Obgyn: Brooke, you can always have a cesarean section

Brooke (still determined): No, I refuse to have a cesarean section

Victoria (yelling at Brooke): You could die if you have this baby naturally

Brooke (in between contractions): I don't want you and Peyton to fight over who will be in the delivery room with me. I want both of you to witness the birth.

Peyton (stroking Brooke's hair): I understand

Brooke (struggling through a really bad contraction): AHA..AHA...AHA

Obgyn (assuring Brooke): The baby will see the light at the end of the tunnel if you keep on pushing harder

Brooke (continuing to push): OK, I am working on it

Obgyn (uses a vacuum to pull the baby out of Brooke): Bear down, Brooke, push harder.

Brooke (overcome with pain and pressure, she screams): AHA..AHA..AHA

Obgyn (giving the baby to Brooke to hold): Here is your beautiful daughter, Brooke. She is a little bruised, but she is well.

Brooke (sobbing as she holds the baby): I love you, my precious miracle baby

Peyton (overcome with emotion): True Elizabeth Davis is just so cute. Ted is just as beautiful as her wonderful mother.

Victoria (choked up): I love my granddaughter

A nurse (takes True from Brooke): Your daughter is turning blue. She's not breathing.

Brooke (panicky): Will True survive?

A nurse (places a reassuring hand on Brooke's shoulder): Yes. You can visit True in the NICU after you recover from the birth.

Brooke (fees herself beginning to slip away): I want to hold my daughter right now

The nurse (places the newborn in Brooke's arms): OK

Brooke (losing consciousness, her arms grow limp around True): My baby girl

A nurse (takes the baby from Brooke): I can take care of her

Peyton (hysterical, she shakes Brooke awake): Stay with me

Brooke (ascending into heaven): Goodbye

A nurse (performing cpr on Brooke): Wake up

The Doctor (checking Brooke's pulse): She's gone

Victoria (shocked): Brooke?!

The Doctor (checking the clock): The time of death is

Peyton (sobbing uncontrollably): True was breached. She is a little bruised, but she is well. Brooke died giving birth to True.

Lucas (doubtful): I must see Brooke

(Hand in hand, Peyton escorts Lucas to Brooke's room. Solemn, a group of nurses pass them carrying Brooke's dead body on a stretcher. Lucas catches a brief glimpse

of his friend and former lover. Lucas feels as if his soul has been torn from his body. Depressed, he and Peyton find solace in the hospital's church. They perform a

candlelit visual in honor of Brooke. They discuss if they should adopt True or not. With a baby (Sawyer) on the way, True's needs might too much for them. Victoria's

intentions remain questionable. She has guardianship over True until otherwise.)

Xavier (approaches Victoria): I knew Brooke once

Victoria (shocked): Xavier?!

Xavier: Its me again

Victoria: Our lives haven't cross paths since you and Brooke eloped in Las Vegas many months ago. You and Brooke were drunk at the time. Brooke told me about the wedding afterwards. I am glad my daughter divorced you.

Xavier: Your granddaughter is my daughter

Victoria (doubtful): I don't believe you. I need a DNA test.

Xavier: I was the one who raped Brooke nine months ago. I had been following her every move before and after our divorce. She died giving birth to my baby. True belongs to me, I can feel it in my bones.

Victoria and Millicent (shocked): No way

Lucas (angry, he charges at Xavier): So you raped Brooke?

Xavier (defensive): I don't know you. I don't have to answer to you.

Lucas (angry, he punches and kicks Xavier): You violated my friend. Now you must pay.

Xavier (in retaliation): You are such a s.o.b

Peyton (stands in between Lucas and Xavier): Please stop fighting. Have some respect for the dead.

Lucas (guilty): I am sorry

Peyton: I forgive you

Xavier: I apologize as well

Peyton: Thank you

Victoria (looking forward to the future): We are going to have such a nasty child support fight

Millicent: I bet Brooke is turning in her grave right now

Victoria (hopeful): ON the other hand, Brooke's death means more money for me. Clothes Over Bros belongs to me now.

Millicent (disgusted at Victoria): I am at a loss for words

Victoria: I wonder what other secrets that Brooke kept from me

Millicent: Brooke had an abortion during her senior year of high school. She was pregnant with Lucas' baby at the time.

Victoria: I already know about the abortion. I remember I paid for the procedure. Lucas and Brooke should've had a son.

Millicent: Lucas doesn't know about the baby or abortion. Just make he doesn't know about it.

Victoria: My lips are sealed

Millicent (doubtful): Sure

Peyton: You will create chaos within her life

Victoria: How do you know that?

Peyton: I have seen the real you. You are not perfect. You don't love True at all. You didn't love Brooke as a matter of fact.

Victoria: Says the motherless child

Peyton (hysterical): Shut up!

Victoria: You don't know me so don't judge me

Lucas: Before Brooke died, she requested for Peyton and me to be True's guardians

Victoria: I don't recall that

Lucas: We can provide a stable and peaceful home environment for True

Xavier: I don't believe you

Lucas: I don't understand why you are not in jail

Xavier: I don't understand why you are keeping my daughter from me

The Judge (exhausted): I can't take your arguing anymore. Please reach an agreement or else.

Xavier: You are the judge. What is your final decision?

Judge (glances back and forth between the baby and the adults): True needs to know the love of a devoted parent.

Xavier (anxious): So what?

Judge: The Scotts can keep True

Xavier (angry, he storms out of the courtroom): Judge, you are a total s.o.b
