Fureai Forest Campsite was the name of the place they decided to stop by. All cars parked and everyone of the members out of the vehicles to discuss what was going on.
"I have some business here. Mai and the others should leave for Tokyo first." Naru's face was unreadable as he avoided looking over the group whilst Akemi was to the side, making some phone calls nobody was able to understand due to their thought process blanking at the information given.
"Go back? But…" Mai glances to a busy Akemi and an urging Masako.
"You'll only get in my way here," Naru cuts off. Also sending the others a glare their way. "Go back."
'You you you!' Mai's temper slowly rose as Naru became even more confusing than a hormonal pregnant woman. 'Just what is going on with him?! As he said, we could only go back, but…'
Mai sighs, scratching her arm in the process. "How about you? When are you going back?"
"I don't know." Was his short reply, Akemi having already tucked away her phone as the others kept watch with baited breath over what was happening right in front of their eyes.
"You don't know? Then what's going to happen to the office in the mean time?"
In the end, it was Naru's reply that shocked them all.
"It will be closed."
"Clo— closed?" Mai felt a wave of panic flush all over her. The sudden coldness of the air made her shiver as she stared at Naru with wide shocked eyes of disbelief.
"That office will be closed upon my return." Chaos ensued around them at the sudden news.
"O—oi, Naru-bou, are you for real?" Naru simply glanced at Bou-san. When the young boss didn't reply, Mai turned to the only one that won't let her down— maybe assure her that Naru was only kidding.
But at the sight of Akemi's equal look of disbelief sold it. "Are you really closing it?" Akemi asked Naru, fully gaining his attention. Like to Bou-san, Naru didn't speak.
"Will it be closed permanently?" He remained quiet, knowing his answer might only hurt her further.
It wasn't until his eyes softened, his voice less firm but his solid decision remains. "You should go and look for somewhere else to work, Akemi. Make sure to close the office once you get back."
"But what—" Naru turns to Mai.
"Mai, you should also go and look for somewhere else to work since I'll be shutting down the office-" Now it was real.
"Shutdown?!" The others yelled behind Mai, making the high school and heiress lightly jump at the sudden volume.
'W-woah.' Both assistants thought as they saw the pure fire in their eyes. 'They looked as panicked as we are...'
"Shut down... so you're closing you business?" Bou-san gaped at the young boss in disbelief while Ayako felt crossed.
"You have to explain!" the Miko yells.
"Why?" John worriedly added along them while Yasuhara was more positive though hiding his equal disbelief.
"Shibuya-san, are you going on summer vacation?"
Naru frowned and raising his hand as their noise simply stressed him. "I can hear you even if you don't get angry. can't you calm down a little?"
"Calm down?!"
Mai raises her hand, "Then answer my question." her gaze and voice firm. "Does closing the shop mean that we're ceasing business? Why?"
"I have something I have to do."
"Then please explain them, Boss. I'm being fired by you now; I have— at least, the right to know the reason."
"I don't feel there is any necessity to explain." Naru dismisses, crossing his arms. Akemi heading his response, frowned in dislike.
'You bastard, you actually say there is no necessity!' Just as Mai was about to speak her mind, Bou-san, who had been spacing out, spoke loudly.
"Forget it! I admit defeat!"
"Huh?" Everybody turned to the monk, who slumped in feign exhaustion.
"I'm saying I've been defeated by this summer day. There are only these simple wooden huts here— we can stay at that bungalow and give him a hand."
Looking at our stunned faces, Naru spoke harshly. "Bou-san, you doing so will only get in my way."
"You have a situation, and we still haven't heard your circumstance." Bou-san then turns to glance at everybody else aside from Naru and Lin, ignoring the freezing glare Naru was sending his way. "So is everyone going back?"
"I'm staying." Yasuhara raised his hand and spoke and John did the same.
Mai blinked as it seems the boys were staying, turning to the psychic medium beside her— she asked. "What about you, Masako?"
"I'd always planned to stay." Bou-san nodded.
"Then what about you— Akemi, Mai and Ayako?"
"I'll stay~!" Akemi was quick to respond. Sending Naru a civil smile, further narrowing his glare.
Seeing her sempai staying, Mai was fixed but the thought of her finances made Mai hesitate and so glanced at Ayako, who glanced back.
"If Akemi is staying, so am I." Ayako says while now only Mau was left in turmoil.
'Naru had told me go back so calmly and crisply... What should I—' At this time, Masako and Akemi stepped close to Mai, speaking lightly to her.
"You should stay, Mai." Akemi says, making Mau look at them in confusion as the pressure built on.
"Say you'll stay," Masako agrees along with Akemi. "-If you go back like this you might never see him again."
"What?" with widened eyes, Mai turns to Akemi, who sadly smiled towards her— placing a hand on the girl's shoulder.
'Never see him again? Is she saying I might never see Naru again?'
Mau turns back to look at Masako then back to Akemi, the two girls nodding.
With that Mai faces the others, speaking out her decision. "I… I really want to stay, but…but I don't know about the accommodations..."
"Don't worry!" Akemi's smile cut off all of their worries, clasping her fingers together as she spoke. "I've already bought some of the houses we'll be staying in!"
"Bought...?"
Akemi realized her usage of words and sheepishly glanced away. "I mean...just for a few days though.."
The others cheered for the free expenses, but only Naru looked unhappy at the decisions made today.

Akemi had accommodated three bungalows, one for the women and men and of course, one separated for Naru and Lin.
"Uwah, this is so nice. It feels like I'm on vacation with the whole group." Akemi gushed as she and Ayako had changed clothes for a more summer accommodating heat on their first morning in camp, Oliver having a straw hat strapped in his head as he stepped along Akemi, whom was holding his leash— and the sight of the heiress almost made Mai blush at the skin Akemi was showing.
Akemi wore a pure white off-shoulder that features a loose, ruffled neckline with embroidery of different colorful fruits such as strawberries, lemon, watermelon, and such lined on the edge of her ruffles and edge of her skirt. Her dress cinches her waist then the skirt easily flows down a few inches above her knees. Fully showing her white creamy legs as her shoes were more on strap on sandals crisscrossing around her whole calves.
Mai and Masako felt a twinge of envy as they saw the figure of the woman. Even with such collarbones and legs showing, Akemi managed to look graceful.
Her golden strands of hair was braided and hanging on her left shoulder, the slimness of her neck and perfect angle of her shoulders in full display, letting a few strands here and there of her hair frame her face.
Ayako raises a brow towards Mai and Masako, as the Miko and heiress stood in front of the kitchen. "Do we have to make our own dinner? Do you guys know how to cook?" Ayako took a deep breath.
"If it's simple stuff like eggs or frying things, then I can do it... but other than that..." Akemi watched as Masako's aura turned cold while Mai was sheepish.
The psychic unknowingly making a face of disgust and shame. "I… I don't really know…"
Mai felt a bead of sweat-drop from her forehead. 'There was no use asking, just looking at her expression I could tell she definitely did not know how to cook.'
"Just what I thought, looks like its up to me and Akemi to cook." Mai brightened, 'Yay! Akemi-senpai's cooking!'
Ayako once again let out a sigh as she was troubled, "I don't know if those men can cook or not."
"Looks like we have no choice, we have to get out to buy some stuff regardless; let that stupid Bou-san go and drive, I'll make him a list." Ayako said, already picking up a paper and pen.
"Right." Mai nods, as she waited for Ayako to finish writing as Akemi already started taking out the equipment they'll need. The two easily conversing over what to buy, and remind what are needed. 'Ayako really likes to look after people; it's no wonder she's the mother.'
Like a child being nagged into working, Mai took the list Ayako had written and ran to the little wood hut next door, where the boys would be so they could go grocery shopping.
°•○●●○•°
"He'll refuse anyway." Mai pouted as she crossed her arm to where she sat on the vacant chairs in the dining room facing the kitchen where Ayako cooked. It was decided that Ayako would cook for the mornings while Akemi would take lunch as she often over cooks and make a lot of dishes, so her skills are on par for a lunch feast.
"You should ask anyway," Ayako said as she stirred the soup she was heating up from last night and frying some eggs. "It's not like we deliberately not make their share."
Ayako was preparing currently making breakfast and when she spoke of giving Naru and Lin their share, Mai was quick to retort that the two wouldn't any in the first place. "In the end they'll want you not to make their share anyway!"
"Why?"
Mai pouted further, slouching on the table as she spoke, her voice half muffled as her cheeks squished on the table. "If I go I'll not only be teased but be taken as an idiot. Naru is gonna be all sarcastic at me! I'd rather take the trash out, I can be of a little use like that."
Mai sighs as she cried, "His words would just hurt my pure heart!"
Ayako rolled her eyes at the dramatic features of Mai. Her voice deadpan as she kept stirring the food. "What a fragile heart, you have. You can't survive in this modern society lacking in human feelings. Only thick skinned people survive." Flipping over the eggs, Ayako turned to Mai, pointing her spatula. "Now stop sulking and go! Akemi is with them, she must be hungry too."
"Oh, I forgot. She's been there all night, right?" Mai slouched further in envy. "I wonder what they've done if Akemi-sempai is still not back..."
"Probably worked to death." Ayako mutters and Mai realized the reality of her words and so the envious rage disappeared in a snap. 'But still...' "Can't you go, Ayako?"
Ayako's head tilted slightly upwards and she turned back to look at Mai, already had enough. It was time for threats. "Do you know how to cook?"
"Ugh…" Mai groaned, "I don't!"
Huffing, Ayako smirked. "Since that's the case then stop throwing a tantrum. I don't know whether those two ate dinner last night or not. since Akemi hasn't come back from giving them their portion— it wouldn't be surprising if they didn't."
Mai once again groaned, imagining the two dying out of starvation made guilt creep its way t her thoughts. So with a hiss, she sits up and leaves the hut to see Naru.
Every step she made, created a rustling sound as the whole forest camp was filled with green grass. It didn't took too long of her walking to reach Naru's bungalow, but it seems she wasn't the only one with plans to visit and know something as she Bou-san talking to Naru.
"I want to know what exactly is going on!" Bou-san says as he stood in front of Naru who made sure to close the front door behind him when the monk's voice raised.
"Please quiet down, I don't have time." Naru says, crossing his arms as the two talked. About what, Mai doesn't know.
"You rascal, you really are a narcissist no matter where you go." Bou-san shakes his head, a sigh coming out of his lips as he spoke in a way a father would to his rebel child. Exhausted yet patient and firm. "You have to let everyone understand your actions,"
"It never crossed my mind to make anyone understand." once again Bou-san sighs.
"You…"
Naru standing in the vestibule, suddenly turned his gaze towards Mai. Having seen movement not far as she remained standing in front of them like a frozen statue of confusion. Following that, Bou-san also turned and shot her a greeting with a wide smile. "Yo!"
"That is… are you guys busy?" 'Was I interrupting something? Then again, the atmosphere felt really uncomfortable...'
"No. What is it?" It was Naru who replied, coldly. While Bou-san beside him sighs for the third time.
"Ayako asks if you guys want to eat breakfast or not? She said to come over if you feel like it."
"Can't you bring it here?" His voice monotonous with Naru's brow furrowed as he stared at Mai.
'Yeah, I just knew he'd say that. I knew I'd be humiliated again!' "Ah! – Got it! Sorry for the interruption!" Mai without waiting any further, turns and hurriedly left the area. Naru cocking his head to the side, brows furrowed and lips frowning in confusion as he watched Bou-san and Mai leave.
°•○●●○•°
Tiredly sighing from their antics, Naru opens the door and steps inside, making sure to shut it quietly as he closed it behind him. His head turns as movement on the side stirred.
Right on the couch, a sleeping Akemi nuzzled further on her blanket. Even with the summer heat, Naru found she still shivered in the night. Not because of her clothes, but due to the coldness of her skin. He often wondered why her skin was always cold, and the heiress herself was oblivious as to why as well, but it did reveal her fondness for summer and spring as the heat of the seasons lessened her chills at night, with that being said, Naru decided to just examine the mystery of her cold skin after he was finished with locating Gene.
Naru walks closer to her, sitting down on the small space enough for him to sit on, right by her feet as she clung tighter on the blanket. The coffee table in front of him was filled with papers and a map of the whole camp and a map around the area, all scribbled and written by either him or Akemi as they tried to use their abilities to locate where Gene could be.
Their current knowledge of Gene being alive was still on a hypothesis reason as to why he often disappears and appears. So taking that into account, if Gene were alive his body wouldn't be in the reservoir, but maybe around the area nearby where his body rests.
The front door of the bungalow opens, with Lin's voice carrying inside." The departing party that Akemi had called would set off within 2 to 3 days."
Naru frowned, "It would take that long to come here?"
Lin shook his head, "Having need the confirmation first, Akemi had said to send in the divers first for quick inspection of the reservoir. So contacting the professionals, they will send divers here as soon as possible. It should be afternoon by the time they arrive."
Naru nods, his head glances over as Akemi once again squirmed her head, trying to get herself comfortable on the pillow he had placed under her when he found her asleep.
"You should thank her when she wakes," Naru heard Lin say as he kept his gaze at the sleeping girl. "She was up till late calling departments to quickly show up in the area, even months before all this— Akemi called every hour to every connection she has to search for Gene."
Naru frowned, his eyes narrowed but kept his gaze at Akemi's sleeping expression. "And you know this how?"
"The professors were curious and wanted updates." Hearing that, Naru's whole body stiffened and quickly snapped his gaze towards Lin. "Lin! You told them about-" Naru's hiss was cut off.
"If you answered their calls, I wouldn't have told and they wouldn't have known." The mechanic shrugged, making Naru glare at his answer.
The two remain staring, until the young boss sighs. Massaging his temple at the thought of his own foster parents just— ugh. "I'll thank her once we find Gene." That was all Lin needed to hear, nodding to him and left the two alone to wash up.

As expected, divers arrived that afternoon, and started preparing to dive in the reservoir, Naru and Lin left to tend to them while Akemi stayed in their bungalow, with the maps. Oliver was currently beside her, laying on the couch with his head on her lap, giving her comfort.
The heiress remained oblivious to the slow change of the weather outside as she kept concentrating on whatever intuition would give her but when none came, Akemi leans back to the couch giving out the deep breath she had kept in her chest while she was concentrating. With her gaze and concentration now on nothing, Akemi lifted a hand to pet Oliver's head in thought.
"I can't get anything whilst I'm stuck inside, Oliver." Akemi mutters under her breath, "What do you think boy? Should we go for a walk?" The golden retriever immediately sat up at his favorite word, making Akemi smile as she saw how bright his aura became.
"Okay, let's go!" Oliver left her side to fetch her sandals, Akemi taking off her hair tie and let her hair lose, combing them using her fingers and untangling all the knots she had created while sleeping. And with a hair curly as hers, they were a lot of them.
°•○●●○•°
"What's going on there?" Akemi hear a few people whisper to each other as Oliver helped her get through the crowd.
"It's not too clear but I heard they are looking for bodies!"
"What! No way! That's a lie, right?!" The heiress sighed at what she had heard, the rumors was quite fast in this small camp site.
"I don't know, I too only heard of it, somehow it makes one feel rather uncomfortable."
Internally Akemi started to pray, that whoever was watching over Gene— she hopes that he was at least a gossip too so she can easily get leads on where he could be. "Come on, boy! I think we should go this way." Akemi lightly tugged on Oliver's leash to lead him on a different location he was guiding her to.
She didn't really know, she just felt like turning right.
°•○●●○•°
Mai had tried looking for her sempai all over the area, of course if she had first thought of looking for her in Naru's bungalow then she might have yet caught her before she left but now, hence the reason why Naru always teased her of being stupid. But still, she needed someone to speak her mind to, anything to distract herself. If Mai didn't speak to anyone, she wouldn't be able to tolerate this type of feeling anymore.
Mai once again tried to trek towards the huts, hoping to look for Akemi but at this time she sees a familiar black figure standing by the lake, looking at the little boat floating on the reservoir with the two extra divers waiting on standby. Mai noticed how he looked at them without any expression on his snow white face.
Slightly hesitant, yet approached further. Mai made her way towards Naru and at the sense of movement on his side, Naru turned immediately but when his dark gaze turned and saw Mai, he returned to coolly observe the lake once more.
'Should I ask...? I should right? and the thing I had to confirm was also rather frightening— but still I had to ask.' Mai took a gulp of air before she spoke, treading lightly around Naru as she stepped closer. "Ne, it was you who summoned those divers, wasn't it?!"
When he heard this, Naru looked at me expressionlessly, wrinkled his brow slightly before replying me swiftly and simply.
"No, it was Akemi who called them." Mai blinked. 'Eh? Akemi-sempai called them?' "But it was for you, right?" He didn't reply.
Still Mai tried again, "I heard you were looking for a body, is that so?"
Naru gently sighed, seemingly annoyed. "Has this already turned into a rumor?" 'If this was how fast rumors go, he should have reminded Akemi to disguise herself.' Naru thought to himself as he kept observing the divers doing their work.
"Is it true?" Naru knew Mai wouldn't leave until he answers,
"It's true."
"You've always been looking for this place, right?" No reply.
"Does this mean the body has been found?"
"…" Still nothing.
I momentarily widened my eyes as realization passed by Mai, 'If he was originally looking for a body then those sight-seeing trips...'
Mai observed any sort of change in Naru's expression as she slowly spoke, the guilt piling up as she was reminded of her thoughts she used to think that Naru was out around in Japan sightseeing when in fact he was looking up a body. "Then up till now, the incessant studying of maps, frequent travel and what not was all to look for a body?"
"Mhm." Finally a response, but not the kind that elevated her feelings as guilt seeped in a bit.
Mai hung her head, knowing deep inside that Naru and his traveling sessions were quite strange, regardless of where he went he did not appear to go sightseeing. 'So this was the reason, his aim was not sightseeing at all.'
"Can I know why you're looking for a body?" Just as I thought he might not reply, I suddenly heard a cold voice.
"I can't ignore it somehow, especially now with Akemi's insisting..." 'Why he would say it like this I don't understand either.'
"Is there any reason?" Mai asks, the curiosity filling her cup today. She didn't know why but a bad feeling came along with it, 'How had the situation progressed? Why did he look for a body? Why was there a body here? Who was that body? And what was Akemi-sempai's insisting to Naru? Masako had also said that running the office was also for this. Why did he specially open an office for the sake of finding a body? Could he not need the office any longer now that the body was found? Naru wouldn't work on jobs that he had no interest in. And I completely could not feel that he was in debt. Could the operation of the office be for a different reason? But why would he need to open an office just to look for a body?' Tons of questions piled up one after another just from his simple yet lacking answer, it was frustrating Mai to no bit.
When she was going to ask once more, that was when Naru decided to speak. His words were sharp and cold as his voice. "This has no relevance to you!" 'Just where is Akemi? Shouldn't you two be the ones talking?'
Mai gently sighs, 'I just knew he'd say this. I was just an unrelated person to be sure.'
"That – does that person have any relation to you? Who is it?" Mai could not control her stutter as she asked, and somehow she didn't expect any answer from him so to hear him response was a cold bucket to her whole body.
Naru's reply was a single sentence, with two syllabuses. "Brother."
°•○●●○•°
When Akemi heard the whine Oliver had given her in concern, she was quick to pat him on the head for reassurance. "Don't worry boy, I'm not getting us lost."
"We are just..." Akemi straightened as she tried to look around even though there would be not a thing around for her to be seen, yet she hoped to at least see something or anything that might help. She sighs, petting the golden retriever once more, in an effort to just comfort herself instead. "We're just following where God takes us, I suppose." Akemi mutters under her breath as she once again nudges Oliver to continue walking straight, getting farther and father away from the camp site.
"Come on, boy. I feel like we still have a few ways to go."
°•○●●○•°
When they heard Mai retell everything her and Naru talked about, everyone was shocked.
"Body?!" Mai nodded as she buries her head in between her arms as the group sat around the table on the porch of the bungalow, and felt like crying for no reason.
Bou-san was also shocked. "Naru's elder brother is in this lake?"
"Yeah…" Mai brokenly mutters.
"He's dead?"
"huh? What?"
"No, nothing." Bou-san appeared a little displeased, and made a face at John and Yasuhara. Mai noticed such exchange and felt a simmering rage in her chest. 'Why was everyone so secretive?!'
"There really isn't anything!"
"You guys…" Mai frowned, disappointed and glaring at them in hidden irritation. 'I was already a little angry; why don't they tell me anything?'
Just as Mai was about to speak her mind, Bou-san's voice cut her off. "Lin!"
Turning back the others too saw Lin in the vicinity of the balcony handrail walking towards them. "Have you seen Naru?"
Mai nods, answering him. "I've seen him, he's by the shore."
"Thanks."
Bou-san though didn't want Lin to go yet so the monk leaned forward from the railing and caught Lin's shoulder, restraining him, who was about to go back. "Is the body of Naru's brother on the river?"
Lin asked, slightly shocked. He knew of the rumors circulating already in the area but no one not even him nor Akemi let it slip it was Naru's brother. "Whom did you hear this from?"
"Naru told Mai." Bou-san answers, his words made Mai receive Lin's stare. The girl fidgeting at her seat before Lin turned his gaze to Bou-san.
"Is that so."
"— It's really regrettable that the situation is like this." Lin nodded.
"As to why he died here, can we know?" Yasuhara speaks up, and with the knowledge they all have, Lin didn't see how a few more could hurt.
Lin lowers his voice, replying: "— I heard it was an accident."
"An accident?"
Lin shook his head, "As for the details, Naru didn't even tell me— all I know is that Naru claims that he was murdered."
All at once everyone became completely silent at the information. At this moment when any speech would have been unbearable, someone opened his mouth to ask,
"Murdered – then what about the perpertrator?" Bou-san asked quietly. Lin shook his head, no one could tell if his response was due to because he didn't know or it just wasn't his to say.
"Naru didn't kill him, did he?" It was Ayako who spoke, though it must have meant as a joke of course because she backed immediately as Lin heard this and glared at Ayako.
"Then why is the body in this lake?" Lin questions, trying to dissuade any possible rising thoughts that would make them believe Naru would actually kill his own brother.
Ayako shrugs, "I only know that Naru knows that it's here."
Mai blinked, 'How did Naru knew of where his brother would be– ? Could it be that Naru has some other complicated issues?'
Just as Mai was considering those thoughts, she didn't notice that the owner of the problem had appeared.
"So this is where you are." Naru voices out as he finally found Lin, but he frowned when Akemi was still nowhere to be found. Naru first searched for Akemi in his assigned bungalow and when she wasn't there, he wondered if she was with Lin to speak over possibilities of the map once more so here he was looking for said man but still no sight of the very target in mind. 'Where the bloody hell could she be?'
Lin turns to him, "Naru."
"Have you seen Akemi?" Lin frowned at the question, as he fully known himself to have been alone these past few hours.
"No, I thought she was in our hut?"
Naru shook his head, his irritation already rising as he worried for the girl. Crossing his arms as he spoke, Naru sighs: "She simply left a text message about trying something out. I thought she would be with you." Just the sight of her text message nearly annoyed him, its as though that girl hadn't learn anything form the past mistakes of going anywhere else alone. Especially in her condition.
Naru was just about to walk away, planning to search for her again when a voice from the low balconies was heard. "How are you?"
Looking up, he saw it was Bou-san along with the others. "I'm still good."
"Really?" They all looked at Naru's face, which was as white and deadpan as it usually was.
"My condolences, Naru-bou." Bou-san and the others sincerely gave their care towards the young boss but as always, his reply was cold towards their ears.
"Thanks."
"Found it yet?" By 'it' Naru was quick enough to understand Bou-san spoke of the body, and seeing as Mai avoided his gaze, she had already spoke of his connection with said 'it'— that was an easy enough observation, as they did gave their condolences.
"The visibility underwater is too low, it's relatively difficult to drive the boat; there are also too many obstacles underwater." Naru replied with no emotion whatsoever, speaking as though he was writing one of his investigation reports.
Bou-san nods, sharing his opinions for small talk. Maybe a comforting way to keep Naru distracted? "Perhaps it's because it's in the reservoir – it'd be good if it's found soon."
Naru shook his head, staring back at Bou-san and the others. As all some of them could do was listen. "I realized from the first that it'll take a long time here, that's why I wanted you all to go back first."
"I'm really sorry for that." Bou-san though didn't sound apologetic about that one,
Naru shrugs his shoulders lightly at the response, he was again planning to leave with Lin but before they could, they noticed three figures making their way towards them. One of them was an old woman they have seen a few times around the campgrounds, they observed as the woman spoke to them and pointing on their direction before leaving the two old men behind.
When the two men finally realized they were standing not far, observing— some curiously waiting to see if it was them the old men were looking for, they easily made their way towards the SPR.
"Could I ask if you are from Shibuya Psychic Research?" one of the old men asked while Naru looked suspiciously at the other party, fully taking note of the complicated expressions on their faces.
"That's right."
The elderly man used a handkerchief to wipe sweat off his forehead. His face was covered with fewer moles than the other and was thinner too. "Are you psychics?"
"More or less." Naru replied arrogantly; but the thing is Naru claimed it as a fact, more or less ome of them are psychics, it just sounded arrogant by his tone— the younger elder man looked at Naru, a little troubled.
"I'm sorry, could I ask if you are...?"
"I'm the person in charge of Shibuya Psychic Research."
The two men immediately gave the same reaction their past clients give when they found out of Naru's occupation. "You're actually so young…"
"Thank you." The others sweat dropped, 'Of course, Naru could turn it around as a compliment.' "Please explain your reason for coming."
The two men exchanged glances, and the elder one spoke, "I'm really sorry to disturb you while you're so busy, but please help us."
'– What in the world… did they come with a request?' Mai frowned as all of them listened to what the men offered. 'Even at this time of circumstance?'
Naru considered for a moment before nodding; in a rare sight, Lin interrupted, "Naru, right now we're…"
Naru raised his hand to stop Lin from continuing. "It doesn't matter. We're not even doing anything right now."
"But…" Lin tried to interrupt once again, convince Naru to not take the case but Naru was adamant.
"—Please tell us the details of your request." Naru says and soon, the two elder men spilled their request.
