As I emerged from the cloud of gas, I quickly assessed the situation. Ulysses Klaw and his underlings were caught off guard by my entrance, and they were momentarily stunned. This was my chance to strike.
Without wasting any time, I lunged at the nearest mercenary, delivering a swift kick to his midsection. The force of the blow sent him flying across the hallway, crashing into a nearby wall with a loud thud. I could feel the kinetic energy of the suit building up, and I knew I had to be careful not to overexert myself.
The remaining mercenaries quickly recovered from their surprise and charged at me, brandishing their weapons. One of them aimed a plasma rifle at me, but I quickly dodged to the side, narrowly avoiding the shot. I responded by throwing a vibranium knife, which lodged itself in the mercenary's weapon, rendering it useless.
Another mercenary swung a vibranium spear at me, but I managed to parry the attack with my suit's adamantium claws. I then countered with a roundhouse kick, knocking him to the ground.
Their weapons of choice showed how much vibranium they had stolen from Wakanda over the years.
Meanwhilee, Ulysses Klaw was watching from a distance, holding a sonic disruptor in his hand. His weapon wasn't a part of his body as his hand hadn't been torn off yet. He seemed hesitant to join the fight.
As I fought off the mercenaries, Ulysses took advantage of the chaos to sneak past me and make his way towards my back to try and deliver a quick kill. I noticed him out of the corner of my eye and realized what he was trying to do.
I quickly activated the suit's electro boost, powering up a nearby security robot owned by Wakanda. They had been disabled by Ulysses and his men earlier, but now it charged towards Ulysses. The robot fired a blast of energy at him, but Ulysses managed to deflect it with his sonic disruptor.
"Nice try," he taunted. "It looks like we've underestimated you Wakandans. But you're no match for me!"
I didn't respond and instead focused on taking down the remaining mercenaries. One of them had managed to land a blow on me, and I could feel the suit's energy reserves draining fast.
I switched to advanced boost mode, giving me a temporary boost in strength and agility. I used this to my advantage, delivering a series of powerful punches and kicks that sent the mercenaries flying.
With the underlings taken care of, I turned my attention to Ulysses. He now aimed his sonic blaster at me, ready to take me down.
I knew that Ulysses was a semi-skilled fighter, and his Vibranium weapon gave him an edge, but I was not going to let him win.
I charged at him, delivering a flying kick that knocked the blaster out of his hand. Ulysses retaliated with a swift punch, but I blocked it with my suit's claws.
The two of us engaged in a fierce hand-to-hand combat, each of us trying to gain the upper hand. Ulysses was strong and faster than expected, but I was able to hold my own thanks to my martial arts training.
As the fight went on, I could feel my energy reserves depleting. I knew I had to end this quickly if I wanted to succeed.
I switched to critical boost mode, which gave me an incredible burst of power but only for a short time. I used this to my advantage, delivering a flurry of punches and kicks that left Ulysses reeling.
Finally, I delivered a powerful roundhouse kick that sent him flying across the hallway, crashing into a nearby wall.
I stood there for a moment, catching my breath and assessing the damage. Ulysses Klaw was down, and his underlings were either unconscious or dead. I released my nanobots and let them take care of the ones that weren't dead. Then, I looked at Ulysses' unconscious body.
"I might have gone a bit overboard in the end," I murmured to myself as I looked at how close he was to death's door. He'd need medical attention immediately. I also took this chance to finally concentrate on the words written above his head.

His level was abnormally high. I had honestly expected this to be an easy fight that I would breeze through, but he had given me more trouble than expected. At least I hadn't needed my nanobots since the other purpose of the fight was to see the full capabilities of the bio suit.
After checking his level and catching my breath a bit, I turned on basic enhanced mode, picked up Ulysses' unconscious body, and jumped out the window at the end of the hallway. I didn't have time to check the notification from the system and had to leave because I knew my bodyguards weren't far off.
Since I had already compromised the hotel's systems, it would be simple for me to remove any evidence of my victory in the fight. The mercenaries would be burnt by the security robot I had left, but it would also be a sign of my struggle.
The idea was that I struggled and was still captured by Ulysses Klaw. Additionally, I had already taken care of Antoine. He would be leaving with us since he was already at our destination. The only people left alive were the mercenaries using the snipers, but I couldn't really do anything to them.
I quickly climbed down the building, reaching an alley that was hidden between the hotel and another huge building. The alley was quiet, which was a stark contrast to the other side of the building. You could still hear the faint sound of bullets firing, explosions, and screams from pedestrians nearby.
I quickly looked around and saw a group of insects approach me. They were robots I had created and used as scouts. They buzzed around me for a bit and then flew off. I followed them, running while carrying Klaw. We ran a short distance before I spotted a car parked in front of me with the engine audibly running, but there was nothing but a seemingly sleeping figure inside.
I jumped into the driver's seat and placed Ulysses in the passenger seat with Antoine's unconscious body in the backseat. With the car already on, I drove off in the direction of the airport.

My thoughts wandered like the view of the clouds from the plane's window.
"My plan has passed the initial phase," I muttered as the person next to me glanced at me in confusion. I looked at him from the periphery of my vision as I ignored him. He might have thought I was insane, and I wouldn't disagree with him...
I had really thought about things in the past few years, and slowly I started to realize what I wanted in this life.
Ulysses was in my travel bag, and his condition was stable. He wouldn't wake up anytime soon, though.
Wakanda had probably lost any trace of me as I had erased my presence from the hotel's systems and manipulated the evidence of the fight. The authorities of Wakanda would likely assume that Ulysses Klaw had captured me, and I was now his hostage. I doubt even Shuri would notice anything amiss.
I had to leave Wakanda for my goals, but I wasn't abandoning it, it was my new home afterall. A sigh escaped my mouth when I thought about how much work I still had to do, but it would be exhilarating. I consoled.
I had already died once, and after some thought, I realized what my goal in this life was—to live. Live for myself to the fullest and with complete freedom outside of any bindings. To die by choice and live by choice. That was my goal, and it seemed simple, but in a universe where Gods existed and multiversal beings could kill me with a glance, it was a great ambition. An ambition that had been growing in me slowly since I got the system, maybe even before that.
With the initial part of my plan done, I felt a little accomplishment and could feel my greater goal slowly approaching. I breathed out a warm breath, calmed down, and thought, 'For now, I have to think about my next actions.'
I understood why my emotions were stirring. I was heading to my original hometown, a place I felt was my first home as I had lived there in my past life. Ulysses Klaw's headquarters and my destination—South Africa!

Location: Tennessee, US
A gun dropped on the floor as the owners eyes widened. "Is that...is that iron man?!" The owner of the gun, well the toy gun, asked as he looked at the barely recognisable iron man. It was suit lying on a chair. He slowly approached with curiousity in his eyes
"Technically I'm ironman." Tony answered matter of factly.
"Technically you're dead." Harley retorted as he handed Tony a newspaper.
In the front cover of this newspaper Tony could see an article with information about the attack that had occured. The attack which had annoyingly destroyed his house.
He sweeped through the article and directly under it he saw a semi-interesting article title which read: 'Wakanda angered by the increased terrorist attacks targeting vibranium. Especially with one of their "wise ones" kidnapped in Congo this morning.'
'Fixing this suit would be easier if I had more of that vibranium.' Tony thought as he looked at the title of the article. It interested him for a second before skeeming past the article."Valid point."
Guess whos back?
So...I have no excuse for leaving for so long, all I can really say is sorry readers. Honestly I'll try to make it up to you by updating more but I cant make promises. Life chooses wether I'm able to update or not, not me.
Anyway, its been a crazy year for me so I honestly think my writing will have improved. Also yeah...yeah I see your complaints about spelling and whatnot and I'll try to improve that although you were warned of my English in the first chapter its literally my second language could even count it as third since I speak one other language even more but okay no more excuses. Imma use chatgpt and proofread so you should notice the difference. I also did it for the other chapters so you can re-read them if you want. =)
On another note; to the person who said i should read The Legendary Mechanic. Broooo! thats literally what inspired this fic. Just like he's recommending it to me id like to recommend it to all my readers amazing lightnovel you should try it.
