CHAPTER 1: NIGHTMARE COMES TRUE
[1216 Franklin Avenue.]

Our story begins in a dream. Yes, a particular dream. In fact, it all started with that dream, where Lincoln, instead of having 10 sisters, had 10 brothers.
He stumbled into that same room again: the tissue roll cabinet where it used to be his bedroom.
Lincoln: "You- YOU AGAIN!?" [shocked]
Boy Lynn: "Hello again, Stinkin!" [evil grin]
Loki: "Long time no see!" [evil grin]
Luke: "We're not done yet with our closet!" [evil grin]
Leif: "Boys! He's back! Let's pile on him!" [calls out the rest of his brothers]
It was a nightmare to see those who used to diss him so badly. Those who gave him such a mocking hospitality. Those, who rashly rejected his existence and made fun of it.
Lincoln: "No…" [terrified as the brothers gather up on him]
Loni: "That's funny of you to even think of cleaning up our bathroom, Lincoln!" [laughs]
Lars: "What should we do to him? Hang him up like wet laundries?" [evil grin]
Lexx: "I say we make him our servant!" [evil grin]
Leon: "Graaaaw!" [evil grin]
Lincoln: "No!" [tries to resist]
Levi: "Mind if I have surgery on his brain? I can fix him up!" [evil grin]
Lane: "Ah! I have a better idea! We're gonna do all of that on him, all in between, not necessarily in that order, and once we're done, we dump him into the wastes and let him sleep with the rats! Hahaha! Get it?" [evil laugh]
Loud Brothers: [begins laughing]
Lincoln: "NOOOOOOOO!" [begins running away]

No wimpy boy like Lincoln could face it. All he wanted was that he would never see those wicked boys again. Yet, here he was, fleeing from them as they impetuously drew closer and closer.
Until… he bumped up with a girl.
Lincoln: "…Huh?" [stops in front of the girl]
Unknown Girl: "…!" [notices Lincoln]
They looked at each other. As if two of them were staring through a giant mirror.
Lincoln: "You are… I know you!" [tries to recognize the girl]
Lincoln: "They called you Linka! Right?!" [points at her]
Linka: "…You…" [tries to recognize Lincoln]
Linka: "…You must be Lincoln...!"
Lincoln: "It's- It's impossible! How do you know my name? How do we look the same!? Who- Who the heck are you!?" [shocked]
Linka: "I was about to ask you that too! Who are you?"
But before they got their answer, their dream dimension trembled, and the mirror wall shattered, disconnecting these confused twins. As the fleeting reality collapsed, Lincoln fell into the darkness.
Lincoln: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA~~" [screams out loud]
[1216 Franklin Avenue.]
[Saturday, 2nd March.]
[05:00 AM.]

Lincoln: "Hah… hah… hah…" [out of breath]
The poor boy finally woke up. The concerned sisters, hearing their brother's scream of pain, rushed to his bedroom.
Lori: "Lincoln!" [opens the door]
Lincoln: "…Huh?" [watches the sisters by his room's doorframe]
Lori: "Are you okay? We heard you screamed!" [worried]
Leni: "Lily will kiss it and make you feel better!" [shoves Lily to Lincoln's face]
Lily: [kisses Lincoln's cheek]
Lincoln: "Thank you. You're all the best." [smiles]
Luna: "Let me guess, bro. It's that nightmare again, wasn't it?"
Lincoln: "…Yeah."
Lola: "Chill out, big bro! Nothing's going to hurt you! Not under my watch!"
Lynn Jr: "You might be Stinkin, but we'll always be there for ya!" [points at Lincoln]
Lana: "Oh yeah!"
Lincoln: "Well... You're absolutely right. Thanks, guys."
Luan: "Cheer up, Lincoln! You should be happy! Tomorrow's summer holiday and we're not going to miss it!"
Lucy: "Today's the last day of school."
Lisa: "To be honest, I don't dream for this day to come, but I guess that a day-off will soften my nerves!"
Yep. Luan was right. This day was the last school day before summer vacation.

Lori: "Talking about the last day of school… We should take bath!"
Lynn Jr: "ME FIRST!" [immediately rushes to the bathroom]
Luna: "HEY!" [chases Lynn Jr]
Lola: "LIKE HELL I WOULD LET YOU! ME FIRST!" [wrestles with Lynn Jr & Luna]
Soon, everyone left Lincoln's bedroom as they began hogging in front of the bathroom. From afar, Lincoln just laughed at their reaction. Luckily, it was 5 AM, so the Loud siblings had plenty of time before going to their school.
At this point, Lincoln thought it was just yet another bad dream to be vanished by daywork. But little did he know… his nightmare would soon become a reality.

[Saturday, 2nd March.]
[01:00 PM.]

The summer holiday… had finally begun.
The Louds were undergoing a day of house cleaning routine before they went into 3 months of vacation.
On the outdoor…
Lynn Jr: [in the front of garage, kicks a rugby ball into basketball ring]
Lynn Jr: "Waaahoooooooo! Another score for LJ!" [celebrates]
Lola: "Get away! Away with you, common peasants!" [drives her princess car in a speeding ticket]
Lana: "Hey! Watch it, Lols! Can't you see I'm helping Mom plant these begonias!?" [on the front yard, surprised]
Hops: "Ribbit!" [agrees with Lana]
Rita: "Lucy, can you please make another hole there?" [carries a seed]
Lucy: "With pleasure." [begins scooping the dirt]
Luna: [on the porch, plays acoustic guitar]
Lori: "Alright Leni, I'm ready!" [sits on the tire swing]
Leni: "OMGosh, this will make for a perfect eye center!" [begins photoshooting Lori]
Luan: [hides somewhere]
Lisa: "Greetings, matriarch unit! I present to you, chemical fertilizer-" [shows a sack of fertilizer]
Luan: [triggers something]
Lisa: "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH~~" [her leg gets hanged]
Luan: "Hahaha! Yay! My prank trap worked!" [pops out of her hideout]
Lily: "Kekekeke!" [laughs with Luan]
Lisa: "Oh, dearie." [sighs]
Rita: "Thank you, honey. We'll make a good use of your fertilizer." [smiles]
In the kitchen…
Lynn Sr: "Oh hi, Lincoln! It's a long day before holiday, eh?" [cooks]
Lincoln: "Haaa… true. I'm gonna miss Clyde and my other friends!" [looks exhausted on the chair]
Lynn Sr: "Worry not, kiddo. We can go to Aloha Beach, Dairyland or Mastodon Camp! And your buddies can come along!" [cheers Lincoln out]
Lincoln: "That is, if my sisters agree. They always argue!" [complains]
Lynn Sr: "Maybe… not this time. You have my whole support! We're gonna outnumber them five to-"

Back to the front yard.
Out of the blue, suddenly a portal emerged.
Rita: "?!" [surprised]
Lana: "!?"
Hops: "Ribbit?"
Lola: "Whoa-!" [stops her mini car]
Lucy: "…Huh?" [stops digging]
Lynn Jr: "Eh!?"
Luan: "What is that!?"
Luna: "?!"
Lisa: "?!"
Lily: "Heeeeeee?!"
Leni: "Hey Lori, how about this one? Is it good enough?" [still checks the photos]
Lori: "Save it for later, Leni. What the heck is happening!?"
From the dining room…
Lynn Sr: "Is it just me or someone's turning on a blue neon in front of our house?" [peeks through the window]
Lincoln: "It's a portal! Dad, let's get out of here and see what's happening out there!" [hurries out of the house]
Lynn Sr: "Whoa- Kid! Wait for me!" [follows Lincoln]
Everyone gathered as they witnessed the mysterious phenomenon upon them.
Rita: "Lisa, is this one of your bizarre science experiments!?"
But Lisa seemed just as confused as the rest of the Louds.
Lisa: "I- I don't get it!"
Lisa: "Hey, Todd! Did you just happen to have your hands on those buttons!? I told you to stay away from control panel!" [calls Todd from her room]
Todd: "No. You ordered me to tidy your room. You also said it yourself that the vault of your failed prototypes didn't count." [peeks from the window]
Lisa: "Hmm… This is odd. A portal out of thin air… What is this, actually?" [begins to wonder as she takes a closer look at the portal]
Lana: "Heeeey. There's only one way to find out, right?" [steps closer to the portal]
Rita: "Lana, don't! We have no idea how harmful that mysterious thing can be!" [stops Lana]

But that's not the end.
Someone emerged from the portal.
Levi: "Aah, finally! One small step for me, one huge leap for humanity!" [steps out of the portal]
Lisa: "!?" [shocked]
Loni: "I'm… I'm coming…" [nervously steps out of the portal]
Leni: "!?" [shocked]
There's still many of them coming.
Leif: "See? There's nothing to worry about!" [steps out of the portal]
Lana: "!?" [shocked]
Lexx: "Hehe! You're right, Leif!" [steps out of the portal]
Lola: "!?" [shocked]
Luke: "Eeeeeey, dude! What a lot do we have here?" [steps out of the portal]
Luna: "!?" [shocked]
Lane: "Ooh, I know! Some sort of bozos wearing our colors! Hahaha! Get it?" [steps out of the portal]
Luan: "H- Hey! WHO YOU CALLIN' BOZOS!?" [shocked]
Boy Lynn Jr: "Step aside! Here comes the LJ!" [steps out of the portal]
Lynn Jr: "What the- !?" [shocked]
Loki: "H- Hey! Wait for me!" [steps out of portal while carrying Leon]
Linka: "Me too! Heeeeeey!" [steps out of the portal]
Lincoln: "!?" [shocked]
Leon: "Graaaaaw!" [intimidates the Loud girls like a bear]
Lily: "Heeeeeeee!?" [confused]
Lars: "Oh. I though you would be the last." [steps out of the portal]

What a surprise.
Lori: "Are- Are they… US!?" [still in shock]
Leni: "You're right! Except… They're all… boys!?" [examine the Loud brothers]
Lucy: "This is getting out of hand." [facepalm]
Luna: "I always dream of that mohawk!" [points at Luke's hair style, still shocked]
Luke: "Oooh yeeeeeah. Coolio! Right, duuuuude?" [seduces Luna]
Lane: "Oh hey, nice doll you got there, buddy!" [points at Mr. Coconuts]
Luan: "Aaaaawh, that's nice of you! Thanks!" [blushes]
Lola: "Hey, he does not even look like me! Where's your-" [points at Lexx]
Lexx: "Funny. That's because I'm a prince, young lady." [objects at Lola]
Lola: "Oh…! Right. Sorry."
Loni: "Nice flip-flop you got there, lady. Do you know that if you add lashes, they become a pair of shoes?" [points at Leni's sandals]
Leni: "Hehe, you're really funny. All they need is..."
Leni & Loni: "…Circulation!"
Leni: "Iiiiiiiieeee! OMGosh, we'll be an unstoppable duo!" [squeals]
Loni: "Hehe! Agreed!"
Lynn Sr: "Alright, alright! That's enough! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE!?" [superbly confused, tries to separate the groups]
Lincoln, however… was not looking so hot.
Lincoln: [his face gets pale]
Not after that dream he had just been through.
Linka: "Hi, Lincoln!" [waves at him]
Lincoln: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~~" [falls on his knees]

The sisters, basically not knowing anything, stared at Lincoln with suspicion.
Lori: "Ooh, it sounds like you literally know something!" [suspiciously stares at demoralized Lincoln]
Lynn Jr: "Yeah! You definitely know something we don't!" [suspiciously stares at demoralized Lincoln]
Rita: "Lincoln… Do you… Do you know these boys?" [tries to ask Lincoln gently]
Looked like honesty won again. Riddled by demands of explanation, Lincoln finally told his family everything he could remember the best.
Lincoln: "Huft… Fine. You won. I'll tell you everything." [looks at his sisters]
Lincoln: "Do you still remember that day I screamed in my sleep and then I said, 'I'll never complain about having sisters again'?"
Loud Sisters: [thinks for a while, then nods]
Lori: "Yeah, we still remember that."
Lincoln: "So, in that dream… Instead of having sisters, I had brothers." [explains]
Lincoln: "And they look PRECISELY the same to those boys over there." [points at the Loud brothers]
Lola: "Alright. I know this sounds crazy, but does this mean YOU called them here!?" [angry]
Lincoln: "N- No! I swear I never want to see them faces anymore since!" [a bit scared to Lola]

A wicked explanation too confusing for most people, including the Louds, of course. But Lisa had a different comment.
Lisa: "Hmmm…" [tries to process Lincoln's verdict]
Lisa: "…This is complicated for what I've seen. For some reasons I unfortunately cannot tell, it appears that the image of inner memory belonging to our brother Lincoln projects itself into reality, as we can see at this moment. But what I don't understand is that it was not Lincoln himself who triggered this strange phenomenon…" [thinks]
Thirsty for even more answer, Lisa asked her doppelganger Levi.
Lisa: "Uhm, excuse me… the other me. If you mind answering… Where do you folks actually come from?" [asks Levi]
Levi: "Good question! It appears that we come from a world that technically resembles yours. But as the exception, it… looks like our gender is swapped." [tries his best to explain]
Lisa: "How did you even manage to travel into this world?"
Levi: "For a starter, I was testing an experiment based on a theory of space and time. It says that somewhere beyond our reality, lies another reality that works in parallel with ours, but follows the counter wise method."
Lisa: "Hmmm… Interesting." [listens, nods]
Levi: "I tried to materialize this theory considering the testimony of our sister Linka-"

Suddenly, two more people jumped out of the interdimensional portal.
Lynn Sr (Boys): "Ouch!" [stumbles upon the portal's frame]
Rita (Boys): "Ugh!" [stumbles as well]
Leif: "M- Mom!? Dad!?" [surprised]
Lars: "What are you two doing here?"
Lynn Sr (Boys): "Uugh… We should have been the one asking you that!" [wakes up]
Rita (Boys): "What are you kids doing out here? Didn't we ask you to clean your rooms?" [stands up]
This time, it was the parents who were in for the shock of questionable reality. In front of Lynn Senior and Rita, stood another Lynn Senior and Rita.
Lynn Sr (Girls): "Oh- Oh my God-! Rita! Do you- Do you see that!? They are us, aren't they!?" [shocked, cowers behind his wife]
Rita (Girls): "You- You're right! But… Isn't it strange? …Why does she wear your sweater?" [confused]
Lynn Sr (Girls): "And he wears your shirt! We would never switch clothes like that!" [still hides behind his wife]
Rita (Girls): "…I don't know. Maybe we should try it sometimes!" [shrugs]
Lisa: "…Oh, great. This is getting even more awkward." [sighs]
Levi: "Alright, everyone. This is enough. Let's get back to-" [walks to the portal]

Unfortunately, the portal shut itself down right before Levi entered it.
Levi: "Our home- Ouch!" [stumbles]
Lexx: "Oh no! The portal's closed!" [shocked]
Linka: "C- Can you reopen it?" [agitated]
Levi: "C… Crud!" [panicking]
Levi: "Everyone! We have a bad news! The interdimensional portal can ONLY be reopened from the other side!"
There's only one meaning for that bad news.
Loki: "Does- Does that mean…" [scared]
Lars: "We are trapped here. Forever." [gives a jumpscare]
Loud Brothers: "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA~~" [screams in panic]
Lynn Sr (Boys): "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA~~" [screams in panic]
Rita (Boys): "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA~~" [screams in panic]
Lynn Jr: "…Oooooooooowhhh. That got to hurts." [watches from the sister's side]
Levi Loud, seeing his family scrambled into chaos, tried his best to calm them with the best solution he could think of.
Levi: "Brothers! Everyone! Calm down! We're going to build a new portal generator again… From scratch!" [tries to tone down his shaken family]
Rita (Boys): "H- How long will it take?" [worried]
Levi: "Actually… This is my first experiment with interdimensional traveling ever. But I have kept with me some valuable records. Assuming we have sufficient materials, the construction will last for… approximately 168 hours!"
Rita (Boys): "…Excuse me. What?"
Levi: "Oh. That means one full week."
One week. How were a family of 13 people going to survive in one week with basically no starting fund, food, or even somewhere safe to sleep?
Lynn Sr (Boys): "…Oh, great! VERY GREAT! Now we're trapped somewhere far from our home for one full week, and we have no idea about what we are going to do to survive that!" [falls in despair]

Seeing a family crisis unfolded upon his own eyes, Lynn Senior, who wore green sweater, approached the one who wore red with sympathy.
Lynn Sr (Girls): "…Uuh, hey." [comes after his doppelganger]
Lynn Sr (Boys): "Huh?"
Lynn Sr (Girls): "…Excuse me. My name is Lynn Loud. I see that you're having an ordeal by now, yes? M- Maybe we can help you." [tries to sympathize]
Lynn Sr (Boys): "…Yeah, that's right. Alright, I guess I have to submit myself. My name is Lynn Loud just like you, we're the Louds, and we come from… that interskididaddle world or whatever my son Levi has explained."
Lynn Sr (Girls): "Whoa, what a surprise! We're Louds too! I guess that makes us something! Haha!" [surprised, his fright softens]
Lynn Sr (Boys): "Yeah, well… I'm surprised myself too. The thing is, now my family is trapped into your world with literally no money or food supply to keep us fed, so…" [timid]
Rita (Boys): "Since we, uh, have a commonality, do you mind if we… live with you for a moment? That, until our son Levi finds our way home?" [begs]
Lynn Sr (Girls): "Hmm… I think we can help you with-"
Rita, however, was not looking forward for helping another family. Not by letting them sleep at their already overcrowded house.
Rita (Girls): "…Ahem." [interrupts his husband]
Lynn Sr (Girls): "Ri- Rita?
Rita (Girls): "Lynn." [does not look happy]
Lynn Sr (Girls): "What? Rita, we can't leave them! They need help! And look, they're not any different to us!"
Rita (Girls): "That's not what I mean. Our house is already full of its 13 residents! I… I'm not even sure if our house can hold another 13! Can you think about that?" [points at their house]

The kids, though, were fine and rather happy to welcome their own selves. That meant a whole lot new friends both for the Loud sisters and brothers alike.
Luan: "Uhh, Mom, actually…" [pokes Rita]
Rita (Girls): "Hm? Yes, sweetie?" [turns to Luan]
Luan: "Actually… We don't mind if we share rooms. Right, Luns?"
Luna: "Yeah! They cool, we cool! Talk about being a soulmate, eh Luke?"
Luke: "Definitely! We're going to have fun, dude!" [embraces Luna's shoulder]
Lane: "Think we are staring at each other in a mirror! Hahaha! Get it?"
Luan: "Hahaha!"
Leaps: "Ribbit!" [sits at Leif's hand]
Leif: "And this is my best friend, Leaps!"
Lana: "Iiiiieee! Hops! Do you see that? We have new friends!" [excited]
Hops: "Ribbit!" [happy noise]
Lola: [gently dances]
Lexx: "By Joves… Would you look at that! What a manner! And what a gesture!" [stunned by Lola's dance]
Lola: "Come and dance with me, o handsome!" [flirts Lexx]
Lexx: "After you, Ma'am." [bows, comes dancing with Lola]
Lars: "Do we have… something to enjoy?" [asks Lucy]
Lucy: "How about… we watch Vampires of Melancholia in marathon tonight?"
Lars: "…Sounds good for me. Just don't forget me like my siblings do." [smiles]
Lucy: "Trust me. I know how that feels, and I won't." [smiles]
Boy Lynn Jr: "What's this? Is this some kind of new sports branch? Basketball and American Football?" [in front of the garage, confused]
Lynn Jr: "Hehe, I call it 'American Foot Dunk'! It's pretty simple. See this ball? Kick it to the ring for a score!"
Boy Lynn Jr: "Oooo... sounds fun!" [chuckles]
Lynn Jr: "Think you can beat my score?" [grins, challenges Boy Lynn]
Boy Lynn Jr: "Hah! You're going DOWN!" [laughs]
Lynn Jr: "Hahaha! That's the spirit! Bring it on, playa!" [laughs]
Leon: "Gaa! Lee- On!" [spells his name for Lily]
Lily: "Kekeke! Name's Lily!" [shows hand]
Leon: "Hi, Lily!" [shakes hand with Lily]
Lily: "Nice to meet ya, Leon!"
Lori: "Uuh… Hi?" [says hi to Loki]
Loki: "Oh hi, Lady." [raises his eyebrows once]
Lori: "Okay you literally just flirted with me. You are aware that actually I already have a boyfriend, right?" [feels offended]
Loki: "Whoa whoa, easy there, girl. I get it! In fact, I also have a girlfriend myself, but since we're… literally like a mirror reflection, I just couldn't help it!"
Lori: "…Fair enough." [shrugs]
Loki: "So, uh… Who's your boyfriend?"
Lori: "Bobby 'Boo-Boo Bear', and I have his photo. Aaaaawhh… He's so handsome, right? Right?" [shows Bobby's photo, raises her sound pitch]
Loki: "…Waw. Sweet! Hey, you won't believe this, he literally looks exactly like my sweetheart Bebe Bear! Look at this!" [shows Bebe's photo]
Lori: "Oh. My. Gosh…" [stunned by looking at how identical they are]
Lori: "Do you… Do you think this is literally just some sort of… coincidence?" [looks at Loki]
Loki: "Hehe… I know, right? I'm literally just as confused as you!"
Lori: "Hahaha… Right. I'm sorry I didn't explain myself earlier. My name is Lori Loud. Nice to meet you!" [shows her hand]
Loki: "Loki Loud. Nice to meet you too, Lori!" [shakes hand with Lori]
Lisa: "Excuse me." [comes after Levi]
Levi: "Hm?"
Lisa: "Maybe, I can help you." [smiles]
Lisa: "I have heard about the theory of the existence of multiverse and interdimensional travel, but nevertheless, theory is theory. But apparently, you are the first human who successfully implemented it. Congratulations!"
Levi: "Finally, I'm astounded to meet a fellow human who speaks in scientific language. Assuming we work together in maximum efficiency, our project can be completed in 3 days!" [smiles]

Luan: "See? We're making friends with each other! Please, let them sleep with us!" [begs to her mom]
Rita (Girls): "B- But…" [doubtful]
Lynn Sr (Boys): "Pleeeeeeeeeease…" [begs]
Rita (Boys): "If you object… us two will sleep outdoors, but please, let our kids have a proper shelter!"
Lynn Sr (Girls): "They have nowhere to go! They can't even book a hotel reservation! We got to do something, Rita!"
After some long and considerably thorough thought... the home owner just had enough with it and decided to step aside.
Rita (Girls): [sighs]
Rita (Girls): "Fine. You won. Make yourself home." [facepalm]
Rita (Boys): "Oh… Thank you! Thank you so much!"
Lynn Sr (Boys): "We'll make sure we pay you with some good home service!"
Lynn Sr (Girls): "Great!"
Meanwhile…
Linka: "Come on Lincoln, you're being negative! We're going to have fun and everything's going to be just fine!" [boosts Lincoln]
Lincoln: "Sigh… On the contrary, Linka. This is NOT going to end well. If only you know the slightest of my sisters..." [being pessimistic]
Linka: "What do you mean? You said it like you already knew my brothers! Besides, I want to play with your sisters!" [optimistic]
Lincoln: "Trust me… You don't want to."
From the 2nd floor window…
Todd: "Oh, dearie. Todd thought this day couldn't be any worse."
It's on. The deal's signed. The Louds were going to accept another 13 Louds into their life.
How will their relationship unfold?
