Hot Spring Race
Dane blinked slowly, crossing his arms and glaring at Asta.
"Please don't give me that look," Asta grimaced.
"How the fuck did you get me in this position?" Dane asked.
"It's not my fault!" Asta shrieked.
"Mereoleona?" Dane asked their kidnapper, the new Crimson Lions' captain and Fuegoleon's sister.
"There are two reasons I brought you," Mereoleona said. "Firstly is because Rookie Number Two claimed that you were his equal, so I wanted to find out if that's true."
"I'm sorry!" Asta shrieked.
"The other reason is because you are an immoral piece of trash who was taking advantage of those three women when we stumbled upon you, so you deserve punishment," Mereoleona finished.
Raya appeared in a flash of light. "Hi there. One of those three women. Nice to meet you. Dane wasn't taking advantage of-" Raya stopped as one of Mereoleona's seemingly endless number of flaming cat paws gripped the top of her head.
"You're coming two, Spirit," Mereoleona snapped.
Raya blinked in surprise, then crossed her arms, glaring at Asta along with Dane. In addition to the three of them, Mereoleona had abducted Yuno, Noelle, Yami, and Charlotte, and Sol had ridden along by clinging to Charlotte. All of them were glaring at Asta as though it were his fault. Then, finally, they had arrived.
"So the supposed hotspring you were taking us to was the Strong Magic Region on the Yultim Volcano Trail," Dane noted. "Asta, I'm going to kill you after we die here."
"It's not my fault!" Asta shrieked.
Ahead of them was a field of magma, multiple constantly-erupting volcanoes, and no clear path anywhere.
"What's the hold up!?" Mereoleona roared. "Let's get to work! As the Black Bulls rookie said, Yultim Volcano is a Strong Magic Region. Deep underground is a volcanic belt that's laced with mana and constantly spewing out lava. Normal humans can't set foot in this place, but if you reach the peak, you'll find the most fantastic and revitalizing hotspring you can imagine!" She turned to the rest of the group, grinning. "How's that? Are you getting excited? Come! Let's head for the summit!"
"We're getting there first," Raya whispered to Dane. "Maybe if we impress her..."
"No," Dane whispered back. "She scares me."
Raya giggled, nodding, and they nodded to each other before taking off. And as soon as Dane had dropped off of the cliff they were on, he regretted it. The air was absolutely suffocating, and the heat was enough to make a normal person pass out.
"Ko," Dane called out, Ko possessing his clothes. "Spirit Magic, Fox Trot!"
Then, he and Raya raced away from the others. Raya was unbothered by the heat, beyond beginning to sweat, and while Dane was still struggling, Ko was casting Reinforcement Magic for him and shielding him from the majority of the heat.
"You know, if you just used Mana Skin, you'd be fine to make the climb on your own," Raya pointed out.
"While that's true, I'm slower without using Fox Trot," Dane said, brushing his hand on the ground and sending a stone fist out to smash a falling boulder. "And you said you wanted to be the first there so we could impress Mereoleona."
Raya grinned. "Are you considering her?"
"Not at all," Dane laughed. "But if you can bed her, go for it."
Raya laughed. "I'm not bedding anyone without you."
"Hey!" Yami snapped as he and Charlotte passed them. "Quit takin' it easy! You're supposed to be my successor! That means you have to beat me!"
Dane smirked. "Alright, fine! Let's go, Raya!"
Raya grinned, nodding, and both pushed themselves harder, Dane drawing his Diamond Metal sword as he charged up the mountain. As a thick group of boulders fell at them, Raya formed herself a pair of blades and the two of them flipped and pun through the boulders, slashing them all before beginning to quickly gain on Yami and Charlotte.
"That's more like it!" Yami grinned. "If you don't beat me there, I'll make sure you and the others never have any time to yourselves again!"
"Not gonna happen!" Dane grinned, just as a massive, vaguely humanoid creature made of magma and molten rock rose ahead of them. "A Borula! All yours, Captain!"
As the Borula roared and lunged at them, Charlotte, Dane, and Raya all raced around it, leaving Yami to deal with it personally.
"Hey, no fair!" Yami shouted after them. "That's cheating!"
Dane laughed, continuing to race along with Raya and Charlotte, but as they did, Dane glanced at Charlotte. "Hey, Captain, I have a question."
"What's that?" Charlotte asked.
"You're in love with Yami, right?" Dane asked.
Charlotte froze instantly, only for Dane and Raya to protect her from several falling boulders.
"I don't know what you're talking about!" Charlotte snapped once she'd recovered from her shock.
"You should tell him," Dane suggested. "He probably wouldn't immediately kiss you or anything like that, but I bet he'd be willing to go on a few dates and see how things went."
Charlotte blushed scarlet. "Why do you care?"
"Because I think it would be good for both of you, and it would make you both happy," Dane shrugged. "Anyway, we're gonna go on ahead now. I can feel Yami gaining on us."
"Wait, you're going to what!?" Charlotte yelped just before Raya and Dane took off, flying ahead of Charlotte as Yami rapidly gained on them.
"You're dead, Dane!" Yami snarled.
Dane let out a laugh, managing to just barely stay ahead of Yami, and finally, a few minutes later, they were at the peak where Mereoleona was waiting. She grinned instantly, nodding in greeting to them just as Yami picked Dane up by the head.
"What was the big idea making me deal with that thing?" Yami snarled.
"I figured it'd be easy for you," Dane said, Yami growling in annoyance but dropping him.
Just as he did, Asta screamed as he raced into the top of the volcano under the control of his new power, though he clearly couldn't control it. And as his sword zeroed in on Mereoleona, Asta warned her to run, only for Mereoleona to take off, drilling a punch into the side of his head and sending him crashing into the wall, his new power evaporating instantly.
"Looks like you're getting to know yourself a little better," Mereoleona complimented, just as Raya landed beside her. "What's up?"
"How'd you beat us up here?" Raya asked. "I didn't even see you on the mountain. Is there a shortcut?"
Mereoleona smirked. "Nope. I'm just faster than you expected."
Raya smiled. "Beautiful and powerful. You're quite the catch."
Mereoleona's face split into a grin. "Thank you. That's high praise from the Spirit of Light."
Raya smiled, continuing to chat with her for a while as they waited for the others. However, when the sun went down, the volcano fell inactive, so Mereoleona yelled at them and told them that anyone who hadn't made it by the time the volcano fell inactive would have to go again in the morning. Then, a geyser erupted from the center of the crater at the peak of the volcano, rapidly filling the crater into a hot spring.
"These are extremely restorative waters," Mereoleona announced. "Best in the kingdom! But not just anybody can waltz in here! It's very exclusive! A rare and special treat!"
"That's only because people turn back or get killed on their way up here," Yami countered.
"All right, imbeciles!" Mereoleona shouted. "Get naked!"
Asta shrieked instantly as Raya cheered, her clothes vanishing instantly, only for Dane to have already formed a circular wall of stone around her.
"Hang on a second, sis!" Leopold panicked. "We can't do that right here out in the open like this!"
"That old hothead must have burned out her last brain cell if she thinks that'll happen!" Sylph scoffed. "There's no way I'm letting my Yuno take off his clothes in front of all of these other women!"
People began to murmur instantly, Dane sighing and leaning against the side of the stone wall he'd made for Raya.
"Seems like Mereoleona might be down to play," Raya whispered. "If you want to. It would definitely be a one-time thing, but it could be fun."
"I'm not gonna let a bunch of men see Char's rockin' body!" Sol shouted. "Now, Earth Magic, Earthen Wall Partition!"
A stone divider burst up across the middle of the hot spring.
"Aw," Raya complained. "I wanted to be able to bathe with you." Raya's clothes reappeared so that Dane could lower the wall. "What a let down."
"If any one of you scum tries to climb this, your life's as good as over!" Sol warned.
"That's really smart!" Asta cheered. "Now guys and girls don't have to bathe together!"
"Spoilsport," Raya huffed.
"See?" Mereoleona grinned. "All fixed! It's time to get in there!"
Everyone cheered and separated between the two sides, Raya kissing Dane before she went to join the females while Dane headed down to join the males. For a couple of minutes, things were peaceful. Dane was able to relax in the waters and enjoy a drink. But then things began to get stupid. First Leopold began to use his magic to heat the water, challenging Asta and Yuno to try and stay in the near-boiling water, so Yuno began to use his own to cool the water around himself. Then, when Yami said there were better ways to enjoy the hot spring, Asta asked if it was strength training, while using a large stone to do just that. Then, Yami announced that the best way to enjoy a hot spring was to try and get a look at the other side, quickly convincing most of the Crimson Lions to go along with him.
"I wouldn't," Dane warned them. "I'm sure Sol will have a few surprises for you, and Charlotte will probably kill you all, Mereoleona probably won't appreciate it either. And, of course, there's Raya. She's not the most modest, but if she catches you peeking, you're going to regret the day you were born."
Yami lifted him by the head. "You got a problem with peeping?"
"I prefer to be alive," Dane said. "You have fun, though."
"I don't remember asking," Yami growled. "Alright, I've decided. "You'll go first!"
Before Dane could react, Yami had hurled him into the air. He shouted in fear and dismay.
"It's not my fault!" Dane shrieked as he fell on the women's side of the partition. "Yami threw me! Don't kill me!"
Then, he splashed down, the women's screams reaching him even through the water. He held his breath, using the floor of the spring to form chains to hold him under the water, since all of the women had gotten out as soon as he went in, then formed himself a tube to extend out of the water so he could breathe.
"What are you doing down there?" Mereoleona asked, using the tube to make sure her voice reached him, though it was an odd feeling having her voice transmitted to him directly to his mouth by the tube.
"Waiting for all of you to cover up so I can leave your side alive," Dane explained. "I've also made myself a pair of pants from the floor of the spring, so I'm decent." He made himself pants as he talked, so he technically wasn't lying.
Mereoleona laughed. "You're unique. I like you. You're not a complete scumbag."
"Thanks," Dane said.
"Everyone but me and Raya are covered," Mereoleona said. "Sol's busy stopping the others from peeping, so you're good to come up as long as you live."
"But you're not covered," Dane said.
"I have nothing to be ashamed of," Mereoleona said. "Just get up here."
Dane sighed and stood, resisting the urge to look at her, and before he could take a step, Raya had wrapped her arms around him, kissing him.
"Thanks for dropping by," Raya grinned. "Now you should get out of here."
"Yeah, that's probably for the best," Dane sighed. "Sorry again."
"Just leave!" Noelle snapped.
Dane nodded, walking out of the spring and around the partition back to the male side. As he arrived, everyone was climbing back down off of the wall, Asta shouting about refusing to betray whoever his heart was set on seeming to be the catalyst for destroying everyone's impulse to try and peep. Dane sighed, sitting on the edge of the spring again, returning to enjoying his drink. Several hours later, shortly before the sun rose, they all left the spring, heading back down the inactive volcano and away from the Strong Magic Region. As they walked, Raya slipped her hand into his.
"You missed out," Raya grinned. "Solid ten."
Dane shook his head, sighing. "I can see why Mom used to argue with you. You're as bad as Finral."
Raya snorted. "Finral has nothing on me."
Dane laughed. "You're a whore, Raya." He hummed thoughtfully. "Am I like this, having feelings for multiple people, because I'm connected to you?"
Raya hummed thoughtfully. "Maybe? You might have gotten some of my sex drive from me, but the polyamory is all you. After an entire life of being rejected and hated by everyone, you can't ignore the value of someone caring about you, and you can't help but return the feelings in an effort to ensure they don't go away. So you fall in love with them."
"I see," Dane nodded. "That makes sense. So I'm an emotion whore and you're a whore."
"Excuse you," Raya scoffed, though she was grinning. "I'm not a whore. I'm a slut."
Dane laughed. "Go on home, Raya. I'll see you tomorrow."
Raya nodded, vanishing, and Dane sighed, shaking his head.
"So, how many do you have?" Mereoleona asked, stepping up beside him.
"Including Raya, there are three," Dane said.
Mereoleona laughed. "Well done. I like you. You're pretty funny."
"Thanks," Dane smiled. "How much did she flirt?"
"Constantly," Mereoleona laughed. "I won't step on your toes."
"Thank you," Dane smiled. "I appreciate it."
Mereoleona nodded. "She's beautiful and sexy, but she's not my type. I'm not really interested in women."
Dane nodded in understanding. "She'll be disappointed."
Mereoleona laughed. "I'm sure you can help her get over it."
Dane grinned. "That's very true."
"Hey, Dane, get over here," Yami called over to him. "We gotta discuss your training before the exam."
"Yes, sir!" Dane called back, moving over to talk to him.
Vanessa moaned, hands tangling in Raya's hair as Raya's tongue and fingers pushed her over the edge. Behind Raya, Dane groaned, thrusting into Raya rapidly as he watched her continuing to devour Vanessa's snatch, Vanessa fingering Charmy as Charmy kissed Dane. Dane groaned, feeling himself getting close to finishing, and Raya grinned into Vanessa's dripping slit, slamming herself back into him rapidly.
"Finally," Raya moaned, pushing herself up onto one hand and her knees, still fingering Vanessa vigorously as she bucked back against Dane. "Jeez, you only had to fuck each of us twice to finish a second time."
"I regret nothing," Dane grunted, yanking Raya's hips back into him with every thrust. "Fuck."
"Inside," Raya pleaded as Vanessa made Charmy cum. "Fill me up!"
Dane groaned, bucking forward into Raya rapidly for another couple of minutes before finally erupting, Raya crying out in pleasure as his seed rapidly flooded her. As he finished, however, he lay forward, reaching under her to rub her clit in rapid circles, and within seconds, Raya cried out in pleasure as she crested as well. Finally, Dane slipped out of her as his erection faded, and he lay back on the bed. Raya lay on top of him instantly, kissing him tiredly as Charmy and Vanessa lay along his sides. He kissed both of them as well, wrapping his arms around Charmy and Vanessa while Raya cuddled into his chest.
"So, are you going to tell me who this mysterious fourth person you plan to try to bring into our group is?" Dane asked.
"Nope," Raya smiled. "I told you, I'm not going to put any ideas in your head. I'll push for fun with people when it's just for fun, but when I think it could actually mean something, I'm not going to risk ruining the chances by putting the idea in your head. It has to be your decision. That's what we all agreed on."
"Yeah," Charmy nodded.
"Agreed," Vanessa said.
Dane sighed. "All of you are okay with being a part of a harem?"
"No, we're okay with sharing you," Charmy corrected him. "We all just want to be with you, and if we have to share you to have that, we're okay with that."
Dane kissed her, smiling. "I don't deserve any of you."
"Get some sleep," Vanessa urged him, kissing his cheek. "You'll need it for the captain's training plan."
"True," Dane agreed, kissing her. "I love you all."
"And we love you," Raya smiled.
Dane smiled, closing his eyes, and the four of them slowly managed to drift off to sleep.
