As they walked, John and Will walked on ahead of the group lighting the way, and John looked to the young man.
"I'm sorry about the other day." John told him.
Will looked to him, that was one thing that he respected from John, he knew when to apologise for being wrong.
"What of it?"
"I beat you to a pulp and called you names lad, I'm sorry that I jumped to conclusions." John told him.
Will nodded, it had hurt when John called him a traitor, John was the man who Will looked to as a surrogate father, it hurt more than his own father's death.
"I'm not going to lie, it hurt to hear you call me that, to know that you thought I could betray you all." Will told him. "Especially you and Fanny, after everything that you did for me."
John nodded. "And I know that, and I can only apologise," John told him. "And beg you'll forgive me." He continued. "I would have done it sooner, but you had enough on your plate with Katherine taking that bolt for my boy."
Will looked to him, he was happy that there was no bad blood between himself, and John and he nodded. "I accept your apology."
John smiled, throwing an arm around Will's shoulder with a smile that even had Will smiling this time. They walked for miles, and the men at the front occasionally looked back at the cart to check on their wives. Fanny was fast asleep, sat up, Katherine was asleep against her shoulder with Wulf's head on her lap as the lad also slept.
"He told me what Katherine said to him," John told him. "She called him her little brother, said that you thought of Wulf as your brother."
Will nodded, it was true, he did think of Wulf as his younger sibling, with only five years between the two in age, it was plausible.
"If anything happens to me and Fanny, I need to know that you two will look out for Wulf."
Will looked to him. "Of course, we will."
John smiled happily, before they carried on walking, eventually they decided to stop for the night.
Will and John scoped out a small clearing where they could rest for the night, when they had checked it over, John walked over to the cart as Robin pulled it to a stop.
"Fanny love, we're going to rest up here." John told her as he shook her awake.
Fanny woke up with a start, causing Katherine and Wulf to jolt awake as well, and they all looked around blearily.
"It's alright, we've stopped for the night." John told them and he watched everyone get off and Wulf walked back offering his hand to Katherine.
"Come on big sister." He smiled.
Katherine just smiled and she slid her hand into his as she climbed down from the cart, before Will came over and took her hand.
"How are you feeling?" Will asked her.
"I'm alright, just tired." She told him, and Will kissed her hand gently.
"Come and join me?" Will offered.
Katherine smiled and she happily joined him, lying under the tree with him and she rested her head on his chest as she slid the blanket over herself and as much over him as she could. Will made sure that she was covered with the blanket and comfortable and he soon found her fast asleep again. As she slept, Will looked around at their small group. John was asleep against a tree to the left of them, one arm around a sleeping Fanny and the other around a sleeping Wulf. Azeem was asleep against another tree after the Little family. Sarah was curled up against a tree to his left and then opposite Will and Katherine lay Robin and Marian. Much like his younger brother, Robin remained propped up against the tree, wide awake. Marian was lying against his chest, asleep, wrapped in the blanket. Even in the darkness, Robin and Will's eyes met and they shared a knowing look. Neither of them planned to sleep that night, not whilst the women they loved were beside them. However, despite the look of resolve, Robin was the last to fall asleep, leaving Will awake to watch their small camp. Will was no stranger to keeping watch, he kept his eyes on the shadows, watching and listening for anything.
As it grew light, Will had settled into appearing asleep, his eyes closed, his head against the trunk of the tree, his arm tight around his wife. He was suddenly awake as he heard the sound of someone coming towards them.
"Wake up!" He hissed, loud enough for the group to hear and everyone woke with a jolt.
"You men get into the trees." Katherine suddenly ordered and everyone looked to her confused.
"What?" John asked.
"All of you men are wanted, but as you've pointed out, us women aren't." Katherine told him. "We've got this."
The men all looked at the rest of the women of their group, and they all nodded in agreement with Katherine. Katherine smiled slightly and she looked to Will.
"Don't be shocked at any of what is going to happen." She told him as she retrieved her knife from inside her boot.
"What are you doing?" Will demanded.
"Making a story believable." Katherine told him, and Will went to snatch the knife away when she suddenly used it to rip her stitches on her chest. "Stop, just trust me." She told him as the women gathered around her, Fanny taking on a protective mother approach.
Will had no choice but to scarper up the tree with Wulf and the other men as the women were suddenly joined by two soldiers.
"Please, help us, my daughter, she's wounded." Fanny cried; she had perfected the heartbroken mother ruse well.
A soldier walked towards her and Katherine who by now had made her body 'limp' and drowsy against Fanny.
The men watched the scene from the tree, and it made them all smile, especially John and Will their women could be good actresses when they needed to be. Despite their good acting, everyone noticed that Will had a hand on one of his knives, just in case.
"Alright, bring her here," One of the soldiers told her and Fanny guided her over to the soldier with Marian's help.
"What are you all doing out here?" Another soldier asked as they walked to sit down in the middle of the clearing where another soldier checked Katherine's wound over.
"We were travelling home to see family." Marian told them. "We stopped to rest for the night, and we were attacked."
"Who attacked you?" The first soldier asked.
"We don't know, we didn't see in the dark." Sarah told them.
The soldiers looked between themselves, before Katherine noticed that she could reach the sword handle of the one seeing to her wounds. Fanny saw where she was looking, and she too noticed the sword.
"Do you think that she will be okay?" Fanny asked the soldier, 'worrying' for her daughter.
The soldier looked to her. "Yes, the wound is not too deep." He explained. "I will get some cloth to stem the bleeding."
As he turned, Katherine lunged forward and she grabbed the sword handle tight, pulling it from the sheath as she fell forward. She had just enough time to right herself and pull her knife from her boot with her other hand, before the blade of the knife was pressed against the original soldier's neck. As the other soldier drew his sword, she pressed the knife tighter.
"Drop your sword." She told him, her voice was cold and calculating, something that made the outlaws look to each other in surprise, and then their attention was quickly back on the scene below. Katherine still had the soldier by the throat, the knife was pressed tight, the sword gripped tightly in her free hand. She was going to fight if needed, even in her weaker condition.
"Now, what's a pretty girl like you doing with a weapon?" The remaining soldier asked her.
"Well, a lady has to defend herself." She told him, she could practically feel Will's possessive gaze burning a hole into her back from where she stood. "Now, I said drop the sword."
The soldier looked to her and he smirked before he looked to Marian, Sarah and Fanny and he pointed his sword at Katherine.
"Let go of my partner and I will." He told her. "I don't want to hurt you, little girl."
Katherine looked to him. "You don't have to worry about that." She told him.
The soldier that Katherine had hold of suddenly shoved his shoulder back, straight into the wound on her chest making her yelp and let go of him. As he rounded on Katherine, he was suddenly hit by John's staff and this time it was Fanny holding it. As Fanny dealt with the unarmed soldier, Katherine dealt with the armed.
Will and John were about to jump down and go to their aid, however they were surprised to see that such help was not needed. Fanny had knocked her solider unconscious before doing the same with the one that Katherine had been fighting. When the fight was over, Sarah and Marian seemed to panic as they watched Katherine nearly fall against a tree.
"Katherine!" Marian shouted.
The alarm in her voice had Will jumping straight down from the tree and running over to take her arm, steadying her.
"Kat?" Will asked, his voice worried.
"I'm alright, just sore." Katherine told him, resting into him.
"We should get going, it is dawn soon, and there could be more soldiers around." Robin told them as he joined them on the ground with everyone else.
"Agreed, we need to go." John told them and he and Wulf went to get the horse and cart ready as Azeem checked Katherine's wound.
Once Azeem was happy that the new wound was superficial, Will helped Katherine onto the back of the cart with everyone else, even Robin was sat in the back. When Will was on the cart bed, John grabbed the reins and led them on. They reached the waterfall by mid-morning and as the group slid past the raging water, they were suddenly surrounded by applause, before Bull came running out to them. He hugged each of the women in turn and shook hands with the men.
"Welcome home," He told them, gesturing behind him and behind him there were many homes built and sturdy.
"You've done a great job Bull" Robin told him.
"Let me show you around so you all know where everything is." Bull told them.
He showed the group around their new home, pointing out different areas. They had built a large hut with a firepit inside and this was their new 'hall' for strategy meetings and town meetings, and they could eat in there when it rained. They built a slightly small hut next to it where they could house their weapons, and it had its own forge. There were even some with smithing skills already working inside. They also built a building to store their food and keep it safe from other animals and each other. Then they got to the homes, they still saw Robin as their leader, so he had a home built for him, facing everyone else's, and he and Marian and Sarah went to take a look when Bull told him that it had a second room that Marian and Sarah could use. Then there was a large one for John and his family, with the children already playing inside, so John, Fanny and Wulf went to join them. Then Bull brought Azeem to his own home, the Moor appeared touched that the villagers valued him enough to also give him a shelter.
When Azeem went inside, Bull looked to Katherine and Will, and he smiled slightly, he had been worried about the pair of them since they both got hurt. "It's good to have you back Katherine, and you too Will."
"It's good to be home." Katherine told him.
Bull smiled, before he got himself into gear, remembering why they were still stood there. "Well, come with me and I can show you your home."
The pair looked to each other before they followed him, and they were taken away from the small village set up and to a small hut away in privacy.
"We took as much of your things as we could from your last home." Bull told them. "Your little silver box is in there too Katherine."
Katherine nodded. "Thank you, Bull."
"But we added another room…You know, just in case." He told them. "Right, best be off,"
The couple watched him walk away and Katherine looked to Will, before she walked to their home and walked inside. Inside Bull had tried to keep the layout as it had been before the attack, but the bed was bigger than their previous one, and they had a large firepit in the middle of the home. There was an extra room on the other side of the structure and Will walked over to it, going inside to find a smaller bed in it and a crib. This caused a feeling to stir in him, and it only intensified when he turned to see Katherine taking the silver box off of the table and putting it away. He looked between the room and Katherine once more and he recognised the feeling. It was the same feeling he had when he wanted to tell Katherine how he felt – longing. As he watched her, he thought of the possibilities, he thought of what Katherine would look like swollen with his child, carrying another on her hip. Singing their child to sleep in their cot. Then he remembered the image that his mind had conjured whilst he was unconscious, he and Katherine at the river, joined by a son and a daughter. The mere memory made his heart swell.
"You look very deep in thought."
Katherine's voice broke his reverie and he turned to see her sitting on the edge of the bed, taking her dagger out of her boot and putting it under her pillow.
"I was." Will told her as he moved to pull his many knives from their many hiding places on his person and he set five of the six on the table before he put his other under his pillow as well.
"What's on your mind?" Katherine asked as she slid off her boots.
"The room next door, it has a crib in it." Will informed her. "And I couldn't help…But well…Think…Um…"
"About what it would be like for us to have our own baby?" She asked him.
Will nodded. "I know that when we last spoke about it, you weren't ready for that step, and I appreciate that…"
"Then I wasn't…But I've been thinking about it too."
Will looked to her and he moved to sit with her, sliding his hands into hers. "Katherine-"
"Will, I want us to try for a baby." She told him quickly, her words rushed and forced out.
Will looked to her and he did not know what to say, he did wonder what changed her mind, but he wasn't about to ask, instead he kissed her. That night, Will and his wife had an intense night full of passion, and they were both vaguely glad that their hut was far away from everyone – they had never been that loud before!
The next morning, Will was awake before Katherine and he looked to the sleeping, naked form of his wife next to him, lying on her side, her facial expression peaceful. Her dark hair messy from both sleep and him running his hands through it, last night. He had no idea when they fell asleep, it felt like they spent the whole night making love to each other. Looking to his wife, he had no idea what brought that on last night, he put it down to the stressors of the past few days and the emotions that caused. Also, watching her fight that man was a damned turn on for him, and he didn't care who knew it. Then he remembered what Katherine said to him that caused him to attack her with his lips – she wanted a baby! In his mind, Will found himself wanting the same, he wanted to see Katherine grow with his child, to see them suckle at her breast, to teach them how to use his knives to survive and hunt. He wanted a baby with her. He found himself tracing her cheek with his fingers, his touch feather light, as it trailed down her chest to her stomach where he pressed his palm to it. He knew it was too soon, after all, he wasn't an idiot, but he hoped that last night something had happened.
"Even I know it's too soon."
He looked up to Katherine's face to see a soft smile on her lips and her eyes partially open and he smiled lovingly.
"Good morning, my wife." He smiled, kissing his lips gently and quickly.
"Good morning, my husband." She kissed him back, her voice still heavy from sleep.
Will kissed her once more, before there was a knock on the door and he could not help the groan that came from him at them being disturbed and when the door suddenly opened, did he know who it was.
"Learn to wait Locksley!" Will demanded, throwing the blanket over most of Katherine to cover her body from Locksley's eyes, not caring that he too was naked.
Katherine made a mental note to be appreciative that Locksley had his eyes covered when he came in, but she knew that that would not help Will.
"My apologies, there is a reason why I'm here." Robin told them. "I need you both to get dressed and meet us for a meeting."
"Alright, now out!" Will ordered and he watched Locksley leave before he got up just as Katherine did.
Will helped his wife to dress, using the task to press soft kisses to her neck and shoulder, before he let her brush and braid her hair as he pulled on his pants and doublet. When they were both ready, and Will had his many knives hidden away, he took her hand and walked into the village. They soon found John and Fanny and John gave them a look that neither could identify until he opened his mouth.
"Did you two have a good night?" He asked Will as Fanny took Katherine's arm.
"We did…Why?" Will asked him.
"No reason…I just didn't realise Katherine could be so loud." John told him and he saw colour come to Will's cheeks, before his usual sarky attitude was back.
"So, I make my wife feel good in bed, it's not a terrible thing." Will told him with a shrug.
"Trust me, we heard." John told him, patting him on the back. "I'm glad for you lad,"
"What did Locksley want us for anyway?" Will asked.
"He's looking to how we can get more information on this new Sherriff." John told him and it made Will groan. They had just faced possible death less than a week ago, could they not just have a moment?
Katherine and Fanny walked on ahead and Fanny was not talking to her about the topic John had chosen with Will, instead she was fussing over her as Wulf joined them.
"Did you sleep alright dear?" She asked.
"I slept fine Fanny, please don't worry." Katherine smiled.
"You are glowing love," Fanny told her.
"I think Will and I have decided to try for a child." Katherine told her.
Fanny stopped to look at her, Will Scarlett, in all honesty, was the last person that she expected to father a brood. She loved the lad like he was one of her own, but he wasn't very paternal. He put up with her kids, and had a good relationship with Wulf, but that was as far as it went.
"Katherine…" She couldn't think of what exactly to say. "I'm happy for you, forgive my shock, but if I am honest, Will was the last person I thought to see with a brood."
"I know what you mean," Katherine told her. "But, last night…We kind of decided without talking about it."
Fanny nodded, she knew Will and Katherine well enough to know that the pair of them could say their emotions to each other without a word passing between them. They were soon joined by their husbands as they reached the meeting spot, this time being taken outside to keep everyone awake. Katherine and Will remained stood, though Will had his back against a tree. John and Fanny stayed close to them.
"We need to know what the Sheriff is planning." Robin told the group. "So, we need to have infiltrators into Nottingham."
Everyone looked to each other in shock, a lot of them had just come back from being hung in the past week and now Robin had another mission.
"Most of us are still healing, are you mad?" Will demanded from him.
"I understand, but we need to do it soon, it's not a war just some people going into Nottingham to find out what they can." Robin told him.
"But almost everyone here has a price on their head, even Marian can't go back to Nottingham, or she could be arrested." John told him.
"I know we are limited in our options of who can go," Robin told him. "But we need to know what this new Sherriff is capable of."
"So, who do you plan to send on this do and die mission?" Bull asked.
"The one that was never caught in the raids and the one who a lot of people underestimate." Robin told them and they watched as his eyes focussed on one person – Katherine.
Everyone looked to her and then to Will who had moved quick enough to nearly take off Robin's head with a knife. He had thrown it on reflex and missed on purpose. To hell with him, he wasn't sending his wife back to Nottingham when she had nearly died there.
"Are you fucking mad?" Will demanded. "You are not sending my fucking wife back there, Locksley!" Will told him. "She nearly died last time!"
John grabbed Will's shoulder as he went to move again, this time to throw another dagger and Katherine grabbed his hand.
"Will, she is the only one able to go, they won't look for her" Robin told him.
"She is the safest option," Bull spoke up as he joined them.
"Why don't you both ask Katherine what she wants to do?" Marian suggested and everyone looked to Katherine who had remained quiet throughout everything.
"Kat?" Will spoke, his anger gone as he addressed his wife who was keeping very tight hold of his throwing hand.
"You know that he's right," Katherine told him quietly.
"Katherine, you will be unarmed, if something goes wrong, you will be completely defenceless." Fanny reminded her.
"What if I go with her?" Wulf offered.
"Wulf, you still have a price on your head and people will recognise you from the hanging." John told him.
"Bull will go with me," Katherine told them. "We can go later today, it's market day so we can blend in."
Will looked to her, he knew how important it was to get word about the new Sherriff, but he could not bear the risk of seeing her hurt again. So, instead of arguing, he pushed himself away from John and Katherine's hold and he walked away.
Katherine sighed as she watched Will walk away and when Robin went to talk to her, she held a hand up to him to stop him, before she walked off after Will.
"Them two, will be the death of me." Robin told John and Fanny.
"No, but you might be the death of one of them." Fanny told him. "He's just spent three days praying for her to wake, no matter what he says about religion, Will Scarlett had prayed those few days." Fanny told him. "She is all he has, yes you are his brother, but he still doesn't trust you,"
"So, what do you expect me to do Fanny, you know that I'm right."
"Robin, not everything needs to be done immediately, they just got home, let them enjoy some time together." John told him.
"They had last night." Robin told him and everyone looked to him. "We all heard them."
"By god, when you're married you will understand lad" John told him. "But Will and Katherine both nearly died this week, we need to give them some time."
"He is right Christian, let them have their time," Azeem told him. "We have other things to sort out first."
He groaned but let it go, and he looked to where Katherine had gone, following Will, who was walking away at a fast pace.
"Will, wait!" Katherine shouted as she followed him.
"Just go away for a minute Katherine," Will told her as he continued walking.
Katherine had to run to catch up with him and she caught his shirt. "Stop Will, please."
Will forced himself to stop as she caught him, and he turned to look at her. "What?"
"Don't be angry."
"Don't be angry? Are you for real?" He demanded. "I've just nearly lost you and you're willing to go back out there again?"
"I know you're scared; I am too." She told him. "But you know that the information we need can only be sought by someone going in there."
"But why you?" He demanded.
"Because I can blend in with the crowd better than any of you." She told him with a soft smile. "And anyway, you, John, Robin and Wulf have the highest prices here, let me protect you for a change."
Will looked at her and he wasn't happy with this arrangement. "Fine, just be careful."
Katherine smiled softly and she kissed his cheek, before she walked back to Robin and the others so that she could hear the plan.
When everything was settled, Katherine and Bull went off to Nottingham. They walked up to the gates of Nottingham, they walked inside separately only meeting up once they were inside. They perfected the ruse of being from out of the village as they walked around the market. They could blend in well enough, with Katherine talking to stall holders and villagers alike. They were able to gather a small amount of information before they joined together in the square.
"Fancy something to eat?" Bull asked, nodding to a stall selling bread.
"That would be nice, I'm starving." Katherine told him.
Bull nodded and Katherine moved to lean against a building, watching Bull walk over to the stall, before she was suddenly grabbed from behind and pulled into an alley nearby.
"Bull!" She shouted as she was backed into the wall of the building inside the alley.
"Hush now, I wouldn't want to scar that pretty face," A deep masculine voice told her.
Katherine looked up at the man, before she saw a knife appear from behind the man and press against his throat.
"Bull," She smiled.
"I'd unhand the lass if I were you," Bull told him and the man let go of Katherine, backing up into Bull, his hands held up in surrender.
"Who are you?" Katherine demanded.
"I'm hurt Kitten, do you really not recognise me?"
"Hooded figures all look the same to me." She told him and she watched the man push his hood down and her eyes went wide as she recognised him. "Alan?"
The man beamed brightly as she recognised him. "The one and only."
"Bull, it's okay, I know him." Katherine assured him and he removed the knife from Alan's neck.
"Alan A Dale, what brings you back to Nottingham?"
"I heard that the Sherriff was dead and that a man known as Robin Hood was running the show." He told her.
Katherine looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "Robin isn't running the show." She told him.
"Now, how would you know that?" Alan asked. "Married to him, are you?" He nodded to the ring on her finger.
"No, I just know." Katherine told him. "Now why are you really back?"
"I want to help," Alan told her. "I saw your home and your parents' graves, I had to make sure that you were taken care of and okay."
Katherine went quiet as he mentioned her parents., but it was Bull who offered a rebuff. "I can assure you, mate, she is well taken care of."
"No offence 'mate', but if it's by you then I doubt it." Alan told him.
"Alan, stop being rude" Katherine told him. "Bull is a good friend of mine and my husband's".
"Oh, and here I thought that I was a good friend?" Alan told her.
"Okay, if you're finished flirting with a married woman, Katherine we need to get back." Bull told her.
Katherine nodded. "I'm ready." She told him and she looked to Alan. "See you around Alan."
Alan watched as the pair of them left Nottingham without an incident.
Bull and Katherine made their way back into Sherwood and they walked together through the dense trees to the waterfall.
"How do you know him?"
Katherine looked to Bull when he asked her the question and she sighed softly. "We used to be friends when we were children, our mothers used to have us play together, he left when we were ten."
Bull nodded. "I don't think Will is going to like him." He told her.
"I know that Will won't," It was no secret that Will was possessive of things that he considered 'his' and Katherine was definitely his. Katherine sighed softly. "I will talk to Will about it but the chance of the pair of them meeting is pretty slim."
He nodded as they got to the waterfall, and he helped her to stepover the wet stones and into the passageway behind the water. At seeing that they were back, Robin and John walked over.
"Are you alright?" Robin asked them.
"We are fine, we have some information." Katherine told him.
Robin nodded and they all sat at a fire pit and Bull was able to divulge the information. It was basic knowledge at the moment, but the new Sherriff hadn't been in place for long, so it was to be expected. Katherine looked around the group as they sat there.
"Where's Will?" She asked John.
"He's at the house, he didn't want to be part of this right now." John told her and he watched her get up and walk away. As she walked, she noticed that it had started to snow, and reaching their home, she noticed Will outside, fortifying it against the winter wind.
"You should have waited for me; I would have helped." She told him.
Will stopped tying some thatch to the walls and he looked to her. "I'm used to doing this on my own." He told her with a shrug.
Katherine frowned slightly and she walked over, sliding her hands into his, nearly shivering at how cold his hands were despite his leather gloves.
"You're not alone now." She told him, pulling his hands to her. "You're never going to be alone again."
Will gently kissed her head. "Let us finish this then."
Katherine nodded and they set about helping each other to protect their home for the Winter.
They worked in comfortable silence for a few moments, before Will decided to ask her about her trip to the market.
"How was it?"
"It was fine, none of the guards recognised me or Bull." She assured him. "We found out a bit of information, nothing too spectacular at the moment, after all he's still new to his role."
Will nodded. "Just as long as you don't put yourself in danger."
Katherine looked to him. "Don't worry, I won't." She told him with a smile.
Will looked over to her and he paused for a minute, walking over to her, he gently touched her cheek, pulling his hand away there was dirt on her cheek.
"Rolling in the mud?" He asked playfully.
"Ah, that might be from Alan." Katherine told him and she noticed that Will's body tensed.
"Be at peace Will, he is just an old friend." She assured him.
"What did he want?"
"Well, he saw my parent's graves and came to make sure that I was okay and protected." She told him as she fastened more thatch to the wall. "But Bull and I set him straight."
Will nodded as they finished their job. "Good."
She smiled softly, before she looked over at him and noticed the tenseness in his shoulders and she walked over to him.
"Don't think of what you are thinking." She told him as her hands smoothed his shoulders.
"And what am I thinking right now?" Will asked her as he leant back into her hands.
"You are thinking, how dare another man covet your wife's attention, how dare he lay a hand on what is yours, and what reason could he have for it." She told him and Will could not help but admit that she was spot on. "So, take your mind away from that and bring it to something else."
"Like you?" Will asked.
"If that is your choosing," Katherine told him.
"And what do you think we should do to take my mind off of these thoughts?" He asked, his tone playful.
"Well, we did agree to try for a child, did we not?" She told him, her face emotionless but her eyes teasing and filled with a deep desire for him.
Will watched her as she walked towards the door of their home, and he moved to slide off his doublet as he followed her. His eyes were predatory as they followed her movements, watching her take off her cloak, letting it fall to the floor. Then she undone the tie in her hair, letting her braid unravel and her hair fall in dark waves down her back. Will shut the door behind him and he pulled his shirt off over his head before he watched her undo the front ties of her dress before pushing it from her shoulders, letting it fall to the floor, so she was stood in front of him in just her boots. Will could not help but lick his lips in anticipation as he watched her dress fall. He walked to her, eyes hungry for her as a hand captured the back of her neck and he pulled her into him pressing his lips to hers in a hard and passionate kiss. Despite the rough feeling of his lips, chapped from the cold, a soft moan of pleasure escaped her lips as she slid her hands down his chest, feeling every aspect of his muscles before they stopped at his pants. Her touch sent shivers through his body, causing Will's own sound of pleasure to escape his lips. He wasted no time, backing her against the table before he lifted her up onto it. She slid her fingers into his hair as she shared the kiss with him, his hands sliding down to her waist from her neck, his touch on her neck and breasts feather light to tease her.
"Don't tease." Her voice a soft but begging whisper as her own hands found his waist and she unbuckled his weapons belt, throwing it away before she found the ties to his pants, and she undone them in quick succession.
As she went to pull them down his hands stopped her. "Not yet." He told her as she looked at him with curious eyes before she felt him lie her back on the table and she watched him. Katherine squirmed as she felt his lips on her skin starting from her lips, then working their way down to her neck, her chest, her stomach, her waist and then down her legs. He only stopped when he reached her boots, where he undone them and pulled them off. Once her boots were off, his lips left another trail up her legs coming to her centre. She felt him press soft kisses everywhere building the anticipation, before she suddenly felt his tongue and she had to press her hands to her mouth to stop herself from screaming out in pleasure.
The moan of his name that followed was almost enough to finish him right there, but he held off, wanting to see her give in to pleasure.
"Oh Will…" She moaned. "Please…"
"Tell me what you want," He whispered as he broke away from her sweet nectar to speak.
"You." She gasped as his mouth went back to pleasuring her. "I want you." She continued, her own voice a whisper. "Please take me." She almost begged.
At hearing her he could not resist, he moved away from her centre to pull her further down the table to him and he didn't wait. Once his pants were down enough to free himself, he buried himself inside her wet heat. The sensation was enough to draw a moan from both of them and Will set a punishing pace.
"Oh god, Will." She moaned, meeting his thrusts with her own.
Will sealed his lips to hers in a deep and passionate kiss. "Fuck…Kat…" He moaned against her lips.
It didn't take long for them both to be reaching their peak and Will buried himself inside her as he felt his member swell and a groan of pleasure left him as he felt himself explode inside her. As he rode out his orgasm, Will's strength gave out and he almost fell onto her, but Katherine held him to her.
"I love you." She whispered to him, brushing her hands through his hair.
"I love you, my wife." He told her, moving to kiss her lips in a soft and loving kiss. "God if you're not pregnant after that, I'd be surprised." He told her and it caused Katherine to laugh.
"If I'm not we just need to try again." She told him and Will laughed in agreement, before they noticed that it had grow dark outside of their home and Will moved to stand and he picked her up in his arms bringing her to their bed.
