I finally got to watch the Moon Girl finale and it was awesome and emotional so felt like updating
It's the night hefore leaving for science-camp and Devil is having major sepration anxiety which Lunella and Mimi will help him with, oh yeah I finally get to do my headcanon I came up with after the Teacher's Pet ep involving Rat King's love for pizza and involves my favourite Guardian of the Galaxy who like Rat King is also a Brooklyn furboy but he alsonloves pizza so shows RatvKihg soje empathy, he knows what it's like to be treated like a freak which he tells Lunella and with the third Guardians movie out, I couldn't help myself.
"Do you have to go to science-camp, Lunella after going through that portal." Devil asked Lunella.
It was the night before she was leaving for science-camp but Devil was feeling anxious after thecEnclave had blown up Lunella's lab, kidnapped Mimi so he was feeling anxious about beihg apart from Lunella for a few weeks which Luhella knew knowing that maybe if he came with her tomdrop her off, it might help him relax which Mimi thought a good idea, seeing her grandbaby was ready knowing that Devil was worried.
"Awwww it's okay scale baby, it means Lunella gets a break from being Moon Girl and to beca kid which is important to her, plus she'll come up with more tech plus we can hang out." Mini reassured him.
"I guess but I'm gonna miss her, AuntvMimi." Devil said hugging Lubella.
"I know Double D but we can write and hang out-" Lunella said seeing they were needed and that one of the Guardians was here making her face-palm.
"Rocket, he's probably getting pizza for a certain somebody, be right back, gotta go yell at a certain furry somebody." she said in her Moon Girl steakth suit impressing Mimi.
She saw Rocket leaving the pizzeria with pizza boxes he'd paid for as he visited New York especialky Brooklyn and understood that a certain mutated Brooklyn furboy loved pizza just as muchbas him, but he could walk into pizza places and peopke loved him, with Rat King it was the opposite so being an Avenger, Guardian he wanted to help from one Brooklyn furboybto another in his mind, he was looking out fir the lil guy frowning seeing Lunella as she was a kit like his sister, Raccoon Girl so had no beef with her.
"Relax Moonie, I've no business in causing trouble, plus I paid for those pizzas, and a coupke are anchovie." he told her.
"Ohhhhh for Rat King, but why do that for him, Rockie." Lunella asked confused.
"Look you're just a kit like my sis so it's hard for you to understand, but RK is misunderstood and pizza mad like me only unlike me or your pal, Devil he can't just waltz in and get pizza, Terrans would freak out just like with my Terran cousins so I buy a couple of andhovie pizzas for him and he's happy, and was about to lower them down intomthe sewer when you showed up." he explained to her making her get it.
"I get it, people would've thought Devil would be scary if hevwasn't a hero just likecTorg oh and some peopke think Groot's the Monster from Planet X." she replied seeing him give her a scowl after lowering the pizza boxes into the sewe.
"Thanks." they heardca Brooklyn accented voice say.
"No problem, just stay out of trouble." Rocket replied closing the manhole.
"From one Brooklyn furboy to another, I gotta go, see you around, Moonie." he said scampering off.
She was relieved wishing some nights were just helpihg a friend share some kindness and pizza heading back home wondering where he was going but knew he could take care of himself plus she was going to camp heading home getting into pyjamas flopping onto the bed.
"Mmmmmm, good breakfast and almost time tomgo, Miami but guess my folks went to the rink right." Lunella said seeing her nodding heading to her room getting her backpack seeing Devil still asleep on her bed as he'd slept with her after she'd came back but has told him about Rocketvand his acts of kindness towards Rat King by giving him pizza which impressed the human sized kaju seeing him awake hugging her.
"Can I come with you and Mimi to drop you off." he asked.
"Sure Double D as itvwas Mimi's idea." Lunella said grabbing her backpack as Devil put on the jacket hecwore seeing Mimi grin, as they were leaving seeing the bus stop a few blocks away feeling Devil hug her tight along with Mimi telling her to make her proud.
"Of course Inwill, Moon Girl." she whispered to Mimi.
