Hey everyone...I know I was gone for awhile. But I couldn't think of a better time to be back since I finished KagamiPINKAgreste's birthday gift on time.

Happy birthday Kagami-San! I hope this is decent enough...Me being gone for 2/3 months has made me rusty. God I missed writing...

The frisky feline Chat Noir was starting to get tired of running around in circles. That time he asked Ladybug on a date under the stars was becoming one of the worst nights of his life. And every time it replayed in his head, it became more and more muted and painful to think about.

He would've done anything for this girl; he would joke that Chat Noir had plenty of beautiful fans, but Ladybug would always be his number 1.

The black cat thought that was charming.

Eventually, after spiraling in circles for days, he considered how many lovely girls would appreciate a black cat like him, unlike the elusive Ladybug he always had to run for.

And then there was the lovely Kagami-Sama. A girl who didn't smile often, but when she smiled at him, it was the warmest one in the world, with soft almond eyes to match. Like sunshine after a long rainy storm.

Eventually, he would turn her way while on patrol, and Chat Noir would lean as he watched her every move. The black cat noticed how she tried to stay sophisticated even if she was just a child and how strong she was physically and mentally.

Eventually, Chat Noir almost subconsciously created a game plan but could never quite execute it.

It wasn't until he took a leap of faith, standing outside the glass door on a bright and sunny day, holding up a sign that said, "Date?" while smiling with an adorable curled kitty smile.

Kagami was grateful all the other rich kids were nowhere to be seen; it was just her and Chat Noir separated by glass. She gave the adorable Cheshire cat a sideways grin with her hand on her hip.

She wouldn't admit it, but Chat Noir's adorable gesture of holding up that sign for her was making her weak in the knees.

And the law of attraction was undeniable as she opened up to the ray of sunshine by opening up the glass door that separated them. Chat Noir's ears perked up in delight, and his green eyes gleamed.

But Kagami's confident, smug smile prevented Chat Noir from saying anything cool. He ended up blushing hard and putting down his sign while running his hands through his blonde hair.

"That was very cute Chat Noir," Kagami said.

Chat Noir chuckled. "Really? I'm starting to think it was a little lame."

Kagami shook her head. "You've done wonderfully."

Chat Noir smirked as he sat down and picked up his sign again. "So what do you say Kagami-san? One date? But I would understand if you weren't interested."

"Hmm…" Kagami stroked her chin and smiled before turning around. She giggled when she heard Chat Noir standing up.

Then she turned back to him, her brown eyes sparkling with mystery to the black cat. She batted her eyes for him and grinned.

"I would love to go on a date with you, Chat-San!"

Just one sentence filled Chat Noir with more happiness than he ever imagined, more than he ever felt with other girls. The black cat felt like screaming and jumping buildings, but he knew he had to keep it cool.

"Really?!" Chat Noir cried. Kagami had to bite her lip to prevent herself from laughing at the goofy excited face he made, but she also felt it was all the more charming.

She laced her gentle hands with his clawed hands and looked into his deep green cat eyes. "Really."

Chat Noir couldn't help but dance around a bit this time, and Kagami placed her hand over her lips to stifle her giggles. Although Chat Noir was relieved he made her laugh a bit.

"This will be the greatest date ever!" Chat Noir cried.

Kagami giggled again. "But where will this date take place, Chat-San?"

Chat Noir grinned and then looked at the rooftop tables close by.

"I'll make the perfect date for us on that rooftop. I promise you Kagami!"

Chat Noir placed his hand on Kagami's shoulder, and Kagami looked down and blushed as she moved a bit closer to lean against his strong chest.

She didn't tell him that this would be her first real date.

At sunset, Chat Noir greeted fans and eagerly waited for Kagami to show up. Of course, Kagami wasn't going to let Chat Noir wait. She was just hiding behind a building and blushing, but eventually, she breathed and slapped her face, telling herself to find her courage. However, she still felt herself losing her footing as she walked over.

Chat Noir saluted to a fan and then turned around to see the petite Japanese girl shyly walking towards him.

"Kagami!" Chat Noir beamed.

Kagami said nothing in return as she was too busy blushing; she merely bowed to him politely.

"Sorry for the wait," she whispered.

"No!" Chat Noir cried. "I'm so happy you're here!"

Chat Noir's smile curled a bit as he noted the black and white dress that complemented her slender frame, not to mention the adorable golden bell she wore around her neck. "And that dress looks wonderful on you."

Kagami's smile grew wider. She noted that Chat Noir was his same charismatic self, but he wore a red bow tie this time. She took a moment to tenderly fix his bow, and it excited Chat Noir more than he wanted to admit. The handsome black cat took a moment to play with her cat bell necklace, and the two kids giggled. Without wasting any more time, Chat Noir took Kagami's hand and led her to the rooftop.

"Oh Chat Noir!"

Chat Noir braced Kagami again as she seemed so pleased that she nearly fainted. The rooftop was decorated with a table for two and plenty of twinkle lights.

"This is so wonderful," Kagami said.

Chat Noir chuckled to himself as he guided her to the table and pulled out the chair for her. There were too big silver plate covers, and Kagami noted to herself that Chat Noir seemed to have money on him, but she didn't comment on it.

"I hope this isn't bad. I wasn't sure whether French or Japanese food would be appropriate."

Chat Noir removed the lids, and Kagami was delighted to see fancy spreads of sushi and sashimi.

"Oh Chat Noir, this is very thoughtful."

Chat Noir was stunned. "Are you sure? I can get us something else if you aren't interested."

Kagami smiled and shook her head. "I would love to eat fish with a very handsome and strong cat."

"Ok!" Chat Noir got chopsticks for both of them, and the two children said their prayers. Chat Noir was truly enjoying the fancy sushi a whole lot, and Kagami thought it was absolutely charming. She couldn't help but use her chopsticks to present a piece of sushi to the frisky feline.

"Hm?" Chat Noir said. He blinked his emerald green eyes as Kagami smiled at him, almost egging him on with that piece of sushi.

"Kagami, that belongs to you…"

Kagami smirked. "You're just so cute Chat-San."

Chat Noir laughed. "You give me too much credit…"

Kagami beckoned him again, but Chat Noir didn't want to be a glutton. But with the swiftness of a skilled fencer, she fed him the sushi, and Chat Noir felt like he was on cloud nine as he moaned. It tasted even better being fed by a beautiful young lady.

But once Chat Noir was done eating, the entire world seemed to stand still momentarily as his green eyes met Kagami's soft brown eyes. She seemed pleased as she smiled at him, which made a confident cat boy like himself feel foolish.

It may have just been all the twinkle lights around them, but he could've sworn he saw stars in her eyes.

But Chat Noir quickly swallowed and got up. "Anyway! A gluttonous kitty like myself shouldn't overeat! There is also dessert!"

Kagami also got up and walked to Chat to hold his strong bicep. "I would love some," she said softly. Chat Noir had to keep his cool the best he could be. He was as red as a tomato right now.

But with her soft hand intertwined with his clawed hand, the two of them made it smoothly to another table with a chocolate fountain and a mountain of ruby-red strawberries. Kagami licked her lips at the thought of chocolate, but before she could pick a strawberry, Chat Noir dipped a strawberry in the chocolate and presented it to her. She had to admit that it excited her more than she wanted to admit.

"Oh…" Kagami said as Chat Noir noted her soft red lips. Kagami accepted the sweet strawberry covered in chocolate, and Chat Noir licked his claws.

Kagami grinned and picked two strawberries out to dip in lots of chocolate. Then, her body language said everything as if she wanted to feed them to Chat Noir.

"Oh Kagami-San, you wanna see how many strawberries you can fit in this bad kitty's mouth?"

Kagami took a moment to giggle with her hand over her lips. "Bad kitty? You have always been such a good kitty to me."

Chat Noir winked at her with both eyes. "Believe me, princess, I can be both good and bad."

Kagami didn't seem too phased by that as she smiled confidently.

"Well, I'm not some sweet little princess who follows all the rules."

Chat Noir felt his heart leap as Kagami fed him strawberries, and each one tasted sweeter than the last.

But that alone wasn't enough to feed his hunger.

After the two of them stuffed each other, they sat on the ground, with Kagami safely resting her head on Chat Noir's strong chest and Chat Noir wrapping his arm around her. They sat in blissful silence until they noticed all the stars that lit up the sky.

Chat Noir thought for a moment as he turned on the tiny computer on his staff and the app that played sweet romantic music in case the situation called for it. Not that he was manipulating Kagami for a romantic dance; she nuzzled against his chest, and he figured that she just wanted to rest.

Or so he thought as she got up quickly and pulled him up with her. Her deep brown eyes gleamed with desire, leaving the sneaky cat off guard.

"Care to dance Chat Noir?"

Chat Noir was still stunned, but he gave her a pleased grin.

"I would love to Kagami."

And as they swung around together under the stars and matched each beat of the music, Chat Noir couldn't help but feel this was a lot less forced than when Alya got him and Marinette to dance together, or how he couldn't please Ladybug no matter how hard he tried. The two of them sweated, but they still held on and continued dancing, even when the music stopped. And when Chat Noir and Kagami needed to breathe, they rested their foreheads together and giggled. And Kagami tried to ignore the sound of a distant clock notifying her that it was getting late.

Chat Noir noticed Kagami's distress as she pulled away and released her hold of him. But Chat Noir gently took her hand.

"I hope this date was alright Kagami…"

Kagami sucked it in and smiled up at Chat Noir. "It was perfect!"

Chat Noir ran his hands through his hair and looked away blushing. "Well, if you ever want to do this again…"

Chat Noir didn't want to push the little luck that he had.

But when Kagami placed a gentle hand on his cheek so he was looking into her eyes, eyes that shined just for him, he just knew…

"I would love to go on another date, Chat Noir…"

"You are my hero after all!"

Chat Noir couldn't help but grin.

Yes, he was Kagami's hero…

And he always would be, forevermore.

With undeniable attraction, the two of them moved closer so they could feel each other's breath. Both of them giggled as they weren't quite ready yet, but there were no hard feelings, far from it. Kagami found her resolve to kiss Chat Noir on the cheek, and afterward, Chat Noir took Kagami's hand and kissed it gently.

Kagami gave him a pleased smile, and Chat Noir raised an eyebrow as he grinned back.

Yes, neither of them could wait for their next date.
