"Tori?" Said a man on trench coat and fedora coming into her apartment. "I'm coming." Said a young toon woman. She had honey brown hair, fair peach skin, and with brown eyes with a hint of gold walking in from her bedroom wearing a blue top with tan pants and black heels. "Let go. Maroon isn't the type to wait." Said The man. "I know Eddie." Said Tori grabbing her black coat with match fedora on their way out. She locked up following him downstairs to the car getting on the passenger side as Eddie just drove before she can buckle in. They stayed silent through half the drive until Tori broke it realizing where they are going. "You're doing another job again with the press." Said Tori looking at him. "It's my job now. You know that Tori." Said Eddie. "No it's not. We're the Valiants duo." Said Tori. "No. I work alone now and no longer involved with any toons except you." Said Eddie. "Thats because im your baby sister." Said Tori. "You did nothing wrong. You were at the right time but " "At the horrible timing. Not all of the toons are Bad except for the Toon Patrol." Said Tori rubbing her temple. "Should i know before i see Maroon?" Said Eddie. "You'll know sooner or later." Said Tori as they got to the parking lot. She got out first seeing the toona coming in and out of the studios for work or auditions for the films. Eddie walked a bit ahead of her inside to where they had to go until some called her name. "Victoria!" Said a short red-haired woman in white show girl outfit. "Red! I havent seen you in a while." Said Tori hugging her. "I know. Ive missed you and everyone at the Club. How are you?" Said Red as they walked into the studio where Eddie went into. "Ive been alright. Dolores got me a part time at her job only in the mornings and been throwing more hands there than at Ink and Paint Club." Said Tori. "Theres still aways your place. You loved being there." Said Red. "Tori?!" Said Eddie looking around. "I'll talk to you later." Said Tori hugging her again walking away. She went to where Eddie was passing a Wolf wearing a white suit who froze seeing her as he looked back. His jaw dropped with his tongue rolling out and his eyes popped out going towards Tori shaping her figure before going back in and whistled. "Oh no you dont Wolfe." Said Red then grabbed frying pan out of no where hitting him in the head before he can run after Tori. She saw him fall backwards seeing little Tweety's flying around the lump on his head with his left foot twitch once she dropped the pan and left.
Tori and Eddie stood by seeing Raoul the director of Roger and baby Herman making a scene but its goes wrong after the rabbit actor screwed up again by how furious Raoul was with. "He cant get a break." Said Tori as Roger was begging with Raoul. She saw him following him hitting himself with a pan many times and gave Eddie a look once she saw the tiny bottle of alcohol. "Toons." Said Eddie drink the whole thing. He then felt a hard pain on the back of his neck and saw Tori about turn to leave but he grabbed her by the coat pulling her back. "You what I meant." Said Eddie looking at her. A woman then walked over to take them to Maroon's office once Eddie let her go. They walked in seeing Marron talking to the editor about the new cartoon before facing them. "Saw the tapes of the Roger and Baby Herman. Did you see the problem?" Said Maroon. "One too many refrigerators to the head." Said Tori. "No. He's a toon. He can take it. It's family. Read this." Said Maroon handing the newspaper to Eddie. "Seen cooing over a red-haired woman with a man along with another man who is a redhead was Jessica Rabbit and her twin brother Jessie Rabbit." Eddie read making Tori curious. "I didn't know she had a twin." Said Tori. "He was doing a tour in Italy just came back last month from our resources." Said Maroon. "What does it have to do with us?" Said Eddie. "Those twins are poison and think they have anything at any time." Said Maroon. 'Bullshit. Jessica isn't like that towards anyone not even Roger. She's been my best friend when I started working at the Club after finishing high school.' Tori thought. "The Ink and Paint Club is for humans only. You can meet your sister there." Said Maroon. "But she's a toon and too young to get in with those perverts." Said Eddie. "I'm twenty-three. Plus, I . . ." Tori pissed inching her way to the door as Eddie slowly turned his head following her. "I work there at night for five years." She finished before opening the door taking off. "VICTORIA!" Eddie then faced Maroon who handed him half the payment in a check on his way out. Tori ran down the block slowing down and hid in the alley seeing Eddie slowly driving by looking around for her. She waited until he was gone before stepping out walking the other way from Eddie was driving. "Hello Gorgeous." Said Wolfe coming around the corner blocking her way. "Go away Wolfe." Said Tori annoyed. "What's wrong? I only want to spend with my girl." Said Wolfe pulling out a rose. "I'm not your girl." Said Tori going around him. "Don't be like that. I don't bite." Said Wolfe using his tail to trip her. He then caught her turning her around dipping her holding her close. "Unless you're into that." Said Wolfe then felt a tap on his shoulder. Tori took his distraction to knee him hard in the jewels and ran off before seeing Granny hitting him with her handbag. "Thanks Ms. Webster!" She shouted on her way crossing the street.
Later on Tori walked in the bar seeing a woman holding up drinks in a tray. "Eddie hasn't came by?" Said Tori once she saw her. "A half hour ago asking for my camera. So he found out about your other job." Said Dolores. "Thanks to Maroon. I just told him I work there because Maroon wants there so I assumed dirty scoops. He doesn't know I'm a singer and waitress." Said Tori. "He did get extra steamed off thanks to Angelo." Said Dolores seeing the dirty blonde drinking with his friends. "He quoted,'I bet your smoking sister would enjoy the job I got for her at my place.' and I told him about Teddy's death." Said Dolores. "Even the part where . . . " "No. Do you want anything looked like you ran a mile?" Said Dolores seeing a bit of sweat on her hair line. "Wolfe again." Said Tori. "I kneed him before Granny Webster started hitting him with her bag." Said Tori. "And you ran here." Said Dolores. "Yeah if I went home now. I'd meet Eddie's lashing out." Said Tori. "He's not that way towards you and we both know it. Sure he can get short tempered but isn't the kind to hurt you." Said Dolores. "Need any help?" Said Tori looking at the mess left behind by the drunks. "Yeah and don't worry about the bathroom I got someone else on that." Said Dolores. Tori handed to the janitors closet to grab the broom and dustpan to sleep up the broken glass and other garbage. She then helped wipe the tables clean until Dolores told her she can handle the rest knowing that Tori has a show to perform. Tori got to her apartment across the street from Eddie's changing into her signature dress and used her coat to cover herself as her ride came to pick her up. She looked at the driver who happened to be a large gorilla and the Inks bouncer brother when there was an issue. Tori got out and knocked to the back door to the dark alley with the slot being opened. She an eye looking around before seeing her and opened the door without a word. "Thanks Bongo. Here got your favorite loaf's. Monkey bread and Banana with walnuts." Said Tori handing him the two tinfoil loafs she made. "Thanks Valiant." Said Bongo as she headed towards her dressing room.
