Hannah and Barbara were still fighting and didn't even make an attempt to speak to each other at all. Diana doesn't really have any experience when it comes to having friends but she knew enough about wanting everyone to get along. She decided to ask Akko about how to make them get along.
"Huh? Hannah and Barbara are fighting?" Akko asked
Diana just nodded. She wasn't the only one who was shocked when finding out about Hannah and Barbara fighting.
"Is there a reason that they're fighting in the first place?" Akko asked
Diana answered that she was unsure for the reason why. That's when Akko made a proposal.
"Why don't we just ask them what they're fighting about and when they tell us, we come up with a solution on how to have them make up" Akko said
Diana had to admit that it wasn't a bad idea at all.
"So both of us will ask them why they're fighting?" Diana asked
"It would be better if we asked them separately. I'll talk to Hannah while you talk to Barbara" Akko said
It did make sense for them to separate to talk to them separately. Akko can be smart when she wants to be although its better if Diana didn't admit that out loud to avoid making her mad.
With the plan ready and set into motion, Akko went off to talk to Hannah while Diana went off to talk to Barbara.
Akko approached Hannah and began talking to her.
"Hey Hannah, how's it going?" Akko asked in a friendly tone
"Oh hey Akko" Hannah said
"So I was told that you and Barbara aren't getting along right now" Akko said
"I'm not talking to her. She's not my friend anymore" Hannah said
"You can't mean that" Akko said
"I do" Hannah responded
"What happened?" Akko asked
"She didn't do anything to stop that wyvern from kidnapping me" Hannah said
"Are you sure?" Akko asked
"She just stood there and didn't do anything! She said she froze!" Hannah said
"Well they were intimidating. Anyone would hesitate in the face of danger. I'm sure Barbara felt bad" Akko said
"Well that doesn't change the fact that she could've stopped that monster from kidnapping me!" Hannah said
"Think for a moment. If Barbara had been in your position would you have been able to help with no hesitation?" Akko asked
Hannah opened her mouth to say yes but closed it because she couldn't bring herself to say yes because she knew that she would've hesitate too if Barbara was the one being kidnapped.
"See? You can't say it. You would've hesitated too if the role was reversed" Akko said
It seemed as though that Akko was getting through to Hannah.
Meanwhile Diana had just found Barbara.
"Hi Barbara" Diana said
"Oh hi Diana" Barbara said
"It looks like you and Hannah are still fighting" Diana said
"Hannah's not my friend anymore" Barbara said
"I find that very unlikely" Diana said
"Well that's the truth" Barbara said
"Why are you two even fighting?" Diana asked
"Hannah blames me because I froze when that monster looked at me. I blame myself for not being able to stop her from being kidnapped but what else can I say other then sorry?" Barbara asked
"Hannah is a very emotional girl so she tends to speak her mind and often lets her emotions take control of her" Diana said
"You're telling me. She won't even listen to me" Barbara said
"But are you listening to her?" Diana asked
"What are you talking about?" Barbara asked
"Are you listening to Hannah when she tells you how scared she was?" Diana asked
Barbara remained silent.
"I understand that you were scared and regretted not taking action when you had the chance to but Hannah was just as scared. Wouldn't you be mad at Hannah if she was the one froze and didn't stop you from being kidnapped?" Diana asked
It seemed as though that Diana was getting through to Barbara. Eventually both Akko and Diana returned and told each other what they were told and believed that they managed to talk it out and hopefully would make them be friends again. Suddenly a bunch of dark werewolves appeared and started to attack the place. Akko and Diana nodded and transformed to fight.
Meanwhile Hannah had met up with Barbara and started to talk.
"Listen I-I'm sorry I just felt betrayed because you froze like that" Hannah admitted
"It's okay, I was mad at myself because I could bring myself to help you when you needed it the most" Barbara said
They started to talk and even laughed. Things were looking bright when suddenly werewolves covered in dark magic appeared.
"Werewolves? Here?!" Barbara asked in fear
One of them got in front of Barbara and the poor girl froze in fear again like last time but this time was different because Hannah was in front of her with her arms outstretched.
"Back off Bone breath!" Hannah said
Barbara looked off in the distance and saw Cure Shiny and Cure Nature fighting off several of them. Several wolves had both Hannah and Barbara surrounded.
"We're surrounded!" Barbara said
It was too soon to give up and Hannah had no choice but to change herself. Barbara looked over and saw that Hannah brought out a make up compact. She was about to yell at her that it was no time for her to do her make up but stopped when her friend started to shine brightly.
"Precure Magical change"
Hannah soon transformed into Cure Blaze.
"A fire that burns away the darkness in this magical world, Cure Blaze"
Barbara was rendered speechless. Hannah was a precure? Since when?
"H-Hannah?" Barbara asked
One of the werewolves jumped at them but a swift kick from Blaze knocked it aside. The precure of fire fought off several werewolves at once by herself. One wolf tried to slash at Barbara with its claws but Blaze stopped it in time.
"I won't let you leave a single mark on her!" Blaze said
She then punched the wolf with a fiery fist and that made it vanish. The young cure fought off every wolf to keep Barbara safe from harm. One of them managed to slip through Blaze's defenses and bit her on her shoulder.
"NO!" Barbara shouted
They started to pin down Blaze but she managed to push them off with magic and muscle.
"Blazing impact"
Blaze performed a spinning fire kick that knocked all the wolves away. It looked like Shiny and Nature were having better luck with them but they was only because that could back each other up but Blaze was all by herself.
"Hannah" Barbara said with both sadness and fear.
"Barbara listen to me" Blaze said
Barbara was brought out of her thoughts and looked at her friend.
"I'll make an opening for you and when that opening is available I need you to run for it" Blaze said
"What?! But what about you?!" Barbara asked with fear
"Don't worry about me" Blaze said
That was easier said than done. Barbara wasn't the one covered in wounds. She shook her head with tears in her eyes. More werewolves surrounded Blaze and was ready to fight them all when Barbara stood in front of Blaze with her arms outstretched.
"Barbara?! What are you doing?! I told you to run!" Blaze said
"NO!" Barbara shouted
Blaze was caught off guard by her friend's sudden outburst.
"I abandoned you once, I won't do that again!" Barbara said
The black haired witch was shaking, her entire body was shaking with fear.
"Even now I'm scared facing these monsters. But the one thing that scares me even more is losing my friends, losing you Hannah" Barbara said
"Barbara" Blaze said in awe
"This time I will protect you!" Barbara said
The black haired witch's body started to glow bright as a compact came out of her chest and heard a voice in her head telling her to say some magic words and she nodded.
"Precure Magical Change"
Barbara's hair was put up in a high braided ponytail and her hair color went from black to bright purple. A dark blue choker with a cloud symbol on it appeared on her neck. White cloud earrings appeared and then purple lipstick now covered her lips. A purple top with short sleeves with white borders appeared and the top had white buttons. A light purple skirt appeared on the bottom with white frilled borders on the edge. Like her fellow cures her midriff was exposed. Purple stockings appeared on her feet and bright purple boots with laces appeared. White gloves with wind symbols appeared on her hands. A dark blue bow with a broach appeared on her chest and another dark blue ribbon appeared behind her skirt. Another dark blue ribbon appeared and held her braided ponytail in place.
With her transformation complete. Barbara started announce herself.
"A Wind that blows away the evil in this magical world, Cure Gale"
The three cures couldn't believe that another cure was just born right in front of them.
Gale looked at herself in shock. She became a precure?
The wolves started to growl and ran towards her. Gale looked up and saw that they were running towards her. She swung her leg and it sent out a shockwave of wind that knocked the wolves back. She started to fight the wolves along with Blaze. Gale then used her special attack.
"Precure: Gale Storm"
A tornado appeared from her hands and hit the wolves and made them disappear.
With all the wolves gone, Gale was shocked to learn who the other two cures were and just like with Blaze, Shiny forgave her. With a new cure born it would now be even easier to protect the witches of this academy.
