our guidance. You ready?" Sam challenged.

"I am. Let's do this! We got work to do!" Dean expressed and went to Harmony.

The most beautiful woman who accepted him and his line of vocation. She understood how important this was to him. Harmony was different from the women in his past. She had encouraged him to continue to do what was scrupulous or what he fancy to do. Besides her beauty, Harmony was strong, smart and well-stubborn.

Meanwhile, Sam had texted Eileen and notified her that he was gone for a bit, and he would keep in touch. She replied to him to be careful.

"Dean? Shouldn't you be getting something?" Harmony attested.

"Oh! Yeah!"

Harmony had joined him in the 'Gear Room.' She observed as Dean stuffed the huge duffel bag with prominent and used items. While he did this, Harmony checked on Dalton. Subsequently, he swiveled and went into the library to retrieve a document.

Suddenly, Dean was agitated by an individual that rambled in the congruent sector as him; it was Dalton.

"Dad, what's all this literature for? I asked mom and she said to ask you." Dalton implored and noticed the satchel in his father's grip. "Dad, where are you going?"

Dean knelt in a lower position, so he could scan his child better. Dalton was so intelligent; Harmony had taught him all she knew. Nonetheless, he should be in an institute. Now that Dalton is culminating like a mortal male, maybe he could attend a nearby school.

Dean briskly glanced at the bookshelves that had a neat stack of files, amidst the updated ones. All the exploits so far solved by the Man of Letters, Winchesters and Bobby. Dean wouldn't lie to him.

"Well, son. These are incidents that your Uncle Sammy and I rectified, plus so many others. We helped people, by hunting things, saving people the family business."

"Really? Like what?" Dalton quizzed.

"Well, you might say we are ethereal chasers. We find it and fix it. Might even destroy it."

"WOW! That is so cool!" Dalton proclaimed.

Harmony entered the lounge after the search for her sneaky youngster. She halted at the door frame. Following that, she perceived where her doublet boys were at. Harmony listened to Dean's words and intuited how well he spoke on his allotted span on earth.

Directly, Sam came in where they were at and mocked Harmony's stance.

"Ah! The good ol' days!" Sam put forth, as he examined the former events.

"Uncle Sammy!" Dalton verbalized, cheerful.

Sam smiled at his nephew and walked to him and patted his head gently. The junior gazed up at him and beamed. Thereupon, Sam went to the fridge to get a bottle of water and opened it. It was so hot today; beer would make the thirst worse.

Dalton approached his father.

"Dad?"

"Hmm?"

"You mentioned that I didn't have to take the path you and Uncle Sammy are on. If I ever do choose, and it's that route. Do you think I'll be a worthy hunter like you someday?"

Dean chuckled softly.

"Yeah, I do. However, if you pick this life. There is no going back. I would prefer you to select for you, not why or what Sammy and I do. Whichever you decide, I'll be proud no matter what. I don't want this to put pressure on you that you have to do it, because you don't have to. Dalton, my son, you have a choice."

The minor nodded and imparted.

"Can I ask another question?"

"Sure, son."

"Can I go with you? I'm curious what Uncle Sammy and you do. Please?"

Dean glimpsed at Harmony. This chick had brought and unbolted so much in his quiddity. All at this moment, Dean reflected when his father and himself had discussed their first 'hunt' conversation. They habitually protect his brother Sammy, which he invariably will. It was special of the many memories that he had with his father.

"Mom?" Dalton urged.

Harmony peered over at Dean and returned with.

"I think he's ready. It would be beneficial for him to watch and see if he really desires to do this. Let this case aid that. Dean, you and Sammy won't always be here to deal with the lineage industry. And if it concludes with you two, I am alright with it." Harmony fathomed on what her kido's decision was, like father like son. She wasn't going to tell Dean that, not at this duration.

"Really mom?"

"If your father and uncle approve, then it's alright with me," Harmony answered.
