Brooke's p.o.v
A weird long day describes your
latest attempt to escape from this
world of suffering. The perfect happy
ending that you desire turns out to
be not what you want. Tomorrow
comes again and you experience
a new beginning.
Time Period: An Alternate Universe
Situation: What if True was a stillborn on 12-20-2008?
Scene 1: A Hospital Delivery Room
Action: Brooke is giving birth to True
Brooke (distraught): Something is wrong. I can feel it in my bones.
The doctor (using a vacuum to extract the baby): Brooke, you need to get this baby out asap. The baby can die if it stays in this breached position or inside of you much longer.
Brooke (giving into her pain once again): Grr..AHA..AHA..AHA
Peyton: Brooke, you are doing a beautiful job. The baby is almost out.
Brooke (crying): My baby is dying. Why is it taking forever to come out?
Victoria: Brooke, you are complaining way too much. You are not ready to be a mother. The baby will be better off dead in my opinion.
Peyton (yelling): Victoria! How can you be so cruel and heartless at this time?
Victoria: I will not apologize for being real and honest
The doctor (to Brooke): One more big push
(Brooke screams and pushes one more last time. Brooke receives the worst news of her entire life. The doctor has pronounced the baby to be dead. Depressed, Brooke shuts down immediately. The world around her gradually fades to black. Nobody can rescue her from the abyss.)
Scene 2: The Cemetery
Date: 12-20-2009
Place: Baby True's gravesite
Brooke (placing flowers and a teddy bear at the tombstone): Happy birthday, baby. You would've turned one today. I miss you so much.
Victoria (approaching Brooke): I thought I would find you here
Brooke (angry, she yells at Victoria): Please leave me alone
Victoria: I refuse to go
Brooke (still yelling): You never wanted me to have True. You wished your own grandchild was a stillborn. Your dream did come true. I bet you are really happy now.
Victoria (choked up): The truth is I do miss True. You would've been a wonderful mother to her. My heart is hurting as much as yours.
Brooke (hysterical): I don't believe you. You are a liar.
Victoria (leaving the cemetery): I love you
