Chapter 49: Malediktator
Hey everyone I'm back with a new chapter. This one was a bit of a challenge but I liked how it turned out. Almost done with another season. I hope you like what I have planned. Please Review and Enjoy.
We find ourselves watching a video of Chloe dressed up to resemble Queen Bee.
"Welcome to my secret lair. I may be a superhero, but I'm always happy to share my thrilling life with all my fans. Like today, my dear friend Ladybug showed up to ask me for advice." Chloe Bee said as we switch to see a costumed Chloe as Ladybug sitting nearby.
"I admire Queen Bee so much. She showed me what being a superhero is all about and always fixes the messes Cat Noir, Silver Claw and I get ourselves into." Chloe Bug said.
"Oh please you would do the same for me." Chloe Bee said.
"Like you ever make mistakes." Chloe Bug said.
"That's not Ladybug, that's you Chloe!" Ivan points out causing everyone to laugh.
"Of course that's the real Ladybug!" Chloe said causing Marinette to facepalm.
'Not even close.' Sam thought looking at Marinette.
"But Chloe can you tell me why you chose to do your assignment about yourself—I mean Queen Bee?" Ms. Bustier asks.
"Well, our assignment was to choose an important person in French history and I actually saved France. Even Ladybug says so." Chloe said.
"Chloe, it's so obvious that's you dressed up as Ladybug. You didn't even bother to match her hair color." Alya points out.
"Uh she just… dyed her hair blonde to look like me." Chloe said as the entire class started laughing again. "Ugh, you're all a bunch of losers! Except you, Adrikins. None of you deserve to see the rest of my documentary." Chloe said sitting down.
"Oh what a shame." Marinette said but when everyone heard that they all burst into laughter realizing Marinette said it a little louder than she thought.
As she looks around Chloe noticed even Sabrina was laughing at that remark but quickly tried to cover it up.
"I saw you laughing with the other idiots; you're fired!" Chloe points.
"I betrayed my best friend!" Sabrina sobs.
"How could you not laugh Sabrina? The whole super hero thing has totally gone to her head." Alya said taking out her phone and swiping a video of Ladybug, Cat Noir and Silver Claw dealing with Queen Bee after the metro incident. "She wasn't the hero. Ladybug, Cat Noir and Silver Claw were."
"She was a hero for five minutes and totally went out of control." Alix said.
"Even the non-regular heroes Rena Rouge and Carapace did better." Sam said causing Nino and Alya to smile hearing that.
"We may not deserve to see your documentary but you don't deserve to be called a superhero!" Marinette said.
"What?! ou will pay for your insulting remarks, Dupain-Cheng!" Chloe snaps.
"Calm down students." Ms. Bustier said walking over.
"This is ridiculous!" Chloe snaps storming out.
"Chloe class isn't over yet." Ms. Bustier calls out.
"You're all ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!" Chloe snaps.
"Ugh she'll never change." Marinette groans.
"She's starting to act more like her mom." Sam groans.
Meanwhile at the Mayor's Office, Andre was marrying a couple.
"By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife." Andre said when the door opens revealing Audrey and Chloe.
"Oh good, you're married. Now get out!" Audrey said.
"Shoo!" Chloe said pushing the couple out of the room.
"What in the world is going on, my sweetie pie?" Andre asks when Audrey slams her hand down on his desk startling him.
"I demand you close the school down for good!" Audrey said.
"I want you to banish Marinette Dupain-Cheng from Paris!" Chloe said.
"That monster hurt your little girl's feelings!" Audrey said.
"And she got the whole class to gang up on me! They all have to pay!" Chloe said.
"But I just can't! I mean I can shut the school down for a few days maybe a week." Andre said.
"Not good enough!" Audrey said.
"Shut it down forever!" Chloe said.
"But that's impossible! I love you, Chloé, but you're asking too much of me this time. I'm only the mayor." Andre said.
"Precisely, what's the point of this stupid sash if you can't use its power? Ridiculous, utterly ridiculous." Chloe said.
"You've always been too good for your classmates. Maybe you should switch schools?" Andre suggests causing Chloe to groan annoyed.
"Change schools? Ugh forget it! We need to change cities! We're going to New York!" Audrey said leading Chloe out.
"But wait!" Andre said running after his family.
At the Le Grand Paris Hotel, Andre arrives to see Chloe already moving her stuff out.
"Don't forget my Tourbillon stiletto, Jean-Marc." Chloe said.
"Of course Miss." Jean said carrying tons of boxes.
"I can't be the mayor of Paris if we're living in New York. It's too far. How about somewhere closer? Like Versailles?" Andre offers.
"Well, it won't make the slightest bit of difference since you're so powerless, anyway." Chloe said typing on her phone.
"Not only are you incapable of solving a simple problem for your daughter, you're also refusing to come with us?" Audrey asks typing on her phone as well.
"No I-I-I…ah." Andre said getting an idea and taking out a box. "Look at this, my sweetie. It's for you." When he opens it a bright golden light shines from it but Chloe isn't fazed.
"What is that? It's tiny." Chloe asks.
"Yes, but very expensive! It's a diamond-encrusted phone case. Are you sure you don't want to stay after all?" Andre asks but Chloe knocks it out of his hand.
"I don't want that thing! What kind of daddy are you if you can't even give me what I want?" Chloe asks as she and her mom leave.
"But…what more can I do?" Andre whimpers.
At his base, Hawk Moth saw everything.
"A man of power feeling helpless as a father. I sense very strong negative emotions from him." Hawk Moth said turning a butterfly into an akuma. "Fly away, my little akuma, and evilize him!"
On the roof of the hotel, Chloe and her mom get into the helicopter before it flew away.
"Noo!" Andre yells but it was too late.
As he dropped to his knees, the akuma entered his sash.
"Malediktator, I am Hawk Moth. Your wife and daughter think you're weak and useless? Well, I shall give you absolute power. Anything you declare will happen!" Hawk Moth said telepathically.
"By the power vested in me, I shall prevail as Malediktator!" Andre declares as he transforms.
At the school, everyone was sitting down for lunch when Chloe's helicopter approached them.
"Hey there losers! I'm headed to New York with my mom. I'm leaving you all behind in your pathetic little school and your pathetic little city. Adieu!" Chloe said through a megaphone.
"Chloe's leaving?" Nino asks.
"Forever?" Nathaniel asks.
"Looks like it." Alya said.
"I don't believe it." Sam said.
"I know." Marinette said as all of them paused for a few seconds before bursting into cheers.
Grabbing Sam, Alya lead him to the front where they led a conga line.
"With Chloe gone Paris will be filled with a lot less negative emotions." Marinette smiles.
"And less akumatizations." Tikki adds when Adrien enters the school.
"Hey what's going on?" Adrien asks.
"Chloe's gone! She's moving to New York!" Marinette cheers surprising him.
"Chloe left…for good?" Adrien asks.
"Yeah isn't that great?" Marinette asks.
"No I think it's terrible. How can you celebrate something like this?" Adrien asks.
"But Chloe's a total brat to everyone and she was useless anyway." Marinette said.
"No one's useless, not even Chloe. When I was little and wasn't allowed out of my house Chloe was my only friend." Adrien said.
"Oh…well uh." Marinette said surprised to hear that.
"She left angry and unhappy. I can't celebrate that." Adrien said walking away.
"I'm sorry Adrien." Marinette sighs when Sam walks over.
"Whoo that conga line was wild." Sam said when he noticed Adrien. "What's with him?"
"Adrien doesn't like that we're celebrating Chloe leaving." Marinette said.
"You're kidding." Sam said.
"I'm not." Marinette said.
"Oh great." Sam rolls his eyes.
Adrien was a good friend but man that dude needs to realize what kind of person Chloe really is.
Meanwhile as the helicopter neared the airport, a man with blue skin was watching.
"By the power vested in me, I order you to land." He said as a he fired a yellow orb hitting the pilot causing him to land.
"What's going on? This isn't the airport." Audrey said when Malediktator walks in, he was a large muscular, man with blue skin, a blue hat and a red white and blue sash across his chest.
"Chloe my daughter. You are not leaving for New York!" Malediktator declares.
"Daddy?" Chloe said surprised.
"Now I have the power to close down the school and punish everyone who was mean to you. Come with me!" Malediktator said holding out his hand.
"Really? Well…that's…excellent." Chloe said a little nervous.
"Andre getting yourself akumatized like everyone else in this town does not make you a cool or hip father. In fact it makes you—"
"By the power vested in me, I declare that you will be devoted to this family and remain in Paris with me and Chloe." Malediktator orders hitting her with a yellow orb.
"Oh my dear hubby I'm so happy to be staying here." Audrey smiles running over to him and kissing him multiple times.
"Ew! Just when I thought things were working out. Ugh! How would Ladybug get out of this ridiculous situation?" Chloe looks around and sneaks out of the helicopter towards the metro entrance. "Well done Chloe now you just have to—" Pausing Chloe smells something down there and cringed. "Ew what a stench. Come on Chloe you're a hero. You can do this." Holding her nose Chloe made her way down.
"Chloe sweetie why don't you come—huh? Where did you go?" Malediktator gasps seeing his daughter was gone.
"Don't worry I'm sure we'll find her." Audrey said.
"Malediktator, if you want to find your daughter, you must first cause chaos in Paris. Start with the school. She'll come back of her own accord." Hawk Moth suggests.
"Good idea! Let's go show those little savages what they get for showing my daughter such disrespect." Maledikator grins.
At the school, Nino had a mixing table set up and everyone was dancing to the beat…well almost everyone.
Marinette was sitting down feeling bad because Adrien was down when Sam and Alya walk over.
"Come on, girl. Just because Adrien's bummed out doesn't mean you have to be, too." Alya said.
"Yeah, but I think I was a bit harsh on her earlier. What if Adrien's right and Chloe isn't just a brat?" Marinette asks.
"What else could she possibly be? Superbrat, maybe." Alya said.
"Yeah when was the last time that girl did something nice on her own accord?" Sam asks when they heard a helicopter.
Looking up they saw Malediktator above them.
"By the power vested in me I declare this school a demolition site!" Malediktator declares throwing a big yellow ball that crashed down on most of the students.
"Come on, students, let's wreck this place!" Mr. Damocles said as he and all the students started wrecking the place.
Looking in horror, Adrien and Marinette run off to different areas when Sam grabs Alya and pulls her away.
Entering a classroom, Sam and Alya pant as Faang flies out.
"Guys I think that's Mayor Bourgoeis or was him at least." Alya said.
"First the mother, then the daughter and now the father? Man that family has issues." Faang said.
"No kidding." Sam said before turing to Alya. "Luckily I picked this up today." Sam pulls out the Miraculous box causing Alya to smile widely. "What do you say Rena Rouge?"
"I say between Chloe leaving and this. You are really making my day." Alya said before grabbing Sam and pulling him into a big kiss on the lips which he happily returns.
"Hey!" Faang said stopping them. "You two mind saving the making out until after we stop the bad guy?"
Suddenly a chair flew through the window nearby startling them.
"We'll do this another time." Alya said.
"Good call." Sam said as she opened the box and Trixx flew out.
"Hello Alya." Trixx smiles.
"Hey Trixx, let's do this. Trixx, Let's Pounce!" Alya said as her necklace glowed and she transformed into Rena Rouge.
"Faang, Teeth Out!" Sam said as his bracelet glowed and he transformed into Silver Claw.
"Now, where is that girl, Marinette Dupain-Cheng? I've got a special declaration just for her." Malediktator asks landing in the courtyard.
In the locker room, Tikki was let out.
"Looks like Chloe managed to get one last victim before she left Paris." Tikki said.
"Yeah, and I might be partly to blame. Tikki, Spots on!" Marinette said as her earrings glowed and she transformed into Ladybug.
"Where is that Marinette?" Maladiktator asks.
"Hey you!" Turning around Malediktator saw Cat Noir, Silver Claw and Rena Rouge standing on the helicopter blades.
"Do you have a permit to land this helicopter here?" Rena Rouge asks.
"Or a demolition permit to destroy this school?" Cat Noir asks.
"Because if not we're taking you in." Silver Claw said.
"I don't need a permit. I am Malediktator, the all-powerful super mayor of Paris, and this is my city." Malediktator states when Ladybug drops in alongside them.
"Paris is our city! It belongs to everyone." Ladybug declares as they drew their weapons.
Leaping in Silver Claw swings his sword but Malediktator dodges only for Rena Rouge to whack him with her flute.
Swinging his arm, Maledikator forces Rena Rouge to jump back when Cat Noir leaps in only to block his staff.
Spinning her yoyo, Ladybug wraps it around his free arm and pulls while the other three hero charge in.
Acting quickly Malediktator grabs a nearby bench and swings it at them forcing them to leap back before attacking Ladybug forcing her to let go.
"By the power vested in me, I declare your Miraculous are my property!" Malediktator said creating four orbs that flew towards them.
Moving quickly all four heroes bob and weave to avoid falling under the spell before they retreat up onto the rooftops.
"If we get hit by those things we're done for." Silver Claw said.
"The akuma has to be in his sash." Ladybug said.
"Man talk about a big target." Rena Rouge said.
"It's time we impeach him and declare him powerless!" Cat Noir said.
"Lucky charm!" Ladybug threw her yoyo into the sky and from it an abacus appeared. "An abacus?"
"What are we supposed to do with that?" Silver Claw asks.
"While you two figure that out we'll take care of Malediktator." Cat Noir said as he and Rena Rouge readied themselves.
"I'll cover you." Rena Rouge said as they as leapt in.
"Wait of course!" Ladybug realized. "Cat Noir, Rena Rouge wait!"
But it was too late, the two heroes were closing in.
"By the power vested in me—" Malediktator blasts both of them with yellow orbs. "I declare you both a cat and a fox."
Instantly Cat Noir and Rena Rouge started walking in all fours meowing and yelping like a real cat and fox.
"Oh no!" Ladybug gasps.
"This is not good." Silver Claw gulps.
"Aw what little cuties." Audrey squeals petting them.
"Take their Miraculous!" Hawk Moth orders but when Malediktator tries to both Cat Noir and Rena Rouge hiss making him back away.
"Well at these animals aren't tamed yet." Silver Claw said before turning to Ladybug. "Any ideas?"
"Yeah stay outta sight and keep an eye on Malediktator. Make sure he doesn't try anything with Cat Noir and Rena Rouge." Ladybug said.
"Okay. Hang on you two!" Silver Claw calls out as he leapt away to hide and Ladybug swung away causing Malediktator to growl.
"Let them go. They'll be back to save their partners soon but they'll be too late. Grab Cat Noir and Rena Rouge's Miraculous!" Hawk Moth orders.
Sneaking up behind the helicopter Silver Claw looks to see Malediktator walking over.
Narrowing his eyes, Silver Claw was about to attack when he noticed Audrey petting Rena Rouge and playing with Cat Noir.
"Please, Malediktatorkins, can't we keep them just a little longer?" Audrey asks.
"If it'll make you happy." Malediktator sighs.
"Don't let me down Malediktator, or I'll take away your powers!" Hawk Moth threatens.
"They're completely harmless now. Taking their Miraculous would be like taking candy from a baby." Malediktator said as Silver Claw stepped back into hiding.
'Gotta say after seeing the real Audrey Bourgeois and Style Queen seeing her like this scarier than both of them combined.' Silver Claw thought not taking his eyes off them.
At Master Fu's place, Fu was holding his own abacus when the door opened revealing Marinette.
"Master Fu! A villain has turned Cat Noir and Rena Rouge into a cat and fox!" Marinette said shocking him.
"What?! But… perhaps you shouldn't have left them by themselves. They're at Hawk Moth's mercy!" Fu gasps.
"Don't worry Silver Claw is keeping an eye on them, but the Lucky Charm told me to come here." Marinette said.
"And the Lucky Charm never fails." Fu said before getting the Miracle Box and placing it in front of her. "Marinette Dupain-Cheng, pick an ally you can trust to fight alongside you on this mission. Choose wisely; such powers are meant to serve the greater good. Once the mission is over, you'll retrieve the Miraculous from them."
" I must choose someone who's not impressed by people in power. Who can help me trap Malediktator. Huh?! Of course! That's it." Marinette reaches for the Bee Miraculous but pauses. "Wait what am I thinking?"
"Follow your instincts Marinette." Tikki urges as Marinette picks the Miraculous.
"Are you sure you want to give it back to her?" Fu asks nervously.
"Don't worry Master Fu. I know how to make good use of it this time." Marinette said.
At Marinette's family bakery, Tom and Sabine were hard at work when Malediktator walks in with Audrey, Cat Noir and Rena Rouge nearby.
"Where is your daughter?" Malediktator asks.
"Uh would you…like to place an order?" Sabine asks nervously.
"By the power vested in me, I declare that Marinette Dupain-Cheng's parents will leave Paris FOREVER!" Malediktator declares creating a bright flash of light.
On a rooftop nearby, Silver Claw was watching in horror.
"Come on Marinette get here quick." Silver Claw gulps wanting to help but if he got under the spell it could even worse for Ladybug. For now, all he could do was watch and make sure Cat Noir and Rena Rouge still had their Miraculous.
Down the street, Marinette was running as fast as she could looking for Chloe.
"I gotta find Chloe before Malediktator." Marinette said taking out her phone.
"Marinette, look!" Tikki points.
Looking ahead she saw her parents walking down the street with suitcases.
"What are they doing? Hide, Tikki." Marinette said before running over. "Mom! Dad!"
"Ah, Marinette. A man named Malediktator was looking for you. Thanks to him, we're leaving Paris forever." Tom said surprising her.
"Come with us, honey. Last one there is a big slow snail." Sabine said as they walked away.
"Your poor parents. We really have to stop Malediktator, Marinette." Tikki said.
"I know, but I've got to find Chloe first. Silver Claw and I can't do this alone. She talked about her secret lair in her documentary." Marinette took out her phone and looked at the video. "Hmm. Wait a minute. I know where her lair is!"
At Chloe's room, Malediktator walks in looking for her.
"Chloe. Where are you sweetie? I've done almost everything you've asked me to. So you can stay here with mommy and daddy." Malediktator said as Chloe ran to a different hiding spot but tripped. "Come on Chloe you don't want to upset me…do you?!" Malediktator said looking behind a chair only to hear footsteps coming from outside. "My patience has its limits, Chloe. Don't make me show all of Paris just how powerful I can be!"
Looking around outside he didn't see any sign of her either.
"We can't find her, Malediktator." Jean said walking out.
"Well, keep looking. She's got to be hiding here somewhere. Call me as soon as you find her." Malediktator said walking in only to reveal Chloe was hiding behind the wall.
"Of course sir." Jean said as Chloe used this chance to sneak up to the roof.
Running up as fast as she could Chloe looks to see Ladybug waiting for her.
"Are you okay?" Ladybug asks.
"Ladybug, finally! You're going to help me, right?" Chloe asks.
"I'm fine with helping you, Chloe, but first I need you to tell me what happened. Why is your father— I mean, Malediktator, so mad?" Ladybug asks.
"It's because of this super lame loser named Marinette Dupain-Cheng. She's this horrible girl in my class and she hates me. She's ganged everyone else against me—"
"Maybe this Marinette girl isn't entirely to blame?" Ladybug said.
"Ugh. Okay, it wasn't totally Marinette's fault. She is really mean to me sometimes, but actually, this time, Daddy got angry all by himself." Chloe said.
"All by himself?" Ladybug asks not buying it.
"Yeah, because… there was something he couldn't do." Chloe said as Ladybug put a hand on her shoulder.
"Chloe it's me, Ladybug. You can trust me. You can tell me the truth." Ladybug said.
"It…it was me. I hurt my dad's feelings. Because I want to leave Paris, forever." Chloe admits.
"Because of what happened in school? I'm sure Marinette probably didn't exactly mean what she said." Ladybug said.
"It's not just her actually, I don't even care about her it's because I have no reason to be here: nobody likes me; I have no friends. I'm… useless." Chloe said tearing up.
"A friend once told me: nobody is useless." Ladybug said.
"It's easy for you to say that. You're Ladybug, a superhero. You serve a purpose." Chloe said.
"Yes, I can fix up all the messes. You said it yourself in your documentary." Ladybug said causing her to gasp.
"You saw it?! Oh! I'm so embarrassed. That film's ridiculous. Utterly ridiculous. I realize that now." Chloe said.
"Don't worry Chloe. You can fix your own messes, if that's what you want. You, too, can serve a purpose, but you have to want to." Ladybug said as Chloe wiped her tears.
"I do want to." Chloe nods.
"Chloe Bourgeois, here is the Bee Miraculous, which grants you the power to immobilize your opponent. You will use it for the greater good." Ladybug said holding out the Miraculous box.
When Chloe opens it Pollen appears.
"At your service, my Queen." Pollen said.
"Once the job is complete, you will return the Miraculous to me. Can I trust you, Chloe?" Ladybug asks as Chloe put the hairpin in her hair.
"I won't let you down this time. Pollen, Buzz on!" Chloe said as her hairpin glowed and she transformed into Queen Bee.
Soon Ladybug and Queen Bee were running across the rooftops.
"I've always dreamed of doing this with you!" Queen Bee said excited.
"We must work together as a team, all right, Queen Bee?" Ladybug asks.
"Yes, yes, don't worry. I've been practicing since forever." Queen Bee said when Ladybug called Silver Claw.
"Silver Claw are you there?" Ladybug asks.
"What's up Ladybug?" Silver Claw said on the other line.
"What's the situation with Malediktator? Where is he?" Ladybug asks.
"He's at the Mayor's Office, but you better get here fast. Things are getting ugly I could really use some help." Silver Claw said.
"We'll be right there." Ladybug said.
Outside the Hotel de Ville, Police were lined up in front.
"Mr. Mayor I mean Malediktator. You are surrounded. Please renounce your akuma and we'll forget this ever happened." Roger said through a megaphone.
Soon multiple heavily armed police officers entered the Mayor's office to see, Audrey serving him tea.
"Oh would you like some tea?" Audrey asks.
"It's okay, honey. They've got more important things to do. By the power vested in me, I declare that you are my shield." Malediktator said as a ball of yellow light hit each one.
That night, Silver Claw was looking across from the rooftops as Malediktator sat with Audrey, Cat Noir, Rena Rouge and multiple police officers.
"None shall pass, Malediktator." They chanted.
"Oh great." Silver Claw groans when Ladybug and Queen Bee came.
"Silver Claw good to see you're okay." Ladybug said when Silver Claw noticed Queen Bee.
"Uh Ladybug why is Queen Bee with you?" Silver Claw asks.
"Hi Silver Claw, Ladybug brought me here to back you guys up." Queen Bee said excited.
Eyes widening Silver Claw looks to Ladybug with a look that said "Are you insane?"
"Trust me Silver Claw, Queen Bee is exactly who we need right now." Ladybug said.
Okay." Silver Claw said not sure about this just yet.
"Okay here's the plan—"
But before Ladybug could say anything Queen Bee moves in.
"Here I am, Daddy! I'm sorry I hurt your feelings the way I did. Stop all this nonsense at once!" Queen Bee shouts.
"My honey pie, you look so pretty in that suit!" Audrey said.
"Ugh! And please put Mom back to normal. I can't bear to see her like this." Queen Bee said.
"Yeah sorry Queen Bee but happy is not a good look for her it's creepy." Silver Claw said.
"Totally agree. Daddy your powers are ridiculous utterly ridiculous." Queen Bee said.
"That's enough! Now you're going to do what I tell you to do. By the power vested in me, give me your Miraculous!" Malediktator snaps firing three orbs of light at them.
As they leaped out of the way, Silver Claw drew his sword and attacked but the attack was blocked by the wall of shields made by the Policemen.
Ladybug and Queen Bee try to attack as well but like with Silver Claw their attacks were blocked too.
Looking up the three heroes saw the three orbs fly towards them forcing them to jump back.
"You won't pull it off like that! People only respect absolute power!" Hawk Moth said.
"You're right, Hawk Moth. By the power vested in me, I declare you all MY SLAVES!" Malediktator said creating a giant ball of light.
"Oh man that's not good." Silver Claw gulps.
"That's gonna be a tough bubble to pop." Queen Bee gulps.
"He's gonna take over the whole city!" Ladybug said.
"First we gotta get past the guards." Silver Claw said.
"Lucky Charm!" Ladybug threw her yoyo into the air and a huge gun with a laser sight and a ball for a silencer appeared.
"Now that's a lucky charm." Queen Bee smiles.
Looking to the laser sight and ball, Ladybug grabs that and throws the rest away.
"Like I'd ever use that." Ladybug said as she looks around getting an idea.
"What's the plan?" Silver Claw asks as Ladybug hands him the ball.
"Silver Claw you get Rena Rouge's attention, I got Cat Noir. Queen Bee, time to take the sting out." Ladybug grins getting a plan.
"Venom!" Queen Bee said as a giant yellow stinger appeared in her hand.
"Focus on Malediktator; we'll deal with the guards." Ladybug said.
"Hey little fox." Silver Claw said as Rena Rouge looked over to him. "Come here, I got something you'll really like." Silver Claw said holding up a ball getting her attention.
Smiling Rena Rouge crawled over to him and Ladybug used the laser sight to get Cat Noir's attention.
Looking at the little red light, Cat Noir chased it like a regular cat and knocks half the guards off the roofs.
Throwing the ball at each guard Rena Rouge leaps in and tackled the other guards off the roofs trying to get the ball.
"No!" Malediktator gasps.
"Sorry Daddy!" Leaping in Queen Been slams her stinger right into him paralyzing him. "Your turn Ladybug!" Queen Bee said tossing the sash to Ladybug who breaks it releasing the akuma.
"No more evil doing for you little akuma. Time to de-evilise!" Spinning her yoyo Ladybug captures the akuma and turns it back into a butterfly. "Gotcha! Bye-Bye little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!" Throwing the laser sight into the air, Ladybug undid all the damage and returned everyone back to normal including Mayor Bourgeois.
"Wha? What are we doing here?! What have you done this time, Andre?" Audrey asks no longer nice.
"Ah, bummer; don't tell me I missed out on the party." Cat Noir asks.
"What happened?" Rena Rouge asks.
"You guys, missed Queen Bee help me and Ladybug saving Paris, for real this time." Silver Claw said.
Ladybug looks to Queen Bee and instantly she knew it was time. "I understand Ladybug, Buzz Off." Queen Bee said as she turned back into Chloe. "Being a superhero isn't only about fixing messes." Chloe said handing the Miraculous back to her.
'We'll I'll be, Chloe actually did do something nice on her own accord.' Silver Claw thought as Ladybug held out her fist causing Chloe to smile.
"Pound it." Ladybug and Chloe said before Chloe walked off.
"Utterly ridiculous." Audrey said as Chloe walked up to them.
"Mommy, Daddy! Come on, let's go home." Chloe said as she led her parents away.
"Well this day couldn't get any werider." Rena Rouge said.
"Sorry we weren't much help today milady." Cat Noir said.
"Actually if it wasn't for you two we might not have won today." Ladybug said.
"Really how so?" Rena Rouge asks.
"Tell me." Cat Noir said when Ladybug's earrings blnked.
"Sorry Bug Out!" Ladybug said swinging away forcing them to look at Silver Claw who snickers.
"Sorry but this is too rich. Maybe another time." Silver Claw smirks.
"Come on tell me." Rena Rouge said when Silver Claw held out a ball and snickered more.
"Let's just say this was how you did it." Silver Claw said before leaping away leaving Rena Rouge and Cat Noir equally confused.
At Master Fu's place, Marinette gave the Miraculous back.
"You took a big risk entrusting this Miraculous to Chloe Bourgeois. Do you really think she's got what it takes to be a superhero?" Fu asks.
"Yes, I do. Ladybug has made me a better Marinette. So, perhaps being Queen Bee will make her a better Chloe, too." Marinette nods.
"That's very noble of you, Marinette." Fu smiles.
At the Le Grand Paris Hotel, Jean was grabbing some chairs at Chloe's secret lair.
"It's okay, Jean-Yves; I'll take care of it." Chloe said.
"Are you sure?" Jean asks surprised.
"Yes, I need to do it myself." Chloe nods as she took the chair, but when she turned around she saw Marinette nearby.
"Chloe?" Marinette said.
"Dupain-Cheng?" Chloe gasps.
At the school another party was going on when Marinette and Chloe arrive.
"Alright I came to your stupid party, now what?" Chloe asks.
"Look there, we're having a party in honor of the girl who saved Paris: Queen Bee!" Ladybug said gesturing to a poster of her.
"But Queen Bee is… me. Yo-you're having a party… for me?" Chloe said surprised.
"Chloe! I thought I lost you!" Sabrina said hugging Chloe.
"Okay, no need to make a big thing of it. Ugh! Besides, you're wrinkling my clothes." Chloe said trying to hide a smile on her face.
"Sorry." Sabrina said letting go.
"Alright, alright, let me go. I wanna show you the diamond phone case Daddy gave me." Chloe said pulling out the incredibly bright phone case causing everyone to cringe at how bright it was. "Your daddy wouldn't be able to buy you one of these, would he?"
"I can't believe you really through Chloe a party." Sam said as he and Adrien walked over.
"Yeah that was pretty cool." Adrien said.
"Well she did save Paris so she just may be able to save herself, too. Am I right?" Marinette asks when Sam noticed Alya with a bitter look on her face.
"Rena Rouge and Carapace helped Ladybug save Paris, but nobody threw them a party." Alya rolls her eyes when Sam walks over.
"Because Rena Rouge is a better hero than Queen Bee. She doesn't need a party to know that she's an amazing hero." Sam whispers causing Alya to smile.
"Yeah I guess she is." Alya said.
"Besides we don't know their identities, unlike Chloe. If she feels like she can be useful, I'm sure she'll change her attitude." Marinette said as they looked to see Chloe taking selfies with her new phone.
"Yeah sure she will." Sam rolls his eyes.
"Baby steps." Marinette said.
