"I'm glad you decided to join us but too bad my shift just started." said Betty holding a tray walking Crystal to her table. "Im sorry that no one can cover for you but theres still my place if the Weasels dont break in." said Crystal watcing her leave to take orders. She began taking off her light blue coat showing off her strapless short black dress making a few of the men whistle at her which she ignored and sat down. She looked at the place and saw Red coming over sitting across from her with a disappointed look. "Jessica can't join us. She's performing tonight. It's just you and me." said Red seeing a penguin waiter coming. "Two Cosmopolitans." said Crystal. She smiled admiring the place and noticed Donald Duck and Daffy Duck playing piano on stage having a competition. "Well what do ya know?" said Red looking at the front row. Crystal followed her gaze spotting Eddie sitting down a table away from Marvin Acme and excused herself getting up. She walked over to his table while Red looked at the menu on the table and flicked is fedora forward. "What the fu- What the hell are you wearing?" said Eddie looking at her dress. "Girls night. Sort of. Now what are doing here? here to drink yourself to a coma." said Crystal. "Im working." said Eddie. "With what exactly?" said Crystal. "I'll explain later. Now first thing first." said Eddie tugging her dress a bit down making her roll her eyes before she left. Crystal sat down seeing her drink as the show was over between the two ducks and the lights dimmed with the men rushed over to the front tables. 'Dirty Bastards.' Crystal says taking a drink. She watched Jessica step out of the curtains as theyre drawn open while she walks slowly down the catwalk to Marvin to Eddie as she sang her song. Jessica glanced over at Crystal and Red who raised their glass to her before going behind the closed curtains going to her dressing room. "Wanna see her?" Said Crystal. "Nah. I have to rehearse my lines with Tom and Jerry." said Red getting and left. Crystal went to grab her coat only to notice it was gone along with her purse and stopped Red before she actually left the table. "You seen my purse and my coat?" said Crystal.
"No. i saw Daisy Duck across the club and went to talk to her. Let ask if theres a lost and found." said Red leaving the table. Crystal then went to the dressing room looking for Jessica's room and managed to find and knocked gently. "Come in." said Jessica. Crystal opened and closed the door seeing Jessica sitting by the window holding a picture of her and Roger on their anniversary. "How's my 'twin' doing?" said Crystal sitting next to her. "The usual except im worried about Roger." said Jessica "I know I saw his rehearsal." said Crystal. He's not going find a job when he acts like this. I dont know what do if something happens to im." said Jessica. "I know you are drawn for each other while im dealing with a weasel who thinks i'll fuck him like a needy slut." said Crystal. "Good to have my best friend back." said Jessica smiling. "I'm the only toon women who is drawn exactly like you except i have brown eyes and wavy brown hair." said Crystal. "Oh Jessica." said a voice. "See ya around." said Crystal getting up and opened the door to see Mr. Acme. "Hell Crystal. I didnt know you came back." said Mr. Acme shaking her hand. "Good to be back. As much i want to stay. I have to go. Great to see you big guy." said Crystal walking away. She went to the front where the host is and cleared her throat getting their attention. "Did anyone turn in a coat and a purse?" said Crystal feeling eyes on her. She turned around expecting a tall guy but instead looked down seeing Greasy then turned to the host. "Lost something Mi Amor?" said Greasy holding her coat and purse. "More like stolen." said Crystal. "It was Crazy Eyes. Now why dont we get a drink and get to know each other?" said Greasy. "You just want to see what's hiding in my dress." said Crystal. "You know me too well." said Greasy before getting slapped. Crystal checked her coat for anything wasnt there and her purse while she walked to her car and heard a loud crash. She walked to the alley where the sound came from seeing Eddie in the trash getting up after Bongo slammed the door shut. "What the hell kind of work were you doing?" said Crystal. "Just taking pictures. That's it." said Eddie walking out of the alley. "Do i need to put you sleep before the liquor does." said Crystal. "Just take me to Maroon's." said Eddie going to her car.
Crystal drove him to Maroons watching him get out and parked her car quickly catching up to him once they were inside. "What are you doing?" said Eddie. "I want to see what are in those photos that you took. "Fine but cover yourself I dont Maroon getting excited or having a heart attack." said Eddie earning a smack in the head almost knocking his fedora off. he first went to get the photos printed as Crystal looked around then saw Roger Rabbit in Maroon's office. "Roger." said Crystal. "Crissy?!" said Roger jumping over the desk to give her a hug. "Wow. You look great. I havent seen you in forever." said Roger. "I know but a cop never has time off. Maroon." said Crystal glaring at him. "Cortez. Where's Valiant?" said Maroon "Getting the photos taken care of." said Crystal. "Coming back from making a guy happy or standing in your corner with Holli Would?" said Maroon. "I shouldve asked Greasy for that disgusting cologne or Pepe to spray you." said Crystal. "Pepe is out with Penelope that cat. I think?" said Roger wile spinning the chair. "i can still go to Warners for a favor. Hes been leaving me flowers by my door on Valentine's Day before i left." said Crystal as Eddie came back with the photos after talking with Roger. "What do you got on Jessica?" said Maroon walking to Eddie. "Edward Valiant!" said Crystal in a angry motherly tone. "Shut up! Now Roger i hate to tell you this but i caught your wife playing patty cake with Mr. Acme." said Eddie. "Patty Cake? Patty Cake! Patty Cake! Oh why did it have to be Patty Cake?!" Roger cried as Crystal glared at the two men. "You rat bastards." said Crystal knowing she was being ignored. She walked over to see the photos of Jessica playing patty cake with Acme by each frame Eddie snapped. "This is impossible. it cant be. Jessica is my wife. I dont believe it!" said Roger flipping through the photos. Crystal didnt want to hear more tis and left to her car leaving Eddie behind knowing he has ways of getting home. She got to her apartment hanging up her coat and placed her purse on her vanity going through it to find Jessica's number to dial but stopped to realize that she must be home asleep around these hours and decide put her phone book back. "Weird. i thought i had my tiny perfume bottle in here. must fell from the club when i was leaving." said Crystal changing with her blinds drawing shut and went straight for the bed with doors and windows locked.
