It all started with that dream, where Lincoln, instead of having 10 sisters, had 10 brothers.
Levi: "Mind if I have surgery on his brain? I can fix him up!" [evil grin]
Lane: "Ah! I have a better idea! We're gonna do all of that on him, all in between, not necessarily in that order, and once we're done, we dump him into the wastes and let him sleep with the rats! Hahaha! Get it?" [evil laugh]
Loud Brothers: [begins laughing]
Lincoln: "NOOOOOOOO!" [begins running away]

Little did he know… his nightmare would soon become a reality.
Lisa: "How did you even manage to travel into this world?"
Levi: "For a starter, I was testing an experiment based on a theory of space and time. It says that somewhere beyond our reality, lies another reality that works in parallel with ours, but follows the counter wise method."
Lisa: "Hmmm… Interesting." [listens, nods]
Levi: "I tried to materialize this theory considering the testimony of our sister Linka."

But perhaps... the nightmare was not that bad at all?
Leaps: "Ribbit!" [sits at Leif's hand]
Leif: "And this is my best friend, Leaps!"
Lana: "Iiiiieee! Hops! Do you see that? We have new friends!" [excited]
Hops: "Ribbit!" [happy noise]
Lola: [gently dances]
Lexx: "By Joves… Would you look at that! What a manner! And what a gesture!" [stunned by Lola's dance]
Lola: "Come and dance with me, o handsome!" [flirts Lexx]
Lexx: "After you, Ma'am." [bows, comes dancing with Lola]

CHAPTER 2: CONCILIATION

[1216 Franklin Avenue.]
[Saturday, 2nd March.]
[01:00 PM.]

It's on. The deal's signed. The Louds were going to accept another 13 Louds into their life.
Lynn Sr (Girls): "Okay everyone, let's get in!"
Rita (Girls): "Sorry if our house is kinda, messy… Hehe. We were having a mass cleaning when you lot came."
Rita (Boys): "Haha, it's okay. We were also having a cleaning in our house, somewhere out there…"
Lynn Sr (Boys): "That's right. We're kinda tired now, maybe we can use some rest- huh?" [stunned after seeing the house interior]
Upon entering the living room, the boys and their parents were magnified to see the layout of the house indoors. The wall, the carpet, the sofa, the tv… It just felt like home.
Lynn Sr (Boys): "Omigosh… Am I… Am I dreaming? This house is literally just like ours!" [amazed by the living room]
Rita (Boys): "You're right…!" [examines the living room]
Loki: "Is that… Is that our sofa right there!?" [points the family sofa]
Lexx: "And that's our television!" [points the television]
Boy Lynn Jr: "Woah… They even smell the same!" [sniffs the sofa]
Lori: "Glad you all like our house. If you don't mind, I have to talk with my sisters and discuss about where you will sleep." [smiles, talks to Loki]
Loki: "Sure!"

In the meantime, Lori gathered her siblings together.
Lori: "Guys, I know we never expected this to happen, but right now, we are literally overbooked. Now, there is going to be around… how many are we again?" [looks at Lisa]
Lisa: "I know what you mean. Yep, this problem is going to be a massive overcapacity crisis up the 2nd floor, as 22 children including us will be sleeping in 6 separate bedrooms."
Leni: "Is it that massive? I thought we were okay with 9 children sleeping on the 2nd floor!" [ponders]
Lori: "It's 11 children, Leni. And what's more, there can only be 1 person on each of our beds, and we can't let them sleep on the floor! What's your suggestion?" [looks at her siblings]
One question remained. How will 26 people sleep within a house whose bed capacity only serves 13 people?
Lucy: "Hmm… I still have a spare casket, but I'm not sure if it can fit 11 bodies. My casket is a vampire bed, not a mass graveyard." [thinks]
Lori: "Uuuuhh… Yeah, thanks for the help, Lucy. Anyone else?" [kinda nervous with Lucy's suggestion]
Lana: "…I don't really know. I think I'll just give my bed. I'm fine with the floor anyways." [shrugs]
Lola: "My fancy bed can hold 2 people. I think I'll let Lexx sleep with me!" [smiles]
Lori: "Yeah Lola, that will be once you're 20 and married, and literally not going to happen now." [flat face]
Lori: "We can't let them sleep in Vanzilla though… it's literally not a cozy place to lay down. Lincoln, how about you? Do you have any idea?" [looks at Lincoln]
Lincoln: "Huh? Why me?"
Luna: "You are 'Man with The Plan', dude. Come on, give us something new!"
Soon, the sisters looked at him. Lincoln thought for a moment.
Lincoln: "…I think if we can use our camping cocoon, it will be extra beds for them. What do you say?"
Lori: "Hey, that's actually a great idea, Lincoln! I forgot we still have our camping gadgets!" [happy]
Luan: "Yeah! With that cocoon, the boys can safely sleep on the floor! And we still have a plenty of space for it!"
Lori: "Thank you, Lincoln. So, I guess now we have the problem solved. Let's bring our guests to our room for now. You are dismissed!"

At this moment, the Loud sisters took their brother counterparts to see their bedroom altogether.
In Lori & Leni's room…
Lori: "Welcome to our room. Make yourselves home!" [welcomes Loki & Loni]
Loni: "Whoa… So this is where we are going to sleep…!" [looks around]
Leni: "Uhm, sorry if this room is kind of… girly. Because it's like, only two of us sleep here-" [feels pity]
Loni: "Omigosh! This is fantastic!" [astounded]
Loki: "Yeah, Loni got a point. Your beds are literally softer and cleaner than ours. I think I just want to lie down-" [about to lay himself down Lori's bed]
Lori immediately interrupted Loki from sleeping there.
Loki: "Ah- Hey!"
Lori: "Whoa, hold it right there, buddy! You're not going to sleep there. These beds are literally ours."
Lori: "As a compensation, we have prepared something else for you to sleep." [pulls out a folded camping cocoon]
Loki: "Huh? Isn't that… a tent mattress?" [looks at the cocoon]
Leni: "That's our camping cocoon. Believe it, that cocoon is very chubby and soft you're not going to tell a difference between sleeping on a bed and sleeping on the ground!" [smiles]
Lori: "So I have told my sisters to have their camping cocoons ready so you and your brothers can sleep cozily on the floor. Because of course, boys can't literally be on the same bed with girls."
Loni: "Eh? Why?" [naively curious]
Loki: "That's unpolite, Loni!" [flat face]
Lori: "So, here's the deal: You guys are going to handle your own need for sleep. Fold back the cocoon when you're not sleeping. No littering on the floor. If you can do all those in the next 2 days, we'll let you sleep on our beds. Any question?"
Loki: "Sounds like a deal, then!" [smiles]
Lori: "Good." [smiles]
Leni: "Hey, Lori! I have not even showed them our fashion collection in our wardrobe!"

In Luna & Luan's room…
Luke: "Oh, My, God, dudette! I never thought you would have a poster of Mick Jagger too! Haha!" [excited to see Luna's posters]
Luna: "You bet! And excuse me, you spelled it wrong. It's Mick Swagger, baby. The god of rock 'n roll!" [smugs]
Mrs. Coconuts: "So, we're laying low here?" [looks at Luan]
Luan: "To be precise, you're going to sleep in our camping cocoon like a wrapped sushi! Hahaha! Get it?" [makes a joke]
Mr. Coconuts: "Haha! Nice one, toots!" [laughs]
Lane: "Hehehe! We might be sleeping on the floor and not the hammock of roses, but at least, we're not sleeping with the fishes either! Ain't that right, Mrs. Coconuts?" [makes another joke]
Mrs. Coconuts: "You've read my mind, pally!" [points at Lane]
Luan: "Hahaha!" [laughs]

In Lynn Jr & Lucy's room…
Boy Lynn Jr: "Waw, look at this! Your schedule is quite tight! Baseball competition on Monday, football on the next day…" [examines Lynn Jr's calendar]
Lynn Jr: "Uh huh. Me and my partners on the team need to keep up with the game if we want to raise the rep of our city. As a captain, it is my duty to keep watch on the crew!" [being proudful]
Boy Lynn Jr: "Heh. I knew you would say that." [smugs]
Lynn Jr: "What do you mean?" [curious]
Boy Lynn Jr: "It seems like you're not the only one appointed as a team captain!"
Lynn Jr: "Wait a minute… You're a captain too?"
Boy Lynn Jr: "Yep!" [nods]
Lars: "Whoa… You have caskets too? Color me surprised." [happens to spot Lucy's coffin]
Lucy: "I still have one more in the basement. This one, however, is the limited edition. Edwin himself used to sleep here, and tonight, you're given a privilege to use this casket." [rubs her sleep coffin]
Lars: "How delightful. I am also surprised to see the statue of Edina." [looks at the small statue]
Lucy: "This one is Edwin, the main character of Vampires of Melancholia. He is so handsome, right…?" [carries Edwin statue]
Lars: "…I thought he would be… beautiful. On the same show I used to watch, Edina is the main spotlight. And she is a vampire lady." [takes a closer look]
Lucy: "Hooo…"

In Lana & Lola's room…
Leif: "Haaa… Finally! Thanks for letting me lay down on your muddy bed, Lana. Feels like waaaaay back home!" [lays down on Lana's bed]
Lana: "No problem! You are my guest, and I can sleep on the floor just fine. Heheh." [pulls out her dog bed]
Leif: "Would you look at this, you even have a basket of crickets! This will make for a delicious meal!" [chews on a mouthful of crickets]
Leaps: "Ribbit!" [nods, chews crickets too]
Lana: "Hey, don't you eat all of them! Do you know how hard it is for Hops and me to gather them all across the Tall Timbers Park!" [mad]
Hops: "Ribbit!" [agrees with Lana]
Leif: "…Oops! Sorry, buddy. Hehe…" [stops snacking]
Leif: "Hey! What if you invite me on your cricket hunt? What do you say?"
Lana: "Great idea, Leif! Crickets are sort of rare nowadays, and tomorrow, you're going to help us gather them!" [happy]
Hops: "Ribbit!"
Lola: "Welcome to our beau chapeau. What's your opinion?" [takes Lexx to her bed]
Lexx: "Hmm… glitter powder just about everywhere, eh?" [looks around]
Lexx: "Oh hey, is that what I think it is? Parisian tablecloth and Egyptian bedcover?" [astonished to see the tablecloth and the bedcover]
Lola: "Oh hoho… What a sharp eye you got there, o handsome prince." [blushes]
Lexx: "Ah, that's nice of you. And what an elegant taste you have, young princess." [smiles]
Lola: "Aaawh, really? Actually, I want to let you sleep on my bed. Oh, my. If only you were my husband, we would be sleeping by two!"
Lana: "Lola! Watch your mouth! We're only 7 by now!" [finds herself disturbed]
Lexx: [giggles]
Lola: "Haha… Sorry about that. But nevertheless, by the order of our eldest sister, you will unfortunately have a sleep on a… slightly lower place." [points on the floor]
Lola: "But worry not! I'll make sure you have a first-class reservation. What if we begin with an afternoon tea party? Hm?" [offers Lexx]
Lexx: "I will be honored to drink a cup of tea with you." [smiles]
Leif: "Whoa… I never knew you could be so romantic, Lexx!"

In Lisa & Lily's room…
Todd: "Lisa…? Are you sure about this?" [witnesses the kids]
Lisa: "We are facing a critical multidimensional crisis, Todd. And I'm here. You are talking with our guest Levi." [talks to Todd]
Lily & Leon: [giggles at Todd]
Todd: "Oh. Todd is confused. Todd cannot classify every single one of you without any genital sensor installed on my system..." [scratches its metal head]
Levi: "So Todd is your name. Hmm… I never expected to see that you also have a multifunctional robot, Lisa." [inspects Todd]
Todd: "'Also'…?" [curious]
Levi: "I happened to construct a multipurpose robot which was once a-"
Lisa: "Let me guess. A school craft work?"
Levi: "Correct. Since by now the work remains in the distant past, I upgraded its performance into a robot that assists me into solving multiple problems. Her name is Tedd."
Lily & Leon: "Oooo…" [listens]
Todd: "Tedd…"
Levi: "Unfortunately, at this very moment, I left her in our residence to tidy the bedroom belonging to Leon and I."
Lisa: "Hmm. Self-note: Install a genital sensor on Todd to allow him to classify between me and Levi." [talks to herself]
Levi moved onto the more urgent topic.
Levi: "Alright, shelter problem solved. Now, we can focus into something more important: Construction of portal generator." [eager]
Lisa: "And it looks like we already have every material we need, from the power source up to its buffers. Mind if we begin by now?" [smiles]
Leon: "Heeheee!" [nods]
Lily: "Let's do this!" [raises her tiny fist]
Todd: "Todd will bring them from the city dumpster. Heading there now." [leaves the room]
Levi: "Actually, there happens one more question that keeps haunting my mind, which is the destination of the portal."
Levi: "So, what happened when I located your realm for the first time was a complete coincidence, considering more than a million probabilities I discovered within the space of dimensions. Locating the exact dimension of our home will never be an easy task." [explains]
Lisa: "Hmm…" [thinks]
Lisa: "Ah ha! I just happened to recall your verdicts. You managed to travel here based on the complaint of your sister Linka, didn't you?" [gains an illumination]
Levi: "Correct. She commented of once having a dream about world of- Wait a second, do you mean…" [slowly gains an illumination as well]
Lisa: "As for your information, my brother Lincoln also happened to suffer from a similar dream, and you are right. Linka was not having that dream by coincidence. I even bet that both of our sixth siblings are connected to each other." [smiles in victory]
Levi: "The image of our realm must be branded somewhere in your brother's memory!"
Lisa: "If we can find it…"
Levi: "…That's our ticket home! You are a genius, Lisa!" [happy in eureka moment]
Lisa: "Hehe. You too, Levi." [chuckles]
Lily & Leon: [happy as well]

And in Lincoln's bedroom…
Linka: "…And let me guess. Lori, your eldest sister, is the bossiest and the jerkiest of all your sisters. Am I right?"
Lincoln: "Oh my God… You nailed it again! How do you know all my sisters?!" [stunned]
Linka: "What? Do you think you're the only one who can snoop on someone else's realm?" [smiles lightly]
Lincoln: "Welp…" [chuckles]
Lincoln: "Now you know how my sisters always meddle with my life. And now with you and your brothers' arrival, I guess my dream to live in peace and tranquility is no more." [sighs, gloomy]
Linka looked at depressed Lincoln with pity. She knew how tiring it was for him to go through all that, because she had been in the same position too.
Linka: "Hey brother, look. I know what you feel. You're not the only kid here who has to deal with the problem of 10 siblings at once every day. I also wish for life of peace and tranquility, just like you do." [pats Lincoln's shoulder]
Lincoln: "…?"
Linka: "In fact, it's not even quite rare for me to whine at my brothers like you. It's normal, Lincoln. But does that mean I have to stop taking care of my brothers at all? After every affection they have given for me?" [gives a lecture]
It was embarrassing for the boy to be scolded by his gender-swapped self. But she was right. Whatever happens, siblings look at each other. That's what it means to be with a solid family.
Lincoln: "…No..." [looks at another way, embarrassed at himself]
Lincoln: "Actually… That's not the only thing swirling on my mind. What if… What if our siblings find themselves in a conflict? What if they clash at each other? I never wish to have a crack between our families, thinking that we just met for a moment!" [still mopes]
Linka: "What? What the heck are you talking about? All I see is that they are so happy to welcome each other with open hands and align themselves in harmony! We are all cool, Lincoln! There're just too many similarities between us to set us apart! Stop mumbling nonsense!" [just laughs]
Lincoln: "Well, I know that. But still… Who knows?" [sighs]
To be honest, although the two just met in eye contact, Linka had never seen her gender-swapped self to be this pessimistic, in front of her. She took a long exhalation.
Linka: "Lincoln… This is so not you." [disappointed, slowly shakes her head left and right]
Lincoln: "What do you mean? Do you even know who I really am?"
Linka: "No. I don't know how exactly you undergo your daily life, but there's one thing I believe in you: You are a great brother." [gives a meaningful look at Lincoln]
Lincoln: "?"
Linka: "Your sisters might frequently meddle with your affairs, but they still pay respect upon you. They said you're always there for them. You are even able to survive your 10 sisters until this day, when I couldn't even live with them for a day in my dream."
Lincoln: "…That's true…" [contemplates]
Linka was luckier though, as it seemed that she had it with the sisters slightly better than Lincoln with the brothers.
Linka: "They call you 'Man with The Plan', Lincoln. You never quit. I even heard that you are willing to do anything to keep your sisters smiling in joy." [smiles, embraces Lincoln's shoulder]
Linka: "And now that we already know our siblings, will you look at the bright side. If there is even a conflict between our families like you mentioned, we can face it. We know how to solve their problem. I promise, it won't be a big deal for us. Alright?" [tries to convince Lincoln]
Lincoln was stunned. On the other hand, he had never seen Linka to be so optimistic and electric. If she could, why couldn't he?
Lincoln: "Waw. You're really optimistic!"
Linka: "Thanks! I appreciate it." [chuckles]
Lincoln: "Well, you're right. It's no use thinking about some bad things that will probably never happen. I think I'm just being paranoid. Thank you, Linka." [smiles]
Linka: "No problem." [winks]
Linka: "Whoa, by the way… Isn't this Bun-Bun?" [holds Lincoln's bunny doll]
Lincoln: "Hehe. That's been my toy since I was a baby. You have one too, don't you?" [laughs]

Back on the living room…
Rita (Boys): "It seems like our kids are adapting themselves with their friends…" [sits tiredly on the sofa]
Lynn Sr (Boys): "Ri- Rita! This is- This is really mind-blowing! Not only the living room, literally every corner of this house is identical to ours! The dining room, the kitchen, the 2nd floor hall, the backyard, even our own bedroom… I can't even tell any difference! Haha!" [amazed]
Lynn Sr (Girls): "Haha! Glad you notice it! Seems like our house is a no maze for you, eh?" [laughs]
Rita (Girls): "And it looks like we are already straight. Mind if you tell us your experience? Hm?" [sits beside her doppelganger]
Rita (Boys): "Haha. You won't believe me about what we have been through. So, we were having a cleaning routine with our kids on the summer vacation's doorstep, then…" [tells a story]

[Saturday, 2nd March.]
[07:00 PM.]

That night… the dining room was basically overcrowded. The head of the family had just appeared from his kitchen.
Lynn Sr (Boys): "So, what do you have for us tonight?" [sits on the dining table]
Lynn Jr: "Come on dad, give us something big!" [impetuous]
Boy Lynn Jr: "Yeah! My stomach can't wait to be filled!" [impetuous]
Lynn Sr (Girls): "Hehe. Not much, just three trays of old-fashioned Lynn-sagna. Sorry, I had to hurry up a bit." [serves the tray on the table]
Seeing the Lynn-sagna served fresh and warm on the table, however, turned the hungry Boy Lynn into a ravenous monster feasting on its delicious prey.
Boy Lynn Jr: "Not much, you say! Haha! HELL NAH! THIS WILL DEFINITELY DO, SIR!" [takes a big portion]
Lynn Jr: "I can live with this just fine!" [takes a big portion too]
The others also had a try on the main menu.
Luke: "Hm! This is delicious!" [chews on a spoon of Lynn-sagna]
Lexx: "Just like dad's!" [smiles]
Leon: "Yum!"
Rita (Boys): "Hmm! You're right!" [delighted]
Loni: "OMGosh, I think I will enjoy staying in this house for a looooong time!" [happy]
Lars: "I can't deny less." [smiles]
Lynn Sr was grateful that a whole bunch of family would appreciate his art-of-state cuisine.
Lynn Sr (Girls): "Well, I myself am filled with joy to hear that!" [laughs]
Lynn Sr (Girls): "So kids, how are you doing with your companions?"
Lori: "We have literally solved our brothers' sleeping problem." [smiles]
Loki: "Thanks for your camping gear, Lori! That's thoughtful of you!"
Lori: "Well, actually it was Lincoln who came up with the idea."
Lane: "Wow, really?" [stunned]
Lincoln: "Hehe… Yeah." [looks himself down]
Leif: "Looks like we have underestimated you, brother. You truly are something!" [smiles, points at Lincoln]
Lincoln: "…Underestimated me? What do you mean?" [confused]
Leif: "Uhh… Nothing! I just thought it was someone else's idea!"
Linka: "See? Told you things are looking up!" [pokes Lincoln]
Lincoln: "Yeah, yeah… I know." [just laughs]

That day would end like any other previous summer day.
But tomorrow… Everything would change.
Exactly as Lincoln feared.
