Chapter 50: Heroes Day Part 1
Hey everyone I'm back with a new chapter. Wow I made it to the end of Season 2 and it has been a wild ride. I know it's a two-parter and I'm sorry but I still need to work out the last details for part 2 but I promise it'll be awesome. I hope you like what I have planned. Please Review and Enjoy.
It was early in the morning, as Ladybug arrives in her room and changes back into Marinette.
"Finally." Marinette yawns before laying in bed.
At Adrien's place, Cat Noir leaps in before changing back into Adrien.
"That villain was tough." Adrien said before falling into bed.
As Sam's house, Silver Claw climbs in through the window and turns back into Sam.
"Ugh thank god that's over." Sam yawns falling onto his bed.
In Marinette's room, Marinette finally put the covers over her.
"Good night, Tikki." Marinette said.
"Sleep tight Marinette." Tikki said kissing her forehead.
Seconds later, Marinette's phone rang signaling the alarm.
"Rise and shine everyone! Today is Heroes Day. A day when you too can be a hero!" The radio said causing her eyes to widen.
Soon she was out of bed and running down the stairs.
"Heroes Day?! How could I forget to plan my good deed?" Marinette panics.
"And the fact that you were up all-night saving Paris isn't enough of a good deed?" Tikki asks.
"No, Tikki. Because that was a secret and Ladybug's good deed. Heroes Day is when everyday citizens perform a good deed for other people's benefit." Marinette said as Tikki flew into her purse.
In the bakery, Tom and Sabine were working on something when Marinette came in.
"Dad, Mom, it's Heroes' Day today!" Marinette said.
"Just like every year, sweetie." Tom chuckles grabbing a box of macaroons. "I've put one of every flavor in there for each of your classmates."
"You can't get much better than that in the good deed department." Sabine smiles.
"You guys are my heroes." Marinette smiles.
At Sam's house, Sam walks out of the bathroom after washing his face to see his parents in the kitchen.
"Morning mom, morning dad." Sam said taking some toast and bacon.
"Happy Heroes Day sweetie." Lily said.
"Heroes Day. We didn't have a holiday like this back in United States that's for sure." Nick said.
"I think it's great. Encourages people to do good deeds." Sam said sipping his juice.
"Well for our first Heroes Day we certainly went big." Lily said.
"I better get going. Don't wanna be late." Sam said hugging his parents goodbye.
At Adrien's house, Adrien was brushing his teeth when Plagg flew over with a piece of cheese.
"Heroes Day. We're already heroes. Come on, let's go back to bed." Plagg said.
"Plagg. Do you really have to eat that so early in the morning?" Adrien asks covering his nose as Plagg eats the whole thing in one bite.
Walking out of his room, Adrien sees his father outside in front of his mother's statue in the garden before walking down to meet Natalie.
"The fencing hall is booked for 6:05 p.m. and the Chinese classroom for 6:35 p.m. just as you wished, and remember that you have to make an appearance in the Agreste Foundation's Heroes Gala." Natalie said.
"I'll be there." Adrien said walking out with his bodyguard.
In the garden, Natalie walks out to meet Gabriel.
"If it were to fail Nathalie, I could never forgive myself." Gabriel said.
"You made a promise to your wife. You've risked so much for the chance to bring her back." Natalie said showing him her tablet. "Lila has been harboring her rage against Ladybug and Rena Rouge for months, and today wherever she looks, she'll see the object of her hatred, and as predicted, her anger will reach devastating heights. Your plan is perfect, sir."
"And you're sure you want to do this?" Gabriel asks.
"I will always be here for you. We will succeed." Natalie assures.
We find ourselves at Ms. Bustier's class with Lila talking to everyone over video chat.
"Hey everyone." Lila waves.
"Hi Lila." The class said.
"We can't wait to hear what you've been doing since our last video chat. Tell us about your week in the Kingdom of Achu." Ms. Bustier said as Marinette was angrily typing on her phone.
"It's absolutely amazing! Prince Ali invited me and my parents to his gorgeous palace." Lila said when Marinette found something.
"Excuse me, Lila, but Prince Ali couldn't possibly have invited you because he is in the United States." Marinette said causing her to laugh.
"I never said he was actually there, Marinette. I just said he invited us, that's all. His parents organized the visit." Lila said.
"She's lying, and I'll expose her for the fake that she is." Marinette grumbles.
"Marinette take it easy. You're just mad because she hit on Adrien." Alya said.
"Not true." Marinette said.
'I haven't seen her since I kicked her butt as Rena Rouge.' Alya recalls remembering their showdown. 'Guess the girl needed a change of scenery.'
"I miss you guys so much. It's so hard being away on this magical trip so far from my friends, and especially on Heroes Day." Lila said.
"Aw." The class said touched by this.
"Lila what good deed are you planning to do for this special day?" Ms. Bustier asks.
"Today I'll be meeting up with Prince Ali to show him an idea I came up with. Marinette? Prince Ali is coming back to Achu today, isn't he?" Lila asks.
"Yeah that's right." Marinette sighs.
"So what is this big idea?" Max asks.
"I'm sure it's amazing." Rose said causing Marinette to growl and bite down on her phone which Sam noticed and cringed.
"Oh, it's nothing much! During our world travels, my diplomat parents have helped me convince the leaders of several nations to agree to reduce world pollution. I'm optimistic that the prince will jump on board." Lila said causing Adrien to sigh.
"That's incredible, Lila! Thank you on behalf of planet Earth." Ms. Bustier said.
"Well sure. Superheroes like Ladybug might save lives, but they couldn't care less about the environment, so somebody has to come to the rescue." Lila said causing Marinette to bang her head on her desk.
"I'm sure Ladybug would be very impressed by what you're doing." Bustier said.
"Yeah I don't think so." Sam mumbles looking at Marinette.
"Thank you for your encouraging words. I'm sorry, but it's late here with the time difference. As you can see behind me, the sun's already going down. I have to leave you now. See you soon!" Lila said.
"Thank you so much for calling us, Lila. And good luck with your project." Ms. Bustier said.
"Bye." The whole class said as Lila hung up.
In actuality Lila was not overseas, in fact, she was in her room in Paris and the background was just a poster.
As Lila closes her laptop on a Prince Ali website the door opens revealing Lila's mom who was on her phone.
"Who was that on the phone?" She asks.
"Mom? You know perfectly well that was my boyfriend, Adrien. He misses me so much he can't stop calling." Lila said.
"And school still hasn't reopened yet?" Lila's mom asks.
"No. It's too dangerous with all these akumatizations happening." Lila explains when her mom's phone rang.
"Oh it's your principal." She said noticing the caller ID.
"Don't answer him!" Getting up Lila hangs up the phone. "He's been akumatized too! Another poor soul that useless Ladybug was unable to save." Lila said when she heard cheering.
Looking out the window she saw giant balloons of Ladybug, Silver Claw, Cat Noir and all the heroes causing her to growl and shut the blinds.
"All these akumatizations are quite concerning. I'll bring it up at our next embassy meeting." Her mom leans in and kisses Lila on the head. "Ciao bella. Your lunch is in the fridge. I'll try not to be home too late." She said walking out leaving Lila angry.
In his office, Principal Damocles was in his Owl costume as he noticed his call was disconnected.
"Lila's parents must be caught in a typhoon overseas. I can't get ahold of them. It is now the hour of The Owl! Hoo! Hoo!" He said before heading out.
In Ms. Bustier's class, Ms. Bustier was talking to her class.
"Well, it isn't going to be easy living up to Lila's standards but let's not forget that we can all be heroes for this one day. We may not have Prince Ali as a friend but…" Before she could finish Mr. Damocles came in.
"We do have imagination. Hoo! Hoo!" Clicking on the remote all the Paris superheroes appeared. This year, Ladybug, Cat Noir and Silver Claw have been our heroes, protecting us from the terrible Hawk Moth. They've shown us that heroism is beyond comic books and fairy tales. Heroism is real, and it is up to you to show us how Ladybug and Cat Noir brought out the best in all of us. By being everyday heroes." He declares.
"So what heroic deeds have you all planned? Nino?" Ms. Bustier asks.
"I gotta admit, I've never used to do anything for anyone before, but Ladybug, Cat Noir and Silver Claw have shown me what being cool is really about." Nino said causing Sam, Marinette and Adrien to smile. "So this year, I'm going to visit the elderly residents at the local retirement home and play them all their favorite songs."
"Adrien?" Ms. Bustier asks looking to him.
"Today I plan to give my fencing classmates a lesson in Chinese and my Chinese classmates a lesson in fencing." Adrien said.
"Alya?"
"Last year, I wrote an article about equipping public buildings with disabled access. But after seeing Ladybug, Silver Claw and Cat Noir going that extra mile every single day, I decided that I, too, can do better. So I got the mayor's approval to improve facilities so that handicapped kids can actually attend our school." Alya said.
"Sam?" Ms. Bustier asks looking to him.
"Well this is my first Heroes Day so me and my family decided to work together and we're gonna donate a ton of new computers and tablets to schools who can't afford them in the area." Sam said.
"What about you Marinette?" Ms. Bustier asks as a nervous look appeared on her face.
"Uh so yeah…I have macarons." Marinette said taking out the box.
"Wow, like every year? You obviously went above and beyond, Dupain-Cheng." Chloe mocks.
"Hey even little things can be great." Sam said.
"She did what she could, and that's better than nothing." Alya adds.
"Hey, I am doing something. Now that I'm a superhero myself, I'll be signing autographs for anyone who wants one." Chloe said.
"Wait! It's not just macarons for us. I'm actually organizing a school-wide macaron tasting." Marinette said standing up surprising everyone. "Yeah. And they'll be more than just macarons, too. They'll be pastries and pies and fruits and cakes for anyone who wants them. I invite everybody to the biggest tasting at the park tonight."
"Cake for everyone!" Ivan declares as the whole class cheered and a nervous look appeared on her face.
At lunch, Sam was sitting down on a bench taking a breath.
"Man talk about going big." Faang said popping his head out.
"Yeah everyone is going big but I'm a little worried about Marinette she might have gone too big." Sam said when suddenly a pair of hands covers his eyes.
"Guess who?"
"Hmm is that my girlfriend?" Sam smiles as Alya lets go.
"Hey hero." Alya said kissing him on the cheek and sitting down.
"I could say the same to you. Quite the plan of yours." Sam said.
"Well let's just say one hero inspired me more than the others." Alya giggles poking him in the chest.
"Oh you." Sam smiles hugging her before standing. "See you after break Faang and I gotta make sure mom and dad got everything ready."
At Marinette's bakery, she showed her dad how much she needed.
"Oh wow that's not the same as last year Marinette." Tom cringed.
"How about just half, then? 500 macarons, 100 pies, 300 sweet buns, and just 1000 croissants. That should be enough." Marinette said.
"If I didn't have this giant Ladybug cake to finish by tonight, I would gladly rise to the challenge but there's simply no way I can do both. I've committed myself, Marinette. I can't let the mayor down." Tom said.
"And I committed myself way over my head. Now I'm gonna let my whole class down." Marinette said sitting down.
"It's not too late to tell them the truth. Your friends will understand." Sabine said.
"But it won't be very heroic." Marinette sighs.
"Yes, it will. Being brave enough to face one's mistakes is heroic." Sabine assures.
"You're right. I get to work right away, I'll have enough time to make the macarons by myself." Marinette said grabbing an apron and going upstairs.
Meanwhile with Adrien he was finishing up his lunch by himself before sending a text to Natalie.
In Hawk Moth's lair, Natalie looks at her phone.
"Sir, Adrien has a special request. He'd like to go to a picnic tonight." Natalie reads.
"Fine. The plan is already in motion. Soon Paris will mourn their heroes." Gabriel smirks.
In Lila's room she was seeing images of Ladybug everywhere on her laptop even some Rena Rouge. "Liar! Traitor! Coward!" Lila growls when she sees an interview with Nadja and Gabriel.
"In honor of the wonderful Ladybug who has saved my son Adrien and myself, and who relentlessly protects all of us everyday, I have financed this tribute to Ladybug. Because Ladybug is the only true hero unlike her mediocre imitations, such as Volpina." Gabriel declares causing Lila to roar in anger and throw her laptop against the wall.
"I hate you Ladybug!" Lila yells.
At Hawk Moth's lair, Gabriel was looking at the tablet and of his recorded interview and grins.
"You were right, Nathalie. It's all going according to plan. Nooroo, dark wings rise!" Gabriel said taking off his tie to reveal his Miraculous before he transformed into Hawk Moth.
As a butterfly flew into his hand, Hawk Moth turned it into an akuma.
"Fly away, my little akuma and evilize the one who's been waiting your return for so long." Hawk Moth said as the akuma flew out the window.
In Lila's room she suddenly heard the fluttering of wings and saw an akuma fly into her wristbrand.
"Volpina." A familiar voice said.
"Hawk Moth." Lila grins.
"Your dreams were once a reality until Ladybug turned them into a nightmare and worse gave your dream to another. Regain your power of illusion and make this Heroes Day a nightmare for all Parisians." Hawk Moth declares.
"With great pleasure, Hawk Moth." Lila grins turning into Volpina.
In town, everyone was enjoying the parade while Volpina was atop the Eiffel Tower.
Grinning she took out her flute and suddenly Silver Claw and Cat Noir were facing an akumatized Ladybug who had black and red spots appeared atop the balloons.
"Look mommy! Ladybug looks weird." A girl points.
"Oh sweetie that's not Ladybug that's—" The mother looks up and gasps seeing Antibug fighting off Silver Claw and Cat Noir. "Ladybug?!"
Cat Noir leaps in but Antibug grabs Cat Noir's arm and throws him across the floats.
Charging in Silver Claw delivers a kick but Ladybug dodges and punches him sending him crashing next to Cat Noir.
"Everyone get outta the way!" Silver Claw calls out.
"Ladybug's been akumatized!" Cat Noir yells causing everyone to scream and panic.
"Hahahaha! Is that fear I smell? If you boys are looking for trouble, you've found it!" Antibug yells throwing her yoyo at them.
Drawing their staff and sword Silver Claw and Cat Noir deflect it.
"Ladybug, Silver Claw and Cat Noir are fighting each other! This is incredible ladies and gentlemen." The reporter said recording all of it from the news helicopter.
"It's over wolfie! Give me your Miraculous!" Antibug said clashing with Silver Claw.
"Never!" Silver Claw said when Cat Noir leaps in and knocks her back.
"If Hawk Moth wants jewelry he can make it himself!" Cat Noir said.
"Anticharm!" Antibug threw her yoyo into the air and from it, a giant bazooka appeared.
"Uh oh." Silver Claw gulps.
"I think I liked it better when she made smaller objects." Cat Noir gulps.
"You know what people do when a dog doesn't behave? They put it down!" Antibug declares shooting at them.
Acting quickly Silver Claw pushes Cat Noir onto the next balloon before the blast hits him directly causing an explosion horrifying everyone.
Zooming out tears ran down Alya's eyes at what she thought was the end of her boyfriend.
"No…Sam." Alya said horrified.
From the smoke, Cat Noir looks to see a charred Silver Claw mask and his Miraculous were all that was left.
"S-Silver Claw? No...SILVER CLAW" Cat Noir said in horror as Antibug took his bracelet.
"One down. One to go." Antibug grins.
"You monster! He was your friend!" Cat Noir snaps.
"Hawk Moth has no friends!" Antibug throws her yoyo which wraps around his left arm.
"I've got a nice gift for Hawk Moth. A very cool, Cataclysm!" Cat Noir said as dark energy surrounded his hand.
"Cataclysm to you too!" Yanking him in Antibug makes Cat Noir hit himself with his own Cataclysm destroying him leaving only his ring.
Horrified all the Parisans watch as Antibug picked up the ring and laughs.
"I'VE WON! HAWK MOTH HAS WON! FEAR PEOPLE OF PARIS! THERE'S NO ONE LEFT TO PROTECT YOU!" Antibug declares before leaving.
"Is Ladybug a baddie now?" The girl asks as her mother hugs her making her drop her Ladybug doll.
At his base, Hawk Moth grinned.
"So much sadness. So much disappointment. I can feel the chasm of despair and fear about to open and swallow up every single Parisian. Dear Volpina, you've performed your role well for the time being." Hawk Moth said telepathically.
"I'll be waiting Hawk Moth." Volpina said as her akuma was removed and she turned back into Lila.
When she did the Antibug illusion disappeared but everyone was too sad to notice.
As the akuma arrives back to him Hawk Moth pours more power into it once again.
"Are you ready, Nathalie?" Hawk Moth asks as she walks to him.
"They've been keeping you from achieving your dream for way too long. I will go to any lengths to end the reign of Ladybug, Cat Noir and Silver Claw." Natalie declares.
"Good." Hawk Moth said as his akuma entered her tablet.
"Catalyst. You have always been my most loyal supporter. I give you the ability to boost powers." Hawk Moth declares as Natalie transforms.
Catalyst wore a dark helmet with a red visor, a black dress suit with stiff shoulder pads.
Reaching out Catalyst touched Hawk Moth's cane.
"Hawk Moth, I give you the power to release as many akumas as you desire. From now on, you are the all-mighty Scarlet Moth." Catalyst declares as Hawk Moth turned scarlet red along with all his akumas.
"Fly away my little akumas. Find the Parisians as they despair over Cat Noir, Silver Claw and Ladybug's final hour and evilize each and every one of them!" Scarlet Moth declares as all his akumas flew out.
At Marinette's kitchen, Marinette and Tikki were hard at work.
"'ve got 32 minutes until the end of lunch break. At a rate of 10 macarons per minute that works out to..." Marinette opens the oven to reveal burned macaroons. "…one big fail. Aagh! Help me Tikki!"
"Do you want me to go back and fetch some more sugar?" Tikki asks.
"Why don't you just transform me into Ladybug instead? With a bit of luck, my Lucky Charm will give us a giant electric whisk or an oven full of quiches." Marinette suggests but Tikki just gives a disapproving look. "I know. It wouldn't be very hero-like of me to use my powers just for my own purposes." Marinette sighs.
"Just tell your friends the truth, Marinette." Tikki suggests.
"But that'll spoil the whole party." Marinette said.
"Today's Heroes Day, Marinette. Nothing can spoil the party." Tikki assures.
Back at the school, Marinette was coming up the stairs.
"Well, anyone can get carried away from time to time." Marinette sighs when Adrien arrives.
"Marinette!" Turning around Marinette saw Adrien running to her. "Marinette! This is awesome! My father gave me permission to come to your tasting."
"I, I, I uh." Marinette stutters.
"You didn't make enough pastries for me, is that it?" Adrien asks saddened.
"Oh no! We've got plenty! You're so cute. I mean, uh, it's so cute - cool. It's cool that you can make it." Marinette stutters.
"Hey what's going on out here?" Sam asks walking over.
"I got permission to come." Adrien said.
"Wow your dad actually let you?" Sam asks.
"I know right." Adrien smiles as they walk in and saw everyone with crushed looks on their faces.
"Hey what's going on?" Marinette asks.
"Alya?" Sam asks looking around when he noticed her in the corner. "Alya what's wrong?"
Gasping Alya looks up and saw him standing in front of her.
"You're alive!" Leaping in she hugs him tight. "I was so worried about you!"
"Whoa, whoa of course I'm alive what's wrong?" Sam asks.
As Adrien and Marinette approached Rose, Juleka and Mylene and they all showed them the video.
"Cat Noir and Silver Claw defeated. Ladybug in the clutches of the terrible Hawk Moth. This is Paris' worst nightmare." Nadja declares shocking them.
Sam looks to Alya and realized that's why she was so happy to see him. She thought he was dead.
"Ladybug defeated? Nothing will ever be rock 'n roll again." Jagged sobs.
"We'll have to cancel the concert." Clara sobs with him.
"You're right, Clara. There's no sense in celebrating Heroes' Day, either." Nadja agrees when tons of scarlet akumas flew in turning them into Prime Queen, Guitar Villain and Frightengale.
"Dear viewers, what does make sense is getting ready for the coming of…" Prime Queen starts.
"Our new lead rock star." Guitar Villain continues.
"Scarlet Moth!" Frightengale declares causing all of them to look in horror when tons of scarlet akumas flew in.
Gasping Adrien tackles Marinette out of the way while Sam pulls Alya to safety while everyone else ran.
"It's okay. No need to panic. I know what I have to do." Chloe said running off to her house.
Flying in the akumas enter Mylene's button turning her into Horrifcator.
"Mylene no!" Ivan said as one touched him turning him into a giant rock villain, this was Stoneheart.
Looking around they saw Rose become Princess Fragrance and Max became Gamer.
"This is bad, really bad." Juleka panics.
"Don't let fear control you Juleka!" Marinette calls out.
"Remember now! There's a hero in every one of us." Ms. Bustier said.
"As long as we show we're not scared. Hoot hoot!" Mr. Damocles said.
Taking a deep breath Juleka looks to the akumas and they flew away seeing she wasn't scared.
"It works." Sam said before turning to Alya.
"I was so scared. I thought I lost you forever." Alya said as Sam cups her cheek.
"I'm not going anywhere." Sam smiles kissing her forehead and instantly all her fear went away.
"You guys okay?" Sam looks to see Nino making akumas fly away.
"All good." Alya said taking out her phone. "Nora, whatever you do, don't let fear get ahold of you, you got me?"
At her apartment, Nora was swatting away an akuma while Etta and Ella were behind her.
"Fear? Little sister, fear is afraid of me!" Nora said swatting it away with a broom causing the twins to cheer.
All over people were getting akumatized: Gorizilla, Dark Cupid, Timebreaker, Giga Hurt, etc.
Noticing the chaos Adrien and Marinette ran off to transform.
"Alya, Nino you guys go around the school and try to help as many as you can." Sam said.
"Be careful." Alya said.
Running into a bathroom stall, Marinette let Tikki out.
"Too many people have been akumatized. It'd be foolish to try to fight them all. We must go see Master Fu right away." Marinette said.
"We better hurry." Tikki agrees.
"Tikki, Spots on!" Marientte said as her earrings glowed and she changed into Ladybug.
Sam runs into an empty closet and lets Faang out.
"Sam all hell is breaking loose." Faang said.
"Do we have time to get to Master Fu? I might need another Miraculous for this." Sam asks.
"I'm sure Ladybug is on her way there." Faang said.
"Then we better make sure Cat Noir and I are around when she gets back." Sam nods. "Faang, Teeth Out!" Sam said as his bracelet glows and he transforms into Silver Claw.
Nearby Adrien was looking for a place to hide when he gets spotted and grabbed by Gorizilla.
"Good, Gorizilla. Whatever happens, do not release Adrien. His safety is your number one priority. Now, come my dear akumatized friends." Scarlet Moth orders as all the akumatized villains in the school walked away.
Landing on the roof, Ladybug saw them all walk away.
"What are they doing?" Ladybug asks not noticing Vanisher watching her.
"Do not let her out of your sight, Vanisher." Scarlet Moth orders.
From his lair, Scarlet Moth was catching on.
"She's probably going to recruit other superheroes to help her battle my army. Without knowing it, she's going to lead us to the guardian of the Miraculous." He grins.
Down the streets, Gorizilla was leading Adrien away from the battle when suddenly a sword flew in landing in front of Gorizilla making him step back.
"What the?" Adrien looks to see Silver Claw blocking the road.
"Need a hand?" Silver Claw asks.
"Silver Claw!" Adrien smiles.
Gripping his sword, Silver Claw charges in as Gorizilla swings his giant paw at him but he jumps back.
"Over here you big ape!" Silver Claw taunts.
Gorizilla tries to follow but Silver Claw dodges before slamming his paw down to crush him but Silver Claw steps out of the way revealing a fire hydrant that when crushed blasted the big guy with a torrent of water.
Using this chance Silver Claw leaps in and grabs Adrien before hiding down an alley.
"Wow, thanks Silver Claw." Adrien smiles.
"No problem. Now you go find a good place to hide I got a city to save." Silver Claw said before leaping onto the rooftops.
"At least I know I can always count on him." Adrien said as Plagg flew out.
"Time for a real hero." Plagg said.
"Plagg, Claws Out!" Adrien said as his ring glowed and he transformed into Cat Noir.
As Ladybug was running through the street she suddenly came to a stop feeling like she was being followed.
Looking around Ladybug climbs down a manhole and runs behind a corner.
Waiting she saw the manhole opened and Vanisher's feet hit the water.
"I knew it!" Throwing her yoyo it wraps around vanisher trapping her.
Leaping in Ladybug yanked off Vanisher's glasses and broke them releasing the akuma. "No more evil-doing for you little akuma! Time to de-evilise!" Throwing her yoyo Ladybug turned the akuma back into a butterfly allowing Vanisher to turn back into Sabrina.
Groaning Sabrina looks up and smiles. "Ladybug? It's really you? The real Ladybug?" Sabrina said hugging her.
"Of course." Ladybug nods.
"We all saw you akumatized! You destroyed Cat Noir and Silver Claw you took their Miraculous to Hawk Moth. It was…" Sabrina said causing Ladybug to gasp.
"An illusion. Volpina." Ladybug said before heading to the exit.
"I'm going to tell the world not to lose hope because the real Ladybug is still going strong." Sabrina smiles.
"It is Heroes Day, after all. And I wouldn't miss it for the world." Ladybug said leaving.
At his base, Scarlet Moth was not happy about this.
"Vanisher? Why have I lost contact with you? Ladybug must've found you out, but there's no way she'll be able to figure out what I have in store for her next." Scarlet Moth said.
At Master Fu's place, Fu opens the door to see Marinette and Tikki panting heavily.
"I always knew that one day Hawk Moth would realize just how powerful he could be. That day has come, Marinette." Fu said taking out the Miraculous box. "Marinette Dupain-Cheng, you must pick an ally you can trust to fight alongside you on this mission. Once the mission is over, you will get the Miraculous back from them and return it to me."
"Take them all, Marinette! There need to be as many of us as possible." Tikki suggests.
"No, Tikki. In this case, less is more. I won't have time to explain everything again. I need allies who already know what needs to be done." Marinette said grabbing the Bee Miraculous first and then the Fox. "Silver Claw's gonna need his partner for this." Marinette looks up to Master Fu. "If I may, Master Fu?"
Nodding Master Fu took off his bracelet and handed it to her.
"So you want the Miraculouses, Hawk Moth? Then that's what you're going to get!" Marinette grins.
As Ladybug was swinging through the streets, she suddenly got some calls.
"Cat Noir? Silver Claw?" Ladybug said answering it.
"You didn't really think we were, down did you?" Silver Claw asks.
"No way I was gonna miss this party, milady. Especially with all these guests." Cat Noir said.
"How many are there?" Ladybug asks.
"Literally almost every villain we've faced." Silver Claw said.
"Looks like Hawk Moth made quite an army for himself." Cat Noir said.
"It's just as well. I'm planning to do the same." Ladybug said.
Turning around both boys saw Ladybug hold out the Bee and Fox Miraculous. "I got a mission for you two."
"Whoa." Cat Noir said.
At the school, Alya was hiding in the computer room when she heard a knock startling her.
"Hey it's okay." Alya looks to see Silver Claw leap in.
"Silver Claw." Alya smiles hugging him. "When this is over you and I are so going out again."
"Agreed but first I need a little help." Silver Claw smiles taking out a familiar necklace and Trixx came out.
"Hey Alya." Trixx smiles.
Grinning Alya puts the necklace on. "Just when I think I can't love you anymore."
"What you saw wasn't real it was an illusion and you know and I both know who uses those." Silver Claw said.
"Volpina. Guess it's time for round 2. No one blows up my boyfriend not even a fake one." Alya said determined. "Trixx, let's pounce!" As her necklace glowed Alya turned into Rena Rouge.
In the locker room, Nino was hiding in fear when the door opened to reveal Ladybug.
"Ladybug? It's really you? But…" Nino said surprised.
"Nino I need your help." Ladybug said.
"Seriously?" Nino asks as Ladybug took out his Miraculous box.
"I need Carapace." Ladybug smiles as Nino opens the box letting out Wayzz.
"Dude." Nino and Wayzz smile doing a little handshake of theirs.
"Wayzz, Shell On!" Nino said as his bracelet glowed and he transformed into Carapace.
"I like your recruit." Turning around Ladybug and Carapace saw Silver Claw and Rena Rouge ready.
"Only two more." Ladybug said as they ran out.
At the Le Grand Paris Hotel, Chloe had some sort of Bee Signal set up when it was suddenly unplugged.
"Ugh. I was starting to wonder what was taking you so long." Chloe turns around to see Cat Noir holding the plug. "What!? Ladybug sent over her second fiddle?"
"You know what? I'm sure I can find Ladybug a much better Queen Bee." Cat Noir said about to walk away.
"Okay, okay, we're good. Just give it to me. We've got work to do." Chloe said running to him.
"What's the magic word?" Cat Noir asks.
"Oh, c'mon. Everyone knows that it's buzz on." Chloe said.
"Uh uh uh." Cat Noir shook his head.
"Oh that magic word." Chloe sighs. "Could you give me my Miraculous, Cat Noir? Please." Chloe said mumbling that last part.
"Sorry I didn't get that." He smirks.
"Please!" Chloe said louder.
Nodding Cat Noir handed her the box and Pollen came out.
"Greetings my Queen." Pollen smiles.
"Pollen, Buzz On!" Chloe said as her hair pin glowed turning her into Queen Bee.
On the rooftop of the Palais de Challiot, the 6 heroes landed across from the Eiffel Tower where Scarlet Moth's army was.
"Why don't we fly in there and fight already?" Queen Bee asks.
"We won't be able to defeat them if don't know what they're planning." Ladybug said.
"Guys look!" Silver Claw points.
Looking at the Eiffel Tower they all gasped seeing Scarlet Moth looking down at his army.
"Good luck Scarlet Moth." Catalyst said watching everything from his base.
Prime Queen orders a camera to fly up to him so he could say something all over TV.
"Ladybug, Cat Noir, Silver Claw, behold my powerful army and have no doubt that today belongs to Scarlet Moth!" Scarlet Moth declares.
At Alya's apartment, Nora smiles seeing this.
"Ha, I told you so! If that fly-weight is talking to them, it means that Ladybug, Dog boy and Mister Whiskers are still around, and on the good guys' side." Nora smiles.
"Yay! Ladybug! Ladybug!" Etta and Ella cheered.
On the other side the six heroes readied themselves.
"Don't get too cocky Hawk Moth. I'm gonna sting you where it hurts." Queen Bee said taking out her top.
"It's only like ten villains for every one of us. Who wants Hawk Moth? How about we play rock, paper, scissors for it?" Cat Noir asks drawing his staff.
"You got my back?" Silver Claw asks drawing his sword.
"I always do." Rena Rouge said drawing her flute.
"This isn't gonna be easy." Carapace said putting his shield on his arm.
"So what's the plan milady?" Cat Noir asks Ladybug prepares herself for what might be the biggest battle they've ever faced.
