The next morning I was running late to school, but when I arrived, Mr. Kaplin was covered in soap and had just given the others detention. I went to help Mr. Kaplin since he refused Billy's help, and he took it but also gave me detention as well. I was confused but he explained that I was with the others when they "covered him and the floor with soap" so therefore I'm just as guilty. I knew right then that something was off and I have a very good idea of who actually did this. I joined the others in detention and explained to them why I was there.

"Now, you all know why you are here." Mr. Kaplin started.

"Ptht." Bulk scoffed.

"Your drinking fountain prank was the height of delinquency." Mr. Kaplin continued.

"Mr. Kaplin." I went to say, but I guess it was the wrong time.

"Silence! Now you're going to remain in your seats for the duration of the day. I have a meeting to attend." Mr. Kaplin finished.

"Hey, Mr. Kaplin, go to your meeting. I know the routine. I'll fill them in on the rest." Bulk said.

"Alright, but I'll be back to check on you shortly." Mr. Kaplin said before leaving.

I pulled out my laptop and started continuing to work on the project that I was working on. I listened as the others talked about being blamed for something they didn't do. I mumbled to them that I think this could be Rita's fault. The others seemed to agree, but we couldn't figure out why.

"Oh, boy! It's time for my favorite cartoon." Bulk said while pulling a small TV out of his bag.

Bulk got the TV plugged in and turned it on. Skull, of course, sat in the way.

"Out of my way, pinhead!" Bulk growled before shoving Skull out of the way.

"But Bulk, I want to see too." Skull whined.

I rolled my eyes because these two act like freaking children way too much.

We interrupt this program for a special report. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, who once fought on the side of justice and the defenders of our planet, have now joined with the forces of evil.

"Say what?" I asked.

"That's bogus!" Zack yelled.

"We… I mean the power rangers would never join the forces of evil." Jason said.

The Power Rangers staged a terrifying attack on downtown Angel Grove just moments ago. I don't believe my eyes! Or my ears. This attack was totally unprovoked and took the city by surprise.

"But that's impossible." Kimberly said.

"Man, the Power Rangers are being framed." Billy said.

Today the power rangers are behaving like the hoodlums they put out of business. This is indeed a dark day for Angel Grove and the entire world.

All of us gathered together to figure out how the others would get out of detention and take down Rita and her fake rangers. Kimberly noticed that Mr. Kaplin was gone and I knew that she was going to do something crazy.

Kimberly went to leave but was quickly brought back by Mr. Kaplin. The others were trying to figure out what to do when an announcement came through.

Attention students, due to the current state of emergency, no one is allowed to leave the school premises until further notice. Have a nice day.

All of us glanced at each other before the newscaster spoke again.

We're back with live coverage of the current crisis in downtown Angel Grove. The magnitude of this crisis is increasing as the amount of destruction at this point is impossible to estimate. All efforts to stop the Power Rangers have failed, and the city, perhaps the world is at their mercy.

"Morphin's the only way." Jason said.

"But how?" Kimberly asked.

"I've got an idea! Hey Skull, do you want to see my new trick?" Zack asked.

"Sure." Skull replied.

"Yeah geek, show us something we haven't seen." Bulk added.

"You mean like the alphabet." I scoffed.

"Alright, alright, check this out. I can make us disappear." Zack said.

"No way!" Skull exclaimed.

"Yes way, but first, cover your eyes. And count backwards from ten." Zack said.

"Now plug your ears with your fingers and count backwards." I added.

The group morphed and I headed to the Command Center. Zordon, Alpha, and I talked about everything that was going on before joining the others back at school.

"Good afternoon, Mr. Kaplin." all of us said as Mr. Kaplin came into the room.

"Hey, how'd you do that?" Bulk asked.

"It's magic!" Zack answered.

"Yeah, with mirrors like this one." Kimberly added.

"I hoped you all learned a lesson." Mt. Kaplin said as we got up to leave after the bell rang.

"We sure did." Jason laughed as we headed out the door.

"Guys, come on. Guys, tell us how you did it. Guys, come on, Zack." Bulk begged.

"Get a life." Zack laughed.
