Holy Light Zone, Unified World. (3 Days Since the Convergence)
BGM-Sonic Battle OST-Holy Summit
Holy Light Zone. The hybrid shrine born from merging Holy Summit Zone and the Domain of Light together. On Mobius, Holy Summit was a sacred place with Chao-emblazoned ruins that the God of Destruction Chaos would emerge from whenever the world faced a great danger. On Remnant, the Domain of Light was a heavenly sanctuary where humans would come to pray to the Brother God of Light for his blessings. Reborn on this Unified World, Holy Light Zone is a mountain-like golden summit that is off-limits to those that possess evil hearts.
S.T.R.I.K.E. Agents Palutena and Ozpin are the complete opposite of evil as they are allowed to study this heavenly zone. Holy Light Zone extends as a Chaos Garden as many different Chao play here like Hero Chao, Angel Chao, Chaos Chao, and Dragon Chao that resemble the God of Light. Chaos watches the adorable creatures play from the Fountain of Life, acting as its guardian to prevent mortals from becoming immortal.
"Surprised to see Chaos here." Professor Ozpin commented, watching the water god watching the Chao.
"Well with your God of Light out of town, someone had to be the lifeguard of the Fountain of Life. Can't risk having another of your exes become immortal." Palutena quipped, teasing her friend.
"I'm thankful." Ozpin chuckled.
"Unless I'm mistaken, it's because of Salem's actions is why your gods left your world." Palutena recalled.
"That is correct, Lady Palutena. She wanted them to bring me back to life but was denied and made immortal as punishment until she respected the balance between life and death." Ozpin briefed her on his long history with Salem.
"Which she hasn't as she has been far more in love destroying dimensions." Palutena quipped.
"I fear Doom and the Exo Stones have corrupted her with their own promise to remove her curse." Ozpin frowned.
"Jealous?" Palutena questioned him with a teasing face that he's indifferent toward.
"No. More worried of the damage they will cause if they acquire all eight Stones. I'm certain they used the ones they own to kill my Gods." Ozpin revealed.
"What? The Brother Gods are dead? When did this happen?" Palutena retorted in shock upon learning about her counterpart's death.
"A few weeks ago. My own immortality came from the God of Light, so when he died, I felt something went wrong and that Salem was involved." Ozpin explained, recalling the faint sense of the Brother Gods dying at the hands of the Masters of Evil shortly after the Ultron Sigma incident.
"You sure know how to pick 'em, Oz." Palutena snarked with a deadpan glare.
"I am sorry, Lady Palutena. Rest assured, I am working on a method to avenge their deaths by reassembling the Muramasa Blade. Wolverine is helping me with that task but he has his hands full with Mister Sinister at the moment." Ozpin told him of his secret plan to kill Salem.
"Then I'll help you out." Palutena casually suggested, much to the professor's surprise.
"Oh, you don't have to…" Ozpin denied humbly, thinking he is unworthy of the goddess's help.
"I'm a Dimensional Avenger. Your ex-wife killed my counterpart. It's the least I can do. You should be proud. Your students taught me there are better ways for me to protect humanity than just sending an angel to do all the dirty work. I had to become a hero myself. Mingle with mortals instead of observing them from the heavens. The Brothers let pride consume them. Believing balance can only come from two forces locked in never-ending battle when really it must find its own equilibrium." Palutena smiled, staring with happiness at the Chao Garden.
"Remnant was one of their experiments. Perhaps to find the answer to true balance. A shame they died before they realized it." Ozpin commented.
"Love and patience are the keys. If this world remains like this, I want everyone to share that belief. We cannot allow Salem to ruin another experiment." Palutena declared, handing the professor an adorable Dragon Chao.
With a strengthened resolve to end Salem's evil and unite humanity, Ozpin smiles, "Of course. I am honored to accept your help.", and accepts Palutena's aid in recompleting the Muramasa Blade.
"Besides, you could use a new manager since your old one is dead. You were like the Pit of your world and I could always use more of those. Ain't that right, little cutie?" Palutena joked, happily rubbing cheeks against the Angel Chao she just picked up to coddle.
"Chao chao chao!" The Angel Chao exclaimed with ecstatic agreement.
Ozpin lightly chuckles, "I won't disappoint you."

Lost Jungle Zone, Savage Land.
BGM-Sonic Adventure 2 OST-Strategy
"Inside that cave?"
Sonic the Hedgehog was the one that asked that question while here at this watery swamp inside a vast jungle. He, Spider-Man, Ruby, Cyclops, Wolverine, Storm, America Chavez, Jin Kisaragi, Noel Vermillion, Silver the Hedgehog, Ka-Zar, Zabu, Ryu, and Hulk. This multiversal team of heroes stand on a cliffside overlooking a cave that hides the secret base of Mister Sinister and his diabolical genetic experiments, preparing themselves for a final assault on his evil schemes.
"The Power of the Eye saw a high-tech facility in there. It just looks like the kind of dark place that Mister Sinister would choose to hide his monstrous genetic experiments." Noel stated, before turning to Wolverine asking, "You can smell him in there, right?"
"Yeah. Along with tons of Convergium Energy." Wolverine responded.
"Sinister is a scientist. After a Convergence that merged three dimensions and birthed a new energy source, he would be insane NOT to experiment with them. He used the Purifiers to collect genetic data on all the Cross-Species they encountered, and used Sauron to test out the potential of Convergium with that G-Rex. Now imagine he starts finding dinosaurs boring and decided to use Convergium with X-Species clones." Spider-Man theorized.
"Are you implying that his ultimate scheme is to craft an army of mutated hybrid warriors?" Jin remarked.
"Sinister would perform something that vile." Storm responded, supporting Spidey's theory.
"Enough talk. Let's go smash him already!" Hulk exclaimed, palming his fist that is hungry for ruining Sinister's plans.
"I agree. The fate of the Savage Land hangs in the balance!" Ka-Zar scowled with determination to save his home.
"We have four objectives: Destroy whatever device powering his mutate genesis, erase the cross-species genome database, find information on Bishop's whereabouts, and finally put down Mister Sinister." Cyclops briefs his team on their priorities.
"I'll go and knock on his front door." America quipped, cracking her stern knuckles before flying off to start the raid on the Evolution Facility.

BGM-X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse OST-Infinite Factory (Quiet)
America busting down the door and the rest of the unified heroes raiding the research facility is all being monitored by a certain pale-skinned scientist in his laboratory. Mister Sinister observes the intruders with an eerie expression. Smiling yet unbothered by their efforts in ruining his experiments. "They have arrived. But are too late to stop what I have accomplished." He claimed to himself with a vague tone, "Still, they can be of use for my research."
Deciding to treat this whole situation as an experiment, Sinister turns around to face a group of his latest creations. All of them resembling mutants, but with Salem-like characteristics, and outfitted in stylized Grimm-like exoskeletons. "Time for a field test, my Prime Grimm." Sinister smiles at his fearsome hybrid warriors.
"As you command, Creator." A Prime Grimm acknowledged with a demonic, yet human-like tone.

Meanwhile with the Heroes…
BGM-Mega Man X7 OST-Infiltration - Crimson Palace Stage 1
Chaos ensues from S.T.R.I.K.E.'s rampage through the Evolution Facility in search for Mister Sinister. A futuristic marvel this research base is. A sterile white environment that is crammed with countless forms of advanced machinery, most of which designed to eliminate intruders of all types. Speedsters like Sonic and Ruby are being careful down a path with buzzsaws moving along the floor to hurt them. Fliers like Storm and Silver focus their attentions in not being blasted by the tricky laser system. Grounded heroes like Jin Kisaragi and Ka-Zar are avoiding being crushed by massive hidden pistons. Sinister's security system is impressive, but with superior teamwork, and the Hulk, the heroes push through it with minor difficulty, prompting his more living defenses to join the fray.
"Watch out, gang! Sinister's 'bout to show us more of his hospitality!" The web-swinging Spider-Man proclaimed upon his Spider-Sense tingling.
Regardless of his warning, the Prime Grimm's mere presence take the heroes by surprise. A Male Prime Grimm with Density Control powers obliterates the path the speedsters were running on with a single punch encrusted in obsidian, right before a Female Prime Grimm with Energy Projection powers fires rapid bursts that pushes back the grounded heroes. "W-Wha…Who are these guys?!" The shocked Noel exclaimed.
"We are neither mutants nor Grimm. We are Prime Grimm, a breakthrough in cross-evolution. Our creator has tasked us to test our capabilities against you." A Prime Grimm responded.
"Never liked pop quizzes." Ruby snarked, activating her Silver Eyes that does little damage to the Prime Grimm and taking a punch from a Density variant. "My Eyes barely stun them!" She noted.
"Then let's beat 'em up the old-fashioned way." quipped America, delivering an energy-enhanced shoulder charge that stuns some monsters for several haymaker punches.
An Energy Prime Grimm fires an energy blast that surrounds the defensive Logan in a painful golden aura, who grunts, "Looks like the Webhead was onto something. This smells worse than we thought.", before using his claws to reflect the energy and allow Zabu to pounce and maw them to death.
"It's as if Salem and Sinister made sweet, terrible love and gave birth to demon babies." Spidey joked, backflipping from a Prime Density's punch to web him quickly.
"Did not need to hear that!" Silver retorted in disgust, grabbing the webbed mutate with his psychokinesis and bowling him onto several more Grimmified mutants.
Ka-Zar leaps over both a powerful shockwave and the Prime Density Grimm that caused it to kick him to a piston that swiftly crushes him. A Prime Energy Grimm horde comes in to nearly overwhelm the savage hero with their ion blasts when Jin tags in with his Ice Fang that freezes them all. Their breather didn't last for a few seconds as both the energy horde burst free with an energy discharge and the Density Grimm lifts the massive piston off his body using his enormous strength.
"SHORYUKEN!" Ryu shouted, suddenly uppercutting the Density Grimm toward the Energy horde for he and Cyclops to confront with a crossover combo.
"Behold! Optic…" Cyclops said, crossing his arms to form an X and charging up his Optic Blast.
"HADOKEN!" Ryu shouted, combining his energy blast with Cyclops's optic blast to form a massive multi-colored energy beam that utterly demolishes the Prime Grimm horde, clearing the path forward.
"Nice teamwork." Ka-Zar complimented the multiversal tag partners.
"Thanks. Let's keep moving." Ryu said, running ahead along with the others.

In Sinister's Lab…
BGM-Tekken 5 OST-Destined Interlude ~ Sinister
"The heroes are performing more efficiently than normal. Must be the Convergium Particles in their blood resonating with their camaraderie. Fascinating." smiled Mister Sinister, still observing their fighting from a television screen and theorizing Convergium Particles improves focus and fighting capabilities through teamwork, "Would love to capture them for further research."
The mad scientist approaches a Prime Grimm guarding a tube-looking capsule containing a mysterious person trapped in stasis. "Take this specimen to the jet in the underground hanger. I will join momentarily." Sinister ordered his minion.
"Yes, sir." The Prime Grimm complied, before Sinister walks toward another capsule containing an even stranger individual.
"I need to buy more time. Time to field test another experiment. Though I will admit I have my reservations about this one. Even with the cybernetics I implanted, there's no telling how long he will remain under my control and I hate would hate to lose such a valuable warrior. Cloning him again will be a difficult problem." Sinister contemplated his next risky decision. After careful consideration, he just smirks, "Oh well.", and presses the button that opens the container. Ominous smoke leaves the capsule as quickly as the silhouetted man breaking out of stasis. "Go and just be entertaining for me." Sinister ordered his most dangerous creation yet, judging by his eyes glowing a murderous red.

Back With the Heroes…
BGM-Mega Man X6 OST-Gate's Laboratory Stage
Sonic uses his Cross Art to create for himself a gravity bubble just in time to deflect an obsidian punch from a Density Prime Grimm. Hulk tags in to grab and repeatedly fling the creature into the ground before throwing him to be kicked by Ryu and Hadokened onto a horde of his mutated brethren.
"I gotta get you fightin' my man Akira one of these days. You'll love fighting him. Kinda dress like you." The smiling Sonic suggested to the martial artist.
"Can't wait to meet him." Ryu smiles back.
While the rest of the team are nearly done clearing the room of Prime Grimm, Spider-Man is being asked by Cyclops, "Have you erased the database yet?", while hacking into a computer terminal.
"Just about. Found out where Sinister's holding his 'GeneMod Device' that's transforming his mutant clones into his Prime Grimm. Also, according this database, Sinister was particularly interested in mutants with energy-related powers." Spider-Man answered.
"Could that be Bishop? He can absorb all kinds of energy and dish it out twice as strong." Cyclops assumed.
"Yang will be jealous if she heard that." Ruby joked.
"He must be where Sinister is. We have to save him!" Silver exclaims, determined to save his fellow future fighter.

After a quick moment, Spidey finishes erasing the cross-species genome data from Sinister's servers. "Did it! We'll split up from here to take care of everything fast." He suggested to his friends. But then suddenly, his head is aching from sensing great imminent danger, "Spider-Sense, danger! A massive one!"
Some of them can only catch a glimpse of what is approaching them at frightening speeds. A silhouetted winged figure glides towards the party, specifically Hulk as he finds himself grabbed and caught uttering, "Huh?" Amidst the blink of an eye, everyone can only hear Hulk roaring, "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH…!", in absolute agony. All the heroes are quick to find Hulk battered and bloodied on the floor. Beaten to an inch of his life from a rapidly relentless pummeling from a beast deadlier than him.
"HULK!" Noel Vermillion screamed out in horror.
"That's…impossible." Cyclops uttered, looking just as shocked as the rest of his friends from seeing the Incredible Hulk himself overpowered.
The beating he endured was so severe that it forces Hulk to transform back into his human form. As a half-naked Bruce Banner. "Doctor Banner! Bruce! Are you okay?!" Spidey asked, checking on his unconscious, but alive body. He turns to glare at the assailant, wanting to make him pay for hurting his friend. His glare is quick to turn into a look of both horror and disbelief as he, Ryu, and the X-Men present, recognize him down to his outfit, "Oh no…"
BGM-Namco X Capcom OST-Enveloping Dark Clouds
The red kanji that stands for "destruction" appears on the back of the assailant's black gi. His metallic wings retract before the man turns around to face his enemies with the murderous glare of a demonic warrior enhanced with a cybernetic right arm and eye.
"What is this murderous intent I'm feeling…?" Jin Kisaragi wondered, already with his guard up to maximum.
"It cannot be. Is that who I think it is?" Storm questioned, looking a little nervous about this familiar adversary.
"The Master of the Fist." Wolverine recognized calmly.
"Akuma." Ryu shares the sentiment as this warrior is from his world and is one of his most powerful rivals in any universe. Akuma. The Raging Demon.
'I prefer you address him as "Cyber Akuma"!' Mister Sinister snarked, speaking to the heroes from a nearby loudspeaker.
"Sinister! What have you done?" Cyclops snarled.
'I simply made a clone of the Ultimate Crossverse Warrior.' Sinister responded.
"How?" Cyclops retorted.
'I managed to acquire some of Akuma's DNA during one of your alliances with the heroes of his Earth. He is a pet project of mine. Spent a long time trying to perfect this clone but the energy he wields made the task nigh-impossible.' Sinister answered.
"The Satsui no Hado cannot be controlled! It is a destructive force that will consume everything until there is nothing left!" Ryu argued fiercely.
'I'm not as weak-willed as you. Unlike you, I have conquered the Dark Hado with a mixture of Convergium and Bishop's DNA. With them, I have managed to regulate the dark energies coursing through his veins while his mind and soul become subservient to my will. And my will has ordered him to destroy you.' Sinister elaborated.
"You underestimate Akuma as much as you underestimate us." Ryu retorted.
"We can't waste time with this one. We need to stop Sinister and destroy the GeneMod Device." Cyclops proclaimed.
"Do that yerself! Me and Demon Boy have a score to settle. Ain't that right, bub?" Wolverine snarked, having an interdimensional rivalry with the demon warrior himself.
"I will kill what my creator demands." Cyber-Akuma replied coldly.
"He's too powerful, Wolverine! Just sent here to distract us! If we don't stop those Prime Grimm, they'll be unstoppable!" Cyclops argues, as usual, with his rebellious teammate.
"Then let Wolverine and I handle Cyber-Akuma. The rest of you stop Sinister." Ryu suggested.
Reluctantly, Cyclops lets out a relenting grunt as he doesn't see any other way out of this desperate situation. "…Alright. If you insist. Just be careful." He told them.
"You two won't be enough. I can kill this demon by myself." Jin scoffed, wanting to fight Cyber-Akuma too.
"Kid, I doubt you fought anyone as mean as this one." Wolverine sassed.
"I have. He's my brother." Jin snarked.
"Your funeral." Wolverine quipped.
As their friends leave to stop Sinister's plans, the uncanny trio of Ryu, Wolverine, and Jin stand behind for mortal combat against the cybernetic demon warrior. Jin readies his sword and ice. Wolverine pops out his claws with a snarl. And while Ryu tells them, "Even if that's not the real Akuma, his power is just as deadly. Don't let your guard down. Hold nothing back!", he prepares his fists for the ultimate fight against Cyber-Akuma.

BGM-Street Fighter X Tekken OST-Last Boss Battle SF
A red aura radiates from Cyber-Akuma readying himself to deliver to the heroic trio the most hellish beatdown that they will ever experience. His aura grows intense in an instant as he charges the Satsui no Hado within. Their arena, the entire Evolution Facility itself, quakes from the sheer force he is putting out. So much so that the trio is doing everything they can to stay planted like a tree against his unfathomable might. "Prepare…For now I bring chaos…with my fists!" Cyber-Akuma proclaimed, threateningly stomping his foot to the ground before striking his battle stance.
In an instant, Cyber-Akuma appears high in the air unleashing his Zankuu Bolt Hadoken at full force, scattering the heroes. Ryu is the first to recover and the first to strike on his team's behalf with a punch that Akuma catches with ease before throwing him behind. "Tatsumaki Senpukyaku!" Ryu returns with his signature hurricane kick that is also easily parried and deflected by the cyber demon. Wolverine tags in from the air, coming down with his Drill Claw that is blocked and prompts him to backflip with a roar that activates his Hot Claws, raining down fiery shockwaves that manage to force Akuma to move and evade into Jin's targeting range. Jin delivers a horizontal slash that is blocked without effort, and when he tries freezing him with an icy sword beam, Akuma dodges it using his Lightning Senku, allowing the corridor to be frozen and Jin to be struck in the back by his Thunder Shock Zankukyaku.
"Your powers are laughable. You have no reason to continue existing." Cyber-Akuma mocked them.
"Then kill us, if you have the strength to pull it off." Wolverine taunted.
"With pleasure!" Cyber-Akuma retorted by unleashing his High Mega Gou Beam, a massive beam of burning energy.
"SHINKU HADOKEN!" Ryu countered with his own massive beam, causing both great powers to collide in a thunderous explosion that shakes the whole base.

Elsewhere in the Evolution Facility…
BGM-X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse OST-Infinite Factory (Action)
"This way! GeneMod's right around the corner!" Spider-Man announced, carrying the unconscious Bruce Banner while leading Sonic, Ruby, Storm, and Miss America to their task of destroying the GeneMod Device.
Prime Grimm try getting in their way and both Sonic and Ruby are quick to dispatch them with Homing Attacks and teleporting scythe slashes respectively. All while enduring the collapsing environment caused by the fight with Cyber-Akuma. "That Akuma guy must be really something. The whole place is falling apart. We need to destroy that Grimmicizer and get outta here." Sonic said, noting the whole Evolution Facility will explode soon.
America punches down the door that leads to the chamber housing the GeneMod Device. It is a large pool-like machine filled with modified Grimm Liquid. Anyone dipped into it will come out a Prime Grimm. And from the looks of the data, hundreds of more advanced mutant clones were set to be the next test subjects. "This it is. The Prime Grimm we've been facing up until now are nothing but prototypes. Someone watch over Bruce." Spidey said, putting down his fellow scientist to work on interacting with the GeneMod's console in order to destroy it.
"More Prime Grimm incoming!" America shouted, spotting a large Prime Grimm horde rushing toward their location.
Quickly, Storm casts a mighty whirlwind to blow back and keep at bay as many Grimm as she can. "I will hold them back! Hurry, Spider-Man!" She urged him.
"Ughh, my head…" Just then, all the recent commotion is arousing Banner awake, rubbing his aching head while groaning, "Felt like I was being smashed from the inside out…"
"Doctor Banner, are you okay?" Ruby asked, checking on him.
"I guess…Have we stopped Sinister?" Banner responded.
"Cyclops's team will handle him. We need your help to shut down the GeneMod Device." Ruby said, pointing him to said device that Spidey is struggling to disable.
"I'll do my best." Banner understood, rushing to assist his fellow genius.
Some of the Prime Grimm are starting to adapt to Storm's winds. The Density variants are planting their feet to the ground with obsidian and firing shards of the same material at Storm, knocking her down and canceling her winds that were preventing the monsters' advancement. Sonic steps up with his Gravitational Charge to push them back alongside Ruby's bullets and America's fists, but they can tell they won't be able to hold them back much longer. "What's the holdup, Science Bros?! You're being slower than these creeps!" Sonic sasses at the scientists.
"Be patient! Not all of us are on a sugar rush!" Spidey snarked.
Thankfully the defense held up long enough for Spidey and Banner to complete their task. The console blows up and the Grimm Liquid is purified while the entire GeneMod Device starts exploding, further adding to the destruction of the Evolution Facility. "There! That did it! No more Grimm mutations!" Banner announced.
Spidey presses on his earpiece to speak with Cyclops, informing him of their completed task, "Spidey to Cyclops! The GeneMod Device has been destroyed!"
'Excellent work. Now evacuate the facility. We'll meet you outside once we beat Sinister.' Cyclops ordered.
"What about Wolverine and his group? Cyber clone or not, Akuma's no joke." Spidey asked, worried for his other friends.
'They'll make it. As uncanny a team they are, they complement each other quite well. Their determination knows no bounds.' Cyclops retorted confidently, assuring the young web-warrior that Logan's group will beat Cyber-Akuma and come home safely.

BGM-Project X Zone 2 OST-Volcanic Rim
Wolverine is knocked out by a ferocious Shining Circuit Goshoryuken from Cyber-Akuma. The intense tag-team battle with the cybernetic demon is growing fiercer by the second as Ryu collides fists with him that erupt astonishing power that spreads throughout the massive chamber. Both warriors seem evenly matched, trading mighty blows that are blocked with great force. Jin Kisaragi tags in to assist Ryu with his swordsmanship, annoying Akuma into kicking him into the air before Ryu throws him there too. While Ryu charges his, "Shinku…!", Hadoken, Jin launches his Flying Ice Strike at the airborne cyborg. Cyber-Akuma counters this with his Thunder Shock Zankukyaku, flying away from the ice blades to strike Jin before interrupting Ryu with his Diving Rocket Kujinkyaku.
"Messatsu!" Cyber-Akuma shouted, bouncing off the young warrior to rain his Thunder Gou Shower on both Ryu and Jin. Ryu recovers first but feels a dark awakening from within. His Satsui no Hado is resonating with Akuma's, causing his eyes and body to radiate a red glow until he manages to suppress it. "Still refusing to transcend humanity, eh? You lack discipline! Mister Sinister can help you unlock your full potential." Cyber-Akuma claimed, noticing his rival holding back.
"You haven't transcended your humanity! You've thrown it away! Let yourself be used as a puppet by Sinister!" Ryu retorted.
Enraged and showing subtle signs of breaking free from Sinister's control, the Akuma clone charges up his power whilst exclaiming, "Prepare to meet your maker!"

Ryu readies himself for the next round until he heard, "Stay back, kid!", from the awakened Wolverine stepping in to fight Cyber-Akuma alone.
"Wolverine!" Ryu retorted, knowing he can't beat him alone.
"I mean it! I'm gonna go wild!" Wolverine shouted back with a secret plan in mind that will hurt his friends if they stand in his way, "Alright you redhead demon toy! His Hot Claws activate, but that was just the start. From unleashing a ferocious roar that would terrify any normal foe, "RRAAAAAAAAAAARRRR!", the fury inside him boils beyond its limit thanks to his Cross Art. The full power of Chaos Berserk. His costume turns black and red in reminiscent of Shadow the Hedgehog's colors. A fiery red aura of chaos energy shrouds his whole being before Wolverine roars, "LET'S ENJOY THIS ONE, BUB!"
Chaos Wolverine then rushes at Cyber-Akuma, moving at speeds beyond anything he has displayed in his life that it appears he disappeared into thin air. Cyber-Akuma himself was left dumbstruck by this feat until he felt being pierced by the feral mutant. Wolverine is lost in a berserker rage. Caring for nothing but destruction and won't let anyone or anything stop his warpath. Even Akuma's Bolt Hadokens can't slow him down. Not one bit as Logan charges through them just to claw in a bloody wound on the demon's gi. Akuma's refined skills still do a decent job countering Logan's berserker charge. His Lightning Senku dodges one of his attacks, only for the snarling mutant to instantly find and assault him with a series of rapid slashes before knocking him into the air with a Tornado Claw, swiftly slamming him back down with a lunging, descending slash. Before his Drill Claw connects, Akuma's wings fly him to safety and then at Logan so his fist could deliver the Scramble Gou Punch. The last uppercut was about to connect when Chaos Wolverine burst out his Fatal Claw, unleashing a huge X-shaped energy blast from his chest that repels the demon to the other side of the room. Their great battle is becoming entertaining. Even after Logan's claws and Akuma's kick lunge at each other simultaneously, their creepy smiles imply they are enjoying this.
"Out of my way!" shouted Jin, rudely and literally cutting in on their fun.
"RRAAAAARRRR!" roared Chaos Wolverine, clawing the swordsman away without hesitation so he can continue his fight with Cyber-Akuma.
"Jin! Are you alright?" Ryu asked, rushing to check on him.
In pain but still having pride, Jin grunts, "Of course I am! But Wolverine…His Cross Art…!"
"Yeah. It made him go berserk. That's why he wanted us to stay back." Ryu realized.
"I'm not going to sit on the sidelines forever." Jin scowled.
"We'll have our moment to act. Just be patient. Once the opportunity reveals itself, freeze him and I'll finish him." Ryu proposed his decisive plan that'll defeat Cyber-Akuma.
"Just don't get in my way or I'll freeze you all together." Jin scoffed, reluctantly deciding to go through with his plan.

BGM-Street Fighter IV OST-Theme of Gouki vs. Ryu
This chaotic battle with demons is drawing to a close as the rampaging Chaos Wolverine unleashes his most powerful combo on Cyber-Akuma. Weapon X. He attacks him with a vicious barrage of claw slashes before following with a savage Tornado Claw and slamming him into the ground, then finishes with a powerful flaming slash in an X-pattern. The X-Man lands on the ground but doesn't see Akuma crashing behind him. Instead, he heard, "Shining Goku Satsu!", right before Cyber-Akuma catches him with the same move that defeated Hulk earlier. Wolverine falls to the ground, defeated and out of his Chaos Berserk mode. But their grand battle also weakened Cyber-Akuma to the point of visible exhaustion. The opportunity both Ryu and Jin were waiting for.
"Now, Jin!" Ryu shouted.
"Arctic Dungeon!" Utilizing his ice power through Yukianesa, Jin concentrates his full power into the blade and stabs it into the ground, causing a cage of ice that entraps Cyber-Akuma, "Give in to the cold!"
Ryu then makes a mad dash for his frozen rival to deliver the finishing blow. But there's a problem. While striking Cyber-Akuma very hard in the gut, his eyes and body glow a familiarly dark red aura. "The Satsui is…" He muttered, feeling himself being consumed by the Satsui no Hado.
"Ryu!" Jin shouted with genuine concern.
"Give into it, boy…" Cyber-Akuma said through the half-broken ice, tempting him to succumb to the evil power.
Through a great inner struggle, Ryu grunts, "Suppress the…", before uttering with all his might, "HAH!", as his red aura is recolored blue thanks to him finding the strength to tap into the Power of Nothingness. "SHIN SHORYUKEN!" He expressed with a mighty yell, smashing Cyber-Akuma completely out of the ice with the ultimate uppercut that packed the force of an awestrucking lightning storm.

'T-That power…What did he just do?' Jin exclaims in his own astonished mind from witnessing Ryu's true power. 'He can control both chaos AND order? That's a paradox! Utterly ridiculous! And yet…' A scoffing smirk forms on his face as the NOL swordsman puts aside his pride for just this moment to express his newfound respect, 'You are a strange warrior, Ryu.'
"Damn, what a hangover…" Wolverine groans upon his awakening, reaching out to Ryu who helps him back onto his feet, "Give it to me straight. We win?"
"Yeah. As a team." Ryu answered.
"I still think I could've beaten him on my own." Jin claimed, back to his arrogant self.
"Test that out if you can find the real one. This wannabe was nothing but an honorless fake." Wolverine snarked, pointing at the broken Cyber-Akuma on the floor.
"His strength still made for excellent training. I await the day I face the real Akuma in combat." Ryu said.
Suddenly, the chamber around them is collapsing more intensely than before. Their battle, combined with the destruction of the GeneMod Device, is really starting to affect the Evolution Facility. Flames are erupting everywhere that they even consume Cyber-Akuma's remains. "Assuming we survive this. Let's get outta here and hope Cyke put a kibosh to Sinister." Wolverine exclaimed, leading his party out of the base.
At Sinister Lab…
"My Cyber-Akuma is ruined! Along with my Prime Grimm!" The scowling Mister Sinister expresses his frustrations over the recent losses, and it's made worse his private laboratory is embracing the destruction that has affected the rest of his base, "My Evolution Facility will not last much longer. I must get out of here." He said. But before leaving, he checks on a particular tank holding the sleeping black mutant that was instrumental to his plans. "At least I still have you, Bishop." He smiled with an ominously vague tone.
BGM-X-Men '97 OST-X-Men '97 Theme
His good mood is literally blasted away thanks to a mutant leader hurting him with his optic blast. "Sacrificial insects!" Sinister scowls before a certain psychokinetic hedgehog pins him to the wall.
"We're not leaving without Bishop!" Cyclops proclaimed, with Silver holding their mutual foe while Noel, Ka-Zar, and Zabu stand behind them.
The Evolution Facility is moments away from exploding completely so the heroes need to move fast. Cyclops blows up the tank containing Bishop, allowing him to be secured by Ka-Zar. "Fools! Take him at your own ignorance!" Sinister exclaims with a furious flex, unleashing his own telekinetic power that frees himself from Silver's grasp and fires a powerful energy blast that is barely blocked by the same hedgehog's energy barrier.
"Your powers are nothing compared to mine!" Silver mocked.
"It's over, Sinister!" Noel runs to fire her guns at the evasive scientist dodging her attacks like a creepy phantom. Cyclops is the one that catches him by surprise by blowing up explosive equipment near him, stunning him for Noel to backflip kick off his body to fire at him from above before Zabu pounces him to the ground. Sinister reduces himself to a liquified state to flee from the tiger's furious bite, then reforms himself in time to blow back all his enemies with a powerful shockwave and strike most of them with DNA-looking energy blasts from the sky. Silver is the only one to evade his assault to counter with astonishing power, paralyzing the madman with his psychokinesis and, with roaring effort, using the same power to literally bring the house down on him.
"NOOOOOOO!" Sinister yelled helplessly until he is crushed by his own ceiling.

"That'll teach you to mess with Cross-Species!" Silver smirks victoriously at their big win.
"Let's get out of here, X-Men." Cyclops said, prompting their psychic hedgehog to encase them all in a telekinetic bubble that flies them out of the collapsing base.
All the S.T.R.I.K.E. Heroes regroup outside of the Evolution Facility to watch it succumb to destruction. The cave it was hiding in collapses in on itself, crushing the burning base housing countless unethical experiments with its rubble. Ensuring this unified world that it will never again be threatened by Sinister and his army of Prime Grimm.
BGM-Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds OST-Arcade Ending 5
"That takes care of that." Sonic smiles proudly at the destroyed Evolution Facility.
"Is that the last we'll see of Sinister?" Ruby asked Cyclops.
"For now." Cyclops simply replied. "This battle has helped me feel an even greater understanding for the need for humans and cross-species to live in peace. Blake had the right idea about her Unity Club. Look at what we accomplished today. Humans, mutants, mobians, and faunus working together to save the world. Even Sienna Kahn realized the potential in this squad. I should talk to Captain America about forming our own Unity Division." He said, having learned an important lesson from this war with the Purifiers.
"Would love that." Ruby responded with a smile brimming with respect for his idea.
Just then, Bishop starts waking up with an aching groan that signals Silver to check on him. "How are you feeling, Bishop?" Silver asked his fellow time traveler.
"Fine, kid. Thanks for coming to the rescue." Bishop replied.
"We're happy to see you okay. How did Sinister get his hands on you?" Storm asked her fellow X-Man.
"Some of his men jumped me back in Knot-X Town some time ago, and I've been unconscious in that tube ever since. Don't know why he was so interested in me though." Bishop responded, rubbing the back of his confused head.
"Doesn't matter anymore. All his plans got buried with him. Let's get you back to the Institute and let the Professor know you're okay." Wolverine remarked, helping the time traveler get back onto his feet.
"Would like that." Bishop smirked.
"Return to my village first for rest and to take Sauron to prison. Thank you, friends, for freeing the Savage Land." Ka-Zar smiled, grateful for their amazing aid.
"You're welcome, Ka-Zar. Hope we meet again." Ryu responded with his own smile, sharing a firm handshake with the savage man.
"How are we gonna get home anyway? We're stranded!" Spider-Man whined.
"Yeah. A dinosaur destroyed our ship, remember?" Noel reminded everyone.
"Ahem." America Chavez quips by coughing and snapping open a Star Portal that leads directly to Fall Tribe Village.
"Oh right." Both Spidey and Noel responded with innocent tones that expresses their forgetfulness of America's powers.
"Idiots." Jin Kisaragi insulted them.
"Come on, everyone." smiled Bruce Banner, joining his friends through the Star Portal that then closes itself and on another successful mission.

The Next Day…
An unfamiliar black jet is flying through Latverian airspace on important business that might prove fatal. As soon as it lands at Castle Doom, Doombots surround the jet and point their weapons at whoever is planning to walk down the opening hatch. "State your name, and purpose." A Doombot demanded.
Walking out of the jet is Mister Sinister, alive. Having somehow survived the destruction of his Evolution Facility and is looking as eerie as ever. "Tell your Highness, Nathaniel Essex is here, bearing gifts. Tell him, Mister Sinister will see him now." He introduced himself with his hands up to show the guards that he comes in peace.
BGM-Mega Man X7 OST-Black Plotting
Shortly after, Sinister enters the throne room. Greeted by not just Doctor Doom from his throne but his fellows Masters of Evil such as Salem and Doctors Eggman and Octopus. "I heard you were dead." Doom greeted the cloning master.
"I have complete control over my body at the cellular level, Dr. Doom. I'm not that easy to kill. Take note." Sinister explained his survival.
"Good, 'cause that would've ruined everything." Eggman retorted.
"First, I must commend you on your Prime Grimm experiments, Mister Sinister. I've been experimenting with Grimm hybrids myself but none have proven to be as advanced as your creations." Salem said, praising the immortal scientist.
"Her Hound was a failure alright." Doc Ock scoffed, mocking her about the Hound being killed during the Time Eater incident.
"When left in inadequate hands." Salem sassed, calmly reminding him that he was in charge of the Hound during said Time Eater incident.
"Don't sass me!" Ock retorted angrily.
"I will be honored to work with you in the next experiment. Until then, you and I have business to attend to." Sinister remarked. During their talk, Doombots were transporting a capsule into the room. The same mysterious capsule that he had moved to his jet during the raid of his facility. "I will admit I had my doubts, but the plan worked. The Purifiers, darlings that they are, unwittingly gathered the genetic data needed to pinpoint the right target for acquisition." He said, whilst the Masters approach to take a closer look at the capsule. More importantly, at what is sealed within. "Your enemies may have liberated the original, but we had plenty of time to craft a clone. An exact duplicate." Was said while Doom wipes the glass window clean to look down at the clone of Bishop. All this time his true goal was neither to create Prime Grimm nor Cyber-Akuma. All along, the true purpose of using the Purifiers was to capture and clone Bishop. Under secret dealings with the Masters of Evil. "For your needs, Masters, it's perfect. And best of all, your enemies will never know." Sinister grins at his pleased customers.
"Well done, Mister Sinister. Well done." Doom complimented him, now that he is one step closer in completing Project X Zone.

KFX Here: This wraps up the X-Species Arc. For anyone confused about Cyber-Akuma, let me clarify on some things. The Marvel vs. Capcom series (up to 3) is canon in this series. For simplicity's sake, the events of Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter didn't happen and this X-Species Arc can be considered a loose adaptation, otherwise they'd be fighting Apocalypse back-to-back. Anyhoo, time for another breather chapter before hopping into a new arc exclusive to this remake.
