Because everyone at Headquarters is panicking for the simple reason that the puppies (name given to children under 18) had all disappeared!
All the adults have been looking for the missing since this morning!
After hours of searching, they finally found the sleeping puppies stuck to sleeping Giyuu, who had made a huge nest made of blankets!
Sanemi and Kyojuro blushing at the thought of making Giyuu their Omega!
