Landing and Sanding Up a Buggy Oasis
The Z-Traveler is still flying through the air making a long travel about two hours and a half that bored Rainbow Dash a little bit, but she was able to keep herself distracted with some training by having Vegeta do some sparing training though in image training.
"She's really doing it." Applejack was surprised.
"I know, she's been sitting there with Vegeta for a long while now and it's creeping me out." Rarity said, feeling the same as the cowgirl.
"Even I'm impressed with how Rainbow Dash is really into that image training, but I guess she would do anything for Vegeta and wanting to get up to his level." Bulma said.
The scene shows Rainbow Dash and Vegeta sitting across from each other in a meditating position with their fists together and their eyes closing for the imagine training.
"Rainbow Dash has always been the type to move around and keep on moving nonstop, and more so since she got her magic and training with Vegeta to work on Ki control to fly on her own without the wings." Sunset explained, impressed with Rainbow Dash being quiet too.
"And we also discovered that the magic energy and normal energy inside of you all does seem to mix well together." Chi-Chi mentioned.
"Yes, it also helps us bring out more of our magic whenever we want." Fluttershy added and ponied up with her wings and ears coming out.
"But I am confused about something." Goku mentioned.
"What's that?" Pinkie asked while baking some sweets in the kitchen area.
"Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash got the wings because they're one of those flying horse things." Goku said.
"They're called Pegasus." Sunset corrected the guy in the orange gi.
"Pinkie Pie and Applejack are the normal horses." Goku mentioned.
"We like to call ourselves ponies, because we're a little smaller than the average horses." Sunset explained.
"Aw, that sounds really cute." Chi-Chi complimented.
"Then there's Rarity and Sunset being the horses with the pointy horns that does the magic." Goku said while looking at Sunset.
"We're called unicorn, and we are pretty good with our magic." Sunset smiled proudly.
"But if that's what you become whenever you use your magic then where are your horns?" Goku asked as he taps on his forehead.
"Oh well, that's… Huh, because… You see, the reason is…. Uh, I actually have no idea." Sunset felt stump from this.
Sunset looked at herself in the reflection of the window as she ponied up and can clearly see that there is no unicorn horn appearing on her forehead and rub the spot, maybe this unicorn transformation doesn't include the horns which makes her feel kinda sad.
"Now I feel like I'm not complete." Sunset said.
"Maybe it's because you and Rarity can do the magic with your hands, I think that's how humans would do if there were others that could do magic." Flash theorized.
"Huh, I never really thought of doing that. Guess my brain was on vacation at the time." Sunset joked a little on her brain.
"Hey, Chi-Chi used to say that about me a few times." Goku mentioned.
"It was only when I got mad at you for not providing the family, but I'm over that now." Chi-Chi said.
"Attention Z-Fighters and Rainbooms, this is your captain 21 speaking! We are about to make our landing into the swamp and desert area." Nijuuichi announced through the speakers.
"Rainbow Dash, Vegeta, we're here." Fluttershy gently patted their shoulders to wake them up from the image training.
"Finally!" Rainbow Dash smirked as she goes up to the window to see the place with her eyes.
Everyone also saw the place they are about to land seeing one big desert on one side and the other is a giant swamp area with dark-looking trees and such, it's like seeing a whole new world they just entered.
"Wow, this place looks great." Pinkie complimented the land.
"Where's the Rainbow Ball?" Rainbow Dash tried to see if she could spot the ball from up here, even though it's impossible.
"It's somewhere in the swamp area, but it's not a good place to land, so we're gonna have to go for the desert area." Nijuuichi said as she flies the flying bus over to the desert.
"That's much better than having set my foot on something icky and wet and covered in mud." Rarity complained a little.
"Does anyone know what this place is called?" Goku asked.
"According to the World Beyond Map, we are currently in Abyssinia and the swamp we need to go to is called Hayseed Swamp." Sunset answered while looking at her app for the location and name of those places.
"Those sounds like cute names." Chi-Chi commented.
"Do you think we'll have time to see what Abyssinia is like all the way?" Fluttershy asked. She wants to see what kind of new animals she could find out here.
"We could take a look around while searching for the Rainbow Ball in the swamp area, but we shouldn't be out for too long." Nijuuichi stated as they still have school tomorrow and homes back at Canterlot City.
"Oh, looks like there's a town nearby. I'll make a landing." Nijuuichi said.
The Z-Traveler flies toward the perfect spot to land the flying vehicle right next to a small town nearby, the bus makes a soft landing on the sand, and everyone goes out feeling the intense heat from the desert.
"Shit, I knew desert would be the hottest place on the planet, but this is too much." Rainbow Dash exclaimed, already feeling the heat getting to her. Then got annoyed from the flies.
"Yeah, even I can feel it and this heat is making me sweat." Goku said, wiping the sweat off his forehead.
"Well, I just hope there's a spa in that town because my hair does not do well in this humidity." Rarity warned, and worried for her hair being damaged from the heat.
"Does anyone want to check out the town first? They could have information about Hayseed Swamp that we should be aware of just in case." Flash advised.
"Good idea, son. We wouldn't want to go over into unknown territory and accidentally destroy something that may cause the people to get angry at us then banish us for life." Nijuuichi concerned as the group started walking toward the town. Then look at Goku and Vegeta.
"I don't think we've done anything like that during our adventures. Right, Bulma?" Goku asked his first friend.
"Nope, but I do remember you having to eat so much food from that one restaurant we stopped at and got kicked out because you cleared the place out." Bulma mentioned.
"Really? I don't remember that at all." Goku was puzzled.
"Your big stomach is one of the reasons I love you, Goku. But for the sake of this journey, please don't eat this entire town dry." Ch-Chi begged a little.
"Yeah, otherwise you might end up making the ghost into a ghost town of their stomachs." Pinkie joked.
"Actually, doesn't this town look like a ghost town because I don't see any people." Sunset pointed out.
Everyone takes a good look around to see that Sunset is right about being no people around, only for a tumbleweed to roll pass them and through the town.
"Sheehs, this feels empty as a last bottle of apple cider that was clean from the inside." Applejack commented. Then wave her hand to make a few flies go away.
"That's weird, this town should still be up and running with people as the article says about this town." Sunset felt something off is going on here.
"Maybe everyone is practicing their surprise jump for the lucky birthday boy or girl." Pinkie guessed silly.
"Does everything have to be about parties with you?" Vegeta asked.
"Yep!" Pinkie winked.
"Let's try going inside one of those buildings, there's bond to be some people in there." Rarity pointed at one building.
"Hello visitors, welcome to Abyssinia." A man with white hair and wearing a pair of shades greeted the newcomers.
"Hi, we just arrived, and we couldn't help but notice that this town looks a little low on the people." Goku greeted friendly.
"Oh yes, things have been really rough with this town ever since some cruel people came here from Hayseed Swamp and started harassing the people here." The white hair guy informed.
"That's horrible!" Fluttershy gasped softly. Didn't mind the flies buzzing around her.
"Indeed, they have been causing a lot of damage to the city and that's been having us used every ounce of money to try repairing the things that were broken which also means we won't be able to pay off the food supplies we regularly get." The white hair guy explained in a sad tone.
"That's horrible, how could such people do that?" Rarity asked in horrid.
"I'm afraid that just how things are with people being so cruel that they would let people get wasted away." The white hair man shook his head.
"If you don't mind, would you be willing to donate some money for the town. We could really use any help we can get." The white hair man pleaded.
"Of course, perhaps you would like a suggestion to make some decorations to make the town look more lively." Rarity offered while pulling out some money from her purse and about to hand over the money the guy.
However, Vegeta step forward getting between Rarity and the white hair man much to their confusion while Vegeta is glaring at the white hair man.
"Tell me, do you usual greet new people while wearing a face that is not your?" Vegeta asked.
"Huh, what are you talking about, Vegeta?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"I don't know what you're talking about, I had this face since the day I was born." The white hair man said, sweating a bit from the back of his head.
"Is that so? I can feel something is very off with you and that always mean that you can't be trusted." Vegeta stated.
"Now, now, I promise I'm not here as a threat to you. I mean, I just welcome you to Hayseed Swamp." The white hair man pointed out.
The white hair man is starting to sweat some more fearing that this idiot with the tall spiky black hair is going to ruin his little fun.
"HEY!" A girl shouted.
"Oh shit… Not her!" The white hair man gulped.
Everyone turn to see a girl running up to the group and she has the eyes of someone being very angry right now, and that anger is being directly toward the white hair man who looks scared and was about to run away, but Vegeta put his arm out to stop him.
"Got you!" The girl jumped at the white hair man, grabbing him by the face then starts pulling which ended up revealing that the face was an actual mask.
When the mask was pulled off from the faker, the face is revealed to be a younger man with the skin being sea greenish black and the color of his eyes are moderate arctic blue.
"Oh, no wonder his Ki felt different than what his outer appearance is." Goku realized that now.
"Damn you, Changling! I told you that I would saw right through your disguises then kick your ass!" The girl shouted with a fast kick to the head.
But the guy this girl called him a Changling grabs her leg right after that kick and threw a punch to knock her down only for Goku to catch the punch in his hand.
"Looks like you're not really the friendly kind, are you?" Goku asked.
"Bastards, none of you have any idea on what goes on around here because the moment you set foot here, you were already own by the Changling Clan!" The Changling guy proclaimed with angry looks.
"But we only been in this town for five minutes and now we're suddenly coming to become slays!" Fluttershy gasped.
The Changling guy managed to slip his fist out of Goku's hand and threw off, but not because making a quick grab from something in his gi and got the four-star Rainbow Ball though the guy looked a little surprised that this ball look so familiar.
But his getaway was cut short when he suddenly bumps into what feels like a strong wall causing him to fall down on his butt, but he soon looks up to see that it was no wall but the weird guy in the orange pajamas.
"Sorry, but that doesn't belong to you." Goku took back the four-star Rainbow Ball.
"What do you want me to do with him?" Goku asked the girl who clearly is the citizen of this town.
"Throw him all the way to the center of the swamp if you can." The girl answered.
Goku nods before grabbing the guy by the shoulder using his super strength to throw the Changling guy very high into the air and sending him all the way the center of the Hayseed Swamp while he screams so loud that he can still be heard from the swamp until he crashed down.
"Whoa, I didn't mean literally or knew you were that strong!" The girl was amazed.
"You should've seen him do pushups." Pinkie said with loving eyes directly at Goku.
"Anyway, thanks for you help with driving off that Changling guy, but fair warning there are more guys like him out there." The girl said.
"We'll be sure to be on the lookout for them. I'm Applejack, by the way." Applejack introduced herself.
"My name is Ann Fiend, nice to meet you." Ann introduced herself.
Ann is a 16-year-old girl with shoulder-length blonde hair and green eyes. She wears a blue shirt with long sleeves, light blue shorts, a red scarf around her neck with a matching long cloth around her waist, light brown gloves, and brown boots. Breasts size: D-cup.
"Nice to meet you, this here is the rest of my friends." Applejack gestured at her group as they have introduced themselves to Ann.
"Wow, that's quite a big group and did you really come all this way from that flying vehicle?" Ann asked walking up to the Z-Traveler.
"That's right, I built this beauty here myself and I've been thinking about kicking up the speed." Nijuuichi bragged a little.
"No way! This is the greatest thing I ever stumble upon, a mechanic's dream to build something so amazing beyond anything!" Ann was awestruck with the Z-Traveler as she looks around the bus.
"I think we just found you a new best friend." Rainbow Dash tapped her elbow on Bulma who rolls her eyes.
"So, you're a mechanic?" Bulma asked.
"Yep, it's been my big dream to become the world's greatest mechanic who is able to make and fix all kinds of vehicles." Ann nodded.
"Ann! Are you okay!" An old man ran up to them.
"I'm fine, Sheriff Rao! These guys just helped take care of a Changling gangster." Ann answered.
"Oh, then a thank you is in order. I'm Rao, the sheriff of this town." Rao introduced himself.
Rao is an old man with white hair and a mustache, and black eyes. He wears a yellow sweater shirt with a black shirt underneath, brown knee-length shorts, pale brown gloves, long sweater-like pale green leggings, and light brown shoes.
"Hmm, you all seem pretty strong each in your own way though these two seems to be the strongest of them all." Rao felt something a little more from looking at Goku and Vegeta.
"Wow, you can tell that much from just looking at us! You must be an incredible fighter!" Goku was amazed.
"I wouldn't say I'm strong myself, I just had experience to notice these things." Rao said.
"Would you all be willing to hear me out? I believe you around here, we may finally be able to ride of ourselves with the Changling Clan once and for all." Rao hoped they'll listen.
"Can we go inside first? I do not like how these flies are buzzing around me!" Rarity complained while trying to swat the flies away.
"Don't hurt them, they're just trying to survive like everyone else." Fluttershy defended the flies.
"Actually, there was never this many flies around before the Changling Clan came in from the swamp." Rao mentioned, feeling something suspicious about these flies.
"Come on, we'll talk in the big bar." Rao gestured for the group to follow him.
"Hold on, I need to put the bus in a capsule." Nijuuichi ran up to the bus and pressed a button on the bus causing it to puff of smoke and it turned into a small capsule.
"YOU HAVE GOT TO TEACH ME YOUR SECRETS?!" Ann shouted with excitement and her eyes become stars.

The group have arrived in one of the areas that is known as Abyssinia where they had a run into something bad that is going on with the desert town, and they even made some few friends who are the ones from the Sand Land series Ann and Rao meaning things are going to get interested.
