Lily woke up with the blinding sunlight in her eyes. She sat upright, trying to block out the brightness with her hand.
She quickly changed out of her old clothes and crept downstairs.
"You slept in."
Snape was looking out the window.
"What's wrong?" She walked over to the window.
"The werewolves... they seem to be multiplying everywhere."
Lily stared at the trees. "Are you okay? From last night?"
Snape looked at her. "What do you mean?"
"Are your cuts healed?"
Snape had a concerned look on his face. "What are you talking about?"
Lily's eyebrows furrowed. "Do you remember what happened last night?"
"I..." He placed his finger on his temple.
"You... held me in bed last night... after I healed you. You were playing with my hair and kissing me and stuff," Lily mumbled.
Snape flushed. "I did?"
Lily was unsettled by the thought of Snape not remembering the night before.
"Your eyes... they turned green shortly after Petunia cut you up. Do you remember anything after that happened?"
"All I remember was being assaulted by your sister, then I was awake in bed."
"Something about those werewolves..."
Snape continued to gaze out the window.
Lily frowned. "It was like you were... possessed."
He swallowed. "That makes sense... because I would never... you know... go that far."
Lily didn't know how to respond. She put everything together. When Snape supposedly admitted his love for her, his eyes were a bluish green. When he kissed her cheek the day she was leaving Hogwarts, she saw a flash of green.
Did he even love her?
She looked into his eyes.
Snape began walking to the stairwell. "Come with me." He smiled, his eyes turning into a flashing green.
Lily anxiously followed him up the steps. "Severus, what are you doing?"
She followed him into his room, watching him sit on his bed.
She rushed over to him, shaking him violently. "Severus! Snap out of it!"
Then, in a flash, he pulled her up onto the bed and forced her to lay on her back.
"What are you doing?!" she cried.
He aggressively began making out with her.
Lily gasped for breath, trying to push him away, which only made him push her down harder.
"Stop it!" she choked.
Snape's eyes snapped back to brown in an instant.
He looked around, then saw a terrified Lily backed up against his pillows, breathing heavily.
"What's wrong?"
"You... just... made out with me," she gasped.
His face fell as he cowered. "I-I-I'm so sorry, I didn't mean- I didn't want-" he babbled.
Lily immediately sat up, catching her breath.
She stood up, cautiously walking over to him. "What is going on with you?"
He looked away, humiliated. "I didn't want to do that," he mumbled.
"Look at me."
He turned his head to face hers, completely red in the cheeks.
Lily sighed. "I'm worried that you're going to do something horrible to me. Each time you get possessed, or whatever it is happens to you, it's even worse than the last."
"I'm so sorry, Lily."
"It's not your fault." She sat next to him, placing her hand on his back.
Snape rested his head on his knees.
"I go back to Hogwarts tomorrow..."
