Gentleman Exit
"I have a door you know, it's right there." Sherlock pointed to his bedroom door, which then lead to his apartment door down the hall. "Or are you too much of a higher standing to make an exit like normal people."
Normal people didn't have to sneak into their public enemy, secret lover's house. "I have a flair for the dramatics." Said the blonde as he flipped his hat on his head.
Sherlock sighed, equally dramatically and leaned against the headboard of his bed, his arms crossed behind his head, sheets pooled around his hips, his nakedness clear and exposed to William. A tempting sight under the moonlight that peaked in on their affair. As if taunting then, saying that it knew of their secret. All things considered the did a very good job keeping the evidence hidden.
They were partners in crime.
"Do me a favor, don't let anyone see you this time. I've been getting reports of a gentleman ghost roaming the streets." One again people seeing things that aren't there. Well, they got the gentleman part correct.
"I see. And I suppose you already figured out who the culprit is." William pushed the window open a little more, his red eyes never leaving the dark ones of his secret boyfriend.
"I do know, Liam. I had him handcuffed a few times yet somehow he always gets away. But a good detective never gives up and always comes out on top in the end." Sherlock grinned back and ran his perfect hand through his equally perfect hair. At least he was perfect in William's eyes.
"In my experience, the detectives comes, but not on top. Good luck with your elusive gentleman, Sherlock Holmes." Elusive indeed, gone in a flash, left with Sherlock's heart while he was at it.
