A Doctor (inserting a vacuum inside Brooke): A vacuum will get the baby out faster

Brooke (holding her legs wide open, she starts pushing): GRR..

A Nurse (applying pressure to Brooke's stomach): Brooke, you are an excellent pusher

Brooke (exhausted, she falls back on her pillow): Giving birth is hard work
