Barbara and Hanna came charging into Akko's room while there were no classes.
"What on earth are you two-?" Akko started off before being grabbed and dragged off by them.
Sucy and Lotte just sat there wondering what had just happened. The two bullies had just managed to kidnap their friend right in front of them and they were able to do it so fast that they barely had time to do anything.
Akko was dragged towards a the courtyard.
"What's going on with you two?" Akko asked
"Diana is leaving Luna Nova!" Barbara said
Akko was shocked and didn't move a muscle for a couple of seconds before replying.
"Pardon me? You said she was leaving?" Akko asked
"Yes, she said she was quitting the precure too!" Hannah said
Something wasn't right here. Why would Diana just suddenly decide to get up and leave not only Luna Nova but the Precure as well?
"Did she say anything?" Akko asked
"She said something about becoming the head of the family or something. She's probably trying to become the Cavendish manor" Barbara said
"Something isn't right here. We need to get to her before something bad happens" Akko said
"Something bad? What are you talking about? Do you know something?" Hannah said
The brunette shook her head.
"Not necessarily but something is telling me that Diana will be in danger if we just leave her be" Akko said
With their minds made up, the three of them decided to go as precure and transformed before running towards their destination as fast as they could go.
Meanwhile Diana had made it to the manor. Something was off but she brushed it aside because it was finally her chance to become the head of the family. She felt bad about abandoning her friends and gave up her life as a precure. But she seemed to be unsure about quitting as a precure since she brought her transformationg compound with her.
She had entered the room where the ceremony would take place. She stepped in the magic circle but she ensnared by shadow snakes, leaving her helplessly restrained.
"What is the meaning of this?" Diana asked
Daryl, Meril, Maril and even her own maid Anna was there.
"Aunt Daryl, what is the meaning of this?" Diana asked
"I won't let you become the head of the family Diana. I will continue to rule this house with an iron fist" Daryl said
"Are you insane?! It needs to be me!" Diana said
"You really thought we brought you here to become the head. Don't make us laugh. We lured you here so you would be under our control" Maril said
"To think that you left everything behind to become the head. Seems like becoming the head was more important to you than anything else, Diana" Meril said
Diana's eyes widened upon her cousin's words. She had really left behind everything to become the head. It seemed like that becoming the head was more important to her then anything else.
"Anna, please stop them!" Diana said
"Sorry Lady Diana, but the house has been falling apart and Lady Daryl is the only one keeping it in tact. With you in charge it would be a disaster" Anna said
Even her own maid turned on her. Now she had nothing. She fell to her knees started to release tears from her eyes.
"Look she's really crying!" Maril laughed
"She just realized that she lost everything" Meril said
"I'll mark as a servant Diana" Daryl said as she summoned a shadow snake.
The shadow snake moved towards her with incredible speed but something stopped it with even faster speed.
"Precure: Shiny Beam"
A yellow beam of light hit the snake and was vanquished.
"Who did that?!" Daryl asked in anger.
The Cavendish foes saw that there were three girls in front of them and were guarding Diana.
"How dare you you enter the Cavendish Manor uninvited!" Daryl said
"Who are you girls?" Maril asked
"Perhaps you're no good thieves" Meril said
Anna looked at them and then remembered who they were.
"These are the warriors that Lady Diana was talking about. The precure" Anna said
"Precure? Preposterous! The precure were legendary warriors that existed a long time ago. So long ago that it was deemed nothing more then a fairytale" Daryl said
"The fact that they're here means that they have an issue with how we handle things here" Anna said
Diana was shocked to see that her friends had come all the way here just to save her.
"Why are you three here?" Diana asked
"We had a feeling that something was wrong and rushed here as fast as we could" Shiny said
"But why? Why would you come here to save me after I left all of you behind? I practically abandoned you in favor of this manor. I don't deserve anything after leaving you all behind" Diana said with tears
"You did it because you care about your family right?" Shiny asked
Diana looked at Shiny with wide teary eyes.
"You don't want anything bad to happen to the history of your family. Its something important to you and its something you cherish greatly" Shiny said
"If something is important to you then you'll do whatever you can to protect it. This manor is the treasure that you value deeply" Gale said
"We don't blame you for doing what you did. If something important to us was on the verge of going away then we would've done everything in our power to keep a tight grasp on it" Blaze said
"Girls" Diana said, completely moved by their words
Diana's compound started to glow brightly and the shadow snakes constricting her vanished.
"I feel so warm. I feel even warmer when I'm with them, my friends. They love me no matter what" Diana thought
Diana found herself transforming into Cure Nature in front of them.
Daryl and the others were shocked to see that Diana had completely changed forms.
"Diana, you're a precure?" Daryl asked
"Aunt Daryl, I won't let you do what you want with this house anymore. Its the treasure that I value greatly. I won't let you ruin it anymore" Nature said
"Diana, no, Cure Nature! You have no idea what I've had to sacrifice to keep this house going! I'll do whatever I want with this house!" Daryl said
Anna charged in to attack but was intercepted by Nature.
"Sorry Anna, I'll have to be a bit rough with you" Nature said
"As strong as you are, Cure Nature, you can't defeat me" Anna said
Maril charged in next but was stopped by Gale.
"You're gonna pay for what you almost did to our friend" Gale said
"HA! I'd like to see you try and stop me!" Maril said
Meril charged in but was intercepted by Blaze.
"We won't let you get away with this anymore" Blaze said
"You can't win against me" Meril said
Daryl decided to take her chance and tried to head towards the ceremony so she could become the true head but Cure Shiny stood in her way.
"Out of my way, Precure!" Daryl growled
"You want to become the head that badly then you need to get through me first!" Shiny said
"Very Well Precure. I'll teach you a very painful lesson on what happens when you mess with my house and family" Daryl said
Nature was attacking Anna with a flurry of punches and kicks but Anna was managing to block or parry most of them.
Anna aimed a punch as her chest but Nature crossed her arms and managed to block it and threw her off balance and did a round house kick on her side, sending her flying towards the ground, making a crater.
The maid managed to get up and dust herself off.
"Very impressive Cure Nature. You're first person in awhile that managed to land a hit on me that would make me stagger" Anna said
"Anna, please, I don't want to fight you" Nature said
"Then wouldn't it be better to just surrender? Forget about this house. You can be free from this burden of being a family head of the cavendish family" Anna said
"You know I can't do that! This house is important to me" Nature said
"Too bad!" Anna said before charging again.
Meanwhile Cure Gale was currently fighting Maril. She charged up a windy punch but it was blocked by a shield that the older witch placed in front of her. She then performed a leg sweep, knocking her off balance before delivering an uppercut after she dropped her shield, sending her flying against the wall.
The older Cavendish witch stood up and glared at Gale.
"Cure Gale, you will suffer greatly for that" Maril said
"That was for trying to hurt our friend" Gale said
"Diana doesn't deserve to be the head and we will make sure of that!" Maril said before charging again
Meanwhile Blaze was engaging in her fight with Meril. The witch unleashed a barrage of dark spheres at her but she dodged them by jumping and came down at her with an axel kick but the witch ducked but she delivered a backwards kick at her. sending her flying across the room.
"How dare you touch me!" Meril said
"I'm gonna do a lot more than that" Blaze said
Meril growled before charging at her.
Meanwhile Cure Shiny was fighting Daryl. The older witch sent some shadow snakes at her to restrain her but she avoided them with ease. She then tried to kick her but she used a shield to block it. The red haired cure then performed a high kick which made her stagger and drop her shield and that's when she round house kicked her foe straight through the wall on the other side of the room.
Daryl managed to get back up and walked back over towards the cure.
"Cure Shiny, you will pay dearly for that" Daryl said
"Put a stop to this madness right now. You can redeem yourself" Shiny said
"You think I care about redemption? No, I care about this house and my family" Daryl said
"I find that hard to believe after seeing how you take care of the place" Shiny said
"What would an outside commoner like you know about what I'm going through to take care of this place? I'll tell you! Nothing! You know Nothing!" Daryl said
"You're right I don't! This manor is clearly important to Nature and What's important to her is also important to me. I'll protect what she cherishes the most" Shiny said
"I've heard enough of you blabbering, precure!" Daryl said
Daryl then pulled out a dark wand and a dark book. This caught Shiny by surprise. The others also had the same looking wands and books.
Dark energy started to pool around them and a dark magic circle appeared below their feet.
"This is dark magic" Shiny said with horror
"That's right precure. The cavendish family had studied all sorts of magic. However one of the very few magics that we don't study enough is dark magic or black magic if that's what you wish to call it. I'm not afraid to use it and I'll use it to get rid of you" Daryl said
Daryl then moved and she was faster than before and punched Shiny straight through the wall. The witch didn't stop attacking her and kept going and Shiny tried to block and parry most of her attacks but she was faster then before and managed to land several hits before knocking her in the air before knocking her back down to the ground, knocking the wind out of her.
Meanwhile Gale was having trouble keeping up with Maril and the witch managed to get a few hits on the warrior but she managed to get past her guard and tried to kick her but the witch brought up dark shield and blocked it. The shield then unleashed a dark magic beam that knocked Gale back towards the wall.
Gale then heard her laughing like a maniac.
"More! More! More!" Maril said as she unleashed several dark spheres.
The spell managed to hit her head on, doing serious damage.
Meanwhile Blaze was running away from the dark spells being thrown at her. Blaze then brought a shield to block the spells but the witch unleashed a giant dark sphere and it managed to break her shield and hit her with devastating force.
Nature was having a trouble with Anna. She had summoned a dark axe and started to swing it at her but she managed to dodge her attacks. The maid then swung her axe and it unleashed a dark beam it hit her and knock her back down to the ground and that's when Anna hit the ground with her axe and a dark magic fissure headed towards her and hit with full force.
The precure seemed to be down because they weren't getting up.
Daryl looked at Cure Shiny with a disgusted look.
"You precure are very weak. This was simply a waste of magic" Daryl said
Daryl moved past the cure and was about to go complete the ritual when she heard groaning and looked back to see that her opponent was getting up and she staggered to her feet. The other cures were also getting up, determined to not give up.
"Give up precure, you can't defeat the dark magic that I have" Daryl said
"I-I'll never give up" Shiny said
Gale managed to get to her feet.
"This place is important to my friend" Gale said
Blaze got to her feet next.
"I'll protect my friend's treasure" Blaze said
Nature got to her feet last.
"This place is not only important to me but to my friends too" Nature said
The precure then started to glow.
Daryl charged at her opponent ready to finish her but her fist was grabbed by Shiny's hand. She was glowing brighter and so were the other cures.
"This light! It can't be! It's light magic!" Daryl said
Shiny then punched Daryl right in the stomach, knocking the wind out of her. She then kicked her and sent her flying towards the wall and decided to get rid of that dark magic.
"Precure: Shining arrow wave"
A arrow of light was unleashed towards the witch and took it full force.
Gale was evading the attacks of Maril and kicked her side, sending her flying across the room and that's when she decided to finish her off.
"Precure: Gale Storm"
Gale unleashed a tornado at Maril and it hit her with full force.
Blaze was still fighting Meril and punched Meril's shield and managed to overpower it and sent her flyinf towards the wall. Decided to finish this fight.
"Precure: Blazing Inferno"
Blaze unleashed a twister of fire at Meril and it completely consumed her.
Nature was evading Anna's weapon and performed a high kick, knocking it out of her hands and then punched her face, sending her flying towards the wall and decided to finish her off here and now.
"Precure: Flower Storm"
A twister of flowers was unleashed upon the defenseless maid and it hit her before she could do anything.
The cures panted heavily from all that fighting. Their opponents were still alive but their dark magic was gone, at least for now. The girls decided to stay at the manor until they could figure out what to do with them.
