Ice/Water/Leaf: Water tribes, Ice is the northern tribe, Water is the southern, Leaf is swamp
Mud/Sand: Earth kingdom, Mud is Ba
Sing Say/Gaoling, Sand is Desert/Omashu
Rain/Silk/Night: Air Nomads, all of them inhabit all the air Temples
Sky/Hive: fire nation
Allwings: they are dragons too mixed to be called a hybrid/tribrid. They have no notable abilities, but can have fire.
Wings of power: Avatar
Aang: Rain/Silk, he has the rainwing color abilities and silk, he has normal silk.
Katara: Sea, she can glow and she has some control over water.
Sokka: Sea, he can breath under water but no water control.
Suki: Allwing, she can hold her breath for longer then most allwings, good swimmer.
Toph: Mud/Sand, she had control over earth and she can hold her breath for up to 30 minutes, but no tail barb.
Zuko: Sky, he was believed to be a flameless when he and Azula hatched yet me managed have a flame, a weak one at that but still.

Prophecy:

The elements are coming
Story: The war has lasted 99 years, it started when the powerwing Roku died at his best friend, King Sozins claw. A little after that with the power of a comet, now named Sozins comet, the fire nation wiped out the Air Nomads and believed to kill the powerwing. The Lotus Talons was formed and the Prophecy was made by the surviving Air Nomads and they began trying to form the Elements, but failed as the Fire Nation stomped out the rest of the air nomads and the eggs were never brought.
