Our story begins at the Davis Residence, where Jennifer was walking into Andy's room, ready to have a burp contest with Andy.
"Andy, ready to lose to the burp champ?" Jennifer asked.
"We'll see about that, Mom." Andy said.
She took a can of soda and gave Andy one. They burped long and loud, short and quiet, and vice versa. After a while, Jennifer let out a loud but short burp.
"Come on, Mom. Is that all you got?" Andy asked before he drank soda and let out a long but quiet burp.
"Okay, Andy, you asked for it." Jennifer said before she drank soda and let out a long and loud burp so powerful it blew Andy's hair back. They both burst out laughing.
"Okay, Mom, how about we try arm wrestling now?" Andy challenged.
Jennifer smirked as she flexed her muscles, "You're on!" she said before they arm wrestled, which Andy proved valiant at struggling, but Jennifer won.
Little did they know, as they played the Buzz Lightyear video game, a group of rogue toys was watching them.
"Look at her." said a toy soldier named Agent Rogue.
"Acting like she hasn't treated us badly." said a toy robot named Defecto.
"Yeah, she bought Buzz, which Andy played with more so she could figure out which toys to get rid of. Had the yard sale, where she let Woody get stolen, and almost sold Bo. Her spending time with Andy is just another plot to get rid of us." said a toy snake named Slick.
"What are you guys talkin' about?!" shouted a cowboy voice. The toys looked behind them and were shocked to see Woody and Buzz.
"You toys should be ashamed of yourselves! If Jennifer wanted to get rid of you, she wouldn't have bought you in the first place!" Buzz said.
Little did they know, Bo was secretly listening and was a little convinced, imagining…
(Bo screamed as she fell in a trash can with the other toys as Jennifer smirked evilly before calling "Hey, Andy, let's play!" and slamming the lid on the trash can.)
"You know, maybe there is a way to prevent that." Bo said, catching the rogue toys' attention.
"You interested?" asked Defecto.
"Yes. What do we do?" Bo asked.
Some time later…
"ANDY!" Jennifer called, angry.
Andy appeared in front of his mom, "Yes?"
"Why did you break my favorite vase?!" Jennifer asked, pointing at a broken vase on the floor.
"I didn't do it! It must have been Molly." Andy said.
"Molly can hardly even walk fast! Just admit you did it!" Jennifer said.
"I didn't!" Andy said.
Bo and the rogue toys watched as the two of them argued before they stopped and stormed away from each other.
"Looks like our plan worked!" said Agent Rogue.
Bo and the others smirked.
For a week, Andy and Jennifer didn't speak to each other. Then, one day…
Jennifer walked into the house and saw the vase back in one piece.
"Hey, Mom, I thought to use the $20 i found to buy a new vase for you." Andy said.
"Andy." Jennifer said, smiling before she hugged him.
"I thought to do something for you too. I felt bad for getting mad at you over an accident, so I got you this with a GameStop coupon I found." Jennifer said before she handed him a new Buzz Lightyear video game.
"Wow! Thanks, Mom!" Andy said before hugging her.
Nearby, Buzz and Woody fist bumped, having provided what was needed for the gifts.
"I'm glad they made up, but what I don't know is why they stopped talking to each other in the first place." Woody said.
"Indeed. It isn't like Andy and his mother to be mad at each other." Buzz said.
Woody then froze, "Hold on. Do you think…?"
"Affirmative, cowboy." Buzz said before they rushed to find the rogue toys.
"All right, fess up! It was you three who caused them to be mad, wasn't it?!" Woody asked.
"So what if it was?" Slick asked.
"It was them, Woody! I saw them break that vase. I tried to stop them, but they wouldn't listen!" Bo said, causing the other three to glare at her.
Later, the three toys were trying to figure something else out, but were drawing a blank until they looked at a poster on the wall and smirked evilly.
The next day, Jennifer answered a knock at the door and saw Al from the Toy Barn.
"Hey, Mrs. Davis!" Al said.
"Al?" Jennifer asked.
"Listen, I know I screwed up big time by stealing your son's toy, but please, let me make it up to you. You and your son are invited to test a new VR game where people get to play alongside toys in realistic environments. Free of charge." Al said, handing her two tickets.
Jennifer, already untrustworthy of Al, said "I don't know.".
"Come on, Mom! Please! It sounds really cool!" Andy said.
Jennifer sighed before she smiled, "If it's to make you happy, all right. When does this game open, Al?"
"Tomorrow." Al said before leaving.
The next day, Andy had chosen Buzz, Woody, Bo, and the three rogues for his team of toys to take into the game.
Once they arrived at the toy barn, Andy placed the six toys in a special base designed to scan them into the game. Once Andy and Jennifer put the goggles on, they found themselves in a wrestling arena.
"Wow! This is realistic!" Andy said before they saw their opponents, Wonder Woman and Chiroptera.
"Okay, let's do this!" Jennifer said, flexing her muscles for the crowd.
Al, who was the referee, said, "All right, guys, I want a nice clean fight, no lassos, no Batarangs, and above all else, let's give these folks a show. Ready, FIGHT!"
Wonder Woman and Jennifer started the match as they got locked in a battle of wits while Andy and Chiroptera exchanged punches and kicks. Despite the two opponents being members of the Justice League, Andy and Jennifer were able to hold their ground. As Jennifer and Wonder Woman exchanged punches, Wonder Woman said, "You know, you're not bad.".
"Hey, I'm just as surprised. I didn't think I could match a member of the Justice League, let alone Wonder Woman." Jennifer said.
Meanwhile, Chiroptera was pinned by Andy, "Not bad, kid." Chiroptera said.
"Looks like me and Mom are gonna win." Andy said.
"That's what you think." Chiroptera said, his voice taking on a more robotic tone before he and Wonder Woman changed into Defecto and Agent Rogue, Slick joining a second later.
"What in the world?!" Jennifer asked before Andy started glowing and vanishing.
"Mom, what's happening?!" Andy asked before he vanished, as did Al.
"ANDY!" Jennifer called before she noticed she had lost her muscles.
"Your fight's with us now." said Agent Rogue. Jennifer took the challenge and started to fight, managing to land decent blows on them, but due to the loss of her strength, she found herself being beaten easily, much to her surprise.
Meanwhile, Andy found himself in a Sonic the Hedgehog setting of Green Hill Zone.
"Mom!" Andy called.
"Andy!" he heard two voices call. He looked and saw Woody and Buzz.
"Woody?! Buzz?!" Andy asked before he ran over.
"No way! It's one thing to see you guys on TV but meeting you is a whole other story!" Andy said as he shook their hands.
"Nice to meet you too, Andy." Woody said.
"Same, but we have to move fast." Buzz said before he pointed to a giant Defecto being controlled by Al.
"Now, let's see how you handle this!" Al said before he maneuvered the robot to head their way.
The three of them hurried and got onto Bullseye, who Woody had called for.
"Ride like the wind, Bullseye!" Woody and Andy called as Bullseye took off.
The robot gave chase, forcing Bullseye to weave around to dodge debris and attacks.
Meanwhile, Jennifer was on her knees, having been badly hurt by the rogue toys.
"Now, to meet your doom. Andy will be our friend once again." Defecto said.
At that, Jennifer's eyes snapped open, "Don't you dare…lay a defective finger…ON MY SON!" she yelled before a burst of energy surrounded her. Her hair was a brighter golden shade and she had her strength back. The toys were surprised by her bounce back before she kicked Agent Rogue into Defecto and tied them up with Slick. She then heard "SIMULATION CLEAR" before she was transported into another one, where she had to battle toy zombies. Once they were all down, she wound up in Metroville, home of the Incredibles.
She looked around and saw that the Incredibles were currently fighting what appeared to be a toy of Trypticon.
"Hang on, Incredibles!" she called before she ran over and punched back a missile, knocking the robot back.
"Who are you?" Elastigirl asked.
"I'm Jennifer Davis. My son Andy was kidnapped and I need to find him in one of these simulations. Can you help me?" Jennifer asked.
"We'd be happy to help you, Jennifer, but first we need to finish this fight." Violet said before Trypticon lunged at them and got his claw stuck. Jennifer jumped and stomped down on it.
"Mr. Incredible!" Jennifer called.
Mr. Incredible took the initiative and punched Trypticon's hand off. It reared back in pain, allowing Dash to run around it fast enough to trip it. Elastigirl then enlarged her fist to punch through it, deactivating it.
"Thanks, Jennifer. Now, about your son, You've cleared three simulations already. Your son may be in the final one. You have two more to get through before you can make it to the last one." Dash said.
"Thank you, Incredibles." Jennifer said gratefully before she traveled to the fourth one.
There, she found a lioness.
"Greetings, Jennifer. I assume you are here to save your son." the lioness said.
"Yes. Now, can I pass?" Jennifer asked.
"Not yet. First, you must defeat me at my own natural talent, roaring." the lioness said before she let out a loud roar.
"Okay, this shouldn't be too hard." Jennifer said before she let out a louder, more bone-chilling roar.
The lioness responded with one that made Jennifer's hair stand on end.
The contest went on for a while, Jennifer thinking she might not be able to win, until she remembered her secret weapon.
"Okay, let's see you beat this." Jennifer said before she took a deep breath and roared like Godzilla, not only chilling the lioness but also making her hair stand on end and turn white.
"I win." Jennifer said.
With that, she made her way to the fifth simulation, where Bo Peep awaited.
"So, you've arrived at last." Bo said.
"Bo Peep?" Jennifer asked.
"Now, once I beat you, Andy will want to play with me again instead of wasting his playtime with you!" Bo said as she threw off her cape, revealing her muscles.
"Bo, you don't understand-" Jennifer started.
"That you're a weakling?" Bo taunted as she flexed her muscles.
Jennifer didn't take kindly to that, "If I'm such a weakling, explain these!" she said as she flexed her muscles, which were bigger.
Bo took that as a challenge, "Okay, tough girl, let's arm wrestle and find out who's stronger!" she said.
"You're on!" Jennifer said as they arm wrestled, which proved quite tough as neither of them seemed to give an edge. Eventually, Jennifer managed to wrestle Bo to the table.
"Okay, you may be stronger, but I bet you can't burp better than me!" Bo said before she started with a long burp. Jennifer retaliated with a loud burp. Just like with Andy, the burps went short, long, loud, quiet, you name it. Eventually, Bo readied herself for a powerful burp in retaliation to Jennifer knocking her down with a loud but short burp burst. Then, all of a sudden, she heard laughing.
She looked and saw the rogue toys, who had evil grins.
"Bo, Bo, Bo, did you honestly think we trusted a goody two-shoes like you?" Slick asked.
"What?" Bo asked.
"We knew you were one of Andy's favorite toys, so we devised a plan to get Andy all to ourselves. By pitting you and his mother against each other, Andy will see how weak you are and he'll look to cooler toys, like us, once we save him from Al." Agent Rogue said.
"You bunch of no good defects! I trusted you!" Bo said.
"And look where it got you!" Defecto said before they disappeared as corrupted versions of Bo's sheep appeared.
"Oh, no." Bo said as one of the corrupted sheep approached her before Jennifer grabbed it and threw it away.
"Jennifer…" Bo said.
"You gonna sit there all day, or are we gonna kick some butt?" Jennifer asked.
Bo smirked before they worked together to fend off the sheep. They kicked, punched, and did everything else they could to defend themselves. To finish off the last one, Jennifer swung Bo by her legs and Bo batted it away with her staff.
"Thanks, Jennifer, so what happened to Andy?" Bo asked.
"Those three toys and Al kidnapped him." Jennifer said, making Bo gasp in horror.
"I can't believe this." she said before the entrance to the final simulation appeared.
"Don't worry. We'll save him." Bo said before she offered her hand. Bo smirked and shook it before they headed into the final simulation. There, they saw Andy, Buzz, Woody, and Bullseye running from Al.
"Got a plan?" Jennifer asked.
"Yes." Bo said before she whistled and three of her sheep who weren't corrupted appeared. She then lined them up and whacked them like baseballs at Agent Rogue, standing on the cockpit of the robot, knocking her into it and throwing the robot off balance.
"GUYS! NOW!" Jennifer called.
"Mom?" Andy asked before he faced the robot and got an idea.
"Buzz, do you have more than one of those jetpacks?" Andy asked.
"Yes." Buzz said before he gave one to Andy and one to Woody. They took off and tackled the robot's legs, causing it to topple over. Al, now angry, started using the robot's arm cannon, made of Slick, to shoot at them, only for them to dodge and weave past every shot. Woody then used his lasso to snatch pieces off of the robot while Buzz used his laser to burn off pieces of the robot's armor. Andy then used his energy blast gauntlet he obtained at the start of the simulation to damage the robot's circuitry.
"YOU FILTHY RATS! I'LL FINISH YOU!" Al yelled before he charged up the robot's core cannon.
Jennifer smirked before she took a stance and put her hands together.
"Ka…Me…Ha…Me…"
"End this, Jennifer!" Bo said.
"Blast him To Infinity And Beyond!" Buzz yelled.
"Finish it!" Woody yelled.
"Go, Mom!" Andy yelled.
"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Jennifer yelled as she fired a massive blue energy blast into the robot's core, causing it to explode and Al to fall to the ground, where Bullseye kicked him over to the other heroes, who cracked their knuckles.
"Reach for the sky." Woody said with a smirk before they started beating him up.
Once the simulation ended and Andy and his mom bid farewell to the toys, they snatched the rogue toys and threw them to the floor.
"Now, where's Al?" Jennifer asked before she saw him trying to sneak away. She grabbed him by the collar and dragged him back before beating him up.
Later, back at home, Bo apologized sincerely after explaining everything.
"Well, Bo, I forgive you, and I assure you that I never meant to make you feel neglected. Tell you what, tomorrow we'll make you the main character in a new adventure. How's that?" Jennifer asked as she handed the now sold Rogue toys, who were tied up in a box, to their new owner.
"Sounds great!" Bo said.
Later that night, Andy was being tucked into bed by Jennifer.
"Love you, Andy." Jennifer said.
"Love you, Mom." Andy said before he started to drift off to sleep. Jennifer smiled before she started singing.
