Hello everybody, I'm back with another suspenseful chapter in PAW Patrol: Project Resurrection,. I will answer now answered all questions and reviews from the past 2 chapters

Chapter 3: The FortressChase and Tracker continued the journey through the burning wastelands of the nether. Tracker spotted something ahead of him.
"What it is that," Tracker asked.
Chase looked up to see an old dilapidated structure. Chase smiled and then frowned as he knew what it was.
"The good news is that we've reached the nether fortress and are closer to the end of our mission. The bad news is that the fortress is home to creatures of great power and death." Chase said.
Chase looked down; he wondered if he should even try to go on.
"Maybe, we shouldn't do this, what if our friends aren't in there, what if we fail what if" Chase stuttered.
Tracker saw Chase start panicking; Tracker knew that he had to snap Chase out of it, so he quickly slapped Chase to wake him up from his doubt.
"Hay, snap out of it, we will succeed, our friends are in there, we've come this far already don't give up now." Tracker said.
"Thanks Track, I needed that, okay, let's do this," Chase said, shaking the doubt out of his head.
Chase and Tracker headed for the entrance of the fortress. They had no idea what was waiting for them on the inside. 5 minutes later, the two are running as fast as they can through the twisting tunnels in a desperate attempt to outrun 10 wither skeletons. Wither skeletons are basically walking skeletons covered in coal dust and equipped with stone swords. They are easy to take down alone. But in abundance they are a thorn in you paw. The two friends would take down 3 or for skeletons and 5 more would replace the 3.
Eventually Chase and Tracker found a small tunnel that only a dog could crawl through. This gave them time to lay down and rest in the small tunnel. The two took out some water from their packs. The lay there panting and downing water, the inspected some minor burns they had. It was impossible to avoid getting burned in a world of fire. Tracker inspected a small cut on his leg from a skeleton's sword.
"Man, those skeletons are relentless, and this fortress is crawling with them." Tracker said wincing with pain.
"all we have to do is find our friends and get out of here," Chase said.
"Let's see were this tunnel leads," Tracker said.
The two crawled on there bellies until they came to a small opening in the side. Chase peeked out to see more skeletons. Chase and tracker turned a different way. They came to the end of the tunnel and there was to their relif , no monster, or so chase thought. Chase began to walk into the open room, when a he was pulled back by somebody. Before Chase could say anything a paw was clamped over his mouth. Chase was so startled; he looked up and was shocked to see Marshal, one of his friends that he was searching for.
"Marshal," Chase said with joy.
"Shhh, be quite." Marshal said.
Chase shut his yapper, as a ghostly mist filled the tunnel. Through the mist Chase could see a dark figure hovering through the mist. The creature let out a blood curdling hiss. Chase, Marshal and Tracker all crouched down as low as they could, until the Creature passed.
"W-w-what, w-w-was th-that," Tracker stuttered, trembling with fear.
"The wither, the most terrifying Creature you will ever see." Marshal said.
"Marshal, I can't believe I found you, wait, were are the rest of you guys," Chase asked.
"At our safe place, follow me," Marshal said.
Tracker and chase follow Marshal, they couldn't imagine a safe place in this world of death. They crawled until they came to a small opening in the tunnel wall.
"Wait here," Marshal said.
Chase and Tracker waited, they heard marshal whispering with some other dogs. Then they heard exited howling from the next room over.
"I know those howls anywhere." Chase said with excitement.
"Si, those howls are the howls of our friends," Tracker said.
Marshal stuck his head back in and told them they were safe to come out. Instantly Chase and Tracker were overrun by an assault of pink tongues. Once the slowed down, Chase and Tracker could see that the whole gang was here.
"Guys, oh it's good to see you, I can't believe I found you." Chase said with joy.
"I can't believe you found us, I knew you would find a way." Skye said.
Chase and Skye embraced in the longest hug they had ever had. Much to everyone's surprise and joy, the hug between Chase and Skye ended in a passionate kiss.
"Ooo, Chase and Skye, this looks serious," Marshal teased.
Chase and Skye look at each other realizing what they had just done and tried to come up with a reason.
"Oh, no, this isn't what it looks like," Chase defended.
"Oh, really, come on you can't deny it, we all saw it," Rocky teased.
"Oh, no, it's", Chase stuttered, he began to sweat, but not because of the heat of the nether. "okay fine, we, might have a crush on each other," Chase confessed.
"yeah, I think it's time for the truth to come out, I do have a crush on chase," Skye confessed.
The rest of the pups all yelped for joy."
"Oh, that is amazing you two, you guys would make a good pair." Zuma said.
"Really, you guys aren't mad at us," Chase said.
"How could we be mad, you two have feelings for each other and that's all that matters, you two have known each other most of your lives, I remember the first time you two saw each other, that look you two gave each other said that it was love on first sight. I couldn't be happier to hear that you two like each other." Ryder said.
Chase and Skye blushed, they were happy that Ryder was okay with this. They kissed again and closed their eyes. The other pups were all happy and exited for Chase and Skye. Chase broke the kiss and noticed that this entire time not a single monster had entered the room.
"you know, I can't help but notice that not a single mob has enterd the room, why is that," Chase said.
"We don't acutaly know, but the monsters won't come in this room," Marshal said.
"We think it might have something to do with this chest over here." Rocky said pointing at a glowing box in the corner.
"well, what's inside it," Chase asked panning over to the box.
"we don't know, it's locked," Everest said.
Chase examined the box, it had something written on the side. It read With in this holy chest, is contained the only weapon, with the power to subdue death, that legend of old. Only the chosen ones, the 8 that have come through death may open this holy artifact. Chase was stumped by this writing, he thought about it. He used his brilliant police detective mind to piece it together.
"Weapon, defeat Death, the 8, that have come through death." Chase pondered.
Chase looked down and noticed 8 tiles that had paw prints of different sizes. He found a print that matched his paw exactly. He pressed down and heard a faint click. Then he solved it.
"That's it, every one find the tile that matches your paw print, we are the chosen 8, we can open this chest." Chase said.
The pups all did as told, Chase counted to 3 and on 3, the pups all pushed down. There was a mechanical clicking sound as the lock on the chest began to turn. The lid popped up and Chase slowly opened the box. He gasped as inside were 8 crystals. He picked one up and examined it, suddenly, like a magnet it stuck to his pup tag. The next thing that happened was his paws started to glow with a neon blue color. He was so startled by this that he tried running and run he did, at the speed of light.
"Whoa, what was that, I've got super speed, Awesome," Chase said as he began to race around the room at the speed of light.
The other pups all took crystals, Chase had brought their pup tags with him so they all began to discover their powers. Skye found that she could fly and she had supper strength, Rubble could turn into a real live wreaking ball. Rocky had magnet paws and could pick up metal with them. Marshal and Zuma had opposite powers, Marshal controlled fire, and Zuma controlled water. Everest had frozen breath, and Tracker had enhanced senses.
"This is so cool," Chase said.
"yeah, no monsters ever goanna take our gold again," Rocky said.
"That is if we make it home," Chase said.
"Oh, come on, with this powers the wither has no chance of beating us," Skye said.
"Let's hope your right Skye, alright let's get out of here," Chase said.
The group of warriors, filled with a new confidence marched off to fight the wither and go home. But will they be successful, that will have to wait till the next chapter, come back next week to find out what happens next on PAW Patrol: Project Resurrection. I will answer questions on the last 2 chapters in 2 weeks, I will update the final Chapter with the answers to any questions and comments on this story.
