Driving for hours from the city that I was working on a missing child case to my home after solving my case was from all the searching. I soon see the sleeping moon going down and the sun raising up waking up the toons I'm passing by in the road singing happily. "Welcome back Crystal." The three tiny hummingbirds tell me once they were flying by my window. I began looking around for my old apartment which I doubt is still there and saw someone I haven't seen since I left. "Betty?" Said Crystal slowly driving to see her walking on the sidewalk with her dog. "Crystal Cortez. Havent seen you in years." Said Betty as I pulled over. Getting out of my car after shutting it off I walked over giving Betty a hug as her dog pudgy barked happily to see me. "I know Pudgy I missed you too. How's the two Towns doing?" Said Crystal picking up Pudgy. "Fine for now but us Toons are struggling out in the real world. Company over working us and think we can handle it. You havent seen Eddie Valiant have you?" Said Betty. "Not yet. Why?" Said Crystal holding Pudgy in her left arm like a baby. "After Teddy died. He changed and never set foot here or helped us Toons anymore." Said Betty. "Is there anything else I should know about?" Said Crystal. "Toon Town is being handed over by Mr. Acme in his Will. Also be on the look for the Toon Patrol run by five weasel they're are nothing but serious trouble." Said Betty as Pudgy growled until Crystal scratches behind his ears. "I'll be aware. I'm gonna check on my old apartment here." Said Crystal down Pudgy. "I'll talk to the girls and have a night at the Paint and Ink." Said Betty. "Sounds my kind of night. Good to see ya Betty." Said Crystal going to her car. She drove off then skidded to a stop with s patrol van almost hitting her and beeps her horn. Crystal made a turn where that van came from heading to a tall building that nearly reaches the sky.
The van stopped to go in reverse following her and watched her pulled into a parking spot. Crystal got out grabbing her jacket and purse closing her door stepping on the sidewalk to look her for old apartment keys. She then saw the can stopping in the middle of the road and five weasels got out approaching her. "Move it you." Said the pink weasel in front. "You got a lot of nerve beeping at us Doll." Said the pink weasel. "You mean by nearly hitting me." Said Crystal as the green weasel shoved the pink weasel aside. "Allow me. Hola Hermosa. My name is Greasy and you are . . . " The green weasel grabbing Crystal's hand to kiss but she pulled it back. 'Im not going to forget about this moment. And you don't get to know my name you bastards.' Said Crystal in Spanish. She turned and left a stunned Greasy with the weasels laughing at him. "Shut up!" Said Greasy glaring at them. "Relax. She left her car here. Stupid get the crowbar." Said The pink weasel. "Naughty. Naughty." Giggled the crazy eyed weasel going into the building. "Psycho. No. Let me talk to her." Said the pink Weasley pulling him back. Crystal got to the four floor to her door opening it with her key going in switching the her lights on seeing everything the same but dusty and had a bit of cobwebs. She placed her purse on the table near the window and saw the weasels trying to break into her car. Pulling out the tazer gun that was custom built for her opening the window pointing towards the weasels. Crystal pulled the trigger for the wire free prongs to shoot out hitting them in the necks and zaps them up until they were charred. She pressed the button next to the trigger for the prongs to come back in their slots. Knock. Knock. Knock. Crystal walked over peeking through the peephole seeing the pink weasel and Psycho. She put the tazer away then grabbed the grizzly bear mace opening the door to spray both of them in the face then slammed the door hearing loud screaming. Thump. Thump. Thump. Crystal opened the door seeing a large gorilla pick up the weasels walking them outside and followed them. She walked down the stairs seeing the gorilla throw the weasels in the trashed alley. "I better not catch you guys again! Good to see you Crystal." Said The gorilla in a deep voice looking down at her. "it's good to be home. How are you?" Said Crystal walking him inside. She let him in her apartment and began cleaning up as much as she could as the two catched up. "And Roger and Jessica?" Said Crystal emptying the dust pan. "It's complicated. From what I heard Roger is struggling at his job over Jessica. If he keeps it up then he's out for good." Said The gorilla. "Let me see if I can talk to Jessica. Betty suggested a girls night at the Paint and Ink Club." Said Crystal. "Let me know when you're ready that way those weasels won't bother you." Said the gorilla getting up to leave. "I will but first I gotta see Valiant. To he how's he's holding up after Teddy's murder." Said Crystal. "He's drinks. So much where you smell him a mile away." Said gorilla walking down the hall. "Don't worry I'll slap some sense back into him tomorrow." Said Crystal closing at locking the door and all windows.
