A Cadance's Just Day

The following day, Cadance was once again out with Princess Celestia. Although she didn't plan to see Shining Armor and Twilight Sparkle again that day, she sometimes hopes to run into them. But that is not going to happen on that day. But it's all right with her. She doesn't mind that at all.

"So," Princess Celestia said, "What do you have plans for today, Cadance?" "I'm going to meet up with my friends!" Cadance replied happily. "All right then," Princess Celestia replied in agreement, "I'll let you go now. Cadance, be careful."

"I always!" Cadance replied happily, "Well, you get the picture." "I sure do," Princess Celestia replied with a smile as Cadance ran off to meet up with several of her friends, "Have a fun day."

As Princess Celestia watched little Cadance running off with her friends, she turned back and thought of something else. "Maybe," she said, thinking about something. Princess Celestia then left to go to an important meeting as Cadance enjoyed her day with her friends.

She had a good time, even though Shining Armor never showed up at all on that day. While this was going on, Princess Celestia had spent one hour at the important meeting, and then she had left.

"Well, that was kind of easy," Princess Celestia chuckled to herself, "And now to see how Cadance is doing."

With that said, Princess Celestia flew off to check on her. She did, but from a distance.

Celestia could see that Cadance is playing a game with several of her friends.

"I'm proud of her," Celestia said to herself and thus, returned to her castle to work on some important documents while Cadance continued to have fun with her friends.

Hours later, it was once again time for Cadance and Celestia to go home. Princess Celestia had flown to where she'd left Cadance earlier that day. "All right," Celestia said just as Cadance retuned to her. "I'm here, Celestia!" Cadance said excitedly.

"I can tell that you had a great day today," Princess Celestia said with a smile in her voice. "Yes!" Cadance replied happily, "Oh, don't worry, Celestia, my friends took me back." "I know," Princess Celestia smiled, "And now I'll take you back home."

"Great!" Cadance said happily, "That's wonderful of you!" "Right, now, let's go," Princess Celestia said as she took the unicorn home with her. Well, back to Celestia's castle.

"Someday," Cadance said as she walked with Celestia, "I hope some day. Some day."
