Just then, a guard regained consciousness, "Quickly, get in here before more of them show up," said the guard as he deactivated the gate he was behind.
" I wonder what happened to that thug," said Luan.
"They came out of nowhere, I dragged Jerry in here, powered up the gate, must have passed out," said the guard."Joker went through that door. What's on the other side," asked batman. "We call it extreme isolation, only way in is via the transport system," said the guard. "Open it," said batman, "No problem, just have to call another cell," said the guard.
"That's really convenient," said Lincoln.
"Sounds too good to be true," said Luna.
When the guard was having trouble with the control panel, batman turned to see Joker on a screen. "Having a little trouble up there," he said. "Joker," said batman, "You were expecting maybe Two-Face?" said Joker. "There's no escape, Joker," said batman, "Silly bat, I don't want to escape. I'm having way too much fun. I even have you here to keep a smile on my face," said Joker. "Not for long," said batman, "Really, we'll see ta-ta, oh and I forgot to say just in case you were planning on following me, I've arranged a little insurance. Gordon is on his way to Harley as we speak," said Joker. As the picture showed Boles knocking out Gordon. "Officer Boles," said batman, "If I see you trying to follow me he dies, Harley's looking forward to it. Maybe I'll film it and post it on the internet," laughed Joker.
"Is this some kind of game to him," said Lucy.
"The transport system is down. The best I can do is open the door you came in, sorry," said the guard. 'I should go back to the holding cells, Boles wasn't too smart he'll have left a trail,' thought batman. As the door opened, Oracle chimed in. "Batman, what's happening," she said. "Joker's escaped. He's sealed himself off. He's got your father," said batman. "Dad," gasped Oracle, "Don't worry, I'm getting him back," said batman. "Okay, I know, but," said Oracle, "Oracle, I'm getting him back, Joker will not win, I won't let him, I'm starting where he was taken, a guard named Frank Boles attacked him, if I find Frank I'll find your father," said batman, "Bruce, hurry please," pleaded Oracle.
"Wow, Oracle really trusts batman," said Lincoln.
As batman ran back to the holding cells, he was stopped by Joker's goons. As batman arrived, he called Oracle, "Oracle, I'm at the holding cells, I'm setting up a crime scene," said batman. "So what's the plan, isolate something in that room unique to Boles," asked Oracle. "Exactly," said batman as he scanned the ground he noticed something it was a flask, 'Boles dropped his flask, sloppy,' thought batman. As he scanned it he thought to himself, 'I can follow traces of alcohol from Frank's bourbon in the atmosphere,' "Oracle, I've got a trail," said batman, "That's great, you follow it, I'm grabbing every reference to arkham I can find maybe useful later," said Oracle.
"Wow, batman can do that just from a flask full of alcohol," said Lori
"It appears he can do almost anything," said Lincoln.
