"Tommy, how are you?" Sal Deluca asks the man. The man looks at him with surprise and shock.

"Sal? What's going on?" Tommy asks. He feels an arm by his side. Some of the guys Deluca was with were surprised to see the support. Sal looks at the man that he was friends with.

"I wanted to say that I'm sorry. I never supported you, and I failed to be your friend. But I want you to know that I'm truly grateful that you have people who have your back," Sal tells him, his voice filled with genuine appreciation. Tommy is shocked by this unexpected recognition.

"Thank you, Sal. Your words mean a lot to me. I hope you also have the support you need," Tommy says, and Sal's heart warms at his forgiveness.

"Is there a chance you and I could catch up over coffee?" Sal asks nervously. Tommy blinks at him.

"You have Wednesday off. You can do it then," The man beside Tommy tells him. Tommy looks at him.

"If you want, I can come with you. Buck picked up an extra shift that day, and I won't return until next week," The man offers. Tommy looks at him with gratitude.

"Wednesday at noon? The Lunar Court?" Tommy offers Sal. Sal smiles at the two, nods, and leaves.

"Are you sure you want to come?" Tommy asks. The man looks at him with a soft smile.

"Do you want me to come?" He asks, and Tommy smiles at him.

"Yes," Tommy says, and the man smiles.

"Then I'll come. I have nothing else to do that day. We can go to the gym in the morning and head to the Luna Court for Sal. We'll make a date out of it," The man says. Tommy laughs.

"I love you, Eddie," Tommy says, kissing Eddie's forehead. Eddie smiles.

"I love you too, Tommy. Let's go; we're on pick-up duty today," Eddie says, making the older man laugh. Before Tommy could believe it was Wednesday.

"Tommy, stop. Okay, if Sal wants to fuck with you, would he have done it already?" Eddie asks the finger-drumming Tommy. Tommy deflates the tension in his body. Eddie looks at him; he is kind, loving, patient, and understanding. He wants to put a baby in Eddie so severely. He wants his family to expand.

"I'm scared that this is going to be a setup," Tommy confesses, making Eddie nod in understanding.

"Do you know what I think?" Eddie asks the older man. Tommy looks at him with confusion and curiosity.

"What are you thinking?" Tommy asks, making Eddie smile.

"I think that you and Sal both miss each other and used each other to survive the man that used to be your captain before Bobby. You two had to hide who you both were so you didn't get crucified yourselves. You didn't know how or when to help others. When Hen made that speech about who she is, you wanted to stop hiding. By doing that, you started to open up a little to them. You started from bully to friend. You had a friend in Sal before Hen and Chimney came. The captain bullied you, and Sal protected you. When you came out and Sal left, you were alone. However, you found your way. You have two partners that want you in our lives, and you have a station that loves having you around. You both want that friendship back, and that's okay to have," Eddie says lovingly and sweetly. Tommy smiles so softly at his partner.

"Eddie's right. I'm sorry for not being there when you needed me. You were my only friend in my life. I want to make it up to you," Sal says, sitting next to Tommy and Eddie. The younger man seemed to know what they wanted and could tell it. Eddie sees a woman with Sal, and she sits next to Eddie.

"I'm Val. Eddie, right?" She asks; Eddie smiles at her.

"It's nice to meet you Val. What do you do?" Eddie asks as he gets up, and Val smiles at the man, following suit. She knows what he's doing. Sal and Tommy look up at the two. Eddie kisses Tommy on the lips and gives him a loving smile.

"You can do this, Tommy. Val and I are going to eat our lunch on the bench," Eddie says, and the two walk away with their lunch. Eddie had already told the waitress what was happening, and she happily complied with Eddie's request.

"You got this, Sal. Tommy is still the same man when you first joined the 118," Val says and follows Eddie. The two men see their lovers on the bench talking.

"Eddie Diaz, uh. I thought he would be with Evan Buckley," Sal says, and Tommy smiles.

"They're both mine. Evan and I are romantically involved, while Eddie is platonic. I knew, going into a relationship with Evan, that Eddie and Chris were a package deal. I love my family. Who's Val? How did you two meet?" Tommy tells and asks him. Sal smiles at how open Tommy is being.

"I'm glad all three of you are in a happy relationship that works for you. Val is a carpenter, and we met on the job. We had to save her company from an idiot. We're platonically married. I'm aromantic, and Val is the same." Sal tells him. Tommy smiles softly at his friend.

"Eddie's an aro and ace. He could use a friend or two when Evan and I are on a date," Tommy says gently, and Sal laughs. The two look at the man and woman laughing.

"How are you doing?" Sal asks the younger man by four years. Tommy looks at him with confusion.

"Serrano heard from Roger that Eddie tried to kill himself, and you found him. How are you?" Sal informs Tommy. The other sighs.

"Does the entire LAFD know that Eddie tried to kill himself?" Tommy asks him. Sal smiles sadly.

"Han and Wilson like to gossip," Sal offers, making Tommy scoff at that. Sal frowns.

"They need to learn to mind their business. They helped cause this situation. I'm okay. It took a while before I could let Eddie out of my sight. Evan threw me into therapy, along with Eddie. I'm sorry about Godfrey. Crewz told me what happened to him. How have you been?" Tommy asks him.

"I'm going back to that, but I'm okay. Val has been great. Godfrey died of regrets and wanted to tell you he was sorry. Yarbrough wants to meet with you. To apologies. What does that mean to you, Tommy?" Sal asks. Tommy stiffens before sighing.

"Before you came, Godfrey, Yarbrough, Yates, and I went to a bar. The two cornered me and raped me. The captain laughed at me, and then you showed up and protected me from them. Yates stayed silent. However, he knew that they raped me but protected them," Tommy tells him. Sal pales.

"I'm sorry, Tommy. I have to go. Val and I have to pick up our kid. Numbers?" Sal asks. The two men switch numbers. Val and Eddie wait for the two to come and greet them. The four hugged and went their separate ways. Eddie looks at Tommy.

"How did it go?" Eddie asks, and Tommy pulls him into a tight embrace.

"Tommy?" Eddie questions. The older man sniffs Eddie's scent and relaxes.

"I'm okay, love. The LAFD knows about your attempt and that I have found you. I told Sal about the night I was raped," Tommy tells him. Eddie holds him tighter.

"We love you, Tommy. I love you," Eddie tells him, and Tommy squeezes Eddie.

"I love you too, Eddie. Thank you for coming," Tommy says. The two come home to see Pepa, Abuela, Carla, and Christopher at the house. Abuela and Pepa are hesitant with Eddie.

"They found out and wanted to see if they could help. I know you missed them, and you want to forgive them. However, you don't have to trust them again. They know that you don't trust them after what happened," Tommy tells the other man. Eddie smiles softly at him. He looks at the two ladies who raised him. He slowly hugs them. His Abuela holds him tightly.

After the three women leave dinner, Chris is in bed, Evan is still at work, and Eddie and Tommy are on the couch relaxing. They're watching Love, Actually, and Tommy smiles. Cuddles are the best thing that can happen in any relationship. Eddie craves touch, and cuddling is the best way for them to relax. Once the movie ends, the two go to bed. In the morning, Tommy sees Evan spooning Eddie and facing him. Eddie's face is hiding in Tommy's chest.

"Hi," Evan says, and Tommy smiles.

"Hi," Tommy mimics.
