Alpha and I were trying to figure out a way to contact the rangers, but nothing was coming to mind. I even started trying to figure out ways on my laptop, but still didn't figure out anything.
"Alpha, we must re-establish contact with the power rangers." Zordon said.
"I don't understand. Everything here seems to be working, but they still can't hear us." I said as Alpha and I looked over the main computer.
"Rita's island of illusion is deflecting our communication. Keep trying." Zordon said.
"Right, Zordon! Maybe I can boost our signal if I re-route the main computer's microfler transponder. Ouch!" Alpha said before getting shocked.
"What is happening?" Zordon asked.
"Are you alright, Alpha?" I asked.
"I must have gotten my wires crossed. Now I've blown the computer quasitronic fuse. I'm alright Ashlynn." Alpha replied.
"Quickly, Alpha, try to bypass the circuit." Zordon said.
"Right. Ouch!" Alpha said before getting shocked again.
"Hurry, Alpha. It is important we contact the power rangers." Zordon said.
"You hear that computer. You must work. You've got to help save my human friends. Yow! Agh!" Alpha said to the computer before, I guess, getting shocked once again.
Alpha went to work on the computer and I went back to my laptop to see if I could help out in any way. Alpha would ask for my help here and there and I did whatever he told me.
"What is the status of your repairs, Alpha?" Zordon asked.
"I'm happy to report, Zordon, that I'm finished, and all systems are a go." Alpha said before getting shocked.
Alpha then started bouncing all over the place and then kicked part of the main computer. I felt Alpha's frustration, but now was not the time to lose focus. Alpha went back to working on the computer and I went to my laptop. All of a sudden, I locked onto the rangers' communicators. I let Alpha and Zordon know and they were happy.
I rejoined the others and was happy that they were safe and sound. We watched Zack dance, and of course, he won. We knew he could do it, but he had to believe in himself. We enjoyed our downtime because we all knew that Rita wasn't done just yet.
