ALIEN 3: Alternate ending
Ripely stood at the edge of the platform, arms raised, this was it. She ignore Micheal Bishop pleas,
"Ripley, think of all we can learn from it. You must let me have it. It's a magnificent specimen."
"You're crazy." Said Ripley.
She was about to make the final pledge down to her fate.
However one Weyland Yutani commando put away his pulse rifle and took out a sniper rifle, a WY-102 model. The commando quickly loaded a special tranquilizer round into the weapon and he aimed at Ripley's shoulder.
Ripley closed her eyes and was about to fall back when the commando pulled the trigger.
The dart flew from the barrel and struck Ripley right at her arm.
She felt something prick her skin and saw a dart attached to the bare flesh.
"No, she muttered and she tried to fall back but the chemical was already at work and Ripley was feeling drowsy.
She fell forward and everything went black.
Some time later, somewhere within the core worlds a base stood within a desolate world. The weyland yutani logo was sketched into the base, a reminder to everyone inside and out who the base belonged to. The base was a highly advanced scientific laboratory designed and operated by the company.
Recently everyone on the base was at full speed with excitement due to the company pouring just about everything in their latest project and this base was selected.
Deep within the base, two Weyland yutani pmcs stood outside guarding the entrance to the lab, a Nsg23 assault rifle with a flamethrower attachment was held in the arms of the two hired soldiers.
The entrance opened up and inside was a number of scientists led by Dr. Sora Matsushita. They observed three cylinders that stood in the middle of the room.
One by one the lead coverings that covered the cylinders raised up to reveal the glass interior filled with liquid.
Each of the three glass cylinders was filled with a special liquid that contains oxygen and helps accelerate the healing process, but it was still an experimental procedure. Each cylinder contains a nude figure. Inside the center glass cylinder, unconscious was none other than Ellen Ripley. She hovered nude with the bubbles of the liquid covering most of her bare form. Her arms covered her chest. She was in the process of healing. Her head, once shaved bald, had already begun to grow back her raven hair which was already at shoulder length.
Entering the lab was none other than Micheal Bishop. He had recovered from the injury he had received from the Fury 161 guard Aaaron with a white bandage covering his ear.
"How are our patients?' Asked Micheal.
Dr. Matsushita looked at the bio readings.
"Doing well."
"And our prize?" Asked Bishop.
Dr. Matsushita pressed a button on the control panel and a screen turned on. He and Bishop looked and saw in a special cage with a camera watching was none other than the infant xenomorph queen Dr. Matsushita successfully extracted from Ripley.
Bishop smiled.
He turned towards Ripley in the glass cylinder and looked at her bare stomach where the operation took place. A visible red scar was formed which resembled a C-section. The scar was red but within the hour would seal up and perhaps even fade.
"The serum will rid Ripely of any remnants of xenomorph DNA; she will recover." Said Dr. Matsushita.
"Excellent." Said Micheal.
"But I have to ask, why heal her? We got what we needed." Said the doctor.
"Well I am a man of my word, plus we may need her to answer a few questions about the xenomorph. All the reason why we had her companions healed as well." Stated Bishop.
On the left side of the cylinder inside hovering was none other than Hicks and on the other side in a fetal position was Newt. Both were nude but the bubbles cover most of their form. Newt's eyes flattered, she was in a deep sleep with her long golden hair hanging above her head like a halo.
Already the wounds on that had destroyed Hick's chest and face from the crash were almost finished and the water that drowned newt had long since been extracted and replaced with liquid oxygen. The chest wounds that she gained from the autopsy had been sealed up and closed, leaving a large scar which was starting to fade away.
The two had died when the EEV crashed landed on Fury 161, but thanks to the new, experimental technology, Hicks and Newt have been resurrected from the dead.
"Strange , the report mentions that these two had died in the crash." Said Dr. Matsushita
"They were by all means, but when the crash occurred, the computer sensing the crash injected them with our special chemical that puts them in a death like state, no heartbeat, body temperature drops, and the cold storage of the morgue helped." Stated Michael.
"And the report mentioned that they were cremated." Said Dr. Matsushita.
"Clearly a false report, as we found them in the morgue. The warden on Fury, must have lied and created the report and must have put scraps in wrappings during the funeral." 'stated Micheal.
"And what about the Bishop Android?" Asked
"Despite the very severe damage, I did manage to save my son, by downloading his programming into a brand new body. He's currently shut down but I'll turn him on once they awaken." Said Micheal.
Micheal looked at Hicks, Newt, he knew their resurrection would help ensure Ripley cooperation since clearly she was willing to commit suicide just to ensure he and the company don't possess the xenomorph queen.
In a way, he was glad Hicks and Newt had died, as it gave the company the chance to use project resurrection. The company needed a test subject and Hicks and Newt were perfect. Not too damaged yet prime candidates for project resurrection.
In addition to bringing back Newt and Hicks, the project was also an opportunity to heal someone who had a xenomorph extracted from them. In the past, whenever the company extracted an alien embryo , the subject unfortunately died anyway as the remnants of xenomorph dna eventually grow a new embryo in the host.
Despite removing the queen embryo, Micheal made the decision to have Ripley healed both because he needed answers to his questions on the xenomorph species. And second to test Project resurrection on Ripley.
Hicks face was completely healed and only the acid scar remained on his face and chest. For Newt, the scar from the autopsy performed by Dr. Clemeans' had vanished completely.
Each member of the trio's bio readings were all green. The trio breathed the liquid oxygen in and out with no signs of any struggle. The three, especially Newt, reminded Bishop of the proceeds of rebirth due to her fetal position.
It was quite fascinating to watch, to see Weyland yutani now had the power over death itself.
The nude child remained in the fetal position, like an infant inside an artificial womb.
"Inform me of any changes." Said Micheal.
"We will, Mister Bishop." Said Dr. Matsushita.
Micheal Bishop walked out of the lab and the lead coverings were lowered onto the glass cylinders.
