AN: I still don't own anything, and that won't change in just one chapter. Anything you recognize probably isn't mine.

With my gamer system, professions

worked differently from systems I had seen before. For example, before I got the mechanic profession, I had the electrical engineer profession.

I obtained this profession after the skill electrical engineering reached level 5. My class changed after my mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer science, and IT skills all reached level 5.

After acquiring new skills like biotechnology and programming, the level of my class increased. It also increased when creating new technology and experimenting with mechanics.

Reaching level 47 had taken a lot of work. Mechanics required a lot of materials, meaning a lot of money and even more effort.

Creating things that already existed allowed me to slowly accumulate experience and increase my level, but it wasn't enough for me. In the Marvel Universe, anything was possible.

So I tried to be as innovative as possible, which wasn't hard since the system considered "new technology" as anything that didn't exist in this universe. This meant I could draw inspiration from various other fictional and potentially real universes that I knew about.

"Like this one," I thought, gazing at my biggest achievement in the form of an extremely small machine. Its basic information then appeared in front of me on the game screen.

_

Nanobot 1.0

A robot composed of nanomaterials and a microchip that allows it to be part of a network of nanobots connected to a main computer that controls them all.

_

This idea was stolen from Big Hero 6, the animated movie. I felt that the microbots had a lot of potential, and after seeing Iron Man's nano suit, it became evident how powerful that technology was.

However, they made it seem much simpler than it actually was. The nano transmitter, which was supposed to allow me to control all the nanobots with my mind, was almost impossible for me to build.

The technology required to achieve that was called BCI (brain-computer interface), which would enable the microchips inside the nanobots to read my brain waves, interpret them, and execute the desired tasks. But it required connecting every single nanobot to each other and to my brain, making it way too advanced even for Wakandan technology.

For now, I could only control all of them using my phone, which rendered them practically useless on the battlefield.

"Hmm... maybe I could create an AI similar to Jarvis that could assist me with the controls," I pondered. Suddenly, my watch vibrated, and a holographic screen appeared on it.

"... my name is Tony Stark, and I'm not afraid of you. I know you're a coward, and I've decided..." The legendary Tony Stark uttered dramatically as he removed his glasses.

"That you've just died."

The video then switched back to the reporter at the news station, who analyzed the situation.

"... the statement by the billionaire, Avenger, and New York hero left people with questions about his intentions. Some say his recklessness could lead to severe repercussions..."

"I guess Tony is about to lose his home," I remarked. The events of Iron Man 3 were already underway, and Stark had just disclosed his address, which meant his house was about to be destroyed.

"I wonder... if I could acquire Extremis. If I obtained the biotechnology skill, I could fix it and gain a significant power boost," I contemplated, considering the fact that the time chamber could take forever to create.

"But is it worth it, though?"

I wasn't strong enough to confront people infected with the virus just yet, and I wasn't at the level to handle Iron Man-level threats. Taking that risk could lead to my demise.

"Plus, what excuse could I come up with for going to America?" I muttered quietly.

Wakandans couldn't simply leave their country without a valid reason, especially someone like me who was involved in military research.

"Maybe I could take a vacation from work? I mean, Christmas is approaching, and I have no family, so taking a vacation could be a suitable pretext for leaving."

The next day arrived, and I went to work as usual. We proceeded with our regular activities.

"So, what are you planning to do for Christmas?" Shuri asked as we walked toward the training grounds.

The entire military had to undergo combat training, even the researchers. Shuri was of royal blood, so despite her petite appearance, I knew she could probably defeat me in a fight if our stats were equal.

[Shuri:

Level: 15

Age: 17

Race: Human]

"But our stats aren't equal."

Every time I leveled up, I received 2 stat points, and 4 of my stats would increase by 1 point. Charm would increase by 1 point for every 2 levels. This meant I gained around 6 stat points per level and 7 every 2 levels.

Other individuals would only receive 1 point per stat, but it wasn't as balanced as mine. For instance, although I couldn't see them, I estimated that Shuri's strength and agility should be around 6 or 7, but her intelligence would be close to mine.

This meant that a regular person's stat points would be concentrated in 1 or 2 primary attributes. If I counted correctly, it should be about 4 stats per level, each increasing by 1 point.

"But, well, no one else has quantifiable stats, so I'm not entirely sure."

My stats were only quantifiable because of my Gamer's Body skill. With just a thought, I made the main menu appear. It displayed three options: [Status, [Skills, and [Store]. The last one was currently grayed out with "lvl 25" written next to it.

With another thought, I selected the "Skills" option, and a list appeared.

I ignored the rest and focused on the information about Gamer's Body.

Gamer's Body: A skill that allows you to live your life like a game. Your attributes are quantifiable, and points can increase them.

Simple and concise. It had no other effects except quantifying my attributes and allowing me to increase them using points.

It made me wonder if another person learned the Gamer's Body skill, would they be able to use points to increase their stats without the system? If they somehow acquired points, could they use them?

"I was planning to go to America. I'm not sure if they would allow it, though," I answered as we reached the training grounds. "And you?" I asked, turning to look at Shuri.

"I'm sure they'll allow it. As long as you don't break any of our rules, leaving for a short while is fine. I..." She said, pointing at herself dramatically. "Am going to spend time with my family as usual..." Then I noticed a subtle change in her tone. "Although I would have liked to go on vacation somewhere."

I could see a glimmer of excitement in her eyes, as if she was expecting something.

"Would anyone even allow the princess to leave the country?" I asked with a smirk.

I could perceive her disappointment when I posed the question, and honestly, I didn't understand why. It was evident that they wouldn't permit her to leave the country, so what was disappointing about that?

"Seriously, what's with that?" I wondered.

*POV Change*

Training proceeded as usual, and after the day's activities concluded, Shuri went home. Unlike most Wakandans, she used private transportation reserved for the royal family.

Most Wakandans relied on public transportation since there was no need to own a vehicle when the public system was fast and efficient enough to take you anywhere.

Shuri finally arrived at the mansion, which could be called a castle given its size.

She was accustomed to it, as it had been her home for her entire life.

Shuri looked for her brother and found him in the training room as usual. He would soon assume the mantle of the Black Panther and become the king of Wakanda, so he aimed to maintain peak physical condition to avoid defeat in any potential challenges.

"At this rate, I bet you're going to work yourself to death," Shuri said with a smirk, noticing how he hadn't even realized her presence.

T'Challa finally noticed her and stopped his punching. He greeted her in the customary Wakandan manner, crossing his arms in an X and smiling.

He approached her with a smile still on his face. "To what do I owe this visit?" he asked. "You usually head straight to your research upon returning home, so it makes me wonder who you're referring to as 'overlooking'."

"That's different. I was busy with a project with a... friend," she said, struggling slightly to say the word "friend," knowing her brother would notice.

"A friend?" he asked, his smile seemingly growing wider. "Well, that friend must be quite special if they made you work so hard."

She ignored his smug tone and suppressed her blush as she got straight to the point.

Ps: I hope you enjoyed it, and I've decided on a schedule of releasing a chapter every two weeks.

Okay, one more chapter down and more to go. You can consider this a bonus chapter since the rest will follow my schedule.

It's clear that the next few chapters will revolve around Iron Man 3, AIM, and the Extremis virus. I hope I don't mess it up, and it's going to be a short-ish arc.

Oh, and if you find any errors, please let me know. I would really appreciate it. I'm only human, and mistakes happen, especially since English isn't my first language, so I'm bound to make some grammatical errors here and there.

Writing fanfiction is incredibly annoying. I'm using my phone to type and edit these chapters, and the app makes it almost impossible to do so. Sigh

Ps: I hope you enjoyed it, and I've decided on a schedule of releasing a chapter every two weeks.

Thanks you for reading.
