I woke up the next morning with a slight headache, but I just took some medicine and went on about my day. I got dressed, packed a bag, and headed out to the beach. I decided to have a beach day, so I could fully think about everything that's happened. Zack, Trini, Kimberly, and Billy were going on this trip, while Jason was spending time with his cousin, Jeremy. I was asked about both, but I told Jason that he needed to spend time with his cousin while he could, and I told the others that I would just miss this trip, but more than likely go on the next one.
I was reading a book before I heard people arguing. I put my book down, stood up, and noticed that Jason was fighting Bulk. I also noticed a kid and I figured that he was Jeremy, Jason's nephew. Jason noticed me and I did a small wave. I ended up joining them, per Jeremy's request, but I just sat and watched them practice karate until putties attacked.
Jason and I fought the putties, but some went after Jeremy and he handled himself very well. The putties left and Jeremy was excited.
"Good job, Jeremy." Jason said.
"I've always heard about Rita and the putties, but I never thought I'd actually see them." Jeremy said.
"Let's hope you don't have to see them again." I said.
I then followed the boys while they went fishing. I kept quiet while they talked until Jeremy jumped with excitement.
"Hey, I got something." Jeremy said as he reeled in his line.
"A bottle, weird." Jeremy said.
"Wonder what's inside." I said.
"Looks like a map." Jeremy said as he opened the paper that was in the bottle.
"What's going on?" Jeremy asked as the ground started to shake.
"Get down, wait here!" Jason said.
I got closer to Jeremy and stayed down with him. I gave Jason a nod because I knew why he was leaving us. Jason soon came back and I stood up slowly with Jeremy.
"You guys okay?" Jason asked.
"Man, this is totally cool! What a way to start a vacation." Jeremy replied.
"I'm okay J." I said.
All of a sudden Scorpina and a monster showed up. Jason told us to run, but of course, Capri showed up. I told Jeremy to run and got ready to fight. I sent Capri back to Rita and took off to find Jeremy. I couldn't find him, but kept looking.
Before I knew it, the rangers had defeated the monster and Scorpina, and I came across them with Jeremy. I was glad to see that everyone was alright. I took Jeremy back to the Youth Center, so the others wouldn't get caught. They joined us and Jeremy was telling them everything.
Everyone enjoyed listening to Jeremy and even wanted him to talk more about certain ranger colors. I'm glad that he had a blast and I hope he visits more often.
"Hey, Jase, I meant to ask you, where were you all that time?" Jeremy asked after he got done talking about the red ranger.
All of us waited for his response because this was going to be good.
"I have a martial arts class I need to teach. Come one, Jeremy." Jason replied.
All of us laughed because we figured that he would say something along those lines. I'm glad he didn't find out Jason's secret, and now we'll have to be more careful to keep the secret.
