Chapter 42: Troublemaker
Hey everyone I'm back with a new chapter. I had some debates on what should happen in this episode but let's just say what happens in this one is a game-changer. I hope you like what I have planned. Please Review and Enjoy.
At the Le Grand Paris Hotel, Jagged Stone's manager Penny was walking to the door checking things off her to do list with a pen when she opens it to see the Butler Jean on the other side.
"Mr. Stone would like his breakfast brought to him on the back of a polar bear. Could you arrange that for me, please?" Penny asks as Jagged plays fetch with his crocodile behind her.
"Uh I'll see what I can do. Will that be all?" Jean asks when Penny's phone rang.
"Yes, a red-eye flight would be preferable. Jagged's crocodile, Fang, hates flying in the daytime." Penny said when Bob walks in.
"Penny, I found the perfect way to market his new album! He's gonna be a guest on a reality TV show!" Bob said.
"I don't think Jagged will be okay with that." Penny said before looking to her phone. "No! No, I wasn't talking to you. Confirm that flight." Penny looks to Jean only to see he was gone and didn't notice Fang going out with a soccer ball in his mouth. "Uh I'll call you back. Bob wait!"
Walking to the room, Penny saw Bob talking to Jagged who was on a grand piano.
"Penny, did you remember to order those macaroons for Fang?" Jagged asks.
"Of course; I'm taking care of that right now, Jagged." Penny said writing it down when she heard a knock at the door.
"Your album's gonna go platinum, and wait 'til you find out how!" Bob said to Jagged as Penny opened the door to see Mayor Bourgeois with Fang next to him on a leash.
"I'm sorry, Miss Penny, but you cannot allow your crocodile to just roam around the hotel by itself." He said.
"I'm sorry, Mr. Bourgeois." Penny said when she heard Jagged in the next room.
"What?! What is this trash?" Jagged said.
"Thank you, Mr. Mayor." Penny said walking over.
"You want me to be a guest on Rocker Wants a Wife?! There's nothing rock 'n' roll about that show. My fans will never watch it!" Jagged said.
"Of course they will Jagged, this is how marketing works." Bob said when Penny answers the door to see Jean.
"We could not find any polar bears will a pony work?" Jean asks.
"A pony will do and can you add some macaroons to it?" Penny asks closing the door.
"A real artist, with real talent! I can dig being a guest on a reality show, but it's gotta be music to my ears, you know? Quality!" Jagged said.
"Deal with it Jagged, you are gonna be a guest star on that show whether you like it or not." Bob said.
"I'll call you back." Penny said hanging up.
"I think we're done here Bob." Jagged said when Penny whispers something in his ear causing him to smile. "Of course! Now that's what I call a rock 'n' roll idea. Penny, you're the best! What would I do without you?" Leaning in Jagged kisses Penny on the cheek.
At Marinette's bakery a TV show was going on and a bunch of Jagged Stone fans were outside the place.
"Welcome to Fill My Shoes! You're joining us live for a new episode with our new guest, the one and only Jagged Stone!" Alec said.
"Rock and Roll!" Jagged said appearing on screen wearing an apron.
"Filling the shoes of a baker. And a big thanks to baker Tom Dupain for letting us come to his bakery, the best in Paris." Alec said as Tom appeared on screen.
Behind the camera, Sabine walked over to Penny and Bob.
"Hot fresh crossiants?" Sabine offers as Bob took one. "I don't know if this was a good idea."
"Are you kidding? Jagged asked specifically to come here. You realize how good this is gonna be for the bakery? And Dad's gonna become an instant celebrity." Marinette said.
"Well for a celebrity he looks pretty nervous." Sabine noticed as Jagged was working the dough.
"No Jagged, you got the right energy but you need to be gentle." Tom said.
Growling Fang didn't like someone getting so close to his owner but Penny stopped him.
"Calm down Fang." Penny said nervously clicking her pen.
"Are you okay, Miss Penny?" Marinette asks.
"Yes, yes, it's just, this show was my idea, and Jagged's putting all his trust in me and I just hope everything goes well today." Penny said.
"So Jagged, how does it feel to fill a Baker's shoes?" Alec asks.
"It's awesome! Check out this edible guitar I made from scratch. This is so rock 'n' roll!" Jagged said pulling out a guitar made entirely of bread causing Penny to chuckle.
"So, Miss Penny, what's it like working with a star like Jagged? He seems so cool." Sabine said.
"Oh yes he's…wonderful…Uh I mean he's awesome." Penny said catching herself.
At Adrien's house, Adrien and Plagg were watching the show.
"Oh come on. Are you finally gonna put bread on that cheese or what?" Plagg asks. "Since when do you have any interest in this show?"
"The show is being shot at Marinette's." Adrien said.
At Alya's house, Sam and Alya were watching the show on TV.
"Boy Marinette's dad looks like he's having fun." Alya said.
"That's bread guitar Jagged made looked pretty good." Sam said.
"This is the Baker's Rock 'N' Roll!" Tom and Jagged said.
"Yo, Marinette! My favorite little lady, come over and rock out with us." Jagged said as the camera turned to Marinette.
"Whoa, now Marinette's on TV." Sam said.
"Some people get all the luck." Alya said.
Back in the bakery, Marinette walked over next to Jagged.
"It's so cool that we get to spend the day together. Marinette's really talented, Alec; she did the artwork for my latest album, and she's only in high school." Jagged said.
"Wow, impressive. A true family of artists. A talented young designer and a gifted patissier. By the way, what're you gonna bake for us today, Tom?" Alec asks.
"Uh how about chocolate croissants? Marinette can you grab the flour?" Tom asks.
"Sure." Marinette reaches for it but ends up tripping and spilling flour over Jagged.
"Hey I look like a ghost. Rock and Boo-Hoo." He laughs.
"Making pastries is obviously no piece of cake! Stay tuned; we'll be right back after this commercial break." Alec said as the cameras shut off.
"Sorry Jagged." Marinette apologizes.
"No sweat, Marinette." Jagged said brushing off some flour.
"Where's the restroom?" Penny asks.
"Upstairs." Marinette said as she and Jagged walked up to get cleaned up.
Up in Marinette's room, Jagged and Penny could be heard below.
"Are you sure it's here?" Penny asks.
"She said upstairs." Jagged said
"Wait, this isn't a restroom." Penny said.
"This must be Marinette's room. Oh there's a sink." Jagged said walking over.
Down below Bob and Alec were looking at their ratings.
"Our ratings are sky high." Bob smiles.
"Alec, we're on in 30 seconds." The cameraman said.
"Where's Jagged?" Alec asks looking around.
"In the restroom upstairs." Marinette said.
"Thanks, follow me, we'll improvise." Alec said as he, Bob and the crew walked upstairs.
Up in Marinette's room, Penny was helping Jagged get cleaned up when he notices some designs.
"Wow this girl has some serious talent." Jagged said when he noticed a large poster of him. "Hey I know this guy."
"We've got to hurry Jagged." Penny said when Jagged noticed all the photos of Adrien.
"Don't worry, Penny." Jagged said when the crew came in.
"He's here! Come one, start shooting. In three, two, one." The cameraman said.
"And we're back on the air with Jagged Stone filling the shoes of a baker. Let's see how this rockstar cleans off all that flour." Alec said as Jagged waves to them.
"Hey, there are more photos of this dude than of me! I think the baker's daughter's got a little crush." Jagged winks.
At Adrien's house, Adrien was surprised by this.
"Lookie here, another secret admirer." Plagg smirks.
At Alya's house, however, the reactions were different.
"Oh no! This is not good!" Alya said.
"Everyone's gonna know Marinette is head over heels for Adrien!" Sam said.
Down below Marinette walks over to the TV and gasps seeing the photos.
"Young love is so sweet. Makes me want to write a song." Jagged said.
"No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no!" Marinette said running for the stairs.
"Marinette?" Sabin said confused
"Keep calm, Marinette; it's not a big deal." Tikki said coming out of her purse.
"Of course it is! This is a major disaster! I told everyone in school to watch today's show, including Adrien! He's gonna see all those photos and figure out I'm in love with him!"
"But isn't that what you want?" Tikki asks.
"Not like this!" Marinette said as she opened the door to her room. "What are you guys doing in here?"
"I'm sorry Marinette, I couldn't find the restroom." Penny said.
"Hey Marinette want me to sign this poster of me?" Jagged asks.
"No! I just need everyone to leave! And you, stop filming! Penny, do something!" Marinette begs.
"You heard the lady." Penny said trying to get them out when suddenly the show was cut off the air.
"Penny, you just cut us off the air." The cameraman said Penny looked down to see a cable had broken under her foot.
"Sorry." Penny said bending down to get it.
"No, Penny, get them out of here first, please." Marinette begs.
"Penny, give me that cable! We're live!" Alec said.
"Choo! Penny, was that flour organic? You know I'm allergic to the non-organic flour." Jagged said.
"Penny, the cable!" Alec said.
"Penny, do you realize we've got no picture?" Bob said.
"Penny, do you have a tissue? Ah-ah-ah-choo!" Jagged sneezes.
"Penny, no! Get out of my room first!" Marinette said.
"Penny, what is going on?" Bob asks.
Penny, you said this gig would be easy as pie." Jagged said.
"STOP! That's enough!" Penny snaps startling all of them. "All of you, back downstairs, now! Out, out, out!" Penny said pushing everyone but Marinette out of the room.
"Out! Out Out!" Penny said pushing them to the stairs.
"But Penny what are we supposed to do for the show?" Bob asks.
"I'll meet you down in five." Penny growls.
"But Penny—" Before Bob could finish, she shoves the clipboard in his face.
"In five!" She said shutting door before leaning against it.
At his base, Hawk Moth saw everything.
"A devoted assistant losing her cool. Such a fortunate opportunity." Hawk Moth said turning a butterfly into an akuma. "Fly away my little akuma and evilise her."
In the living room, the akuma flies into Penny's pen.
"Troublemaker, I am Hawk Moth. You've always been the faithful one, taking care of people and solving all their problems. Today you are free of that burden. From now on you shall be the creator of all their problems." Hawk Moth said telepathically.
"Sounds like a plan, Hawk Moth." Penny said clicking her pen causing her to transform.
On the other side of the door, Troublemaker walks out in a punk rocker look with light grey skin, a dark purple and black outfit, a pink and white mohawk and in her hand was a skull topped pen.
"Let's see what's next on my to-do list?" Troublemaker asks picking it up. "Here it is, take care of Jagged." She grins clicking her pen and phasing through the floor.
In Marinette's room, Marinette was panicking.
"I'll be the laughingstock at school, online and all over town. And worst of all, Adrien will never talk to me again! This is a disaster, a disaster, a disaster." Marinette said burying her head between her legs.
"Just breathe. Everything's gonna be okay." Tikki said.
"It is?" Marinette asks hopefully.
"Yeah besides it's already too late, the show's live." Tikki said but that just made it worse.
"Oh no! This is a disaster, a disaster, a disaster!" Marinette said falling over.
Down below in the bakery everyone was setting up to get the show back on.
"Alright everyone, let's get this set up chop-chop." Bob said.
"Okay, people; Jagged, Mr. Dupain, get back to your place. We're live in five, four, three—"
Tom looks over to see Sabine giving him an angry look telling him to do something.
"Wait, wait, wait! We'd rather not continue." Tom interrupts.
"We're not comfortable with your cameras going everywhere and invading our privacy! Our daughter is upset because of your show. We won't allow that." Sabine said.
"The ratings are sky-high. There's no way we stop the show now, right, Jagged?" Bob asks as Jagged sneezes and Troublemaker appears behind Sabine unseen and runs her fingers up Sabine's spin before disappearing.
"How dare you!" Sabine grabs a peel and twirls it like a kung fu star. "I demand an apology!"
"What happened?" Tom asks coming over as Troublemaker swats Bob with a guitar and tosses the guitar into Tom's hands.
"Hey! Are you looking for trouble?!" Bob snaps.
"I could pretend that this isn't bothering me, but now you've gone too far, mister!" Tom glares.
"Don't you think about laying a finger on my husband!" Sabine said as Troublemaker snuck around and dropped a sack on Jagged, pushed Alec onto him and tripped the cameraman.
"What's going on?! Is it a ghost?" Jagged asks taking the sack off. "Where's Penny? Penny!"
From the other side of the door, Troublemaker locks them all in the bakery with the camera rolling.
"Sure your bakery ain't built on an ancient cemetery?" Bob asks as everything around them went out of control.
Appearing behind Jagged, Troublemaker clicks her pen and solidifies. "Hello Jagged." She said scaring him.
"Whoa! Who are you?! Where's Penny?! Penny!" Jagged gasps.
"There's no more Penny to deal with all your problems, Jagged! From now on, there's only Troublemaker!" Troublemaker said clicking her pen and turning transparent. "And I'll make your life nothing but problems!"
Outside all the fans run away in panic.
In Marinette's room, Marinette and Tikki gasp seeing this.
"Penny?" Marinette said shocked.
"That poor Penny was trying so hard to help everyone that she became a perfect victim for Hawk Moth." Tikki said.
"Shooting here was a bad idea. Tikki, Spots on!" Marinette said as her earrings glowed and she transforms into Ladybug.
At Adrien's house, Adrien and Plagg saw the mayhem on TV.
"It's time for Cat Noir to cook up a plan at the bakery." Adrien said.
"Don't forget to save a baguette for me. I just love camembert on sourdough." Plagg said.
"You're just a floating stomach. Plagg, Claws Out!" Adrien said as his ring glowed and he transformed into Cat Noir.
At Alya's house, Sam and Alya were watching as well.
"Looks like our time together is up. Marinette's folks and Jagged need you." Alya said.
"Yeah they do." Sam said as Faang came out.
"Sorry Alya, see you tomorrow." Faang said.
"Good luck guys." Alya said as they ran out.
"Faang, Teeth Out!" Sam said as his bracelet glowed and he transformed into Silver Claw.
Back at the Bakery, Troublemaker was heading towards Jagged.
"Here comes trouble again, Jagged." Troublemaker said heading towards him.
"Not in my bakery!" Tom lunges forward but goes right through her before she knocks Jagged to the floor.
"Penny, stop! It's—It's not—ah-choo!—rock and roll!" Jagged sneezes.
"I hate rock and roll, Jagged! I only love chaos, and you'll be my number one hit!" Troublemaker said when she noticed Alec and the camera crew filming her.
"You're witnessing the arrival of a new supervillain live—" Alec yelps as Troublemaker grabs the camera.
"Show's over people!" Troublemaker said knocking the camera to the ground.
In front of the bakery, Nadja was reporting on the attack.
"I'm in front of Dupain-Cheng Bakery, where a new villain just appeared." Nadja said as Cat Noir and Silver Claw jumped in.
"Hey everyone, let me take care of this. It'll be a piece of cake." Cat Noir said trying to lift the security shield but couldn't.
"Piece of cake huh?" Silver Claw crossed his arms.
"You think you can get it open?" Cat Noir asks.
"Let's give it a shot." Silver Claw drew his sword and was about to slice it open when Troublemaker leaped through the door and grabbed his arm.
"So you guys wanna play rescue? Sorry but no one is getting rescued today." Troublemaker said throwing Silver Claw into Cat Noir knocking them both back.
Before the two of them could react Ladybug's yoyo wrapped around them and they were pulled up onto Marinette's balcony.
"Right on time, guys." Ladybug said.
"Good to see you, Bugaboo. Looks like we're gonna break bread today, huh?" Cat Noir flirts laying in a lawn chair.
"Although you're invite could have been better." Silver Claw said stretching.
"Noted and don't call me Bugaboo." Ladybug said jumping off the rail and heading into the bedroom. "Follow me." She said leading them in.
'Oh man I never thought I would sneak into Marinette's room like this.' Silver Claw thought following her with Cat Noir right behind him.
"Wow, that's a lot of pictures." Cat Noir said noticing all the pictures Adrien and the class.
"We can take the grand tour later, Cat Noir." Ladybug said when Silver Claw saw Troublemaker down below.
"Incoming!" Silver Claw said as Troublemaker threw 4 knitting needles at them.
Grabbing the bed Cat Noir lifts it up to protect them but Ladybug saw the pictures of Adrien she kept under the bed.
Moving quickly she slammed the bed down making Cat Noir fall.
"Sorry." Ladybug said as she and Silver Claw jumped down.
"You sure are jumpy today." Silver Claw said when Troublemaker appeared and threw an umbrella at them.
Swinging his sword he slashed the umbrella away and Ladybug threw her yoyo but it went through Troublemaker before she clicks her pen and lifts a chaise lounge and throws it at them.
Cat Noir catches it but when he does more pictures of Adrien fall out. Cat Noir removes a photo from his face to see a picture of Adrien but Ladybug takes it.
"I said later Cat Noir." Ladybug said annoyed.
Jumping up from the lower level Troublemaker reaches for Ladybug's Miraculous.
"Look out!" Cat Noir said as he trips Ladybug and whacks Troublemaker back causing her to drop her pen.
"The akuma's inside the pen!" Ladybug said as all 4 of them lunged at it but Troublemaker grabbed it first.
"Touch me if you dare." Troublemaker said clicking it and phasing through the floor.
"Man, this one is tricky." Silver Claw said.
"I can't touch her with a ten-foot pole." Cat Noir said.
"Her strength is also her weakness. To touch us she must become touchable herself." Ladybug said as the three of them went down the living room.
"She's got to be around here somewhere." Silver Claw said.
"If she wants our Miraculous, she can't be untouchable." Ladybug said as the three of them took out their weapons.
"If we can grab her we can also grab her pen." Cat Noir said.
"And capture the akuma, but we'll have to act fast." Ladybug said.
Suddenly Troublemaker appeared in between them and kicked Ladybug before she grabbed Silver Claw's arm to grab his bracelet.
Acting quickly Cat Noir swung his staff but Troublemaker became intangible and Silver Claw was knocked to the ground.
"Sorry." Cat Noir said as Troublemaker appeared behind him and tried to get his ring.
Throwing her yoyo Ladybug ties them both up. "Gotcha."
Clicking her pen Troublemaker escapes leaving only Cat Noir tied up as she pounced at Ladybug and pins her to the ground.
"You've already lost half the battle Ladybug." Troublemaker said grabbing one of her earrings.
"No!" Ladybug gasps as she part of her transformation went away.
"Excellent work, Troublemaker." Hawk Moth grins.
As Silver Claw picks himself up he saw the left side of Ladybug's mask had disappeared and his eyes widen seeing a familiar face.
'No way.' Silver Claw's eyes widen in shock.
"Cataclysm!" Cat Noir lunges at Troublemaker forcing her to click her pen and drop the Miraculous.
"I had it!" Troublemaker growls as Ladybug put the earring back on and she phases through the floor.
"Not how I wanted to find out our secret identity." Cat Noir said as Silver Claw stood up.
"You okay Silver Claw?" Ladybug asks.
"Uh…yeah sorry. I just have no idea how we can stop Troublemaker." Silver Claw said.
"Here's one. Lucky Charm!" Ladybug throws her yoyo into the air and from it a broken plate appeared. "A broken plate?"
"What are we supposed to do with that?" Silver Claw asks.
Ladybug looks around for anything but can't see it. "I don't see anything that can work." Ladybug said.
"Maybe losing an earring weakened your power." Cat Noir said.
"It has to work." Ladybug said walking to another area of the room and spots some glue. "It is working! Sticky time!"
"Really?" Cat Noir said.
Walking up to Marinette's room, Cat Noir lead with Ladybug in between him and Silver Claw.
"Come on out!" Silver Claw said.
"Be careful guys, she could come from anywhere to get my Miraculous." Ladybug said holding up the now glued together plate.
"She's nowhere to be seen. We'll check the roof." Silver Claw said as he and Cat Noir went towards the skylight.
"No! Don't leave me here alone! I only have a plate to defend myself!" Ladybug said causing Troublemaker to cackle as she drops down behind Ladybug.
Ladybug leaps away and throws the plate at her but she dodges and the plate shatters hitting the wall.
Leaping at her, Troublemaker pins Ladybug to the ground ready to grab both her earrings.
"Bravo, Troublemaker! Take her Miraculous!" Hawk Moth grins.
Troublemaker reaches down to grab them but for some reason she couldn't remove the Miraculous or pulls her hands back.
"Having some trouble?" Ladybug smirks.
"You fell for it." Silver Claw said as he and Cat Noir look down at them.
"Sorry to disappoint you but I'm the only one allowed to stick to Milady." Cat Noir smirks taking out the glue.
Moving in Silver Claw grabs Troublemaker from behind preventing her from escaping and Cat Noir grabs the pen and destroys it turning Troublemaker back into Penny.
"No more evil-doing for you little akuma. Time to de-evilise!" Ladybug throws her yoyo and captures the akuma turning it back into a butterfly. "Bye-Bye little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!" Throwing the plate into the air and undoes all the damage from the battle.
"What? What happened? Where's Jagged?" Penny asks.
"You spend so much time worrying about everyone else. Let's worry about you for a change. How are you feeling?" Ladybug asks.
"I'm fine." Penny smiles when she heard a beeping.
"Oops. Gotta go, Rock and roll!" Ladybug said leaving.
"Rock and Roll." Silver Claw sand Cat Noir said leaving with her.
"That was a close call. Guess you boys won't be finding out my identity today." Ladybug said.
"Uh yeah…no idea." Silver Claw said uncomfortably.
"I already know who you are." Cat Noir said startling her.
"You do?" Silver Claw asks.
"She's the girl of my dreams." Cat Noir smiks.
"Silly kitty." Ladybug teases.
"Pound it." The three of them said before leaving but just as Silver Claw and Cat Noir left Ladybug did a U-Turn and turned back into Marinette.
Back at Sam's house, Sam entered his room and let Faang out.
"Oh my god! I cannot believe this! How did I not see this until now?" Sam said putting his hands on his head.
"Sam calm down." Faang said.
"Calm down? That was Marinette's face. When Troublemaker took half her Miraculous part of her mask disappeared. Marinette is Ladybug. I should have known, the hair, the eyes, the way she goes gaga over Adrien, the fact that she was freaking out over us finding the pictures everywhere, how whenever Marinette disappears Ladybug shows up. It all makes sense now." Sam said sitting down. "I have to tell her I know."
"No!" Faang said flying in. "Sam do you realize what you've discovered?"
"Ladybug's true identity." Sam said.
"Exactly. In this entire city, you're the only one to have figured it out. Not even Hawk Moth has been able to do that. The fact that you even know this information is something that could change the outcome of this entire battle." Faang said.
"This wasn't exactly easy to figure out." Sam said.
"Sam, you have literally discovered the biggest secret in Paris. You know the identities of almost all the heroes in Paris." Faang said.
"So what do I do? Keep my mouth?" Sam asks.
"Sam think. Having a Miraculous can do so much for a person. Marinette needs to be Ladybug just like you need to be Silver Claw. Imagine if she found out yours." Faang said.
Sam pauses to think about this before coming to a decision.
The next day at school, Marinette was trying to sneak to the lockers when she walked past Sam.
"What are you doing?" Sam asks causing her to jump.
"Sam don't do that." Marinette said.
"Listen Marinette I need to tell you something." Sam said.
"Can it wait? I'm really trying to not have Adrien see me after yesterday." Marinette sighs.
"You mean because your entire photo collection of him was on TV?" Sam asks causing Marinette to gasp. "Alya and I watched the show too."
"Oh man." Marinette groans as they walk into the locker room. "My life is over." Marinette said putting something in her locker and when she closes it Adrien was on the other side.
"Hey, Marinette!" Adrien said startling her. "How's it going? After what happened at your place last night, I was worried that—"
"Oh, so you watched the show, then! Well, uh, look...about what you saw on the show last night — the totographs, in my room—" Marinette interrupts.
"You mean the photographs?" Adrien corrects.
"The grotographs, exactly! It-it's not what you think. See...I'm really into fashion, and, umm..." Marinette said nervously.
"Are you lying?" Adrien asks
"No! I'm so not into you—I mean, sure, I'm interested in you, but, um, not in that way; well, you know." Marinette laughs nervously.
"Just teasing. I understand; don't worry. I've got used to having lots of fans...and, photographs of me everywhere — even in the most unlikely places." Adrien said.
"As if someone would have a picture of you under her bed, right?" Marinette said.
'Oh boy.' Sam rolls his eyes.
"Yeah. I was wondering; since you're into fashion so much, you could come watch my next photoshoot." Adrien said.
"No way! For you?—peal—meal— For real?" Marinette stutters.
"Honestly, it's pretty long and boring, but if you were there, it would definitely be more fun! Whaddaya say?" Adrien offers.
"Oh wow! Yes! Thank you, Adrien." Marinette said.
"I'll keep you posted, then. See you later in class. I'm glad to have you as one of my fans." Adrien said walking away.
"Wow Marinette you actually got a few sentences in." Sam said.
"This is a dream come true. So what was it you wanted to talk to me about?" Marinette asks.
Sam was about to open his mouth to say something but instead, he puts a hand on her shoulder. "Keep being you Marinette and you'll be fine."
"Thanks Sam." Marinette smiles before walking out of the locker room.
"Why didn't you say anything?" Faang asks popping his head out.
"You were right Faang. Being Ladybug gives Marinette confidence if I told her I knew who she was it would shake that confidence. So I guess for now this is just my little secret." Sam sighs.
"You're a good friend Sam." Faang smiles.
"Yeah I know." Sam smiles walking out.
