JJ POV
Today is day 7. I've been here for 6 whole days. The torture has gotten worse more whipping, water boarding, sleep deprivation by bright lights and deafening music, temperature extremes, the hose, the cattle prod, the electric shock collar, being forced to watch Maddie being assaulted, being beaten, and being sexually assaulted with his fingers. I'm ready for this to be over and I truly don't know Maddie has survived 8 months of this. I'm worried that the team has no leads which is why they haven't found us. I look at the sweet girl next to me. When Maddie and I aren't being tortured we are busy comforting each other. I feel like a complete failure from not being able to protect her from him. I can't imagine how she is feeling considering I'm barley hanging on and she is the only thing getting me through.
Over the past couple of days I've done a lot of cognitive interviewing with Maddie trying to find more information and I learned that the Unsub has a partner who abducted her and the other girls. I also found out that even though we knew he kidnapped 6 girls I was not lucky number 7 in fact I'm number 11. Maddie and I also made a plan if she's ever with me when he makes a video of me for my team she will try to sign to them what she knows. She has taught me a lot of sign language in a short amount of time. A little time passes and Maddie wakes up and signs "Good morning JJ." I sign back "Good morning Bug." Thats when we both jump in fear as we hear HIM coming.
He opens the cell door and says good morning then he comes and grabs Maddie. I see my opportunity I have been waiting for his back turned to me. I then jump him from behind using my the handcuffs on my hands to choke him. He then threw himself backwards causing me to lose balance and he was on top of me crushing me. He got up and kicked me in the side to which I cry out in pain. He then grabs Maddie and takes her out of the room as she is kicking and screaming.
A couple minutes later he comes back removes my shackles keeping me chained from the wall and puts me in a full set of chains and a hood over my head. He forces me to walk as I'm fighting every second of it. I feel him strap me to the table my head, shoulders, torso, thighs, lower legs, and then I feel him cuff my hands and ankles to the table as I try to prepare myself for whatever is about to happen when he removes my hood. I feel the table move he moved it from a horizontal to a vertical position and the he rips off my hood and the first thing I see is the video camera. He tucks my hair behind my ear and whispers into my ear with an evil smile on his face "We are going to make a very special video for your friends today Jennifer to show them that you're still alive but you are all mine."
At the BAU
Since JJ's kidnapping the whole team has been working nonstop trying to come up with a lead. Garcia has been particularly hard on herself as she hasn't been able to trace the unsubs location. The whole team was in the conference room when Garcia came running through the bullpen and into the conference room. Upon her arrival Garcia announced that "a package just arrived for me from "A John fields" I've already checked no way to get his face and I've already checked local surveillance cameras outside the building and I can't figure out which direction. I opened the package and found this dvd. I watched the first minute and realized it's something you would need to see too." Rossi asked "Fields? isn't that Madison's last name?" Hotch replied "Yes it is so that tells me this package is from the Unsub. Garcia play it on the screw for everyone." Garcia hit play and this is what the team saw.
An individual strapped to a metal table who is wearing an orange jumpsuit and a hood over the head. On the left hand corner of the video is Maddie also in an orange jumpsuit in chains and strapped to a chair with tape over her mouth. The Unsub who is wearing a mask removed the hood from the person on the table. It was JJ. The Unsub then cut off JJ's jumpsuit leaving her with nothing out her underwear on. Garcia pauses the video.
The whole team was in shock. They were looking at very bruised and weak looking JJ. It was obvious that the torture had really started to take a toll. Morgan Seeing JJ kicked the chair next to him and yelled "I'm going to kill that son of bitch." Hotch says to Morgan "Derek we are all ready to kill that man for what he's done but we need to remain calm so we can watch the rest of the video to see if there's anything we can use to help find JJ. Garcia please resume the video."
The video continues. The Unsub leaves the view of the camera and is gone for several minutes and leaves Maddie and JJ still in the view. Maddie looks at JJ and JJ looks at Maddie and mouths go. Maddie starts quickly moving her hands. Maddie finishes moving her hands right before the Unsub came back into the view of the camera. Garcia pauses the video and asks what is she doing with her hands. Reid replies "I think she is using sign language to communicate. Emily you know sign language right can you tell us what Maddie is saying?"
Emily nods her head yes and says to Garcia to rewind the video. Emily states "Maddie says that JJ wants you to know she is okay. She has used a cognitive interview with me and helped me remember things. The Unsub has a partner who kidnapped me and other girls. The partner owns a blue van and I was able to remember a partial license plate LMJ-1256 Maryland. Inside the van there were construction tools. The partners first name is Tyler. He's former military just like the Unsub both Marines I've seen both of their tattoos. Tyler said something once about going to a meeting JJ thinks potential therapy or support group for vets. Tyler has been to where we are being held as he's hurt me and brought girls here. JJ says the Unsub is a white male mid 20s to early 30s and he has a day job something related to technology most likely. His initials we know as he's told us are S and O. Also for the profile JJ says to add this we aren't all necessarily his type, even though we all look the same it's because we represent someone. Whoever we represent was someone who looked like us and was in their teens as all of the girls he's taken were 12-16 years we represent hurt him and he feels like they should've gone to jail for what they did to him. And for whatever reason he'll never get justice in that sense so and since he hasn't kidnapped that individual guessing she's dead. And since she never went to prison for what she did to him that's why he makes it so we are instead. Please hurry and save me and JJ."
Hotch says to Garcia "Get is a list of former Marines living in the Alexandria/DC area between 25 and 30 then look for how many on that list are named Tyler and Look for the initials SO. Run the license plate, we are going to get these guys. Hit play and let's finish the video." Garcia hits play.
The Unsub comes back into view with a branding iron. JJ's and Maddie's eyes widen with fear. The UnSub looks at JJ and says we're going to give you another mark to remember me by. He sets the iron down and goes over to Maddie and unlocks her from the chair. That's when Maddie attempts to fight back but the Unsub overpowers her and starts hitting her repeatedly and rips the tape off of her mouth. He yells at her to pick up the branding iron. Maddie refuse that's when the Unsub grabs a cattle prod and starts using it on Maddie repeatedly. However Maddie refuses to pick up the iron. Maddie looks at him and begs "Please Daddy pleaseeeee don't make me." Maddie cried as she spoke. He drags Maddie by the hair over to where he laid down the branding stick. The Unsub forces a very weak Maddie to pick it up. His hands lay over top of hers on the iron and he then forces Maddie to plunge the branding Iron on JJs skin above her left hip. JJ scrams out in pain. Maddie is screaming "NOOOOOOOO PLEASE STOP DADDY PLEASE STOP!" Both Maddie and JJ are crying. He then lifts the iron from JJs skin and forces the iron onto JJs skin again causing her to continue to cry out in pain. He removes it and sets the iron down and repeatedly shocks Maddie and drags her out of view all while she's kicking and screaming. JJs whole body is shaking and above her hip you can see the number 11. The Unsub comes back into view for moment and the video ends."
The whole team is in shock from what they just witnessed Reid, Emily, and Garcia have tears in their eyes. Morgan is ready to destroy something. Rossi and Hotch are in shock. Rossi comments "11? Why 11" Reid replies "I'm assuming JJ is his 11th victim meaning there are more girls out there that we haven't found." Garcia interjects and says "I got him I found the partner. Tyler Thompson works construction owns the van and is ex military sending you all his information and location now. Also local pd just alerted us the found Lexie's body." Hotch replies "Rossi Morgan go to Lexie and Reid and Emily come with me let's got pick up Tyler."
JJ POV
I'm in so much pain the new mark hurts so bad. God I hope the team gets Maddie's message in the video, finds that Tyler bastard and gets here quick. The UnSub applies some cream and redresses me. I'm in to much pain to fight so I don't bother. He takes me back to the cell shackles me to the wall and per usual leaves the front cuffs on. The cell door closes behind me and I look around the cell for Maddie. I see something below the bottom bunk and find her there. I bend down to meet her eyes. She's crying and she looks at me says "P-pp-please don't hurt me." I reply "Hey it's just me JJ. It's okay I'm not going to hurt you please come out and join me on the bunk." Maddie cautiously gets out from underneath the bed and joins me in the bunk. She looks at me and says "You're not mad at me? I thought you would hate me." I look at her and wrap my arms around her and say with tears in my eyes "Oh maddie bug what happened was not your fault. You did not do that to me. He did and he forced you to do that to me. I'm not mad at all okay?" Maddie Hugged me and said "I'm sorry he did that to you JJ? How much pain are you in? I remember how bad it hurts." I reply "You're right it hurt really bad but I promise I'll be okay. How do you know it hurts? When and where did he do that to you." Maddie replies "I have the same two marks like that as you do in the same location except I have the number 1 not the number 11."
A Few hours later
JJ POV
The cell door opens. Hell is about to resume. The UnSub takes me out and sets me in the chair. He then brings Maddie out and straps her down to the bed. He then forces me to watch while he vaginally penetrates her with my gun. I can't even imagine how much pain she is and what she is feeling. I try to fight my restraints but I can't break free. He finally finished assaulting Maddie and removes me from the chair and straps me to the table. He then moves Maddie to the chair and forces her to watch him do the same thing to me. I scream out in pain as I feel my gun be thrust inside of me and I feel some a little blood trickle down my thigh. When he's done with my gun I start to see him unzip his pants and I think oh god it's finally going to happen I start fighting my restraints the hardest I ever fought but it's not working. He climbs on top of me pant-less and I can feel his erection pressed up against me. I close my eyes trying to prepare for whats about to happen and that's when I hear Maddie yell "Wait Daddy Wait There's something I need to tell you. I have a confession." He gets off me and goes over to Maddie. She looks at him and with a very shaky voice says "Earlier when you made that video for Jennifers team I used sign language in the background to tell them all about Tyler and how you two know each other as Tyler told me about it. I also told them he knows where this place is and you and I both know he'll give up this location pretty quickly. I'm sorry Daddy you should run before they get here."
He then screams "You little bitch! He starts to hit Maddie repeatedly and drags her to the cell. I can't believe she told him. What is Maddie thinking? Now he's probably going to kill us. He returns to me redresses and returns me to the cell. He leaves momentarily and during that time Maddie looks at me and says "JJ I'm sorry I had to do something... I couldn't let him do that to you. I couldn't. You don't deserve that. I'm sorry I'm so sorry." And before I could reply he comes barging in the cell with a large bag and grabs Maddie. He says "Madison and I are going for a little adventure. Jennifer you're going to stay here and I've decided not to kill you. That way you can remember for the rest of your life that I have Madison and you can think about all the ways Madison and I are having fun." He then punched me repeatedly and I start to feel a little disoriented and am almost unconscious. I can see him drag Maddie out the cell door and I can hear Maddie screaming "NOOO JJ NOOOOOOO DADDY IM SORRY PLEASEEEEE DONT DO THIS!" And with that I pass out.
