Boruto immediately takes her hand and replies: "I'm here!". Suddenly a gem appears between Boruto's and Nanashi's hands. "This is… our Kiseki… It's small but it's so important… would you accept it?". "Of course I will accept it! We must let it grow bigger so we should hang out together... right?". Suddenly Nanashi feels that her end is coming and says in a sad tone: "Why is this the end…? I wanted to… spend so much more time together… with… you…" As Boruto hears it, he starts crying. "It's just so… sad…". Suddenly Nanashi lets her hand fall out.
Suddenly everything is dark. Nanashi is in an infinite sized room with full of darkness. She hears Boruto calling her name and sobbing. "So… this is the end?". As Nanashi looks around, she starks crying. "Why me? Why do all these bad things happen to me? I can't understand why me? Did I do something wrong? Is this my fate?" Nanashi falls on her knees. "Why did it have to end so? I finally found happiness for the first time…". She raises her head "I wish I could have spent more time with you… Boruto…". Nanashi consciousness starts fading away as her body is disappearing. "… Well, at least my painful life ends here… finally I can rest… sorry Boruto…" then everything turns black.
Nanashi slowly opens her eyes. She looks around and doesn't understand where she is. But then tears fell as she realizes that she is alive. "Boruto…". She attempts to stand up but with a weakened Body she fails and then she falls out of the bed. "Boruto…" She tries to stand up but fells again. Then suddenly a nurse enters the hospital room and goes to Nanashi and takes her and lies her on the bed. The nurse asks a ton of questions, but Nanashi doesn't respond as she only thinks of Boruto.
After 15 minutes someone enters the room. "Hello there!" Says the man with a friendly tone but Nanashi ignores him. Then man sits next to her and starts talking. "Well, you probably already know who I'm, but I will still introduce myself. I'm the 7th Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki and I'm the father of Boruto. I heard that you are friends. I'm really happy about that!" Naruto tries to be friendly and nice as much as possible. Then Nanashi asks: "Where is Boruto?" "Boruto is on a mission. He will come to Konoha soon.". Nanashi closes her eyes and asks: "How did I survive?". Naruto smiles and responds: "When you were dying, a very talented healer came and noticed you lacked chakra. She then used a very special ability to insert chakra to you and save your life." Nanashi bows her head: "What will happen to me now? What should I do in the future? Where I'm going to live?" "Hm… I think you will have to wait a bit… but I promise that you won't have a painful life.". Someone opens the door: "Lord seventh…" "Yeah, have some patience." After 1 hour someone, that is breathing fast, opens the door and shouts: Nanashi!". Nanashi recognize the voice and looks directly at the person. Then tears start falling. "Boruto… Is that you?"
